Stopped in on our anniversary and was not disappointed! Hands down best pastries in town! No contest. Lots of options, great prices, friendly staff, and tasted great!!! Thanks for the good experience! We will definitely be back when in Bayfield again.

Go, order anything that looks good because it is good. I had cinnamon rolls, a few different turnovers, maple glazed apple fritter, and the raspberry rhubarb pie. It was all amazing! I went twice. I would have ordered more cinnamon rolls on the second day, but one person bought every single one right when they opened! If they were open more days, I'd be back today for another pie and cinnamon rolls. Everything is extremely fresh! You see it being made right in front of you.

I just had a Cheese Danish that had to be crafted by Angles in Heaven. If you see the Open sign slam on those brakes and go in! You wont Regret it!

Absolutely the best bakery we've found in a long time! Breakfast treats were delicious, and the pies are simply amazing - fresh fruits and stuffed to the brim. We went back 3 or 4 times over a long weekend, and took more home on the road with us!

What a delightful hidden gem! Apple pie was delicious and their cream cheese Danish was the best I've ever had.

Grab some delicious pastries, bring some coffee, and drive down to sit at the park overlooking the water! We bought a blueberry turnover (OMG DELICIOUS) , pecan Carmel roll (just melt in your mouth delicious), a cinnamon roll, and a giant Bismarck!! All delicious and soooo fresh!

The best part about driving through Bayfield is getting a pie or turnover from Gourmet Garage. My family has had several different flavors of pie and they are always delicious.

We visit Bayfield every summer to check out the Apostles. This summer we stopped by the Gourmet Garage based on reviews and could not have been more pleased. I ordered several different items to try. Their donuts were so good we came back another day to get more! We also tried some pastries and were very pleased with the flaky texture and tasty flavors. Definitely worth visiting if you like baked goods.

Absolute dynamite. Maple glazed apple fritter was perfect. Cinnamon sugar, apple cider doughnut was the best cake doughnut I've ever had. Blueberry turnover was perfectly flakey. This place is legit.

Wonderful pies. I am not usually a fan of apple pie bit I love theirs. Lots of interesting combinations. I loved the raspberry/rhubarb pie. The shop is located just outside of the downtown area of Bayfield. Definitely worth a visit!

I made a custom order for a true blueberry pie and it was so worth it! The filling was exactly what we hoped for: full of berries, not watery, not too sugary. The crust was thin and crispy, no soggy bottom! Though I prefer an unsweetened crust, this one was great and not too sweet. Well done Gourmet Garage! When I'm back in Bayfield, I'll visit you again. :)

Always a favorite when we come to Bayfield! We suggest going earlier in the day, in case you need to reserve a pie in advance, etc. The lake, a cup of coffee, and pie.....what else do you need?!

Got a warm blueberry pie and it was fantastic

So great! We tried the apple caramel pecan pie and the raspberry sour cream coffee cake. Both were amazingly delicious!

Please stop and try the apple sauce donuts. They are fantastic. Pie construction was going on when I stopped and I cannot eat a whole pie by myself. They looked delicious.

I visited the Gourmet Garage in search of some nice pastries. They certainly delivered! I ordered two apple turnovers for myself and a friend. We can both honestly say that they are the best apple turnovers that we’ve ever eaten. Would come again! It is likely I’ll make a point to visit every time I’m in the Bayfield area.

Family owned and operated they know how to make the pastries! Great service fantastic pies, turnovers, and.... molasses cookies!! We love you guys Get there early place your order quickly they keep limited number of pastries out and they never stay out long.. if you have a specialty request they will do everything possible to accommodate you. Great job thanks guys!

The place opens at 6 am, but the only thing available was turnovers and Danish. When we asked about the pies, that was going to the oven at that time, 7:30 am, we were informed that they would just be ready at 11 am. Take 3:30h to bake a pie? There is a touristic place where hotels do not include breakfast in your stay. What a big opportunity for a bakery! I think they should have more options or if it's not the intention to have people there, make it clear at some point. The customer skills are poor too. They just said: pies will be ready at 11am and stopped there starring at us waiting to make a decision, like they are doing a favor to have us there . For sure is not the best way to run a business.

I thought Judy's was decent, just didn't have any of my favorite pies. and it's quite small so be ready to walk by a sinkful of dirty baking dishes when you walk in. to be fair though, I believe the reason the selection was limited was because EVERY pie you can buy likely JUST came out of the oven.
