Excellent all around as usual. Katie took great care of us. Wasabi Tuna app started us off, with Redfish special and Bronzed Redfish for entrees. Fresh, well prepared and great meal as always.

Georgia Sea Grill is clearly our favorite dining spot here on SSI. The quality of the food and service is second to none!

We had a delicious meal, both had fresh fish dishes, they were creative and very tasty. The ambience was lively and inviting. Mackenzie was the best!

Georgia Sea Grill is my very favorite upscale restaurant because the menu is unique, the food is fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere in the piano bar area is perfect for a date night or special occasion. I usually order the day's special and it never disappoints. I also like the pan roasted fresh catch and the chocolate cheesecake. We've had a different server at each visit and all of them have been excellent. Reservations are not required, but recommended.

The food is always excellent and the fish very fresh with nice selections. Service is always very good.

What a perfect anniversary dinner! We were seated next to the piano and enjoyed the live music. The bar area was busy, but not too loud. The sheepshead fish special was delicious and the chocolate cheesecake was perfect!

Truly the best place to eat on Saint Simons. You can always count on consistently excellent quality of fish, but it’s just not the fish. It’s the appetizers the small plates and the desserts. Everything is always prepared to perfection. Most recent visit we tried to smoked fish appetizer which was delicious, and then we shared the corn dusted oysters, which were amazing and will remain a staple for ordering in the future. I had the snapper for dinner, which was again cooked beautifully and for dessert my husband and I shared the Keylime tart. Very nice way to end our meal.

This was our 1st visit to Georgia Seafood Grill and everything was outstanding. We had the crabmeat huss puppies appetizer, my husband ordered the red fish chef special and I ordered the bacon infused salmon. Everything was delicious! Great service!

Georgia Sea Grill is a local favorite! We came for Happy Hour with our daughter and her fiancé as their rehearsal dinner will be held at GSG in December. Randy was our server and he was charming, professional and efficient! Every menu item is delicious! Great ambiance, superb service!! Thank you for another great evening!!

One of my favorite restaurants in the island…fabulous food and service…I like sitting in the Bar/piano room….but the dining area is great for large parties or intimate dinning. fyi…. Best Happy Hour on the island if you’re a foodie!

Was a birthday celebration and as soon as we gave our names they knew there was a person in the party that had a birthday. When we sat down at the table our wait staff knew that there was a person at the table who had a birthday. There was also a birthday card signed by the staff to wish a happy birthday. The dessert was brought out with a candle. The food was delicious - highly recommend this place as everyone at our table are food snobs and we all gave it a thumbs up. Everyone was extremely professional, yet friendly and wanted to make sure we had everything we wanted. Also, a plus was the pianist - she was fantastic. An extraordinary experience and everyone went away happy.

This is the best most niche restaurant on St. Simons & the classiest one in the village. Anyone will become a believer in escargots should they step out of their narrow minded box about snails. I always order the chef’s special prep of the day for dinner & pick my fish. Tonight was delish. I also ordered soup & crab stuffed hushpuppies as a starter & was fantastically scrumptious. 💕 This is not a flip flop beach wear type place, though, a nice 1st date place, birthday, or other special occasion. If you don’t have good manners please don’t ruin it for the locals. Aka me.

Oh. My. Goodness. Were our tablemates ever blown away by the service, the delivery, and the food at Georgia Sea Grill. We returned with our guests, all aflutter with New Orleans tastes and services. Little did they expect that the Georgia Sea Grill would outmatch their New Orleans tastes. While we knew what was coming, their taste buds were set afire with appetizers, mains, and to top it off - Butterscotch Creme Brulee. After each serving, they marveled at the taste. We, of course, echoed their positive comments. It was an outstanding dinner, led by Brianna and her recommendations. We will absolutely return - Next Time Down.

So nice to have a great dining experience at a place where the server (Landon) is kind, helpful and unpretentious. My wife and I love this place, and we will keep coming back every time we are in the area. Our table had oysters, crab bisque, calamari, wedge salad, redfish and buttermilk pie. Everything was excellent.

Our dinner out with friends was lovely. Our service was efficient but she was in a tad bit of a hurry. For example, she did not take the time to tell one of us that the only wines at happy hour prices were Chardonnay and cab. She also tried to take dishes before we were done.

We had some of the best food we've eaten anywhere. Our fish was perfectly prepared. We had a great meal and a great experience.

Just okay. Our third visit Wouldn’t return. Way overpriced. Rolls were dry. Few dining options for gluten free or vegans. Overpriced drinks.

It is always a treat going to Georgia Sea Grill. I have never had a bad meal there. Everything is delicious. We had dessert this last time and I was even blown away by our dessert. Our server Justice was amazing too! Thank you GSG for such a great night.

