Service is always great and the happy hour is a great deal. The vibe is nice for a larger group.

As soon as I entered the restaurant I loved the atmosphere! I ordered the chips, with salsa/guac/queso & it was delicious! However, the tacos were just okay. I also really enjoyed my sangria drink.

We love Happy Hour at Green Lemon. The specials are great and the drinks are refreshing! They have a great menu with nice variety and everything I have had is always delicious. Staff is super friendly and wonderful atmosphere. Enjoy!

We have eaten at Green Lemon over a dozen times, it’s THAT good. The serving staff is always so nice and friendly and on top of it, that it makes dining in a pleasure. The food is always CONSISTENT, fresh, flavorful, good portions. The food comes out fast! This restaurant is a well oiled machine and it should be studied honestly. I love this place. Anyway, just go eat there, get the habenero beef bowl and a house margarita, you won’t regret it.

Super loud!! If you're going here to get tipsy, you're good. Nice happy hour and you won't mind the loud music and deafening open concept dining room if you're drinking. For a chill meal and convo, this is not the place. Wait staff were very nice, food was good. But I probably won't go back.

First time in. Tacos were good. Got a bowl for my self and it was delicious. Their rice is something special. The strawberry mint had a really nice flavor.

Most enjoyable and tasty dining experience we've had in quite some time. Matt is such a personable server, super informative and helpful. Crazy packed but still only a 20 minute wait. Fun atmosphere, vibe and art to enhance the dining experience. Margaritas are good and the flavors are totally worth it because they use real puree and not the syrups. Prices are reasonable. Tacos are chef's kiss. 3-6pm happy hour daily. Can't beat it.

This place was extremely busy on a Thursday night. After finishing my meal, I realized why it was so busy. The tacos were great, and my daughter loved the bowl she had. This is a must try place.

We have been here many times and always love it. We had nachos, ropa vieja with cilantro rice and chicken Brussels bowl with a romaine spinach base. Everything is delicious in this place, and affordable!

The drinks are the star of the show here. I don't remember my food at all lol the chips with the trio was pretty good tho.

Holllaaaaaa at ya girl ! This is a great place for fishbowl size margaritatas! But becareful they are dangerously delicious 😋 and even better shared with friends and family. Not to mention my go to order is the Buffalo Cauliflower Quesadilla and Corn Elote! So good makes you want to say Aye aye ayeee! All the food here is pretty good though so give this place a try! This is a hip little place for tacos. They have a DJ stand in there and at night it turns into more of a nightclub. During the day, however, it's a nice restaurant with a stylish decor. It's mainly populated with people I'm their late 20s and early 30s.

Went on 8/14 for happy hour with some friends. All of us loved Ethan! He had us laughing the entire time!

The food is delicious and consistent. Every time we come, we have NEVER left disappointed.

Visited with family when we were in town for a wedding. Our server Lawson gave us amazing recommendations and our meal was INCREDIBLE. The Ahi Tuna tacos were the BEST. Thank you for wonderful food and wonderful service.

Highly recommend! Happy hour deals were excellent. I suggest the nachos with chicken added and the Gigante tacos. Pretty busy place so plan for a bit of a wait for large parties.

FULL FIVE STARS! If you get sick or have reactions from gluten, and are required to eat gluten-free/celiac, this is an awesome place with options, and a DEDICATED FRYER!!!! Yes, even your crispy, yummy fries are GF!!!! All the food is delicious, filling, and relatively cheap - and best thing is.... you don't get sick after eating it!!! There aren't but two GF Mexican restaurants around the Tampa area, so really happy the food is awesome. We had Sarah as our delightful, personable server. May be asking for her each time. :) Whole meal, with apps (no drinks) was under $30!!! Guess I'd better buy stock in the company and get some of my money back over the next many years. LOL

I ordered a burrito for dinner on Uber eats as I was working late and couldn’t leave my station. This burrito was no joke the best burrito I’ve had in my entire life. It was about 20$ on Uber eats and honestly, the price was 100% justified. 12/10 I want to go to the restaurant now.

My first time at green lemon, food was fantastic and Sam who took care of me was superb the best and fastest server I have seen ever.

I have been to green lemon a couple of times now and every time they are so good!! I love the birria tacos. I went with my friend this last time and our stuff took kinda long but we didnt say anything and they literally took care of everything for us it was super great customer service. I will definitely be back for some good food

Went for taco Tuesday… yeah that’s not a thing. Luckily we got there in time for happy hour. And it did not disappoint. Like always the service is wonderful. And the nachos can’t be beat. Fish tacos? Yes please. Just wish it wasn’t so loud.

