Went for lunch yesterday with a few friends. It was straight up noon and the place was nearly empty. Waited 7 or 8 minutes and we were never even acknowledged let alone seated. We left. Went to P.F. Chang’s and had a great lunch.

Excellent service and I love their lunches.

Didn't grow up eating or liking Asian food, but Mongolian BBQ changed that, and this place is one of my favorites. Great selection of meats, veggies, sauces and seasonings! And the cooks always do a great job.

They'll be lucky if they're still in business until the end of the year. We went in & half of the restaurant was closed off. Chairs still on the tables. The atmosphere was pretty dismal. The food wasn’t really that great & it appears that the portions have gotten smaller while the prices has risen. Not a very good experience. I most likely won't be back anytime soon.

Anhel was amazing! She made the whole experience great. A waitress like her you will not find ever. She has an amazing sweet personality, she is an employee worth to have. She was very attentive, checked up on us several times, she made sure we were well taken care of throughout our whole dining experience. Will definitely continue to return.

The food was gross, it was super hot, and the waitress gave bad service and didn't check up on us but wanted to keep a $50 dollar tip.

Honestly the food was okay idea is cool and all but kinda gross in a buffet way food is left out and flys galore all over it and food tasted okay wasn't the greatest for how much they charge and all choices are pretty cheap too cupped mandarin oranges for orange chicken was pretty gross too the server was nice but the other server with tattoos (star on elbow) kept working around people like crazy cool but annoying and annoying when you have to here them curse the whole time while your kids are right there too

The restaurant was extremely hot. Need to fix air conditioning. Service was terrible. Waited 10-15 minutes for someone to acknowledge us after we had been sat down. Didn't give us a drink menu, came back 1 time to check on us while servers would be standing at the front door, and the place had 3 tables sat down. Hadn't been here in 10 years and it'll be longer before we ever try it again.

We come here all the time it’s been over a month fix the air conditioner it’s over a 100 degrees outside just cause you open door it’s still hot until fixed we’ll be going to other location

Mongolian Grill. Food was over cooked, they only allow you to go up to the build bar 1 time, and they give you the smallest bowl. The sauce bar was very small. No lemon juice, no lime juice, no sherry, no soy sauce… there’s a lot missing. Every sauce available is thick like ketchup. The rice base portion was so small all I ate was my bar portion and maybe 3/4cup of rice. I had to make it last my forming a fence of tall crab meat along the edge of my bowl, draping the chicken and other meats over the edge of the bowl to make the bowl a little larger. The food was ok but I will not be back. Too small a portion to return.

It was DIRTY!!! The door handle had caked dirt on it, as well as the light switch and door handle in the bathroom. Mold on the bathroom fixtures. There was a thick layer of water on the serving counter. Like...you could slide your tray on it. The server was kind. The food was okay (but my fault bc I didn't know what I was doing). I only stayed bc my son chose it, and I didn't want him to feel bad. The good news is I spent quality time with my son, and we didn't get good poisoning. So...there's that! -

I walked into the establishment witnessing a family of 8 walking out upset. I walked in and I was told that they were doing carryout only because they had already cleaned the tables and floor all the chairs were upside on the table. Employees are closing this restaurant early, after a long day of work and travel and having my hotel next door which was convenient.

The food is good, it's actually better than the last time I went here. I'd suggest that the wait staff/host would have listened a bit better about not seating us in a hot area next to the kitchen even after we said it's too hot in that section. Then once we were seated ourselves in a cooled area the service was less than honestly. Like I get that there was only 2 wait staff but it could have been better.

I love this place. It's really good! The only thing I didn't like was the sound of the sticky floor and hearing people walk back and forth. That was just a little weird! Other than that, the food and the services always good!

This is the best Genghis Grill. The chef knows what she's doing. The salmon was cooked perfectly. I am a master stacker.

My mom and I got the Jambalaya bowl and it was delicious. We got it to go, was ready on time and the Genghis Grill staff was friendly 😊

My daughter and I went here for our birthday bowls. It's kinda pricy for what it is, in my opinion, but it tastes delicious. Would not recommend their egg rolls.

Came in on a Sunday about 2pm. Walked in and noticed the cook roll his eyes because more people arrived. Took a quite a while for us to get seated considering it wasn’t busy. Just about every table had not been cleaned yet. I noticed they did appear short staffed, but not a lot of hustle. The vibe was dreadful. We waited almost 10 minutes at our table for someone to greet us and get our drink order. The vibe, the wait, and uncleanliness was enough that we left.

Service was slow and the food was dry and flavorless. Server was inattentive

This review is strictly on their lack of service. I arrived at 7pm and the place didn't have too many customers but it was clear the staff was struggling. I servers took note of us but never came to sit us. 3 mins of just standing their I finally waved one down she just told me to wait. 2 mins (I'm now at the establishment for 5 mins and 45 sec) another server comes to us and says it's going to be a 15 grill wait. I asked if we could be seated, and she said no, that we would have to wait 15 mins. So, we left and never plan on coming back.

