The food here is always great! Very, very good, always fresh! Greek Souvlaki has been a favorite for years!

Usually love the food, and I always get the chicken souvlaki with domathes(sp?) plate, with a salad and ranch dressing. The tzatziki this time just tasted so bland, like there was no dill or garlic in it, and the ranch was also bland and plain. The rest of the food was just as amazing as it's always been. Service, as always, is as prompt as it can be for fresh food, and the employees were kind and helpful.

I visit SLC occasionally for work and noticed that this place was close. I wanted something low carb so I ordered their Low Carb Greek Salad with Gyro meat. All I can say is OMG. Delicious doesn’t begin to say it. Service was quick and friendly. Had my food almost faster than I could sit down. Meat portion was large but just right. Gyro meat with every bite of salad. This will be a regular stop from now on when I’m in SLC.

I will honestly never be coming back here again. I have given chance after chance after chance and the customer service has failed once again. Francisco and Maria R need some training on providing at minimum GOOD customer service. Never coming back here again. 20 years as a manager sir? You’re lacking. Food was dry and qty was not correct. 0/0 do not recommend.

I was so disappointed. The food had no Greek flavors and the pitas were hard to chew. Tasted and looked as if the food had been sitting there a while. The customer service was even horrible. I use to love the Greek Souvlaki!

Soggy from the rice to the gyro bread, fries old and hard. Goto Beirut cafe for the best authentic Gyro and awesome fries! Try the Turkish coffee!

This place was ok. My Gyro was a tad salty and the lemon soup tasted like it was from a can. Fries were excellent!

I absolutely love Greek Souvlaki! However, I was highly disappointed with my recent order in West Valley 😕 the rice wasn't up to fluffy par and the pitas were quite stale along with the gyro meat ... it made me sad . I won't be returning to this location any time soon.

My husband and I had lunch here today. He ordered gyro combo and I got a Greek low carb salad. Both were excellent and had lots of tasty gyro meat.

They can’t remove the vegetables from the skewers…even if you’re willing to pay more for more chicken. Also the lady at the drive through rushed me so quickly she didn’t even let me answer if I wanted soup or salad. She acted as if close was in 5 minutes and I was holding the door up. I came around 5 with one other car in line and no one inside. My fault for making you do your job, princesa.

Messed up my order and had to go in because I can't understand them through the drive through.Also they gave me attitude when getting my food.

The gyro's are great with white sauce.

We go there for the Greek salad. House dressing is spot-on.

I go to this location rather frequently, and I would give five stars, but the last two times I have ordered a gyro with RED sauce and have got all the way home before finding out they gave me WHITE sauce. So evidently, whoever is taking my order isn't listening. That's disappointing. I will have to check each time now to make sure the order is correct.

I had the chicken salad. Great flavor and portions are always amazing. The only thing I didn't find favorable is that it was a skewer with overcooked onion and zucchini. Not my favorite

Of the places to get Greek food in SLC, this is the best in terms of fast casual dining. I've never had better lemon rice. I always get their gyro and am never disappointed. I also love their dolmathes. Well worth a stop and competitively priced for a fast casual restaurant.

small counter-service restaurant. But the food is great! I had the Medi-bowl, and the combination of flavors and textures was amazing. I really love the pickled red onions. only draw back was the meat was a little dry, but the rest made up for it. And there is a Cold Creamery next door for dessert!

Love many of the choices here like their gyros of course. Their spinach pie and dolmathes are great! Sohaghetti with brown butter and mizithra cheese is delightful! And the burgers are well seasoned and generous in size.

Pork souvlaki was tough. Like it had been precooked and warmed up. Didn't even pull off the stick. Rice was crunchy.

I do not like giving out bad reviews, but in this case, it is warranted. A group of us went here for lunch, the people were friendly, the restaurant was clean and inviting. The food, however, left much to be desired. Not one of us was able to eat the meal that we ordered, and we ended up just throwing it out. I am a fan of Greek food and enjoy it when possible, but this location is on my avoid list. If you decide to try it, I hope your experience is better than mine.