Taco Tuesday is the same as the happy hour specials and ends at 7pm. Any 3 tacos for $10. Service was quick, we were in and out. Atmosphere was nice and there was a DJ playing music. We tried: SHIA LA BEEF (SPICY SHREDDED BRISKET) x1 - I don’t do spice so was worried about the siracha, but it wasn’t spicy at all CAMARON (Shrimp) x1 - disappointed with the 4 little shrimp that came with my taco. ASADA x4 - steak was tasty and was cooked medium (pink) Horchata was tasty but was mostly ice.

Looking for a Gluten Free option we came across this restaurant. When we walked in, it was full which is typically a really good sign. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our first server was Catherine, very nice and helpful. She told us we would have a new server as they were in the middle of shift change. Our new server was Zach. I cant say enough about the service we received from him. He was courteous, knowledgable and super personable. He paid attention to the details which is very important in this type of environment as moreover crucial when you have a dietary restrictions at the table. We didn’t have to ask him for much as soon as our drinks were almost empty, there he was with fresh ones. His suggestions were on point. The food was excellent. We will be back as soon as we visit Tampa again. Kudos to Zach and enjoy Miami when you venture to south!

As soon as I walked in , we were taken care of , greeted and seated ! Our waitress Jenny was great , all smiles and very attentive. Her energy was very high and she made sure we had everything we needed! The food was AMAZING! I ordered a Sesame Tuna bowl with jasmine rice and I enjoyed every single bite. The drinks were perfect to taste! I had a margarita the size of my head and strawberry mint Fresca. 10/10 definitely recommend and will be back soon! Oh - VERY LARGE MENU OPTIONS VEGAN SAFE AND GLUTEN FREE (music was GREATTTTTT) !!!!

Great place for Margaritas and Tacos. Had some Nachos and Crispy Trees. Tried an assortment of steak, shrimp and chickens tacos. The shrimp tacos were awesome. The side of street corn was good. Tres Leches is the only dessert and is pretty good. Our server Katherine was the very best.

Green was great! I've had better Mexican, but the food was definitely above average. The wait staff was awesome and this was even more important as we were treated very poorly directly across the street where they wouldn't wait on us as well as another black couple.

I'm not sure what has happened to this place, but it has gone ghetto. Place used to be fun and a good atmosphere. Now it's loud obnoxiousness. Classless customers being rude and disrespectful, even had someone farting that just couldn't help themselves. I like this place, and it's tough to see the clientele degrade.

Had the taco trio! With a side of corn it was so delicious...I had the Ancho, Gigante and carnitas. The carnitas were so so but the first 2 are so good. It gets busy in this area and parking limited but sit, eat, and get out! I'm not to good in crowds.

We have come here many times and my favorite is the Tuna bowl with cilantro rice. This place has a great menu for kid meal for $8 and come with drink. Yesterday, we tried the happy hour time to avoid a busy mother weekend and enjoy a ton of perk. $7 chip appetizer with loaded topping. $10 large glass margarita. 3 tacos with no side 🌮 for $10. Great atmosphere and friendly staffs 👍😊

This is my girlfriend’s favorite spot in Tampa and she was so excited to show me. She was really hyping it up and it was just as good as she said it would be. She loves the ancho chicken so I tried one of those tacos plus the Shia La beef and the shrimp taco. The taco trio came with a side so I chose fries and they were well seasoned. We also sampled the dip trio with salsa, guacamole and queso. If you’re in the area definitely hit this place up for a casual bite.

Great atmosphere that's top by great service, and then they put the cherry on top with delicious food. To be around so much bustle and tussle of the area, I felt at ease and in a relaxing setting that allowed me to enjoy the food and music better. Will definitely return

The first few times we went food was amazing last time we went it didn’t seem to be flavored or handled with care

Food is great and the service is ok majority of the time I’ve came. However, my server, Sam, was awful. She declined my ID, even though I am of age, because I did not have a second form. This is a restaurant not a random club. This was very frustrating because I came to drink and eat with my friends but I only use apple pay and have the numerous times I have been there. The bartenders and other servers have never asked me for a “second form” so if you are going to require this at least have some consistency and make every server or bartender do so.

I had the three tacos meat asada the meat it self was ok but the green sauce they add takes it to the next level making for a very good lunch today toped With a corona to wash it down a Pefect lunch they were very busy but I did not have to wait long for anything great job

The place is very clean and the staff was very friendly. My food was very charred. While some love that taste, I unfortunately do not. The rice was good under the charred chicken, though.

My friends go weekly and they know all the servers. The food/drinks/secrvice were AMAZING. The guacamole is the best I have ever had. I cannot wait to go back on our next visit!!

