Great food, at a reasonable price...

Great place for family and friends, delicious Mediterranean food and very friendly service.

Best Greek food in town. Photo is the small house salad (I already tore into it). I used to work here about 15 years ago in college, had a great time, and it’s still the bomb. Nicest people ever running it and the food is great. Think about running a restaurant for multiple decades and consistently serving good food and staying busy like they are…extremely difficult.

Local Greek place! Incredible food! Been there for years and consistent food and service. Went again, food as good as always!! Miss the phyllo dough feta cheese appetizers!! Update: had a big family event there. Couldn't have been better. Strongly recommend them for a party of 14!

First, this would have a Five PLUS stars, except it took almost an hour to get food, and recently food has been slower to reach the table. The food here is simply amazing. The salads are also huge and always fresh. The dishes are old country Greek, and always flavorful. It is also consistent, and my family has been going out of their way to eat here for almost 20 years. The service is a little slower than desired though (recently), but I contribute this to a shortage of solid restaurant wait staff post-Covid (hiring is impossible), and the fact that this establishment attracts large parties. If you want authentic, solid, and fresh Greek food....eat here. Just be patient, and know that once the food arrives, the wait was worth it!

The owner and manager treated you like family. Wonderful place to take the family or go on your first date or even to propose!!

Was there with my family and we were waiting on one other person so my wife and I ordered a pizza and two dinner salads then once the other person joined us my daughter ordered her food and my mother and law ordered hers and it was and a hamburger and fries we waited for thirty minutes for her food and even flagged down two other servers to see what was taking so long finally my wife walked up to the front desk and asked about the food and was informed that she was going to find our server by the time my wife came back the server was talking to us and told us that the kitchen staff had put cheese on the burger and it was in process of being recooked but couldn't tell us how long it would be. This is very upsetting and not acceptable even though you were very busy I understand that mistakes happen but at the same time let the customer know what's going on before they start trying to find the server or manager. In closing when my wife did go to the counter she noticed that one of the cooks was eating on line were he could be seen from the front counter and that is a health code violation also my mother and law sat there with no food watching everyone else eat I did share a small slice of my pizza with her and she also had a couple of olives and my tomato from my salad and a slice of bread until her hamburger and fries came out

Went in on a Sunday to get take out. I'm pregnant with diabetes and just wanted some fresh, good hot food. One pork chop was bland with absolutely no seasonings. The next pork chop dinner was overly seasoned. Gave me nothing but starchy sides when I ordered vegetables and salads. Tipped 20% to the take out people who bagged my food wrong. Disappointed, but when the manager got on the phone and had an attitude, that's it. I work too hard to throw 60 bucks worth of food in the trash. I'd rather go to Zorbas with a B on the door. Or even Cava for that matter. Never again. BTW, I work in food service. I get things happen, but not accepting responsibility and being rude about it is never okay. Also, a man fell out in the parking lot, I screamed for help, and NOBODY from the restaurant even batted an eye. Ridiculous

Always fantastic service and food. Never a misstep in the 25+ years of frequenting this wonderful Greek restaurant. Their pizza--with homemade Italian sausage--is the Best anywhere, in our opinion. We now live in the Charleston area, but this is where we come for pizza, salad and their homemade bread. Daily specials also tempt. Servers are friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

I've enjoyed this place ever since it first opened. (It was our go-to for my daughter's soccer team dinners many Moons ago) Nothing fancy but everything on the menu is solid; consistent quality, generous portions, moderately priced and a friendly wait staff. (Went for lunch today, Hannah was the epitome of a good server) I've never offered a review before (not sure why), but today I am compelled to. Why? The lunch special Philly Cheese Steak is why! An original take on a classic; thinly shaved, perfectly cooked steak, ample peppers, onions, mushrooms & cheese but the kicker was the bread; toasted Foccacia! Whoulda thunk? It was so good, a perfect compliment to the gooeyness & unlike most sub breads, held up famously. Half with a side is more than enough & yea leftovers! My new favorite cheesesteak in Columbia.

Stopt by while traveling, great food, great service will definitely return on our way back!

I have never been there. But when I called to ask if the gyro meat was fresh cut from a vertical spit or if the meat was frozen the women on the phone said it was in fact FROZEN. Fail to me when it comes to greek food. I'll take a guess and say that the Taziki is bought from a restaurant depot and not made in house. No thank you!

Very disappointed. First time ever. Maybe just a bad day

First and last time go here. Drinks were flat and off tasting. Bread was warm but heavy and hard. I ordered a lasagna with salad. The lasagna was hot however after two small bites I realized it had cinnamon in it. Which I'm allergic to couldn't eat it. Salad was yellowish light green. Other person with me ordered a Gyro,which over cooked and full of tomatoes and onions (not cut good). We got the bill from services who was told issues. They didn't Adjust bill for anything. So we paid $31.05 for meals we didn't eat. Nikki the service was slow and non helpful. Waste of 40 minutes.

