Global Fusion just catered an office party for my company, and I'm really glad we picked them! Everyone was super happy with the selection of Bahn-Mi sandwiches, salad, and house made chips we selected, so much so that by popular demand we're already planning to use them for our next event. Also should point out that they handled delivery and setup for all the food, drinks, plates, etc which was super professional and made things easy. Great to work with, locally owned, and they did a nice job consulting with me on putting a menu together. Top notch!

I work for a company called Fooda. We partner with local restaurants in the markets we serve to feed corporate populations of people during lunch. We recently partnered with Global Fusion who joined our rotating roster of restaurants who we rely on to serve & feed 500 workers at a local company at a time. Global Fusion was a huge hit! The freshness and quality of the food, the creative culinary behind it, diversity of offering, and professionalism of their actual meal service as well as their communication and organization with my company leading up to it truly set them apart. They're our #1 provider in the Richmond market and we're very fortunate to be partnered with them.

It’s clear a lot of love goes into the food. Huge, delicious selection for all tastes and diets. Very friendly atmosphere.

Hands down, best place in Richmond. I’ve lived here for 4 years and they haven’t been around very long.The food is absolutely amazing. By far the best Philly I’ve ever had and the home made chips that come with it are very good. To top it off the owner, who is also the one working, is the coolest guy I’ve every met. He’s super wholesome and has excellent service.

The owner is extremely engaging and sociable! Food is some of the best my family and I have ever had. If you are looking to support a smaller business definitely try here. The food is not only delish but they offer a wide variety. Try the flavors of the world without having to leave the country!

Nestled so close to Goatcado that it’s easy to miss, and looking like a hole in the wall from the front door (which it is!!), this is actually a fun little restaurant with tasty food and worth a visit. What makes it special, however, is the enthusiasm and hustle of the chef/part owner, Mike. Go here when you’re in the mood for a smile and some fun banter with an extrovert who is proud of his business and eager to give you the best service. He has Impossible Burger available to substitute for any meat or chicken, so everything on the menu can be made vegetarian (parentheses not vegan).

AMAZING food and service at Global Fusion! Great menu choices, all made to order, and SO delicious. The owner was incredibly kind and you could tell he was very passionate about the food! Very glad to have found such a good spot in the Fan!

Welcoming atmosphere, wonderful service and the variety of food was refreshing. We ordered numerous items such as plain beef dogs, tots with brisket, Rueben, Nicé, Cuban… everything delicious, thoughtfully made and fresh. What a great place!

Easily a top 3 restaurant in Richmond (along with Blue Atlas and Bocata in any order) based on food alone, but also probably has the best service of any restaurant here. Tried the Kingston and the Istanbul and these quickly rose to the top of my best sandwiches in Richmond list. The bread pudding muffins were also great and flavorful but not too sweet. Back to the service- the owner seems like one of the most genuine people I have met. He definitely deserves the success through his hard work with creating this concept. Very unique and flavorful food, very friendly service. Pros: -Amazing food, very flavorful and tender chicken -Service is outstanding Cons -If people listen to the reviews as they should, the building won't be big enough because everyone should be going here.

I went with my husband and three friends. We all ordered different sandwiches (Istanbul, Kingston, Casablanca, Bangkok, and Greek) and everyone absolutely loved their food! All were very flavorful and unique! The owner was also super nice and personable! Definitely going back.

My family has been working our way through the menu, and we haven't gottn anytting we didn't love yet! Super friendly place, with some of the best hotdogs and sandwiches in town. I cannot speak highly enough of Global Fusion. Also, gluten free options are easy and tasty. A good option for dietary restrictions.

This is a hidden gem in RVA. The food was amazing! I had the Kingston with the gluten-free wrap. The flavors were incredible - smoky and spicy but sweet and refreshing at the same time. The owner was super helpful to answer my questions, very hospitable, and welcomed my feedback on the gf wrap (which was very unique and amazing!). Between the customer service and the food, I'll be dreaming about this wrap for days to come.

The owner was immediately attentive and very kind. I had the Cape Town with smoked brisket. It was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. (Chips we're great too) The standout customer service and amazing food will definitely have me coming back anytime I'm in Richmond.

Foods awesome. Hot dogs are unique and delicious. Cauliflower wings are generously portioned and fried light and crispy, with plenty of sauce. Service is friendly and they have a punch card! Don't forget to try the blueberry soda too.

