We were pleasantly surprised by their way called simple dishes, such as noodles and sashimi. It's a go to place if kids like it.

Everything is excellent. Seaweed salad is the best we've ever had as is their miso soup with shitake mushrooms. We've had several of there specialty rolls and all are delicious.

First time and will not be the last! Great staff and amazing food!

Horrible Horrible Customer service, treats people in wheelchairs very differently compared to other people, almost/basically refusing to seat 2 customers who are wheelchair bound and then proceeded to give them a 1 hour time limit to eat even though they don't close for another 3 hours, disgusting will never be coming here to dine again

Absolutely in love with this hidden gem! Every dining experience here feels like a culinary journey, leaving us happy each time. Despite a mix-up with our reservation during our last visit, the staff made our night out truly special. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure we had an amazing experience. Not only did they treat us to a complimentary meal, but their menu suggestions were mind-blowing. Each dish was made to perfection. A big shoutout to Lee for orchestrating top-notch service that made our celebration special. Impeccable service and exceptional food make it a must-visit spot.

Literally the best sushi I’ve had, hands down!!!

Sashimi and sushi were comparable to one of the better sushi restaurants. Reasonably priced and tasty. Good for groups and BYOB. All the staff were attentive and friendly. We also tried Hibachi but it was too salty for our taste.

Sushi is next level amazing! Huge variety, FRESH, absolutely delicious! Weekends get rightfully so busy so get reservations in for eat in, but take out us also very efficient. Hidden gem in the shopping center.

A very nice small Japanese Restaurant. I liked the chicken katsu and also had chicken and vegetable tempura with a vegetable soba. The service is very good. The food comes out as it is finished which makes the dining experience a little disjointed as one person's food comes first, then a few minutes later the next and so on. It would improve a bit if they could have everyone's food delived within a couple of minutes. I know this can be difficult and I like the food so much that I am not dinging them at all The interior is very nice and clean and it looks good. It has tables for 2, for 4 and one table for 5 and/or maybe 6. So reservations are highly recommended. The food is good and is presented well. You should enjoy it assuming you find some food to your taste. I know Japanese food so it isn't too hard for me to find food choices I like.

Very nice place. I called and made reservations. It’s not a large location, so I do think making the reservation was a smart idea. The sushi was fresh and displayed beautifully. It is a BYOB so that’s nice!

Hachi is our go-to for hibachi and sushi. It's always crowded, which is a good sign that many people enjoy it. Their sushi rolls are really good, and we often get takeout from there. The presentation is neat, with garnishes on the platters. Their hibachi is tasty, and the staff is friendly.

Sushi perfection in every way. The most imaginative, fresh specialty rolls. Best of Bucks county for absolute certain. The appetizers were to die for: sticky ribs, gyoza, all clearly made fresh and with care. The service was really the highlight....so friendly, so accommodating, and even went above and beyond when our table was slightly inconvenienced with a move. Highly recommended.

Unexpected gem in a strip mall. Nice variety of food. Rolls with real lobster and crab which is something I always look for. This is a step (at least) above what you typically see.

4 couples 2 massive boats and a lot of fun. The rolls are outstanding and the service is quick. They look to turn the tables often at the restaurant but the food is great. Later reservations will permit you to hang a little longer without feeling rushed. We had a fantastic time again - this was probably my 6th visit or so.

Mixed Feelings About Our Dining Experience at Hachi My wife and I were excited about our dinner at Hachi, one of our favorite sushi restaurants, but our overall experience left us with mixed feelings. When we called to reserve, we opted for an 8:30 PM reservation. However, upon our arrival at the scheduled time, we were promptly informed that the restaurant would be closing at 9 PM. This immediately set the tone for our evening. As we sat down, the hurried atmosphere became apparent. The wait staff seemed eager to rush our dining experience. We felt pressured to place our entire order quickly, and to our surprise, the food arrived promptly, almost all at once – appetizers, entrees, and everything in between. The pace left us feeling rushed, and before we knew it, the check was presented without us even requesting it. Despite our enjoyment of the food, the overall hurried nature of the evening left us dissatisfied. We believe that a late reservation should not have been offered so close to closing time, as the staff did not have the time to provide the regular and enjoyable dining experience we were anticipating. In summary, while the cuisine at Hachi was delightful, the rushed service impacted our overall satisfaction with the dining experience. We hope that future patrons are provided with a more leisurely and enjoyable atmosphere, especially when reservations are offered so close to closing time.

I recently had a fantastic dining experience at Hachi, and I must say it left a lasting impression. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the great atmosphere and the overall cleanliness of the place. The restaurant's interior had a nice, modern design that added to the overall dining experience. I started with the Miso Soup, which was good but nothing out of the ordinary. However, things took a delightful turn when I tried the New Zealand Baked Mussels. They were simply amazing, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. The real star of the meal was the Hot Stone Ishi Yaki, a must-try dish. It arrived sizzling and allowed us to cook our own meat right at the table. The experience was not only fun but also delicious. Next up, I tried the Aromatic Duck Roll, and it was incredibly delicious. The flavors were rich, and the presentation was on point. Another highlight was the Hachikaze Roll, which was out of this world. The Spicy Salmon and Philadelphia Roll were also exceptional. Unfortunately, the Tuna Sampler didn't live up to the same level of excellence as the other dishes; it was rather ordinary. Throughout the meal, our waiter, Ken, was absolutely amazing. He was attentive, friendly, and added to the overall positive experience. His recommendations were spot on, and his service was top-notch. In conclusion, my dining experience at Hachi was truly enjoyable. The combination of a great atmosphere, delicious food (especially the Baked Mussels and Hachikaze Roll), and excellent service from Ken made it a memorable evening. I would highly recommend giving Hachi a try for anyone looking for a delightful Japanese dining experience.