Everything was very good to excellent especially the service, except for the noise level. Unfortunately that was attributable to a group at the table next to us. The group at that table were very very loud. Fortunately they were only there for the first half of our dinner and once they left, the noise level was very acceptable. We love Georgia Sea Grill and will continue to make it our “go to” dinner spot whenever we are in St Simon.

The escargot was simply delicious! As was the Triple Tale fish

enjoyed the meal. I had the sheep head fish and the drink special, a Peach Daiquiri. Always pleasant service and atmosphere. I do wish the piano player would mix up his repertoire.

I would consider this fine dining in Saint Simons, and has Delaneys beat by a good mile. The menu was classic but eclectic. The atmosphere and service were likewise relaxing but upscale. Everything came out in time and exactly as ordered. Not one dish on the table lacked flavor or a unique twist. An absolute must.

Amazing meal from start to finish! My husband and I both got the beef filet and it was fantastic.

The overall vibe was less than normal. Large group in the back slowed everything down. The wait staff made effort to overcome. Took an hour to order and food arrive.

We love Georgia Sea Grill. It’s our favorite and always go for a special occasion. The food is excellent. The Peach Martini is so good. The crab and corn hush puppies are a must have! And the triple rail fish is always a great choice. Great service too.

Excellent meal, my wife and I went for our anniversary. The service was great, the restaurant is very nice in a good and in the cute village area of st Simon’s island. The desserts stole the show.

This is our tenth time to this restaurant. Reliable, courteous and knowledgeable serve staff. Food is consistently of high value. Good wine and spirits availability as well as their own special cocktails. Nice ambiance, two bar and seating areas. Georgia Sea Grill is our Go To place in SSI when we are treating friends our family to dinner (and ourselves!)

While celebrating our anniversary, April provided a great experience! We are planning to go back to for our next anniversary. Wonderful and magical time.

Always a sure win in the Golden Isles. The staff is as good as any in the country. Cocktail specials always shine, and the desserts are comfort classics. We ate across the menu, and every bite was a winner.

Excellent food! Excellent service! Did have an unfortunate experience as we were leaving. Ask a server, not ours, who was lovely, to take a picture of us celebrating my husband’s 73rd birthday. We were flabbergasted at her attitude. We thought we had heard her wrong so I ask again. Same reaction. Such a wonderful evening with wonderful food and service to encounter such a rude, unhappy person.

We like to sit at the bar in the piano room. The service is always excellent. We had the special blackened fish over blue grits; it was outstanding. Georgia Sea Grill is always a treat.

We had the best food and service! Had the crab stuffed hush puppies and the beet salad as starters. Sooo yummy. Then catfish and scallops. They were perfect. Our servers, Landon and Ciara were lovely - attentive and friendly. They made the evening an A+. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Used to love this restaurant, last night was a disappointment mainly due to our waitress who seemed to be annoyed by our presence. My husband said his steak was below average and it was visibly small. My flounder was dry. The piano man and ambiance of the restaurant was great. Overall value was not there on this visit.

Service and food was amazing. Nice restaurant. Very clean and welcoming. We were there for a while as we had an 8:45pm reservation and we didn’t get our food till almost 10:00pm. The food was great and worth the wait. There was a large party there before us.

Awesome place we celebrated our anniversary there the waitress was very knowledgeable and very friendly . The bar staff on the other hand could learn some manners .

We celebrated my husbands 65th birthday. He had shrimp and grits and I had salmon. Both were delicious. The server was great. He was given a birthday card signed by employees and a free dessert. We sat in the piano bar as we always do and we love listening to the music. The bar tender even made me a blueberry lemon drop by muddling fresh blueberries. Great experience as always!!

We had a great experience. Ciara was our server, and she was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive (but not overly). The establishment was clean, they had a bar area with dining tables and a piano player, as well as a separate dining area. The booth we sat in was a little tight for the four of us and we would be considered average in size. The happy hour drinks were wonderful, and a great price; as were the happy hour Hor d'ourves (we had the fish dip....yummy, fried pimento cheese balls, and shrimp corn dogs (so good). Our meals included Cajun cooked triple tail....so delicious, blackened scallops (seasoned just right)...cooked to perfection, and the shrimp and grits....can you ever go wrong with shrimp and grits? We had a charming evening. Good drinks, excellent food and service, all shared with great friends. We will be back!

Georgia Sea Grill was recommended to us by a local friend, he raved about how this was his favorite restaurant in town, and boy did it meet my expectations! Our server was a younger, handsome guy who was very knowledgeable on the menu, offered an opinion when we discussed being in between two entree choices, and remained friendly throughout our dinner. We enjoyed the crab stuffed hush puppies, pan roasted fresh catch of the day, grilled filet, and don’t forget the coconut chocolate chip pie. This restaurant is classic upscale dining, with an extensive menu, and beautiful ambience. Don’t leave St Simon’s without stopping into Georgia Sea Grill.