Great collection of vegan and vegetarian sandwiches. I had Caprese Salad and Bangkok sandwich and I loved it! The owner is really nice. He gave us these awesome cookies from the house to celebrate Valentine’s Day.

The only thing better the food was the customer service! Mike goes above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful experience. The Philly with brisket was incredible as was the Caribbean hotdog. Cannot recommend highly enough and excited to come back and try more of the menu.

Such a great place! Stumbled in after searching desperately for something new & different and dang, this place delivered. The owner was amazing and gave us the whole story of how he came up with the menu, which has some of the most creative food items I’ve seen in a while. We got the Southern Rueben and the Cheesesteak to split, both were fabulous but I think the Rueben was our favorite. The chips were spiced to perfection. I can’t remember the brand of their craft fountain sodas but as someone who NEVER drinks soda, I was surprised by how much I loved it. Kinda bummed I didn’t try any desserts which are apparently all made by a local baker. Luckily we still have half the menu we want to try, so I’ll be back to taste it all!

I happened upon Global Fusion RVA while driving down main looking for lunch. The concept intrigued me and I'm so glad I stopped! I'd been craving a Cuban sandwich so I had the Havana and the loaded tots with brisket. The meats were tender and flavorful without being overly fatty. I'm usually a moist brisket and sauce girly (try the tots with the apricot bbq sauce), but thoroughly enjoyed the tots which came covered with a simple combo of lean meat, cheese, and green onion. The Havana was just as delicious. The pulled pork was so juicy! The owner was flying solo taking orders, cooking and did it all with a smile on his face, a really lovely guy. Definitely worth a stop!

Walked in for take out last night and was immediately greeted and felt warmth from Mike, who told us everything about the menu and the stories that go into it. I got the Cape Town with beef brisket and I could smell it the entire car ride back, and it was so juicy and tender! Would definitely come back to support this business.

That’s a heart-felt, creative idea to get behind. If you have the means, please try to eat her once per week to help keep Global Fusion in Richmond. It’s affordable, delicious, and it comes from authentic people who are doing their part.

First time trying this place. Welcoming atmosphere and fantastic food. The sandwiches we ate exceeded our expectations, portions were generous. I would recommend the Ruben. Will definitely be coming back.

The spot was amazing! We found it while walking last night, and we stopped in and first of all the sodas were insane! The stubborn cream soda is hands-down, the best cream soda I’ve ever had! And all the food is able to be ordered plant-based so we were able to order anything off the menu which felt incredible! The food flavor was amazing And the atmosphere was great and the service was incredible! Everyone should come here!

Leaving a review on Google AND Yelp because of how URGENT it is that people try this place. PARTY IN YOUR MOUTH - why hadn't I heard of this place before today?! Historically, I have been frustrated by the lack of good sandwich options in the Fan. After seeing "Global Fusion" open up next to Goatacado on Main, and seeing stellar reviews online, my wife and I decided to give it a try and walked over for lunch today. I ordered the Cuban and it was easily the best I've had in RVA (and trust me, I've been hunting for a good cuban for the 9+ years I've lived in the area). The bun was super soft and slightly toasted, and filled with a generous portion of incredibly tender meat topped with what appeared to be a house-made mustard and delicious pickles. The cheese was melted into the meat and the whole thing just completely melted in my mouth. On top of that, the owners were super friendly and seemed to really put a lot of passion into the food. I will CERTAINLY be adding Global Fusion to my "go-to" spots for lunch. Do yourself a favor and give it a try.

Ended up stopping by here cause the place we wanted to go to seemed closed. The chef working here is super nice, very accommodating especially for vegan options and feedback. Food was well seasoned and some of the best kettle chips I've had.

It's currently New Years Eve. I came up to Richmond from Hampton Roads with my significant other and the first 2 spots that we went to were closed. I'm vegan, so it's a bit tougher for me to find spots to eat. We came upon this place by happenstance. It was cold and we were hungry. But I'm glad we went inside! The owner, Mike, was by himself but was so warm and friendly. He was very kind and even excited about wanting to offer more food to those who are plant based and discussed planning on expanding more of the plant based options. I ended up getting the Bangkok and it was delicious. The chips were also fantastic! Mike's energy and kindness was enough to make me come back and the food definitely helps. :)

Love that they open Mondays!! 🙌🏼 and I work right around the corner. The food is delicious, have had a couple of things from there. And the staff is AMAZING. Very friendly and homey feeling when you walk in. Definitely recommend!

