Came in to try their gyro! If you come for the lunch special make sure you mention it because they automatically charge you regular price $13.99 for a combo. But the gyro is delicious! Loads of meat and sauce! Would definitely order again! Also fries aren’t seasoned which isn’t the worse thing because I hate extra extra salty fries/foods.

Picked up a meal to go when traveling in the area. Ordered ahead and it was ready to go very quickly. Meat was super tender and flavorful on the gyro. Sauce was out of this world. Would definitely stop in again.

Friendly service with lots of helpful explanations and food was made very quickly. There were many people waiting for takeout. I was a little disappointed with my chicken gyro sandwich. I was expecting pieces of chicken meat. But it was for looked like it was prepared the same way as a beef and lamb gyro sandwich. I would try it again

Rude service and missing an essential ingredient (cucumber sauce) for my gyro platter takeout order. Very disappointing to open it at home and find out that the key ingredient was missing. It’s dry and practically flavorless otherwise. The counter server was very rude as well - I ordered ahead so that my husband could pick up on his way home from work. When he got there, they demanded to know why he was “late”, and then said nothing else when handing over the food. We will not be returning to this dump.

Went to Gyro Factory for the first time, and this place has already earned another customer. I got the Chicken Gyro Combo, and food was so tasty and flavorful! However, these days great customer service is something rarely seen in many businesses, but I need to highlight the level of care, attention and respect the people who work in this place gave me when I walked in. Great food, and fantastic service! I’ll be back! Thank you! 😊

Great service, fast food prep, Delicious food

No matter where you are in N. Virginia, if you’re around a 7 Eleven, the area always seems sketchy! BUT, if you can get past that, please consider visiting this restaurant! The men is focused primarily around gyros with a few other options in there. But let me tell you; I lived in NE Ohio and we had this placed called, “Famous Gyro George (FGG).” Until yesterday, I thought FGG made the best gyros I’ve ever tasted. Well I was WRONG! Gyro Factory makes the greatest gyros I’ve ever tasted. They on put so much effort and care in their preparation—from the julienned lettuce and onions, thinly sliced tomatoes, homemade tzatziki sauce, buttered, toasted pita bread, and the star of the show, the thick sliced, perfectly seasoned, gyro meat. The sandwich is loaded with gyro meat (pause), so much that I couldn’t finish the sandwich. Every great sandwich deserves a great side. The fries are amazingly crispy and so doggone good! Even after driving home (not that far away) the crispness remained. Everything comes out hot, fresh, made-to-order! I won’t go anywhere else to get a gyro and will definitely try some of their other offering. My kids already swear by their chicken nuggets!!!! We also had samosas but we ate them so fast, I didn’t have a chance to capture a picture.

First time coming, ordered a Chicken Gyro and fries. Got all the way home, Gyro had no tomatoes, no olives, no feta cheese, and I'm pretty sure the meat was not chicken. Called back and said I was disappointed with what was given to me, and the manager told me "it's not his fault, sorry". This place is run by first generation Afghans, so not surprised the food and customer service are of such low quality. Really wish I would have paid for by card so I could have reported being defrauded out of my money.

I have traveled the world, eating gyros wherever I go, and this is the best gyro I've ever eaten. The chicken gyro is also phenomenal. Staff is very polite and friendly, the portions are huge, and the Baklava is a perfect dessert. You can not go wrong here. If I could only eat from one restaurant for the rest of my days, I would choose this gyro factory with zero hesitation.

The food was great. This isn't the first time visiting this establishment. I went back because the food is great. The service is great too. The gentleman behind the counter(the owner?) was very attentive and courteous. If you are looking for a gyro and are in the area so by, you won't be disappointed!

I wish I would have ordered a mini gyro here as it was a lot for a meal. The gyro is good but not one of those I crave to come back here. I prefer mine with a little better more sauce to gyro ratio. But this one was big enough to eat half now and half later. The gyro is a bit pricier than other similar places with it being almost $10. But the worker was friendly and it was placed in a good spot. My kids got BK which is two doors down and my wife and I grabbed Gyros as we prefer that to fast food burgers.

Terrible customer service. They started selling impossible plant based burgers but sometimes when I go and order they say they don’t know what that is. All the workers aren’t trained well whatsoever or know anything about the menu when you ask them something. I’ve tried multiple times and it’s literally on their menu yet right behind them, but apparently they don’t know even though I’ve ordered it from there before 4-5 times. I just want to know if it’s discontinued now or what is going on with it but it seems it’s a non existent menu item to them out of nowhere. Ridiculous. They also charge more than the menu says and if I get the same thing another day, the prices changes again. No consistency.

