South Charleston much better than Charleston

The BEST in Kanawha county! I get pretty much the same thing each time because it's so delicious. Haha. I've had other menu items, and everything I've ordered was always amazing. I definitely recommend the baked manicotti with salad and bread. Very clean restaurant and a nice, family oriented, friendly environment.

I don't live in WV anymore but whenever I come back I always have to get Graziano's! I grew up on their pepperoni pizza at Town Center Mall. It's still my favorite!!

Ordered 2 XL pizzas both were under cooked and floppy and just not baked all the way. Called about it and owner wanted to argue with me that he made them himself and they were good! When in fact with proof and wasted gas I drove back to his place of business to prove they were not in fact good. I got a refund for one pizza not both because my kids ate too many slices out of the pepperoni pizza because they were hungry waiting on dinner. Tried to speak with the owner/boss about it and was denied at the store so I went out to my car and called the store and asked for the owner just to get hung up on multiple times? That was my experience anyways hopefully it’s better for everyone else

I wish you would start having the lunch buffet again.I was told that you would have to charge more.I think most people would gladly pay more because the food and service is wonderful.When you offer great food people will pay more.Your food is excellent

It's okay, pizza. I wasn't a fan of it. But once you're used to giovannis, I think that's just what you expect all pizza to taste like. Very cheesy, look good. Just didn't taste the best. They had a crowd, though.

The overwhelming reviews are correct. This is the best NYC style pizza around, and the best lunch buffet in the area. Simply amazing restaurant and we’ve been coming here for years. Ignore the social media troll (s) coming here from far away to leave nonsense based on the businees defending itself against out or area influences. Some people need counseling.

Charleston Area’s Best Traditional Pizza I can confidently say that the Riverwalk Graziano’s is the best east coast style pizza restaurant in the area. The sauce, the cheese, and the crust all smack. We ordered their version of a margarita and a pepperoni roll. I like the plain cheese better than the margarita. The pepperoni roll is more like a Stromboli than a wv pepperoni roll but I think that is what you are wanting when you arder it from a pizza restaurant. They have a nice sized dining room that is starting to show some wear. You order from the counter and the pizza is brought to you. Even though they don’t have table service the staff is friendly and attentive. The serve a nice selection of draft beers. I always look forward to getting a pizza from here.

The best pepperoni roll I have ever had

Hands down the best NY style pizza in WV. Family owned, super friendly staff and such good food. But not just pizza! Their calzones, stromboli and pasta are all excellent. They also offer about 10 different beers on tap. They also have a lunch salad bar. I eat there once a week and love it every time.

I miss the lunch buffet they used to have. The food is great but sometimes I just want a variety and for it to be already prepared.

Ordered a "margarita" pizza and received a cheese pizza with dried basil and diced tomatoes on it. Also tried the Sicilian style crust, it was so dry and over done that it shredded my mouth. Finally the cannolis I ordered were missing. I normally never bother writing a bad review, but I don't understand how this place has 4.5 stars.

Love graziano's and have for a looong time

First time coming to eat lunch. Service was pretty good. The smell in the place was a bit off putting. Once I got my pizza slices they were nice and hot crust was crispy. A bit oily for my liking. Meat pizza was very salty. Cheese was very good. Now to the drink. I mixed half lemonade half iced tea and I felt as tho I took a huge gulp of bleach. Not good . Would like to give it another shot. As the taste in the good was good.

First time here. Lunch crowd was busy. Service quick and friendly. LOVE that you can order by the slice! Had the salad bar, 2 slices and drink. Very reasonable prices. Pizza slices are huge. Took one slice home. Food is great! Will be visiting again!

This place was great, and Lex was awesome- as a first time customer she called me and told me the salad bar was closing at 8:00, and offered to make the salad for me prior to pickup so I didn't miss out. Will be back!

FYI. Lunch buffet is no longer available. Very disappointed in that. That was the main reason we stopped. Food was delicious as always though.

Excellent NY style pizza- 2 slices are substantial! Prompt and Pleasant service Good price, the daily special was great.

Everything was clean and inviting and the service and food were awesome. We had dine-in and it turned into takeout. The portions are very large and we had two servings of lasagna and three servings of baked spaghetti. You won’t just eat there once.

Loved the icy cold draft!!! ❤️❤️❤️

One of the best pizzas we have ever had. Who knew? Been to Chicago, NYC, and Detroit all good but this was worth coming back for. Staff is great!

First off, employees nice. Now, they messed up my order, wrong pizza, and when I got what I ordered, it was far from desirable. I had almost a slice. Took the rest to go hoping to find someone on the street to give to but ended up throwing away. Waste of money.