The physical property is old, tired and worn out. The food is pretty disgusting and tasteless. Time to put this place to rest and say goodbye.

The food was prepared and delivered quickly and exactly as ordered. Delicious and great portions for the price. We will definitely order from here again. My wife is recovering from heart surgery, and the options here were healthy and good choices for her.

This place is always freaking awesome. Only downside is they seem to be out of a lot of items, but the staff informed me that this will be fixed soon.

More than half of the menu items are blacked out and not available. Very few choices left. The food we did get was good though.

Always a nice lunch place. Good service. The spicy isn't that spicy. Try Kimchi fried Rice and other small size fried rice. Small fried rice is a huge portion. I don't know how big would be large fried rice? 🤔 They always have some creative way to lure in and get you satisfied. I ate pineapple in fried rice. I was absolutely furious that I liked it. 😤

As we were passing through Albuquerque, we stopped for the evening while trying to find a good place to eat dinner. Found this gem! The waitress was so patient as she explained the menu and directed us. We loved the selection to choose from as we built our own bolwls. All in all, the food was excellent!

This is a great find! Pick your meat/fish and season it, pile up your bowl with as much food as you can, pick your sauces (be careful; I chose one too many), and the chefs will grill everything to perfection and deliver a big bowl of scrumpdillyicious munchies! Mmmmmm.

Food is good, prices are reasonable. This location atmosphere is kinda bland compared to the other one. Could stand to be updated a bit. Service was great. Lady that was clocked out went out of her way to seat me when she didn't have to.

First time in this place and Theresa the waitress/server was the best person ever and the cook Liz was on point with cooking. It was a cool laid back atmosphere and a pleasure to dine here and OH don't forget to try the frozen margaritas.

The server was fast and continued to make sure that our party was taken care of.

They were having a special today. It wasn’t very busy. It was dusty and no music was playing. The manager was leaning on a counter staring at the room. No one greeted us for 10 minutes despite us standing there. When we were sat, we were sat next to another party very close. The waitress asked us what we wanted to drink and order as soon as we sat down. I let her know I didn’t know because we didn’t have a menu? She said they couldn’t give one because it was a “special day.” I asked her how I’m supposed to know what to order, she didn’t respond and just looked at me. What? I asked a friend of mine and they said you sit down before ordering and going to the “build a bowl.” We left after this, and went to eat down the street.

My son loves this place. We were here for his birthday.

This place just never disappoints, always good. Bar is wine & beer with wine based cocktails.

Ordered delivery for three items. Only two showed up and they put the egg in the wrong bowl. Three entrees and not one was correct. Called to see if anything could be rectified, but the phone just rang and rang. They don't care.

The food is good, but not too many food choices like it used to have. Even though the food is tasty, the selection is poor and disappointing.

Only complaint is it isn't closer.

Hard to rate a place when closed for unknown reasons. A sign was on the door but provided nothing of value. Closed for maintenance? Failed an inspectors visit? Staff rebellion?

Where do I begin. I used to come in once a week for the $14.95 large lunch bowl special and a mango tea. Today I was told that no more lunch specials and today's price is $24.95 for the large bowl PLUS no refills on my ice tea! There would be an EXTRA charge if I wanted more. Also the food area was trashed! Out of several things on meat and vegetables. So I paid more than $10.00 MORE for the same meal I used to get. Only positive was the nice to go box instead of the usual flimsy asian cardboard box. YOUR PRODUCT IS NOT WORTH THE EXTRA $10!!!!!! Sorry I can get a filet mignon dinner for less than my total bill today! I won't be back! PS - Your bathrooms are still disgusting. Now your sited by the Health Department for roaches!!!!! March 2023

Pretty good DIY stir fry, but it is hilarious when people people run wild with the seasoning and protein. It's easy to make a terrible tasting lunch.

The food was excellent, but our server was horrible! She seemed annoyed to be serving, and after taking the order never served the table again, not even to deliver the meals! Luckily the other employees picked up her slack after waiting through the meal to even have a drink refilled. That said the food was great and reasonably priced!

Unfortunately, they've raised their prices AGAIN. Med bowl is now $16.50. The place was empty on a Saturday afternoon. Food was good, service was lacking considering the restaurant was mostly empty.

