Food was authentically delicious! Great music and beautifully decorated. Price was reasonable and worth every penny. Would highly recommend.

The portions were small! Not worth the cost! The chips and salsa are not complimentary. Waitresses aren't cordual, don't seem to like there job. Not one smile! I don't see how this place got four and a half Stars.

Took a minute for someone to come seat us received wrong food had to wait for food to recook while rest of party eating. Food was not great and margarita was strong but tasted like it was made 4 days ago. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

Delicious food at a reasonable price

Disappointed with the manner in which they manipulated the portions of the menu. It is not justified to add 4 shrimp and remove 1/2 the grilled chicken and charge an additional $8.50 for the combo fajitas!! No way!!

Outstanding Mexican Restaurant one block away from the beach on Singer Island. The Birria Tacos and Carne Asada Nachos are insanely good.

I can not say much this time because I ordered food to go. It’s a cute little place and the only Mexican spot around here for miles. Right across the street from the beach and it’s affordable. I like what I had, it was yum. There is outdoor seating too. My opinion the sauce for the chips and dip can be a little spicier :)

Really terrific authentic Mexican cuisine. Enjoyed everything we ate from the freshly made chips, salsa and guacamole to the entrees! Great margaritas too! The space is simple, clean and pleasant but not fancy.

This place used to be delicious. Ordered chips and questions, brought out some canned cheese sauce barely warmed from a microwave. Very disappointing especially since I was trying g to do something with out of town guests.

I'm wondering why there's a "K" in the place of the "c" in guacamole. Lots of places do that KKK stuff subliminally KentucKy Fried ChicKen, Krispy Krunchy ChicKen, KwiK Stop MarKet. Whenever I see a "K" where's there's supposed to be a "C", I gotta say hmmm. I wonder if they wanted it to be Guakamole's MexiKan Grille and Kafe.

Small restaurant with both outside and inside seating. Service was good but a bit slow. Food was delicious and the margarita was fabulous.

We had a fantastic lunch here after the beach. Maribel was an amazing server and she took extremely good care of us. The food was fast, the environment was colorful and vibrant, and the vibes were good! I’d recommend here for anyone looking for an authentic and good bite to eat.

We are in the area every year and have never gone here. We had new company with us this year and we gave this place a chance. My wife and I came away asking why did we never try this place it is right here! 5 adults and 1 child were in our group and everyone was absolutely amazed with our food! They accommodated our party on a very busy night and our food came out quickly. The service was amazing and pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who likes Mexican food. I know we will be back to try more of their offerings.

The food was cold, with no free chips and salsa. At a Mexican restaurant, I'm used to the plate being so hot the server wears mittens to bring it to you, not here.

Way above average. Actual authentic Mexican. Not the lousy Americanized Mexican you usually run into. Great prices. Fresh food. Wish they were in a more visible location. House made chorizo. House made tamales. House made flan. Absolutely outstanding.

Overall we enjoyed our meal but didn't really wow us. We started with the chips and salsa which was probably the best part. The salsa was delicious but not spicy at all which was disappointing since we like spicy. For the mains we had the chorizo burrito which was supposed to be spicy but had no heat whatsoever. It did taste good but I expect spiciness when eating Mexican food and there was none. The other dish we had was the Mexican bowl with chicken. Again it was really good but no spice so flavour was too mild. Service was really good but the chairs in the restaurant aren't very comfortable. There metal and don't have any cushions. There are some half booths for 4 people but they wouldn't let us sit there since we were only 2 people.

Came for dinner at around 5:30pm on Thursday night. We sat down right away there were only a few people there. The food took an average time to come out, the service was good. We started with the Queso Fundido, very yummy. Our food was delicious, very authentic and good. We both got the Barbacoa burrito and they were fabulous, very flavorful. Would recommend if you are looking for a good Mexican place.

Chips & salsa were excellent! I'm picky about salsa and this definitely was above par. I had fish tacos and it was crispy and so yummy, fresh cabbage and Pico. My family had steak fajitas and it was good. Just enough for 2. Decor was tasteful and fun. Place was super clean. Service was GREAT!

Some of the best Mexican food I have ever had. Tasted super fresh. Cooked to perfection and had tons of flavor. Licked the plate clean, that’s how good it was. Did not fight a crowd either.

Guakamole’s was declicious. The food was hot and fresh. The service was excellent. They even brought me a basket so my purse didn’t have to sit on the floor. It is reasonably priced. Very clean and inviting atmosphere. I had a chicken Mexican bowl and my dad had a burrito. Very generous portions.