I have called no less than 5 times attempting to place a catering order. I have been told to call back or leave my name and number every time. I gave my name and number to one woman and she said I would get a call to place my order. Unfortunately, I missed the call, but Hunter left a message asking me to call him back. I called him back and he told me to call him back at 4pm when he would be at the restaurant. I called today at 4pm and spoke with Hunter. He told me I needed to speak to Alex and that I could leave my name and number again and Alex would call me "here shortly." I asked what that meant and he said "the next time he comes in." I asked when that would be and was told that Alex is "unpredictable" and Hunter did not know when he would come in. I explained that this was the fifth time of me calling to place this order and Hunter told me there was nothing he could do. No apology or empathy. I love this restaurant but they have lost my future business and catering order. I'm sad that I have to look elsewhere because I prefer to support local businesses, but this is not the way to run one.

Old school experience, older, experienced waitresses, do their jobs seamlessly! Food has not changed. Now, back then, covid, no covid, consistency is key! Same experience!!! LOVE THEM!!! If YOU have a problem there, it's YOU!

I had the Gyro, and the meat had very little flavor, way too much lettuce (should be none), and the tzatziki sauce was bland.

Food was okay...i liked the roasted chicken and greek style potatoes...my wife didnt like the taste of the lemon soup ( forgot the correct name) and my grandson didnt like the spaghetti. The server wasnt very attentive with refills ..... so just normal place nothing too exciting

The house salad is awesome. The small is enough for 2 people. Love the house dressing. Clean and always friendly.

Could not ask for better service from the staff. Attentive and helpful. They always treat us like part of the family. The pizza is delicious and the wine selection is very good.

I like this place because it is a treat talking with Alex, showing you the pictures of the Peloponesus, Leonidas and the mountains where they have olive gardens and how the olive oil is made. I suggest the chicken, it has a taste of lemon but with the potatoes that flavor increases in a good way. I would like in the future to eat a lamb leg but hey don't have it. One thing I like about greek restaurants is the Saganaki, but also, they don't have it.

The best Greek spot in the Midlands. Their food never disappoints. I got the spanakopita and the Greek salad. Very delicious!! Service is always great and friendly. They have a large room for parties. We just had an anniversary party there with 50 and had plenty of room.

I usually always get the same things because many restaurants don't have many meatless options outside of salads. The eggplant Parm. is always great, and I usually eat off of it 2-3 times, meaning the portions are amazing as well

Great lunch with great service in a lovely building with plenty of seating.

Lauren, our waitress, was incredible. The food was so wonderful. Especially the authentic Greek and daily specials. So grateful we stopped on our way through town!

Pizza was delicious. Even early in the afternoon, the place was busy.

Had a great time at a family reunion here. Staff was very attentive and the owner even came and thanked us for our business and gave each of the kids a loaf of bread to go which they LOVED 😍

This was a great time. The server was great and friendly. She was very accommodating and helpful with questions. The food was delicious and they give free bread also! Between the table we had a gyro, house salad (I replaced roast beef with pepperoni), chicken parmigiana, cheese sticks and their potatoes. The desserts looked amazing but we did not try them. Drinks were also really good!

Used to be my favorite place... staff was the slightest concerned about anything. Had to ask staff 3x for napkins and refills before we finally got them. And eggplant parm was burnt.

Ate here for the first time trying to find something close by after leaving the hospital. There wasn’t a lot of people so we were able to get seated and get our food pretty quickly. Food was good and we would eat here again to try other things on the menu.

Amazing food, environment, and staff as always! However, our server was really, really bad. We were there for 1.5 hours even though we ordered within 10 minutes of being seated (not an issue with the kitchen at all). Will always go back and have never had an issue at this restaurant before.

I wish the chicken alfredo was on the everyday menu, but as always, the food was delicious!

Greeted with smiles the minute we walked thru the door and it just got better from there. Our waitress was phenomenal, taking time to explain everything to us since it was our first visit there. I had some of their takeout thru a friend at work so I thought I'd try it with my wife. I think she found a new top 3 on her list. She had a burger( huge ) and fries, perfectly crispy! I tried the beef souvlaki dinner. The Greek dressing on the salad was amazing, and the waitress brought out some homemade ranch saying some like to combine with it... Fantastic choice. Both being full, she decided to bring some cheesecake home... Smooth and creamy... Best she's had since we moved here !!!! If I could give more stars I would, but since I can't----- well just go back... Again and again !!!

The food was tasty and came out reasonably fast. The problem was that our server was overloaded which caused her to make mistakes in the order and to forget some of her promises.

We went on a Sunday evening. The place was packed. The waitress was being overwhelmed with so many guests. It took quite a while for us to get our main course and mine was partially cold.

I hadn't been to Grecian Gardens in almost 20 years but I always loved it and do wanted to go with my family for my birthday dinner. It did not disappoint, we have a wonderful time. We were a group of 8, no reservation, but they set us up in one of their rooms. Our server Lauren was fantastic, funny, attentive, we all loved her. And I was so pleased and surprised when she and the other staff sang happy birthday and brought out my serving of baklava with a candle burning. I definitely won't wait another 20 years to visit again.