A friend and I visited this restaurant today. We were in a hurry and ordered 2 value meals. I THINK thats' what they were called. My selection was a nice size bowl of rice with beef and broccoli on top. The beef was pure gristle and fat. Mostly inedible. The broccoli was not cooked. It was raw. A few of the pieces were actually refrigerator cold. The sauce was pleasant. I felt bad because my friend paid for this meal that was $20 plus tip!!! Yikes! The service was really good. The gal was super sweet. When we explained that I had just gotten out of the eye doctor appointment and could not see well enough to go up to the counter, she went ahead and fixed ours for us. She couldn't have been nicer. I was relieved when my friend saw what time it was and said we should just package up our meals and take them "to go." It wasn't great, but it was nutritious and filling, so I ate most of it after I took it home and added nuts and other things to it and cooked it a bit more. I feel bad that I'm not able to give it a better rating but I have a feeling that they have other things that are much better. I should not have ordered beef and broccoli in a restaurant setting like this. It would have been better to get chicken or a vegetarian option. The place SMELLS delicious, so I will go back and try other options, I'm sure.

Had dinner here while staying at the nextdoor Hampton. It was practically empty on a Monday evening. The make-your-own stir fry was pretty good, but overpriced for the serving size. Service was friendly and helpful.

Very good food the build your Owen bowl is probably the best option experience Wise any way and great taste very fresh the peach tea was more like lemonade then peach tea though but other than that very good option for a quick off the freeway highway or whatever for lunch or dinner idk about breakfast haha !

I had a terrible experience. I even told both of the staff who sitted me & waited on me that I had never been there before. And I got treated as if I should know what to do. I tried to explain again and she walked away from me. After 15 min of waiting I got up to leave when a 3rd wait staff inquired to my needing assistance. She started to explain the process. I said wasn't hungry anymore and left. I left $1 for my half drunk tea. The concept could be great if explained to new customers instead of assuming everyone knows the process! It smelled good. But I won't return to that particular restaurant!!

We used to love dining here, this last time we went it was a disappointment. Our waitress was extremely slow and rude. The food tasted the same but the toppings that added to the flavor are no longer available. They have them, but only for certain meals. I could understand if it was just not cost effective for the company but they refuse to even sell them to you. The manger, Manual, was unapologetic and had no customer service skills whatsoever. Not sure when or if I’d return, there are a lot of other dining options in Albuquerque.

Excellent food! I had the pre made Teriyaki Chicken bowl with the teriyaki fried rice. Was delicious, perfect blend of meat, vegetables and spices! Didn't have to wait that long for service as well. Good place to go for lunch or dinner.

Basic seating and decor. Food is very good. Can rither choose your own ingredients or order one of their predetermined bowls. Took home food even with the small bowl.

Disappointed that you can no longer get the crunchy chow mein noodles. Only in specialty dishes. Can't even purchase them. Bummer. But the food was ok.

Food was good but they were out of udon noodles.

Food was awful. Rice was hard, dishes over salted. We watched them cook our food and then it sat there uncovered before the guy came back to it to cover it, put part of it in the bag, and walked away again. we waited longer, so we walked over and started bagging it ourselves. 10 minutes cold.

Servers are getting worse and worse at this restaurant. Second bad experience. Decided to go to PF chang's next door and got good service.

Expensive, the one bowl you get doesn’t have enough space for vegis and protein and I wish they had more choices for sauces. Otherwise the place was clean and moderately busy.

They didn't have enough servers, so we had a bit of a wait. 3 vegan options ( this includes one appetizer and two main dishes). But they also have a build your own bowl.

Genghis Mongolian grill has always been a fun place to eat at. You pick which proteins you want, then add spices of your choice, then hand pick your vegetables,choose starch, then add your choice of sauce. Then they grill your order. You create your own personal Mongolian style stir fry concoction. 😋

I love this place! The food is very delicious but it's a bit pricey. They have a huge variety of add-ons that they combine with rice of your choice. It's a cool experience.

I honestly don’t know what everyone else is saying when they mention the food being good. Highly do not recommend. Ordered through DoorDash… everything about the order was wrong from the cauliflower rice in the wrong bowl, to no rice in one of the other bowls entirely (don’t know how you miss that one.. it’s the first step lol); not to mention the kids meal we ordered was the same size as everyone else’s (not a problem- more food, right?! No.) but the wrong ingredients and no drinks at all. It’s as if they knew all of our choices and just randomly assorted sauces and meats together and called it a day. It was so nasty. 3 orders into the trash. I will say that customer service was pretty good when asking for a refund.

My only issue is that it was super dark, would have enjoyed it more if it was brighter. Other than that food was good staff was great.

I just drove 20 minutes across town to eat here. I arrived at 730pm and they told me they were only doing takeout orders. They don't close till 9pm. I'm very disappointed. Safe to say i wont go out of my way to come here again.

Got turned away only doing carry out, was horrible 3 car loads of upset people looking to have a good time at our favorite spot on a Friday night . At this point if you can't keep a staff maybe it's poor management idk but there's a problem. Gladly went somewhere else where we could dine and enjoy our food .