Bland and overpriced food. Never will I go there again.

The amount of time I have spent waiting at the cashier while there’s employees just sitting around is really annoying, I place my order online because I don’t want to sit there waiting on my lunch break, but even when I do that I just stand there for minutes before someone comes over and let’s me have my pickup that’s just sitting there. Love the food, but don’t love just be ignored. I come here often so it’s not a one off thing. Driving home to find out your order is completely wrong really sucks….. this has happened too many times….

I had the Philly Gyro combo and it was really excellent. The fries and shake were great too. I thought it was a little expensive but after I had finished my meal it felt worth the price.

Souvlaki Plater was delicious, except for the rice. Spaghetti was also very good.

Great food!! Greek Souvlaki has my favorite french fries of any fast food restaurant, they're good at any location and every time. The fry sauce is delicious too. Reasonable prices and good portion sizes. I'm gluten intolerant (non celiac) and low fodmap. I get the fries, frysauce, and a rice plate with chicken skewers and tzatziki, no chickpeas or onions, and I don't eat the onions from the skewers. Or the pita bread. Never have gotten sick or had a gluten reaction. 10/10 recommend!

I'm from out of town here for work I walked by this restraunt it smelled so good I decided to go in. The prices seemed very high but after getting my lamb gyro it came with rice, salad and fries I thought ok when I tasted it it was so good aside from the rice it was awesome but it wasn't horribly over priced for the quantity I enjoyed it I will def. Be going back.

I eat here once in a while. I like the spaghetti. The lintel beans are good also.

Customer service was absolutely horrible! I keep coming back to this location only because it’s the closest to me. I’ve had an issue the last three times. Not only was I hung up on when I asked whom the manager that was working that night was on February 8th at around 8:50 pm. When we called back the woman on the phone hung up so we called AGAIN and they disconnected the PHONE which from a customers standpoint is just plain out disrespectful. Also another thing to add on the new site it says they take Apple Pay which THEY DON’T. Honestly every time I come here I think it’s gonna be worth it but once I’m here I regret it every time because the customer service and the wait time it is really not worth it. There’s never a line yet it takes 15 minutes to even be acknowledged at the drive-through just to get a side of rice.

Food was good gyro and fries can't go wrong when I asked for extra fry sauce they didn't even cry about it they just gave it to me. Wonderful!

Had my first Souvlaki, Chicken. And regular gyro thru the drive thru, it was very good. After getting fries with the Souvlaki I realized that rice would have been more appropriate, fries for a more Americanized version, it was a kabob with chicken and onions done well, like over a flame, with a pita bread, flatbread with it, and fry sauce which seemed out of place. Alot of food, Great! Fast ! And not a burger or boritataco.. I will likely go back. Food was good BUT-->Served in a Styrofoam container, fries that were melted into the Styrofoam, will never eat a "to-go" order at this restraint again. We must evolve past the "Styrofoam" containers...

I love that they offer red sauce. I know that it is not traditional, but I like it better ❣️

I really love their food but they are unfortunately closed a lot and it is hard to find their hours online. We went today and got their before they closed but when we pulled up they said they were closed even though the sign was on and it was still open based on posted hours. I really love their food but they are just so inconsistent that it isn't worth the risk anymore. If you are already in the area give it a try but I wouldn't make a trip for it especially if it is near any kind of holiday.

Their food quality seems to have gone down very slightly and protons are different, and their prices have dramatically gone up.

I was accompanied by my wife and our close friend. We had questions about menu items which were answered by the counter person. The pita on my souvlaki plate was extremely caramelized. The meat was perfectly cooked. I liked the lemon rice. I enjoyed the half order of dolmathes. My wife devoured the gyro she got with the tzitziki sauce on it. Our Friend was satisfied with her meal and took part of her meal home to enjoy later. Drop in for a leisurely meal!