I’m not one to write a bad review but unfortunately I was not a fan of this restaurant’s food. We ordered takeout and while the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, the food was sub-par. This isn’t authentic Mexican food by any means. Tastes very much like fastfood/Moe’s. Burrito was ok, nothing spectacular. Had what appeared to be Kraft shredded cheese sprinkled on the top? Unfortunately, the sauce for the burritos (both red and green sauces) and the salsa were not good. Everything lacked any kind of Mexican spices or flavor. We were super disappointed considering the other reviews.

This place was incredible. I am a poblano mole junkie always looking for the best ever. I am happy to say theirs is the best I have ever had. Perfect amount of sweet and savory and thicker than most. Simply excellent. Will be going again while on vacation. The skirt steak for my wife’s fajitas also excellent. Super tender and melted like butter.

Tried to eat here on a Friday night. Arrived at the restaurant at 8:12pm. Closing time is 9:00pm. We were met at the door and told they decided to close early and we could order our food to-go. Decided to eat somewhere else. Have eaten here before and the food was good, but won't be back again.

Came a hour B4 closing then waited 10 minutes while staff cleared other table not even the one we were going to be seated at mine you it was clean but as being seated I noticed a staff cook/waitress not sure what roll she play in the kitchen dip the spoon in the pot then taste it in put it back in the pot with out wash 😢😩eeew if that wasn't bad enough the waitress says u can order but we're closing an a hour like to imply don't get comfortable and enjoy ur meal out on the town no no no eat n go 😂😂😭 Will not be going back we got up and left don't need the waitress special not todaaaay

Most authentic, delicious, Mexican dining experience we’ve ever had! The food was phenomenal, the atmosphere was homey, and you could tell there was love in the food. Also, literally the best guacamole in the world. 10/10 experience.

Had a delicious lunch at Guakamole's on Singer Island yesterday! There were four of us and we loved the homemade chips and salsa, tacos, quesadillas and don't snooze on the hibiscus tea! So refreshing and delicious! Service was outstanding and we could not have enjoyed ourselves more. Thank you to everyone at Guakamole's!

I am visiting from Texas and had been disappointed by the food a few times while waiting for our helping a hero event at Mar-a-lago. This place was amazing and authentic as it gets.

We were delighted by Guacamole's authentic family style atmosphere. Food and drinks were freshly prepared and excellent. We went twice during our week on Singer Island and will sure come again!

We went to dinner. They only serve tacos for lunch. Chips and salsa are not free, as in most Mexican restaurants. Decent margaritas, but the food was ok. Overall, I will not return.

Saturday evening 7:30 walk-ins to Guakamoles. Food was excellent, service was good and friendly. Lime margaritas and sangria were delicious. Guacamole appetizer was splendid and freshly made. Highly recommend the chicken enchiladas mole poblano. The mole was exceptional; savory, subtle and just right. Half of the cost of the meal was driven by our choice of drinks. Food was a great value. Planning to try the tamarind margarita on our next visit.

Great authentic Mexican Cuisine. Get the Mole! They do not provide chips and salsa while you wait for your order. They charge for water

TLDR: decent food with some service quirks. Guac and chips were really good, fresh hot chips. Tacos are slightly small but flavor was good. They have a disclaimer on the menu that says menu prices can change at any time. Didn't read into that much, but our chips and guac were 4 dollars more than the menu price when they brought the bill. We asked them to honor the price. Our server pointed back to the disclaimer and was unwilling to honor the price or own that she should have told us the actual price when we ordered. Not the most honest or pleasant service experience as a result.

They told us that the tap water was unsafe to drink and charged us $2.50 for each water botttle. I can imagine a family coming out with a high bill simply due to paying for water... The toilet seat in the batheroom was barely hanging on... The food was average. We ordered 1 margarita which was pretty good but water down from the ice. Avocado Cantina remains as my favorite Mexican restaurant.

All the food is very delicious! They know knowledgeable about what is gluten-free. And the food has great flavor especially the nachos!!!! Thank you for accommodating us Saturday we will be back any time we are in town!

Stopped in at 230pm. There were 2 men having drinks and a couple finishing up as we entered. When the only person appeared we requested a booth and were told the booths have to be RESERVED ahead of time!!! I said at 2:30 with only 4 people here and was told no exceptions!!! We were sat down and waited 10 minutes for her to return with menus. We asked for waters and were told they only have sparkling. At this point we decided this was not for us and left! I can promise we won't be back! Completely unacceptable!

Not good. Chips are stale. Margaritas are out of a can. Don’t waste your money. Two canned margaritas and salsa were $25. After no bill, we left $20 on the table and left and they chased us out for the extra $4.
