Honestly I can't for the life of me figure out how this place is ranked so high. Either people just don't know what good Chinese food is or they just love how cheap it is. Because it is cheap. Lunch specials run late and you can add on a side of certain dishes for a mere 5 bucks. The place is a run down out of date mess and the food was all as plain and basic as you can while still calling it by its name. Lo mein noodles with some soy sauce end of recipe. Nothing special to report about either the sweet and sour pork, orange chicken, or mo golian beef. Blah. I'm sorry to the owners to be so candid but this place is just a turn and burn low quality take out factory.

Usually love coming here but 1 person working the front counter, tables and bussing is not fair for him. Especially on a Friday night!! The food is always good though.

I'm sorry I can't believe 😭 I have never tried this restaurant. But that's ok I know we're I can get extremely amazing Chinese food from now on. Haven't eaten here in over a decade, and the food is just as great as I remember! I ordered the lunch combo, generous portions of food, and it was ready in less than 20 minutes. Glad to rediscover this hidden gem from my childhood.

The food is delicious, quiet atmosphere, the people who serve are very friendly and helpful, my wife and I liked it, and I think we will return to try the different dishes.

Wanted to try some new Chinese, the food here was pretty good. I would definitely come back. Only thing I would complain is not a lot of meat in lo mein. The customer service was kinda cold and make sure you bring cash because they charge for use of card. The area is a bit sketchy but it's normal if you are from here! ☺️

The food is decent ordered sweet and sour chicken and orange chicken. The food could have been better. I feel like the sauce on both of the chickens is lacking flavor. They could definitely benefit from switching up the sauce, making it more flavorful the orange chicken didnt really taste like orange. The sauces tasted water down. The eggrolls tasted too much like ginger for my liking . The crab puffs were decent. The basic fried rice that comes with the combo tasted pretty basic. It was lacking flavor. The chow mein was pretty decent though.

Tried this place for the first time today after reading the reviews and all Chinese food we've had nearby has left something to be desired... The food was awesome. It was fresh, flavorful, and so fast. While the service was prompt, the server was intense and loud. The restaurant is old, but looked clean and the building was quiet. We went with basics this time, - the lemon chicken was the best I've ever had, and I'm looking forward to trying other things. Their lunch specials run til 4, even on weekends, so the price is right. Their hot mustard was also the best. Really great food, we were very pleasantly surprised.

First time trying this place tonight after we saw our typical Chinese food restaurant had closed.I picked up a to go delivery and the gentleman who served me was kind and quick. Don't be fooled by the stip mall location- the restaurant was clean and updated. They have multiple A ratings for health inspections displayed, which makes me think they take pride in their place. The quality of the food was great - everything fresh and freshly prepared. The veggies were crisp and all the sauces delicious. The beef in the beef and broccoli was tender and flavorful. The portions were fantastic and we actually had enough to feed our family of 5 for another night. A little disappointed they didn't have delivery, but food is good enough that I don't mind hopping in the car. This is definitely our new go to Chinese food restaurant - highly recommend.

Best egg rolls in town! Only two things I don't like is they are closed on Tuesdays and close at 9pm on the weekends. Wish they would stay open a bit later so I can get some once I get out of work lol but other than that Delish' !!!

We loved all our food. Wor Wonton soup was incredible, beef chow fun, walnut shrimp, shrimp with lobster sauce were delish. The sesame chicken is incredible. Service was fast and server was on top of our drink refills. Top notch Chinese food.

Love this place been my favorite spot since I was in gradeschool . Very kind staff and friendly. Food is always good for me sweet sour chicken never fails there egg drop soup is the only one I'll eat I love it with the chili oil and fried wontons, beef low mein with broccoli, pot stickers, fried rice, orange chicken and lemon chicken if they still have it are all my recommendations.

My mom came here and said the food was good, but the waiter sat at the table across from her and was just staring the whole time. Pretty weird

We went to this place, on our 'first date' 18 years ago and wanted to revisit for our Anniversary. we were as pleased with this visit as we were the first time, and were so happy that not only did this fine restaurant make it through the 'Covid Disaster', but has continued the excellent food and service throughout time. Our meals were a 'circus' of flavors and each bite was such pleasant sense of spices and flavor. Simply outstanding, as was the combo appetizer pictured. I can't remember what the name of the cocktail drink we shared (last picture) but it was quite interesting and unique. Just cannot go wrong dining here.

I wanted to try a new Chinese place we found this location and went out today with family to have Lunch. The food was so good I didn't expect it to be that good and prices are reasonable compared to other locations. I recommend this location The only thing is they're short staffed only one person taking care of everyone.

We have been customers for years. Recently had mongolian beef , tasted off/old. We ate little of it but enough to get sick. Very disappointed that Grand Dragon refused to do ANYTHING. We offered to bring it in, heard mumbling then she hung up.

I love Grand Dragon. They always have an A rating posted. They don't mess up my order or forget to pack An item. The decor could use some modernizing but that's my only criticism.