The food is great and good portions for the money. They do need to slow down on taking orders thru the drive thru tho, it's not a race. If i didn't feel like the teacher was calling on me after not doing the assignment is hand given it a 5. Well worth it

The food was good. (I didn't say great now) because I have had better. There were 2 women standing by the fountain drinking station hovering over it & refilling their own drinks. While my 12 yr old niece was waiting to fill our drinks before taking them home.

I ordered through Uber and the merchant canceled my order saying they prepared it and they still charged me for food I never recieved and an order I did not cancel the app malfunctioned and they refused to deliver my order to me or issue a refund.

Cashier is very hard to understand- screwed up every order. The manager was good to redo the food. Sauces on gyro are useless.

The place is nice it's clean the staff is usually on top of it not as much appreciated I think it's A Cut Above That Food but it is bad definitely worth checking out especially on a time-sensitive lunch

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Went there for lunch and what I ordered is not authentic Greek food. Everything was bland and dry. I ordered the chicken and pork souvlaki and I never received any pork. Only chicken!!! That was dry and bland. I also ordered the stuffed grape leaves and they were gross. I’ve worked in an authentic Greek restaurant before and this place comes nowhere near it. I will never return here again especially since I’m not from here. Very disappointed

I have always loved eating here but this is the last time i will come here. You dont even get 1 fry sauce with a souvolaki! Rice pudding is $3 each the last time i got rice pudding it was moldy and smelt spoiled i tried to get my replacement rice pudding from my previous order and of course they wouldn't do it. Dont waste your $ this place is not worth it anymore. Way to expensive for what u don't get from them.

I have always loved gyros and Greek food, I have found a few places in Utah that do it right. This unfortunately was not one of them. The meat was incredibly dry and bland and the bread was soggy. It tasted and looked like they just dumped a can of tomato juice over all of it and sent it off. The loaded fries were better but just a mess.

Great takeout choice when staying at one of the nearby hotels. This was an easy walk across the street and order didn't take long. Chicken soulvaki in pita was delicious. Price was okay.

We go here alot but noticed last few times food has really gone down in quality I had yerro meat was very hard and crumbly in the middle the mushrooms were horrible tasted old and were soaked in grease the onion rings were ok the price is high it's ok if the food is perfect but not today think we will pass on this place for a long time 🤢🤢🤢

Dine in was open and we missed it but glad covid safe. The crew was outstanding and food was so good. But charging .50 for fry sauce after we spent 30$ pathetic but rest of this world a joke so sad they joined them

4 stars because I still have hope for this place. It used to be one of my favorites. On this trip I ordered the souvlaki/dalmathes plate. It was good, the pork stick was tender and the grape leaves weren't bitter/chewy like at some other places. In the same order another family member ordered a meal with sweet potato fries and that'swhere we were disappointed. They were hard and dried out and the rest of her meal wasn't spectacular. It seems like every time we've gone in the last 6 months or so, something has been off. I hope they get their mojo back. Despite that misstep, the orders are always correct, no matter how particular we are about condiments, special requests, and toppings. I don't believe I've ever come home feom the drive thru to find out items were missing or incorrect. I never feel I need to check the bag before pulling away. I'll keep eating here even if it's because I want to be there when they are awesome again.

I was in the area and decided to give them another chance (last time I went I received super dry chicken and not great service). The food was better this time. But the service still wasn't great. The cashier left before I was even done signing for my purchase and so I didn't get a receipt.

Loved our quiet meal we enjoyed yesterday!This place is always spotless & the help kind & courteous! Tough to get both along with a delicious HOT meal that didn't just get warmed in a microwave:( I have Never had a bad meal here...Stop & do yourself a favor & say no to burger & fries & treat yourself to a hot plate of Greek Spaghetti or delicious pork or chicken then treat yourself to THE BEST BAKLAVA in town! Prompt, friendly service. Clean facilities. Substantial food and flavor. ***UPDATE*** I have since moved 40 minutes or so away, but was still frequenting their establishment when I had an opportunity. Unfortunately, their prices are still around 25% higher and there's an unwelcome feeling about the place. It's sad, but I think I won't be stopping in anymore.
