Incredible food service and atmosphere. Truly a great experience. Stafford worked his tail off to ensure exceptional service.

Bad day in this restaurant I expected a more fun atmosphere the manager never came to the table to ask if everything was okay something abandoned the place is left to the fate of people with no experience before it was not like that he does not pay attention to his customers everything spending time talking with the hottest girls at the door and the somewhat salty food

I am very disappointed, I have been celebrating my birthday in this place for 4 years and the change of manager feels very bad, the place has lost its prestige, they do not have a DJ like before, there was a good atmosphere, very few workers, the service was very slow and the manager asked him why. His name is called fajar. He was not attentive to us and somewhat rude. the environment is very boring, the workers feel Stressed out by a restaurant of that name and so few people in the place, it gives the feeling that the new manager is going to close the Hakkasan in Miami. Unfortunately, I don't plan to return until I hear a better reference about the place. It's just any restaurant, it's nothing exclusive.

We had a great experience at this restaurant. We tried the Miami menu with some add-ons and it did not disappoint. Our server memorable and great experience for us with his positive attitude. For starters, we have the dumpling sampler. It was very good especially the crab dumpling. For the entrées we had the Chilean Seabass, and the lemon crispy prawns. They both were very flavorful, satisfying amount, and delicious. We also had the shrimp fried rice on the side and we haven’t left any. But the most phenomenal part of the dinner was the mango custard dessert. It was unexpectedly tasty, don’t skip it. The only thing that sucks about the experience is to wait 27 minutes for the valet to bring the car.

I loved this vibe. I’m also surprised they lost their Michelin star. (We ate 4 Michelin stars this weekend & Hakkasan held its own.) Food was brilliant & well-paced. Server Alina gave us feedback on the amount we ordered & she was 100% correct. Chocolate dessert description didn’t do it justice. Premiere service showed when our ruby port was cork tainted & they took it away, no further questions asked. They replaced with a well-aged tawny, a far higher price point than what was ordered. I downloaded their playlist for my car. Again, can’t say enough about the music, decor, service, & food.

Heriberto was an absolutely amazing host for the cocktail class and bar service! He is very knowledgeable and creative when it comes to mixology- you can tell he knows what he’s doing and see his passion, and we greatly enjoyed conversations with him. Claire provided an excellent dining experience- she is knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. She nailed every detail of the service and we had an amazing experience. Thank you so much Heriberto, Claire and Hakasan! You made my birthday so very special and I’m very grateful.

Excellent Restaurant with wonderful selection of drinks… we always enjoy dumplings and try something new every time. The bar is really nice with a wonderful selection of mixed drinks particularly margaritas. 

The dim sum platter was absolutely amazing. The shrimp toasts were equally delicious. Overall great meal!

The restaurant is a hike from the zoo of a parking area at the front of the sprawling hotel. This was our first time there. It’s interesting,definitely not an open concept. And the music is too “disco” a bit loud for my tastes. However, we had Gil, who was a true professional! He explained everything so well and his recommendations were spot on. The food is really the star of the show. We started with the short ribs, which were so tasty, and the chicken dumplings, also very good, although we didn’t detect the foie gras. The honey sea bass and the black pepper beef were absolutely delicious and such different flavors. We also had the haka noodles and green beans. The noodles were good but the beans-out of this world-and they are not my favorite veggies!! The beautiful chocolate dessert was the cherry on top. Not very sweet but awesome and delicious with hazelnut and caramel. Very good experience and we’re glad we chose it for an anniversary celebration. Will be returning soon!

Our server Gil was absolutely fantastic, he went above and beyond to make sure our experience was a 10/10. He was so knowledgeable as well as friendly. His recommendations to food choices were first class. We are here visiting from Scotland on our honeymoon and this made a special meal all that more special. Thank you!

Everything in the restaurant was wonderful, but the valet was without a doubt the worst.

This was our first time at Hakkasan in Miami. We were blown away! From the service, ambiance to the decor, utensils, music, and of course the food!! It was truly amazing and wonderfully delicious. Hazel was our server. She had a permanent smile that was very genuine. She was equally excited to have us as we were to be there. Hazel is very knowledgeable and helped us navigate through the menu and explained flavors, drinks and pairings. She was enthusiastic throughout our entire experience and really made us feel comfortable, like we made a new friend. Also during our experience, I really enjoyed the music. A ‘Black Coffee’ vibe. I tried to Shazam a song that was playing but the app wasn’t able to recognize it. Seconds later a very sweet young man that was part of the staff came to our table and said he overheard me trying to get the song and showed me which one it was. All of the staff, from clearing our table to bringing our food out were superb! I hope this review gets to everyone at Hakkasan as well as anyone looking to get an amazing experience!

We did the cocktail making course, and it was excellent!!! Got to learn how to be a bartender, and got to make a couple of great drinks!

This is my go to place every time I’m in south beach. The food and service is excellent and nothing compares to it anywhere.