We really enjoyed our dinner here. It is a smaller restaurant, but the service was awesome. He answered all our questions and explained the dishes that we had not experienced yet. It was warm outside but they had the A/C on which made a big difference. The prices were reasonable and dishes were big enough to share. And the food was really good. We all agreed that we will be back here.

It's our go-to spot for FRESH delicious food. Been a customer for almost two years and I've tried several plates and have NOT had one complaint. The sesame chicken is our favorite dish but again you can't go wrong with any of the other dishes as well. Sometimes they get really busy and it's just the few of them working but it's always worth the wait!

The food is just okay, pretty greasy but nothing to complain about overall. However, recently I ate there and the man working there was gone so I couldn’t tip him. Keep in mind it’s expensive too. But the next time I come in, he’s super rude to me. I asked if I could have a side of rice and he yelled at me, saying it’s only available during lunch or whatever. I also noticed he didn’t give me a complimentary soup even though I paid a premium for the food I was getting. He is just a very greedy man, and will treat you differently if you don’t tip. I think that’s disgusting

Made me sad. I’m going through a rough time so I couldn’t tip as much as I wanted to. The man working there noticed and started acting very differently towards me. He turned from a happy, laughing, boisterous man into a cold-hearted individual who was watching me like a hawk, giving me the stink eye. The food wasn’t even that good either

Update: Unfortunately, this restaurant has gone down hill on quality and pricing. *********** Over the years I've tried much of this menu. Most everything I've tried is really good. Nothing has ever been bad. My favorites are... Wor Wonton Soup Crab Puffs, Egg Rolls, Potstickers Singapore Rice Noodles Canton Chow Mein House Chicken(pro tip- sauce on the side so it stays crispy and try the orange sauce with it) Sesame Chicken/Beef Moo Goo Gai Pan (Mom's Fav) Only reason for the 4 stars is because they recently raised prices across the menu by $1. Still affordable and the best Chinese place in the neighborhood. And a friendly staff 🙂 ***This was my old first review from 5 years ago*** Fair price. Good eggrolls & crab puffs.

Best fried rice in Arizona. I love this place !

I would have given the place 5 star due to the good food. The server was yelling at every one. Kind of annoying. Even the bill. Food was amazing. Have the general Sao chicken. The sauce is so amazing and flavorful. They should use that sauce for everything. Lemonade was also really good. Egg drop soup was very good. Decent egg rolls. I would eat here again and that says something.

They charge for using your credit card and if you don't ask for condiments, they won't give them to you. The food has also gotten bland. I've eaten here a lot in the past, but never again.

This is a good place to eat but not great when ur ordering out. They have a nice deal for lunch but soup is not included with ur order and price is still up. It should be included with the lunch special. Sad.

I came here for lunch and got take out for my family and I can honestly say it was the nastiest Chinese food I’ve ever had the food all tasted like some sort of chemicals I thought maybe it was just me and didn’t say anything but my husband and daughter both started talking about a wired taste and they also didn’t like it me and my family will not return! We ended up throwing away all the food after all who wants to eat chemicals not us lol

I think their prices have gone way up since the pandemic, I paid over 40 almost $50 for two soups and crab puffs and house chow mein. But I still love the food one of the best Chinese restaurants in our area. I saw one of the comments where the gentleman was put off by the waiter yelling on the phone. gentleman is not yelling on the phone that's just the way he talks he is a very loud person I don't know if he's partially deaf or what but he's done that for years and I've been going there for years. He is not as loud as he used to be maybe he's like us when we speak to someone will not in our native tongue we tend to yell at them hoping they'll understand us.

The food is always very delicious, they are extremely fast, and the drinks are strong! I love coming here and my kids ask for it by name

We love this place, the food is great MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS everytime we get our food to go, I don't leave a tip, because you don't leave tips on to go orders, the guy at the register gets mad. I DON'T HAVE TO TIP FOR TO GO ORDERS!! NO SERVICE WAS PROVIDED!! SO NO TIP NEEDED!! Otherwise great place.

The food here is consistently really good, cooked fresh, and good sized portions. I often have to pick up $100+ worth of to go orders to take to my family in Laveen because they like it so much. The people who work there are not the most friendly but certainly not rude or unhelpful. I highly reccomend this place!

The food was disgusting along with the customer service. I asked the man working if the house chicken was good because it was my first time eating here and his legit response was, “Some people like it some people don’t why are you asking me?” Like uhh sir maybe because you work here and you’re supposed to help assist customers when they have questions about the menu! I’m never eating here again I only came because of the reviews and it was the worst decision I made what a waste of time and money. Tried to finish my food but it’s so gross I can’t even I just needed to eat something to feed my baby in womb and this was not it I only ate the broccoli.

It use to be one of favorite spots. My son wanted to go for his birthday for sentimental reasons. The portions are smaller, prices higher, and quality of food down. I don't mind if prices go up but at least be good still. Anyways big disappointment not worth the drive now.

Best Chinese food ever in the Glendale/Peoria area! Orange Chicken, crab puffs and egg rolls have been on point for decades. We haven’t had them in 4 years since moving and tonight it was like putting on an old pair of jeans. Just as amazing As we remember!
