My spouse and I stayed 4 nights at the Hamilton Inn, Houma. We found the property neat and clean and best of all the staff was exceptional. Mandy at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful, always greeted me when passing the desk. This goes a long way. Housekeeping staff (Ms. Rivette) was wonderful to interact with, too. These two ladies are keepers!

Had a wonderful stay here. the hotel is located between a golden corral and a waffle house so you can walk from the hotel to either one without issue theres also a harley shop within walking distance. The room was very nice as was the hotel staff would definitley reccommemd this hotel to anyone wanting a nice place to rest in houma.

Nice and efficient. Breakfast is pretty good.

Praktisch alle Biersorten aus dem Happy Hour Angebot waren schlecht. Schlecht gewordenes Bier zu verkaufen geht gar nicht. Nur das mehr als doppelt so teuere Craftbier war in Ordnung. Werde nie wieder einen Laden dieser Kette besuchen.

This was the absolute WORST Hampton Inn that I've ever stayed at. The front desk was clueless & wanted to argue with me due to her insistence she could only see on reservation for one room. And it didn't seem to faze her when I used my phone to PROVE that I made a reservation for two rooms along with two separate and DISTINCT reservation number. And I was double billed for one room because this seedy hotel billed my credit card associated with my Hilton membership App, then I was charged a SECOND time when I checked in & gave her a different credit card. I'm a wounded veteran that needs a ventilator type device so I can breathe due to severe central sleep apnea that was caused by an explosion. I don't snore, but I do stop breathing several dozen times each hour. I was immediately awoken around 4:30-5 AM when the electricity went out and the entire hotel went dark. I could not take a shower or shave because my bathroom was pitch black. The front desk was unable to print off my receipts, which SHOULC have caught the double billing. It's been difficult to speak to any managers that can fix this issue because they don't seem to be around their offices very much and the front desk clerks can only take messages. And they are NOT allowed to contact the manager on duty on their cell phones when they go home for the evening. Anna was the manager I spoke to about 7 days ago and promised to credit my credit card for the double bill and even promised to reimburse me for the two rooms because staying there was a complete disaster. The hotel does not have a back up generator even though they get hammered by hurricanes. And there was no emergency lighting in the hallways & I was in complete darkness when I went to the front desk to find out what was going on and they had no idea when the electricity would come back. It's now been ~7 days since I talked to a manager by the name of Anna. AND SHE STILL HAS NOT SUBMITTED THE CREDITS TO BOTH OF MY CREDIT CARDS. I CALLED TWICE IN THE LAST TWO DAYA AND ANNA WAS NOT THERE. TWO HOTEL CLERKS BOTH PROMISED ME THAT ANNA WOULD CALL ME BACK BUT AS OF THIS MESSAGE, STILL NO CONTACT WITH ANNA. PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. COMPARED TO 99% OF THE HAMPTON INNS I'VE STAYED AT ACROSS THE COUNTRY, THIS ONE WAS BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE WORST. EVERYTHING WAS DATED AND RUN DOWN. AS OF TODAY, IT HAS BEEN 15 DAYS SINE I STAYED THERE AND ZERO CREDITS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED TO MY CREDIT CARDS. I DONT MNKW WHAT TO DO EXCEPT TO DRIVE BACK THERE AND FIND OUT WHO OWNS THAT DUMP OF A HOTEL AND GET THIS ENTIRE FIASCO SOLVED ONCE AND FOR ALL.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was great. The best part though was the fitness center if you're into exercise. 3 or 4 treadmills with TVs on each. Spin cycles. Dumbbells from 5 to 75 pounds and a cable machine. Very nice gym.

Truly awful. Do not waste your money or your Hilton points. The lady at the front desk did not want to do her job, it seemed I inconvenienced her when I came to check in and later when I came to fix an issue. She had her cell phone on speaker phone talking to someone the entire night. Both of our room keys stopped working halfway through our ~13 hour stay. Dead cockroaches in the hallway. Mold in the bathroom. The shower faucet was broken. Ice machine out of order. Old out of order appliances just stacked up in the hallway. This entire facility needs a remodel and new staff. I will say the beds were comfortable and the area seemed very safe.

Stay was great. Stayed 2 nights for work and did not have a problem other than the water pressure. What problem I did have occurred when I called to see about getting a receipt sent to me due to the fact that I did not get one automatically emailed to me like I always do. The person I spoke with on the phone proceeded to explain that her manager doesn’t let them email receipts due to a new system or something like that. Sounded like a bunch of Bull. Their alternative was for me to come back and get the receipt in person (i’m 3 hours away). Even if they’re “not allowed to email receipts” i would have liked to know that before leaving the hotel.

