Hotel is deceptive about pricing. They will charge you more than the booking price once you arrive and then take WEEKS to make it better (and you will have to call their "Customer service" number repeatedly) Beware of this chain but especially this location.

The front desk manager Valerie is a thief and a liar. My room was canceled last night at 11 and she and her employees neglected to do their job until 2 am and charged me $200 for the room anyway, and then Valerie cussed bot myself and my father in law out for inquiring about her employees inability to do their job and issue a refund. NEVER GO HER EVER, HORRIBLE PLACE FOR FAMILY AND DISHONEST PRACTICE

This is one of the nicest and cleanest hotels I have stayed in the past few years. The staff was always available and courteous. Check-in was quick.

I stay here very often for work. It's home away from home at 2 and 3 weeks at a time. The hotel is very clean. The rooms very well put together for ease and comfort. The staff is amazing. Val and Michelle are so very welcoming and always make sure my stay is absolutely wonderful. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thank you to my Hampton Inn family. Mi Lo

Hotel and room was so clean, big enough for a family of 6. View was great with mountains. Staff was so friendly. Best stay so far at this hotel.

I worked for them, for a very short time, it seemed. This place is a Joke, I got sick, not at all my plan, but I was throwin up and diarrhea. I called in to let them know I won't be in. Then I wind up in the ER Dept at the hospital. My COPD attacks with an infection going on in my lungs. I'm on antibiotics and steroids for the next 4 to 7 days, and they fired me. I called them and told them that I would not be in because I was not feeling very good and then today this morning I wake up at 3:00 in the morning, cause I can't breath.

Very clean, spacious room. Good location.

It's very unfortunate to not have rooms clean and available til the evening when people are paying for the day and cannot get a room so have to go elsewhere.

Great place to stay location ain't that great but it's close to a few main stores great price wish the pool was open to adults all the time but no big deal it wasn't had a lot of parking and easy access to rooms will probably stay here again

10/10 one the best places you could stay at the pool is temporarily closed but the hot works

We stayed here with our wrestling team. We could not have asked for better service! From the second we walked in, they were ready for us. Had all my rooms and keys ready to go. The rooms were very clean and nice. They even opened the breakfast diner up at 530 am instead of 6 for all of the wrestling teams they had staying there. This alone saved all these teams at lease 250 dollars. THANK YOU! THE FOOD WAS GOOD AND NOT THE NORMAL HOTEL NASTY BREAKFAST. IF YOU GO TO Greeley to stay stay here. There is a old Chicago right across the street too. We ate dinner there and it was great. Thank you Hampton Inn Greeley for making our weekend absolutely better because we chose to stay with you. We will be back and I will tell all my wrestling family and friends about our experience. Look through my reviews I do this a lot. This is the best hotel I have been to in years!! And I travel 3 weekends a month!!!

Excellent....the best place...nice employees... clean...GOOD!!!!

The guest service staff were excellent, rooms were very nice and spacious. I can see parking becoming a problem in the future. The kitchen attendant ruined it all for me, she was rude.

Oldest son and his fiancee just spent a week here. They loved it and have no complaints at all.

ALMOST 5 stars. Just as I was getting through the end of that last night the vent developed a loud rattle. I leaned something on it to try and make it quit. Probably not a good idea for heater. But it was a nice room otherwise. I thought the dolled up extra towels was cute. I forgot my usual extra sheet to catch dog hairs. Had fun. Managed to keep out of red lobster but only because we took a trip into Denver. I didn't try the pool but my neighbors did. Looked like they had fun. To other guests: If you want to help keep my dog from barking, please don't linger in the hallway chatting. It makes her nervous. She barked a couple lonely one off barks during the night at that. Nothing major. Ignored all other ppl and room noises. I did appreciate the parking permit for my truck. I worry a lot about getting towed. They did make my stay more restful even if I'm weird like that.

I've stayed here a bunch of times in the last few years. The hotel was renovated recently and the rooms are nice. The staff have always been great and the parking access with regards to the entrances has always been good. Never had a bad experience at this hotel and I stay in hotels 250+ nights a year.

Great hotel, super clean and welcoming. Nice pool and hot tub. Rooms are clean and cozy with lots of space. The mattress is hard as a rock. Like sleeping on the floor with nice sheets.