I was looking fwd to eating a delicious gyro, but as I walked in, the dude behind the checkout gave me a look that made me regret coming in. I felt unwelcome, the place looks like trash and the guy looked like he wished I was gone, so I left.

I promised the head guy there that I would leave a review a couple months ago, just never had time to actually sit down and do one but my goodness this place is one of my favorite spots of value and taste. I literally called the restaurant back to thank him when i was eating the Chicken Wrap on the way home as an appetizer. Outstanding. In addition the Burger was phenomenal! This place is a hidden gem! Everything is of value and flavor! Thank you Gyro Factory team.

We stumbled upon Gyro Factory and we were so glad. The food was delicious! Great lamb and beef gyros and amazing French fries.

I order heat once in a while haven’t had any issues.. today there was a huge hair in my steak and cheese and they won’t refund me!! i seriously cannot believe this. It’s whatever though, will just call my bank tomorrow and cancel the whole charge.

Employees were late and opened store late and wait for food was long but food was good.

I think they are ripping people off here.I Ordered 2 grilled chicken salads and 1 Bottle of water. The menu shows the salad for $12.00 but I was charged $13.99 per salad. When I asked why was the price different than the menu, the person at the register said it was the taxes. When I received the salad it had only a few pieces of thin cut chicken and they used iceberg lettuce. I’m completely disappointed will not, I repeat , will not come here again. The salad was not worth 13.99. I was puzzled and went back and asked for a receipt. The break down was 2 salads for $27.98, a bottle of water for $1.50 and Additional $1.77 for taxes. I definitely don’t recommend this place.

When I think of a gyro, this is exactly what comes to mind. Although the meat wasn't shaved it was still very tasty and delicious.

Ordered the gyro sandwich combo. The fries were pretty flavor-less and either long and soft or short and hard. The gyro meat was pretty good, though the toppings and sauce left something to be desired. The portion size was fantastic for the money but definitely did not make up for the lack of flavor with everything besides the gyro meat. Not bad but not worth going to again.

Update: No longer on Uber Eats. They have a website that directs you to Doordash but Doordash doesn't recognize them either. Really too bad, they had been one of the better delivery options in the Lorton area... Very fast delivery on Uber Eats. Good quality gyros. Chicken nuggets and fries on the kids menu that even picky kids will eat. This place is my go-to when I'm feeling like a gyro and need a fast family dinner.

The best gyros in Northern Virginia!

I got the Gyro combo and it was a lot of food and a lot of meat in the sandwich! Overall super delicious!

We stopped by a few days ago and this place is excellent. The gyros are delicious, great quality. Not oily or greasy like other places. The menu prices are outstanding. We will be frequent customers, would recommend this place.

We had 2 gyro platters. Both very good with good fries and drink. No frills place, but staff was friendly and I would recommend if staying at Holiday Inn across street.

We travel quite a bit just to get gyros..they don't skimp on anything and is always cooked and wrapped perfectly. Not expensive either. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the place itself could be better kept and they charge extra for a spoonful of goop..Minor stuff..won't stop me from commin back!

Great fast food place. Excellent salad. Fresh ingredients. Tasty chicken. The fries that came with the beef and lamb platter were crispy and delicious. The meat was all tender and very well marinated. Great place for a quick Mediterranean bite.

Great Gyros and fries. This place is clean, quick and lets you “get your Gyro on” and be on your way.

This is one of those rare finds while traveling through the area. Ordering is simple and straightforward. Staff are extremely kind and accommodating. Now the food… the food here is very flavorful and the portion size is a good value for the price. Every bite is amazing and the entire menu ranges from burgers to chicken wings with falafel and gyros (chicken or beef & lamb) in between. They even have mozzarella sticks, chicken nuggets and tenders for the youngsters (and adults too, lol). I thoroughly enjoy eating there and taking a break from the hustle and bustle of the Woodbridge/Lorton area.

The best cheese steaks and gyros. The lady at the front isn't friendly but I like their food. Oh... Never buy the chicken wings.. They are nasty...

The food was really good. My gyro had plenty of meat, which is good since a lot of places skimp on that. Only minor complaint was too much lettuce but good amount of other veggies. The employee was nice as well.

Quality is ALWAYS consistent. Love this place. It’s in my neighborhood and every time you order you know what you’re getting. The chicken gyro is bomb. And they can make it spicy if you ask. Will have you crying from happiness (and spice)

Huge portions, had the number 2, gyro was friggin amazing. Service was quick, food was fresh and hot, in fact I had to wait for it to cool to eat it but we'll worth it. Clean interior. Drinks are canned drinks, coke products, but there's a 711 next door if the drink matters. Fries got tough after it cooled, otherwise AWESOME!