It was busy and seemingly popular with regulars. We had a gyro and the eggplant Parm and both were a touch disappointing. We'll find a different place next time we want Greek food.

Was greeted when I got in young man thought I was taking to go. Told him no would like to be seated, was sent further in and again greeted . I said one was given a booth and ignored. Was their 10 minutes watched a table of six get seated and waited on immediately. I walked out. Apparently I didn’t matter.

I’ve loved this place since I was a kid. They had my favorite pizza in town. I was over that way and decided to pick up a pizza to bring home. When I got home, there was no sauce on my pizza! Called restaurant and they offered to make me a new one, but I live 30 minutes away and it wouldn’t make any sense for me to drive back across town for another pizza. The man I spoke to on the phone didn’t offer a refund for my order either. Seems like the food and the quality of service has gone down hill quite a bit. It’s unfortunate, I was actually thinking of having my birthday dinner there in a couple of weeks, but I think I’ll be dining elsewhere.

Horrible experience with VERY POOR TABLE SERVICE. After we arrived, waited 15-20 minutes before the sever offered us drinks and we had her take our order too. Then the server abandoned us, had to ask the busboy for water. Also asked another server for a napkin, IGNORED ME and walked by our table. Food was ok and overpriced!! A tremendously horrible dining experience, with very nasty servers and we clearly wont be visiting again.

A review in three parts. Firstly, we got take out pizza, which was some of the best pizza I've ever had. Delightfully reheatable in oven. I would take their leftover pizza over any fresh pizza from a pizza chain. Secondly, we dined in. An amusingly, family diner feel. Just with lots of Greek salads. 😂 Not a fancy restaurant, but very cozy. Thirdly, (but not finally, cause we will be back 😉) they catered our wedding 👰‍♂️🤵‍♂️ Remarkably affordable and accommodating. Alex was a delight to work with, especially since I'd never before coordinated catering for a large event. He asked all the right questions (most of which I wasn't thinking about) and the food was delivered on time, no fuss. And was delicious as always. We even had our people put a box of leftovers together to take on our honeymoon (see previous note about quality of reheated Grecian Gardens food 👌). Please, please, please use them for your next catered event. Especially since we're never going to get married again and thus will be unable to get any more catering 🤣 Do it for us! #OnceAndDone #ItsGonnaStick

Dined at Grecian Gardens yesterday here in SC. Horrible service with several employees who worked a register. Their comments indirectly (cause I do not know them, thank God) about paying customers looking scary and tired is so very rude. So of course no tip was left b/c I do not reward nasty behavior ever. Plus I am contributing to their low budget lifestyle b/c let's face it you work a register at a place that is not even close to being a Michelin star restaurant.

Server went above and beyond in her service and the atmosphere was very family friendly. Will definitely come back!

Husband and I have been coming here for close to 35 years. We started in high school when we first started dating and continue to this day. And while the decor has definitely changed a bit, the food, as always is so good. We love the fresh baked bread and Greek salad; always fresh and good. The pizza is a must try! All the food is good though. Love the fact we can now take some of the salad dressing home.

Had a reservation for the party room for a month in advance called and talked to the owner about it several times to make sure everything was good for today. We get there and was told we couldn't use the party room my daughter's baby shower is today in less than an hour and we have to find a new location last minute and let everyone know...... I'm pissed beyond pissed I will never ever eat at this restaurant ever again and I will be letting everyone know what kind of business you run.

Got takeout, food was delicious. My son got spaghetti and their clam chowder, my husband got the baked chicken and Greek potatoes, I got a small pizza. Food was awesome, I stole my son’s soup and I think that was the best clam chowder I’ve ever had, will definitely be ordering again!

I'm amazed at how quickly they seated and served in a completely packed Sunday crowd. So many people, yet the order came out in a timely fashion and was correct! (Some places don't hear the allergy requests). The bread beforehand is always tasty. The salad was fresh and the lettuce was a bit crunchy (perfect!). The simple spaghetti was cooked to perfection with fresh sauce and tender but not soggy pasta. Friendly wait staff and management. There is a reason it was so packed! From what I see, the crowd isn't as bad most other days of the week. There is plenty of parking (but fills up fast after church!). We had a larger group that they graciously accommodated. Highly recommended!

Had a delightful time. Food was awesome, loved the spaghetti. When we went to leave, owner gave us extra bread to go and shook our hands and said thank you. Really made us feel welcome in a strange town we'd never been too. Awesome restaurant, highly recommend!

Held my reception dinner here back in 1995 not much has changed still wonderful Greek food but sadly the decor has not changed either but ignore the decor and just enjoy the great food

Everything from start to finish was excellent!

Got a large house salad for take out and a taziki and pita appetizer. The salads are much smaller than they use to be, and yet it was almost 35.00 for those two items. Crazy prices