We went for a birthday celebration. Exceeded expectations...must go place!

We dined here last year and had an unbelievable meal and experience. In fact we wanted to eat there a second time during our stay but they were fully booked. We were so excited to fine this year when we returned to the area and even made reservations for 2 nights. Unfortunately we won’t be returning for the second night. The service was super slow, the server was a bit rude and refused to tell us the specials until the person parking the car was seated, and the food was mediocre at best with the salad being the smallest I have ever seen. Very, very disappointing!!

We went here during our minimoon trip to Saint Simons and it exceeded expectations! The apps, entrees, and complimentary pecan pie for dessert (since we had just gotten married) were all amazing! Great service as well and will certainly be back.

Third time eating here and it was disappointing. The Chef has to take his foot off the pepper pedal. Way too much black pepper on the shrimp and grits. And the She Crab soup could actually use some crab. It was more broth than soup and it had too much pepper. Just really disappointing as far as the dinner was concerned. The wife's mussels were OK but not spectacular. Might be awhile before we go back. Needs a upgraded menu. Service was fine.

From beginning to end this was a wonderful evening. We arrived a few minutes early for our reservation so we grabbed a drink at the bar while our table was prepared. Our server for the evening was Landon, a Paula Deen sound alike, warm, funny, Southern lady. We started off with the ahi tuna and had different fish dinners that were beyond delicious. Ended our meal with the super sweet super delicious buttermilk pie. This was my second dinner at Georgia Sea Grill and it won’t be my last.

Wonderful food. We go every time we’re at St. Simon’s Island. Katie is the BEST server. She made our dining experience top notch!

My girlfriends and I had such a lovely dinner last night at GSG. Landon was our host and she was funny and informative, in addition to providing excellent service. Our drinks and food were all great. Most of us opted for variations of the fresh catch. Our meal here was memorable and a great way to start our ladies trip!

The food was so delicious. prepared simply with minimal saucing so the food really shone through. the vegetables paired with each meal was complimentary as well. Wine by the glass was high quality .

One of our favorite restaurants on St. Simons. And we have lived here 54 years. Great farm to table and at least 6 fish species options. The halibut special for the evening was truly amazing. I had a Cesar salad with my entree the appetizer calamari. It’s the best calamari anywhere.

Needed to change the reservation, # of guest. Was a difficult change but, Savannah was very patient and helpful! Had a great experience in the piano bar at a nice corner table.

There were 3 of us. We started by sharing a beer salad, calamari and corneal dusted oysters. Delicious!!! I was content with that and so the other two people decided to have the catch of the day but asked to change what it was served with. No problem. Split the plate, no problem. Had the chocolate coconut pie for dessert-YUM!!! A great meal and great service.

Our recent visit to Ga Sea Grill for our 52nd Anniversary Dinner was delightful! Our meal was delicious and the service was attentive and wonderful (Hint--RJ is THE BEST WAITER EVER). At least 6 or 7 of the wait staff wished up a Happy Anniversary and we even got complimentary desserts. Ga Sea Grill just never disappoints! We also felt the pricing was very reasonable for the amazing quality of our meal and service. It remains one of our favorite restaurants.

Georgia Sea Grill usually has exceptional food and service. This last time around food was still incredible but the service was very lacking. Not sure if we had a new waitress but definitely took a long time to take our orders and some of those came back incorrect.

We had good service but the food was just average. We have dined many times before and were surprised by the drop in food quality.

The service was wonderful and the food was delicious. The time we waited for our food was reasonable. We were very pleased with our dining experience.

Best food on the island! Great staff and Chef Tim is the best ! The whole team is able to take local ingredients from the state, including their own sustainable farms, and make amazing southern seafood and fare . Cannot recommend enough

The catfish was amazing. If you got a bit of each element in one bite, the taste was superb. Service was wonderful. The ambience in the piano room was relaxing. We enjoyed the chocolate cheesecake for dessert; it was a rich chocolate treat with almost a mousse-like texture. The only thing the was disappointing was the amount of pepper on the vegetable ravioli- but I am sensitive to pepper.

Wanted a restaurant close to where we stayed. It's a fancier place. The food was really good, the drinks where great. There are kid options off menu.

A very nice restaurant a lot quieter than the family oriented restaurants. A very nice seafood selection. I will definitely eat there again

We have always been wanting to try this restaurant since coming to the island years ago. I have to think that they had an “off night” because it was not a great evening for us. One of the drinks had to be returned. The raviolis that 2 of us had were tasteless and the short ribs were inedible. Our server, Katie, was fabulous and gave outstanding service but food was off.