The check-in clerk at the hotel recommended Walk-On's to us, and she actually gave us 3 options. She had a hard time deciding but she decided Walk-On's would fit us best. She did good - we loved the food, the atmosphere and the servers. Jessica and Carlin took good care of us and let us have a taste of some local foods before ordering a full meal. There were many options for draft beer as well. We can highly recommend the Boom Boom Shrimp, the Voodoo Shrimp & Grits, the Crawfish Etoufee, and the bread pudding! Glad to hear that Walk-on's is expanding into our home area! They also gave us recommendations for our next day of touring Louisiana. Houma, LA is a very clean, very nice town.

Stopped here for lunch with work colleagues. Food was good and service was spot on. Fried jalapeños were excellent and onions rings were best I’ve had for a long time

We reserved the party room for our 50th anniversary celebration for Dec 18 and called on the 10th to confirm. Upon arrival, we were told we did not have a reservation and the room was occupied. Needless to say we were very upset. Staff did get us a table together and the manager, Carrie, reduced our bill, thank you very much for that, and our server, Shelby was excellent but instead of renewing our vows in the private room, we were forced to do this in the cold parking lot after our meal. Not what I envisioned for this momentus occasion.

I have not had the best experience here. Its just Okay to me. i thought it would be my kind of place but again to me its just OKay.

Everything was outstanding. The staff is very friendly greeting you when you arrive and when you leave. Feels like good old southern hospitality. We had the Bayou Pasta and the Catfish Acadiana. The portions were large and well worth the price. Went home with enough leftovers for another meal. Our waitress was great and made sure our drinks never went dry. I can't wait to come back and try something else.

The crawfish ettoufee is a great appetizer or a meal. Love the catfish atchafalaya. Full service bar means any kind of drink is available and service is usually good.

Only been twice because I don't live in Houma (from there) but the customer service is always great! The happy hour is one of the best out of any restaurant you can go to and the food is affordable. Also, there is a play area if you bring your children!! I recommend! Crawfish Et-Ou-Way (I think) Etouffee word play, Boudin balls, and Duck Gumbo is highly recommended!

I was there with my family and we enjoyed everything there! The service was really good and the plate was local cuisine : it what we were looking for! They serve really large portion: if your appetite is not as big as 2 normal persons, you can definitely share a plate.

This was my first visit to a Walk On's, a Louisiana sports bar chain. It was very nice. They have a great array of TV's, plenty of draft beer selections and a nice menu. We sat at the bar as the wait for a table was more than 30 minutes. Service was very good. I tried a wrap and was very pleased with it.

Sadly what can I say , finally got some time to have a date night . Food was disappointing . Mahi Mahi tasted so fishy and fresh we asked for so extra crawfish sauce hoping to mask the awful taste . The” general manager “ came over with such an aloof attitude , no apologies for a disappointing meal. I’m so disgusted and will not eat at this establishment. I’ve frequented Walk ons in New Orleans and no complaints , and they absolutely know how to treat customers . Maybe this Houma location needs a change in management staffing if they want to actually please customers

Normally I love this place, not today. I order to go and first no one walks out to your vehicle, (may be policy, but you should have a sign). 20 minutes later I walk in and they have no change to give me. I give the waitress $100 for the food and when she does get a bag of change she counts the change wrong and doesn't want to recount anything, so I left with $31 in 1 dollar bills among other bills. Please get it together walk-ons so I can order to go there again some day. I'm just really disappointed in your training of the staff. Also when I got home, what we order was wrong.

Very large menu. Love the salads, wraps, boom boom shrimp, etc. could go on and on. Never had a bad dish here. Try it!

Great atmosphere and good food. Service was spot on,kids loved the games. Burgers were delicious and very large. Great beer selection and plenty of televisions to catch whatever sprting event you are in to.

All of the Walk Ons are unique, great friendly staff, great food, wonderful environment. All the way to the southern most corner of Louisiana in this town, they beat all hospitality. I love everything they serve. Today I had the Shrimp PoBoy fully dressed. I had some of their interesting serving. Just a caution, their food is a bit spicy as you would expect in a louisiana restaurant. Gotta love it. We love our Drew Brees and we love his restaurant

It is a sports bar with a lot of bar room along with tables and chairs. TV's everywhere. Beer is cold and the food is excellent.