We enjoyed Peking duck, chicken dumplings with foie gras and curry shrimp with almonds. All excellent. Specialty cocktails were also great. We would definitely come back again.

They were closing the kitchen and we couldnt enjoy as we would liked. The food is good but the waiter seemed to be in a rush.

Limited gluten free menu but they did accommodate me which I appreciated. Everything is cooked in seed oils which is not good

We sat at the bar. The service was great and the food was even better. Everything was delicious, but the Peking duck was the best thing we ate. I will definitely be going back!

I can understand that in Miami there’s no dress code but people in swims wear and flop at dinner is really to much. At least the simple rules of politeness must be granted

Disappointing experience. Food was good and service too. But the noise made the dinner experience cumbersome and many details fell short of fulfilling Hakkasan’s promise of a great experience. Final note, they decided to retire our favorite dessert, the lava cake.

Whether it be London, Mumbai, Doha, Vegas or Miami - Hakkasan is always the go to place for high end Chinese food done just right.

Our dinner was amazing. We had the dim sum, the duck and the sea bass. It was all so delicious. The cocktails and the service was amazing too. Daniel our server made wonderful suggestions and did a great job. We will be back for sure.

Always an excellent experience and likely our best yet! Had the Dim Sum platter, which was amazing as usual, as was the Duck Egg Rolls. Tried 2 new items in the Orange Chicken and Beef and Mushrooms in Garlic Sauce and both were amazing. The Shrimp Fried Rice is always a must order and the best on the planet, as usual. Stafford made our day, as he had waited on us before and stopped by, took pictures and gave us an awesome congratulations desert for our relatively new engagement. Cannot wait to be back and next time make sure to request Stafford. Our server was outstanding as well though.

My wife and I are vegans so we love coming here because there is a whole vegan section. One thing is more delicious than the next. The people that work there are true professionals. We’ve been there several times and it’s a super cool place for a big night out. Rather expensive but this is Miami Beach directly on the waterfront in a very chic atmosphere.

We came here to celebrate our wedding ceremony and the staff went above and beyond to make the night special - all the way down to making a special vegan dessert. I already loved Hakkasan but I’m still speechless at how amazing they made this dinner. Great food, great environment, great staff

Everything was good, this specific place is known for their duck and I am not a duck fan. But the duck spring rolls were good. The scallop and mushroom dish was to die for. We also got the dim sum platter which was very nice. I was not a fan of the hot and sour soup.

Peking Duck!! No need to say more. Hakkasan delivers. Great experience, stylish presentation, smooth professional service. We love Hakkasan, have dined in NYC, London, Las Vegas and Miami locations and it is always the right choice.

The food is always excellent , the vibe , the atmosphere always an outstanding experience. Claire our server was really attentive.

The restaurant exceeded my expectations. The food and service were amazing. We were celebrating our anniversary, and they acknowledged it. I would definitely return. The prices are Miami prices, and we were prepared for that.

Wasn’t sure what to expect but the food was fantastic (great hot & sour soup) plus the service was perfect. Attentive but gave us our space, made great recommendations, & even moved us away from a family with a table full of kids so we could enjoy our anniversary meal.

Hakkasan was amazing for my birthday dinner. The food was phenomenal and Steve was wonderful as our server. The love potion cocktail was beautiful and delicious and the almond prawns were my favorite. Will return.

Stafford's service was excellent and endearing given my dinner date's flight was cancelled - he ensured the kitchen managed my allergies and recommended wonderful dishes. The wagyu steak, vegetable dumplings and egg spring rice was delicious. Will definitely visit Hakkasan the next time in Miami and hopefully Stafford's still there.

It was our second time going to this restaurant, the very first time the food was amazing and we had to go back for a second time. So last night I went because I propose to my soon to be wife and we had the shrimp and steak fried rice, it taste like no other we’ve ever had in our lives. The waiter was outstanding. He had great recommendations and everything was lovely.

Amazingly great food. The Crab Corn soup was great. The Dim Sim very good tasty selection. The scalops with oyster sauce and mushrooms was great. How can I even describe how great the Lava Cake and Ice cream was so scrumtous.

Dark and loud!!! … but good food and nice service!

We go eat at Hakassan 3-4 times a year for the past 7 years and this time the food was awful!!! We had to send back the duck salad, one of our favorite dishes because the green added to the salad was old and tasted awful. Also the oranges they add to the salad was dry and old.. it’s like they had it seating out. The duck… oh man I love their peeking duck, but this time it was not the best… we had at least 25-30 ducks there and the quality is not the same. Also the soup.. the size keep decreasing and price increases. I do not think we will ever come back.

Great place to eat dim sum. Salty but worth it. Excellent service, be careful that they already add a tip to the bill. The atmosphere is pleasant, there are more beautiful Hakkasan than the one in Miami (e.g. Shanghai).

My friends and I enjoyed an incredible meal and loved our server Gill. We took his recommendations and everything he suggested was delicious!