As soon as we walked in the girl in the front told us 3 items that they were out of and also that the menu prices were not valid. We had to order at the register and then food would be served. Actual prices were several dollars higher than stated on menu. Food was served in aluminum take-out containers. No plates. Silverware came after the food. Pros: food was hot and tasted ok. Cons: bread rubbery, food difficult to eat in an aluminum container. Service was poor. Definitely not an authentic Italian experience.

Most authentic NY style pizza this former New Yorker has had in the south!

Great Pizza and even better customer service. My wife and I were just passing through and since it was Friday night and Friday's are Pizza night we found Grazianos. We were also looking for something else to do in Charleston and the friendly staff told us about the Live on the Levee events held on Friday nights in Charleston on the river. We had a great night.

Great pizza, pasta, meatballs, lasagna, eggplant parmesan. Buffet available, also! Pretty close to NJ and NY style pizza. We loved it. Draught beer on tap, and wine, if you want to have one with your food. EZ on EZ off I-64 if you are passing down the highway. Eat in or take out and there's plenty of seating. Good service. Try it, you'll like it! Good prices, too.

To Shane Casto , We are sorry you drove on hour away to come and eat and that we were closed. Unfortunately a family member was very sick and we had to travel to Florida unexpectedly. Family comes first to us.

Great atmosphere, the staff is super friendly, fresh salad bar and amazing Calzones. To Melinda: we usually frequent this location, the business does not have any waitress so yes the Pepsi machine is self serve and the cups are located next to the machine as well, on the weekend the restaurant does get really busy and yes you are told ahead of time approximately how long your wait will be. Prices have went up, yes every where you go to eat, prices have went up. $6.50 for one trip to the salad bar that is incorrect . we get the unlimited salad bar every weekend 6.50 with a purchase of an entree. They have no waitress and yes every where you go everyone is short staffed. We usually tip since the tables and the food is brought to the table. Worth the wait.

Get your own drinks, waited 1 hour for two calzones, Ranch dressing has changed and it’s terrible. Prices have went up. $6.50 for one trip to the salad bar. Will not be revisiting. Short staffed, and tell you up front like that’s supposed to take care of the absolutely no service. Pay before eating. I used a card and tipped $8 to to have no service whatsoever.

Amazing food and service! We ordered the Grilled Chicken Salad, two slices of Meat Pizza, one slice of the Veggie Pizza, a Pepperoni Roll, and Tiramisu. I strongly recommend getting the House Italian Dressing with the salad. It was sweet, tangy, and just delicious. The pizza slices were large and tasted great. Being in WV, I had to try the pepperoni roll. This was my first time trying, and it tasted absolutely delicious. The outside was nice and crispy, and there was an large amount of filling. The tiramisu was creamy and not too sweet. The gentleman working the counter was super friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable too! Will definitely come back the next time I visit West Virginia!

Wonderful NYStyle pizza. Nothing fancy just a plain cheese pie, but it’s perfect. Crust is thin and crispy but doesn’t have much chew to it. The sauce is a good balance of tomato flavors and sweetness. Prices are reasonable as well.

Great atmosphere plenty of televisions all playing sports if that is your thing. Got a table for 2 place was moderately busy but still had plenty of tables also has a large table which seats (maybe) 15ish guests. We got a supreme pizza and I wanted anchovies but she hates them and tried to order half with the anchovies and half without but the whole pizza had them on it. Which was ok with me but I was disappointed for my girlfriend though.

Grazianos has the best pizza in the valley, the beer is ice cold(literally foam turns to ice). If your looking for excellent local food and a good atmosphere this is the place for you.

Great portion size on calzones and stromboli. Good prices. Helpful staff, they were out of a few items so they told us UP FRONT when we got the menus, not after we tried to order the food. Restaurant was clean.

I grew up in New York, lived there for 45 yrs, I've tried all of the so called pizza Graziano's was the only one that came close to my home town pizza!!!! Thank you Graziano's for real pizza in WV! !

Buffet is awesome. It is a tavern now too, so they serve beer and wine (no liquor). Their menu is varied, all the neapolitan/Sicilian favorites (pizza, Italian sausage, penne, rigatoni, antipasto). Deducting one star because their pizza isn't quite as good quality as their original location on Capitol Street in downtown Charleston. Still very much worth a visit, particularly for their lunch buffet.

The locals all know about this place, as it is a long-time staple in the Charleston area. We visited family recently and ordered Graziano's for lunch. I've never had a bad meal from this establishment. If you are ever in the area, this is a must-try. Fabulous menu!!

Tucked away in a strip mall in South Charleston, WV is a really good Italian restaurant. We had to try the pepperoni rolls...get one with sauce and cheese on top. Definitely a must try!
