Great Food, Great Price, Great people

Just go here. You don't need to read any more. If I could give 10 stars out of 5, I would. It's just that good. Best Burgers. Period. A $5 burger that tastes like a $15 burger. The value is extreme for the quality. Puts a smile on my face, in my tummy, and my heart! Tell me I am wrong. I'm not. If you love burgers: this place is your favourite and you just didn't know it. Fullfilling. Pun intended. Stop reading and go here. If you are disappointed; you probably are allergic to beef or sick and your taste buds are not working right. Told my friend about this place the day after I tried it the first time and now it is his favourite burger joint too. Did I mention the burgers start at five dollars? $5 dollars. You'd spend more at Wendy's or MacDonald's for a burger half as tasty(if you are lucky!) You could spend 3x as much and be disappointed at a dine-in restaurant. If I could, I would eat here everyday. BEST BURGERS IN KNOXVILLE. Hands down. Stop reading this and go here. If you know a better place this side of living where I can get burgers, let me know. Because I think you're lying. God couldn't make a better burger. And that's no disrespect, if Jesus Christ were here in Knoxville to try a burger; he would try one of these and hire these folks for eternal paradise food service on the spot. Guaranteed. 100% believe that they could set up downtown and be a century plus restaurant establishment. Not just a burger joint: THE burger joint. By which all others in my life will now be compared. I feel sorry for them because 4 stars is probably the best anyone else can hope to achieve at this point. NO MORE READING AND GO GET A BURGER!

I enjoyed the food even though it wasn’t big as I thought it would be. The real problem was when I payed which I saw I was charged $16 and I saw my friend get charged $8 and we both ordered the same thing ( A burger and a coke). Which I think the cashier took an additional $8; probably tip (not sure) which was never mentioned to me.

Just had them for the first time today. Their smash burgers are delicious. The service was excellent and they had a quick turn around on the food.

First time here today and enjoyed every bite! Burger, fries and banana pudding. The pudding alone was worth the 40 minute drive. My only criticism, if I had to have one, I would maybe package the fries in a paper bag. Fries get soggy in styrofoam boxes. We will return !

This place was all around amazing! Burgers were phenomenal and the staff were super cool! Only downside was they were out of the tea and pudding (they claimed it was so good everyone bought it!). Will be returning for the the burgers and the things I missed!! 5/5 for sure

This place blew my mind. For the quality and amount of food you get, the price you pay is a steal. I got the OG, fries, and strawberry Pooh pudding and each one was absolutely perfect. This is such a slam dunk for classic American food. Also the staff were so friendly and really made me feel welcome to be there.

I am very picky when it comes to food and when I say this is the best burger and fries I have every had omg I am so glad my co worker told me about it. Everything was fresh and hot burgers was seasoned to perfection and my daughter said the tea is so good. The people are also nice and friendly with the best customer service, thank you hamburger hill for the great food and service.

Best local place to get a hamburger combo with fries and a drink, definitely recommend the Hill Fruit tea! The burger is full of flavor and they season the fries so well, they're usually gone before I take the first bite of my burger. Fast and very friendly service!

Smash Yo Mouth! OMG these smash burgers are fire. Go to their Facebook page and follow them, because you want to know where they will be at all times. The patties are crispy on the edges, but they are still juicy. The Secret seasoning makes them taste unlike anything around. Pooh's Banana Pudding... you will want to give Pooh a kiss. Because it is yummy in your tummy! **Edit** Had to swing by and get pics and have me another gangster Smash Burger! They are still slinging the best burgers in Knoxville.

By far the best damn burger joint I have ever had the honor of eating at, if you want a damn good burger, seasoned to perfection cheesy as a hell. This is the place to be!

There aren't many food trucks I'll go out of my way to get, but this is one of them! They are always upbeat and a pleasure to talk to. The smashburgers are wonderfully seasoned! Wish there was an easier way to know when/where they were.

I tried this for the first time tonight and wow I am blown away. First and foremost we got 2 double burgers, potato salad, baked beans, fries, sweet tea and 2 banana puddings and only $28 after tax? That’s nothing. Now on to the food. Everything was fresh and well prepared. This is pretty much the best burger you can get in the area and a double patty for $5? Everything else we had including the banana pudding was just the top of the line in both taste, preparation and quantity. The fruit tea is next level and to do for. My picky daughter tanked it in only a few minutes. The food was also done in about 5 minutes from order to me walking away. Honestly if you’re looking for a fast and excellent experience this is it. Plus the family that runs this place is super friendly. A+ thank you! I will be back

I will die regretting the fact I've lived next to this place for a year and just tried it today. Smash burgers are the real deal and their fries are better than McD's. Will be back every time I want a burger.

The service was INCREDIBLE and so was the food. I'm doing keto and was surprised how good it was being their was no lettuce or tomatoes. It was sooo good! My partner got the turkey burger combo and loved it!

Stop what you're doing right now and get over to Hamburger Hill Food Truck, either their physical location or stalk the food truck! These smash burgers are the REAL deal. My only regret is failing to make time to stop by sooner. The Hills seem like great people but their burgers are fantastic. I'll keep singing their praises until I find a reason not to.

More of a food shack than a truck, makes excellent home style backyard grilled burgers. Both the tea and the potato salad were too sweet for my taste, but your milage may vary.

Absolutely the perfect burger. Seasoned, charred, juicy. The banana pudding was amazing too. They did tell me they only have potato salad and baked beans on Sundays but I'll definitely be going back to try those. 🤤

THE BEST VEGGIE BURGER EVER!! Hamburger Hill came to my office today and as a vegetarian, I thought I'd see what veggie options they had. I tried the Mushroom Burger and oh my gosh... Life. Changing. Not only was the burger super yummy, but the service was fast and the two people working were super friendly. Will definitely be coming back :)

I pass this place every day and usually see people waiting, but I have never stopped. Finally, I decided to give it a try today, and I regret not doing it sooner! The menu is short and to the point and not tons of choices, but I would think by their name, you know what you are getting. The burger and fries had a taste that I can't pinpoint, but it was delicious! The service and friendliness was some of the best Knoxville has to offer. Don't do like me and pass this place up!!

I just came earlier today. The people working are very kind and the whole vibe is upbeat. The burger was delicious and the fries were fresh. Personally I’d like them a little crisper but they were still delicious. I will definitely be back!