Sushi rolls are great, good selection of rolls for lunch specials. I’ve done dine in and takeout.

The spacing is a little tight. If they had a larger space, they would do so much more business. The bathroom is very clean with good lighting. The interior is serene and has a good but not overblown touch of Asian culture. The prices are a bit high but the quality and flavor was top notch. From the ginger dressing salad, the miso soup, the rolls, and my Chirashi Bowl~ Will be back~ Update: Came back and once again, the food was very good. The prices are a bit high but you are paying for quality. I just wish the eel bowl had a couple more pieces of eel in it. The entree was mostly sushi rice and vegetables. The wait was for 45 minutes until we finally got our food. That's a bit long for lunch. They should have separate chefs for takenout orders and separate chefs for in house orders.

If you are in the Chalfont area and looking for some of the best tasting Sushi then Hachi is your new go too. The quality of the fish is superb and the flavor combinations of their rolls is out of this world. Perfect getaway for a date or catching up with friends.

We actually ordered online here for lunch at work. Everything was amazing!!! We ordered the bento boxes and for the price it was almost TOO much food. Everything was fresh and delicious. It was also packaged extremely well. They even sent a text to my cell phone when the order was ready to be picked up which I thought was great! Overall 10/10 it was fabulous!!

Incredible sushi. We drive 45 minutes to get here and it’s worth it. So fresh. They are always busy and do a ton of take out. Reservations are a must. This is one of our top two sushi restaurants in the entire Philly metro area.

Don't know such a magnificent place in the area until my son brought us there for lunch today. Impressed by its speed in delivering food and service despite the crowded customers, generous portion with good variety of food being served as lunch sets, freshness of food materials with artistic presentation, friendly environment, very reasonable price, everything contributing to a very satisfying experience. It reminds me of the genuine dining in Japan before. Will definitely comeback to try the rest of the menu and with other family members.

By FAR the best sushi in the area, by a long shot. We were skeptical of the low review quantity but I will gladly say this obliterated every worry I had before eating here. The food is spectacular (had oysters, gyoza, 2 special rolls and one nigiri/maki/sashimi combination). Extremely fresh and flavorful to where you will swear it was just caught (Despite knowing that is geographically impossible lol). Food presentation was beautiful. The ambiance is simple and elegant, perfect for a regular dinner outing or a cute date night. It is BYOB so come prepared. Dessert (Semi-Liquid Chocolate Cake) was by one of the best I've ever had at ANY restaurant (Top 5 for sure) ❤️

This is 5-star sushi all day long. Kani salad was phenominal as well. Wish it wasn't an hour and a half away, because Id be here every week! I tried the Hachikaze, which it probably one of the top 3 tastiest sushi rolls Ive ever had. Menu has a good selection, pretty diverse options. Its a Japanese fusion theme, so they do have some alternative options other than your standard sushi/sashimi spot. Servers were also attentive and friendly.

Service was good, the only complaint is that the noodles for the Pad Thai I ordered were undercooked. Noodles for that dish shouldn’t be chewy. Otherwise it was a very tasty meal. Waitress offered to have it remade, but I declined due to being halfway through the meal already. Overall a pleasant restaurant. They were speaking in Mandarin and called me handsome to each other on the way out. I responded back in Chinese and the woman was embarrassed since she didn’t know I could understand her. That was cute lol

I’m a big sushi fan, always in the hunt for the better sushi. Tried Hachi Sushi for the first time. So far, this is the best sushi I ever tried. They stole my heart and my stomach. Be back for more for sure.

We had a reservation for 5pm on Saturday night . And although I didn’t take way any “stars”, I wanted to make mention of the hiccup when we 1st arrived. We got there a few minutes til 5 and the foyer & doorway was crowded with people also waiting for their table . There was absolutely no one seated and there seemed to be confusion about seating so they didn’t start seating anyone until 5:15 and made mention we had to be done eating & gone by 6:30. 🤷‍♀️ But ok. We were seated and the waitress was quick to get our drink & appetizer order and as our drinks were served , she took our order . Then it was a 40 minute wait for the food to come out , appetizers ( oysters and peppered ahi tuna) coming out at the same time , but ok. Not a huge deal . The food was amazingly fresh, our steak & scallop hibachi was served hot. Their menu has a wide variety of sushi and rolls to appease everyone and the rolls are large & abundant. Our waitress was very attentive to refill our drinks and to take our order for an additional roll. The rest of the dinner went smoothly and we were out of there at 6:30 on the button. 😁 The ambiance is modern, a little loud with a full restaurant. The sushi bar area looked really nice where you can watch the chefs create their works of art with the plated sushi . 5 stars in spite of the wait to be seated

They might just be better than ooka. There sushi is good and this lunch special with the hibachi is a great deal and is delicious. The only thing I would say is it’s a little cramped in there.

The sushi is all made out in the dining area, it's a pretty awesome experience. The waiter was super informative and helped me in the selection. Everything is always top notch. I eat here several times a week, and have never had a bad experience. Dining in, and carry out are both fantastic.

Food is great, and staff is very nice as well. To Go is always on point, I’ve never had any issue with missing items. Only knock is dine in is a little tight, but really nothing they can do since it’s just limited because of space. Definitely recommend!