Dropped in solo this evening and met chef Mike. I had the Southern Rueben, and had a solid food tasting experience. If you are into hot dogs and bbq this is your new spot. It is right next to goatacado and on main st. Stop by and try something new at Global Fusion RVA

My boyfriend and I walked to a neighboring restaurant today for dinner. As we walked by, we noticed Global Fusian. A quick Google search brought up all the positive reviews so we walked out of the neighbor and into Global Fusion. Mike is super friendly and the food was great. I think this small business owner is going to be a great asset to the community with his energy and spirit. We both hope to see the place succeed! Saigon and Bangkok were both yummy!!! Love that they have indoor dining for the cold months.

Great food and amazing service! We had the Bangkok over quinoa instead of as a sandwich and could not stop raving about it! The smoked chicken is delicious, the veggies were fresh & crisp, and the sauce was full of flavor and provided a little kick. There is also the option to swap the fresh chips for a side salad, but the chips are too good to pass up! There are so many great items on the menu and I can’t wait to see what other healthy dishes & salads are added in the future. Love having a healthy, quick and unique option nearby!

The Cuban has my heart, but the Reuben blew my mind. Let Mike make your food! You won’t regret it

I ate here for the first time today and I already know i'm a customer for life! The owner, Mike, is extremely friendly and you can tell he cares about the food and the customers. The battered cauliflower was my favorite dish, followed by the loaded tots! A must-try in RVA!

The food is fun, unique, and delicious. Mike is great and very friendly. A new place that it worth a shot! I got the Casablanca and it was great! My boy got the Opa hotdog and ask if we could come back again he enjoyed it so much. Come check them out!

RVA you have a hidden gem in Global Fusion because OMG it was amazing. Mike was so friendly and nice and made us feel like family. The food was top notch we had the cauliflower bites with garlic parm & caribbean jerk that were fried perfectly. I had the Philly plant based and wife had the southern reuben. Both were amazing, tasted so fresh and made with love. We will be back ASAP!

I came across this place on instagram (shout out @miss_elaine_neous for putting on local businesses), and I'm so glad that I did. I got the Bangkok (Thailand) and added jalapeños. It was so flavorful and delicious. You can tell that they use fresh and high quality ingredients. Also the owner, Mike, was extremely kind! I got a free drink with my meal as part of their October special. I can't wait to try everything on their menu!

Had a great experience here! The food was great and the staff was incredibly kind and friendly. Very cool menu, with a different sandwich/meal representing different major cities of the world. As a vegetarian, I was really impressed with the menu. Every menu item that has meat can be substituted for a plant-based option! I loved my meal and my friend who ordered meat said his was delicious also. Would definitely come back again!

Fantastic new restaurant! This is a casual spot that takes its food seriously. My wife and I both loved our sandwiches, and really had a hard time choosing between so many good options (we will be back!) The meats are the standout, I loved the pulled pork on the Havana, and the smoky brisket on my wife’s Philly was delicious. The bread is sneaky good, like a great Italian sub roll you get in the Northeast and can be hard to find in Virginia. Homemade chips are also excellent. The portions are generous—you will not go hungry. Friendly staff as well, give them a visit!

The gentlemen at the counter was also manning the kitchen, and not only was he incredibly personable, but exceedingly generous and uplifting. I seldom come across people with an energy such as his, and I’m positive if you take the time to stop by you’ll feel the exact same. Don’t miss out on this haven!!!!

I was looking for something healthy, so my wife and I tried this on a whim. We weren't disappointed! She got a Korean pulled pork and kimchee on a chicken dog, and I got a Caprese salad. Both were delicious. The friendly staff and yummy food result in an overall great experience. I wish them lots of luck!

YUM! The Caribbean salad is fresh and light and tropical and the mango habanero chicken wings were the perfect compliment – a little heat but not too much. We also had the Cuban sandwich with Fusion Chips (couldn’t stop eating those). The sandwich was full of flavor and the meat was smoky and tender. The owners could not have been more welcoming and enthusiastic about their food and their service. Already planning what to have next on the menu!

Went to their grand opening today the food was so good! I asked Mike one of the owners what he would recommend he recommended the Istanbul it was so incredible! Was super flavorful and the naan bread it came on was also so good! There soda is also A+ I got I think it was vanilla agave soda from the fountain all the other flavors looked outstanding as well. I wish I would have gotten a picture but I was so hungry I ate it right away ^_^. The service was also very good everyone was really personable and kind. I’ll definitely be going back soon.