It used to be a good place to eat tacos. The Food is always cold! Nothing is fresh anymore. The trio dip sucks & the chips as well hard as a rock! Nothing is fresh anymore. The margaritas are awful. It used to be such a good place to eat. Drove from Orlando to check it out again, but awful again. Please bring back the lime back or The real green lemon. My ancho chicken used to be steaming, now it’s disgusting cold n probably have a stomach bug now. So thanks

They’re friendly and welcoming. The food is great. Love the atmosphere. I have a soy allergen (even if my food is prepared on something that had soy on it: cross contamination) and they answered my questions and I was able to eat my dish with zero issues. Very attentive staff!!! Thank you!

I tried Green Lemon yesterday afternoon for the first time. I ordered the chips & queso along with the house margarita since it was HH (yes, even on a Saturday!). Bartenders were attentive and margarita was one of the best I’ve had in Tampa!

Tacos were top notch. All 4 were delicious. Definitely coming back. Came back for tacos, fell even harder for thier burrito. Large portion, delicious taste, perfect texture, not saturated with oil, neatly presented and options including the pork/Mexican rice is amazing. Trio appetizer is delicious as well. Queso is some of the best I've had. Staff is always friendly.

Depending on what environment you enjoy when eating at restaurants this is either is an instant hit or instant regret. Sensory overload is an understatement. Very loud, albeit good, music. The service is good. They were attentive enough considering how full it was. Which surprised me for a random Tuesday night. The food itself was inconsistent amongst my group, ranging from amazing to almost unseasoned. I probably wouldn’t return as it was just ok and not very close for me, but would probably recommend if you happen to be in the area and just want some basic tacos for a decent price.

I was there yesterday with a friend as we were celebrating her new job. I ordered one KFT taco and my chicken was raw! This is not the first time I’ve gotten raw chicken here either. They did comp my meal for the one taco and two margaritas, but I woke up this morning having to call out of work due to food poisoning from it. I’ve never felt so ill before and will not be back.

Update 4/15/24 Had the trio to start. Then has the fajita chicken bowl with cilantro lime rice. And the other with added steak and Mexican rice. They both were very good! I had a variety of 3 crunchy tacos, beans and rice and a margarita. I enjoyed it all! I'll definitely be back.

Definitely one of my favorite places to eat or have a drink in Tampa. The food and the drinks are amazing not to mention the super friendly staff.

Green Lemon has the best tacos I've had in a long time. I heard they had a taco Tuesday special but it wasn't available when I was there but allegedly after 3 there is a happy hour. Every taco I tried was so delicious, from the steak to the fish, the shrimp and the American you can't go wrong.

Sharing review for SEAFOOD tacos mainly: The Options: I loved the fact the TRiO option to be able to choose 3 different tacos. The Flavor: This a tough one. I define flavor in multiple spectrums. The flavoring spice and the heat spice. Considering the clientele, the heat spice is nonexistent, whereas, the flavor is barely on the surface and not seeped with in the meat. I tried complementing the tacos with their hot sauces but was not impressed. The Atmosphere-Vibe: Fruity (imply as you may), friendly, laid back and somewhat hip. The spot favors a quick bite to fill you, at a standard price like similar establishments. All this home cooked flavor fusion is making it very hard to find a truly flavor heavy eateries. Like always, I’d like to you to give this a try and see what you think about this.

Awesome experience at the green lemon. We took advantage of their happy hour menu. We got a couple of margaritas, some nachos, and an assortment of soft shell tacos. All were excellent! Overall great value and a trendy spot.

I tried to make a reservation by phone to go to the place and they did not accept it, I saw it on social networks and I wanted to try it, I drove 40 minutes to get here and when I arrived it told me that the minimum waiting time was 2 hours without knowing if they would sit down it was 7:00pm! A little disappointing since I had my two-year-old son who was very hungry, I had to go to the Bulla restaurant across the street!

Music was too loud and the menu is limited if your not in the mood for tacos. The chips and queso were good and the Margatitas were good as well.

Service=100%, Food=100%, Margaritas=100%, Beer Selection=5%, Temperature=30%(too cold for most of us), Music=10%(way too load). Nice place, but too hip for us old fuddy-duddys...I doubt we will visit again. If you're young, GO FOR IT!

My boyfriend and I went for happy hour and we both had a great time. The DJ played great music, the happy hour margaritas was very well prices and served in big glasses, the fiesta bowls are awesome as well as the quesadillas! The BEST part of our experience was our server Russ! He amplified our experience. Such a joy to have as our waiter, personable and always attentive. My glass was always full and the food was just right…will return back.