Average food for a very high price. We orders the sweet corn soup which was below average. It was literally boiled corn puree with salt in it. Our entree was below average and fried rice was basic. Disappointed. On top of this, the restaurant is located at the very busy Fontainebleau Hotel. Valet parking was pathetic. It took them on an average 45 mins to return everyone's car on a Sunday evening, around 7 30 PM.

The freshnest and quality of the food fell short of my expectation comared to the Hakkassan I eat at in NYC. I did not like the minimum 2 party reservation policy. I eat out everyday and i prefer by myself.

Daniel was so attentive to all out large family diverse diet needs (Celiac-pescatarian) Best service ever! The ambiance was wonderful! The short ribs, dim sum, and crunchy prawns a MUST try! Fabulous surprise ending with a stone dish orchid decor with coffee icecream on Congrats Dr. Barnard plate! Remarkable! We will seek your restaurants out during all our travels!

Delicious dumplings, some of the best we’ve ever had! The service is attentive and friendly and overall, the atmosphere is beautiful for brunch.

The chicken and foie gras dumplings were very delicious. We couldn’t taste the foie gras, but it wad very yummy! We could tell the chef used fresh dough based on how it was fried. The peking duck was very yummy. The caviar was also good, but the pairing didn’t make sense. The caviar can’t be tasted when paired with the duck. It would have been better to create another dish for the caviar separately. The beef fried rice with truffle was good, but not amazing. The caviar actually went better with the fried rice than the duck. Originally I was going to leave 4 stars because of the caviar and fried rice, but the dessert was mind blowing and I have to give this restaurant 5 stars! The smores fondant is out of this world. The presentation looks very nice, and the taste is wonderful. The chocolate lava cake is hot, melty, and delicious.

This restaurant is exquisite ! The duck was so tender and well done the almond prawn was amazing n the spring onion egg rice was soooooo good !! Was definitely worth it and would definitely recommend ! Dessert the mango custard was soooo good !! Ready to go back again !!!!

Approximately 1/4 of the tables were occupied. Service wasn’t slow, but wasn’t knowledgeable or attentive. Just barely met the standard for “meh”. The noise (music) was abominable. Way too loud, not much more than a hard-driving beat. Could not have a conversation and left both of us pounding headaches. Completely inappropriate for fine dining. Will not return and do not recommend.

Everything was amazing . From the food to the service to the ambience

The quality of some dishes was not as good as it used to be. The dim sum platter in particular: felt as if it was heated in a microwave and not freshly prepared.

Unreal experience- superb service. Food was exquisite, especially dim sum. Our server was one of the most knowledgeable and friendly people. Great job overall.

We were disjointed with the quality of the food, that was not as good as it used to be. The duck in the crispy duck salad is now a very cheap ball of chicken or something not tasting like duck…almost no pomegranate seeds, it expensive for an arugula salad ... The dim sum platers were delicious as always. The Szechuan style sautéd diced chicken with dried chilly was full of chilly that was un edible. Very disappointed… We were used to a much better experience.

A nice place, but for the price, I expected better. Atmosphere was quite nice but a little dark. Our waiter was fantastic and informative. Menu was very difficult to figure out. It really needs a full re-design. Appetizer and dessert were both quite good, but again, not worth the price. Unfortunately, the entrees were not great. Chicken dish was just okay as was the fried rice. The grilled sea bass was an expensive item that was so dry that I swear it was a left over from the night before. At a different price point, I would have given a better rating, but I am always one who values value. I would go there again and maybe try different entrees. I am willing to pay to play, but then I expect to get what I pay for.

Coming from NY we are pretty picky with food but this is my new favorite restaurant in Miami. There was something for everyone (young teenagers included) and everything tasted amazing. Can’t wait to go back. Must try the duck!

From the moment we entered to a drink at the bar to dinner at the table it was nothing short of outstanding. The wine was amazing. The food, there’s no words to describe it. We had the sweet corn and crab soup, almond crispy prawns, dumpling sampler, peeking duck, and Szechuan Beef with mango. It was our anniversary and they brought in an amazing mango custard dessert that I can’t even begin to describe. Worth every penny spent and we will be back! I would say it was my top 3 best meal I’ve eaten in a long time!

Some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. Sort of reminds me of Tao NYC, but better. The food here is so fresh and offers unique menu options. The orange chicken is like a biting into a fresh Florida orange. I also would highly recommend the Hakka noodles.

Excellent choice! The plates are small, meant to be shared and sampled. A bit pricey but very good place.

The food was amazing but the best part was that I asked if they had fries they said no but 8mins later he brought a plate of fries. The place looks very nice and the service was fast. Thank you Ken.

Absolutely one of the best American restaurants I’ve been to for great Chinese food. Outstanding. (And I’ve been to Taiwan, Hong Kong, and China many, many times). Great vibe, wonderful service, and awesome food. Every dish we had was exceptional. Even the mala chicken was legitimately “ma-la”. I will definitely be back. Great! 6 stars!
