🥰Hanna’s has always been my go to place for the past year now, always so friendly and of course the Sushi is the BEST part.. so yumm🍣

Server was as unfriendly as they come….disappointing and didn’t expect anything extraordinary but she gave a clear indication that she didn’t value our patronage or even being there. So unfortunate because the sushi was outstanding.

This review is not about the food. I didn't even order. I was visiting the area and just looked up sushi nearby and this place came up. I walked in noone was present to seat us. I indicated to the chefs making sushi if could just sit one indicated no so I just waited. A woman came out as she approached I said 3 please. She just threw the menus down on the table and walked away. Something just felt off. I immediately looked at the person with me and said "is it me" they said nope. Meaning they felt the same way. I took my business elsewhere. Not sure if the staff here are just rude or they don't like Black people but this whole experience ruined my night.

Ordered rolls to go during dinner time. The lady working the front was very friendly and hospitable. The atmosphere inside of Hana is very inviting and cozy. It is a small place but would make for a great atmosphere for a casual night out. Anyway, so I ordered 6 sushi rolls for take-out. Got 4 regular maki rolls (salmon, yellowtail, and tuna) along with a spicy tuna, and another roll with multiple fish w/ avocado. Regular maki rolls were very fresh and enjoyable with a good ratio of rice to fish. The spicy roll was not overly tempura filled and had nice flavor. Rice was a nice consistency was seasoned nicely.

Always a pleasure to go to Hana Sushi. The food is always good.

Very small , kind of cramped ( maybe 7 or 8 small tables & a 5 seat sushi bar) but quaint place . Sushi was some of the best I’ve had and service was exceptional, friendly & attentive . Phoenix Roll is 5/5 stars in itself !

I was on my own tonight, so I figured I give Hana Sushi a try. Until now, I've only had sushi from the grocery store or from a Chinese buffet. I wasn't sure what to get, since I'm still kind of new to the sushi world, so I ordered the Sushi-Regular (7 pc assorted). Came with miso soup and salad. This was the best sushi I had ever had! And it was about the same price as the grocery store. This is a hidden gem in Nazareth - great way to introduce yourself to sushi if you want to try something new. Hostess was friendly, and they were efficient too. I was in and out in about 20 minutes (dine-in). Parking is on the street, so bring a quarter for the meter (25 cents for an hour).

Small, easy to find and probably the best Sushi I've had in area and equal to Masa in Wyomissing over in Berks county.

Hands down the best sushi in Easton. Fresh, authentic and excellent food. We normally get take out, and the service is always great. Def recommend!!

Had sushi here it was just bad. I was visiting family from the west coast of the USA, and this just didn't compare to the standards I'm used to. I was with my mom and brother and they also agreed this was just disgusting and the worst sushi we had. The only thing I liked was the tea. We were there right around lunch time. Never again would I go

Been going to Hana for years! Always so delicious and fresh. My favorite rolls are the Phoenix, Monkey and Forest roll. The Volcano is also a favorite. I usually get a few sashimi pieces as well. When I don’t get sushi, I’ll get their yaki noodles which is very fragrant and plenty of flavor or shrimp tempura which is beautifully battered and comes with a really nice sweet and salty sauce. Ambiance is great, dimly lit inside, service is friendly and I always chat with the sushi chef when I come in. 10/10 and best in town!!!!

The sushi was better than most places however the service could be better or at least more friendly.

This place was highly recommended by a friend, so we came with high expectations, but was only met with disgust and regret. The outside looks like a shady old shop, so we thought "hey this might be a hidden gem", but we were very very wrong. The place was empty (my group was the only ones eating there on a Saturday night and now we know why...) The lighting inside was very dim and the food was extremely overpriced for the mediocre quality. The fried yakotori noodles was way too oily and had too much soy sauce. The karaage in my bowl was too dry and flavorless. I had to dip it in the sauce to eat it. The sashimi that my other friends got were also bland and drenched in soy sauce. The tempura's batter was way too heavy...... At least the miso soup was decent enough. This must be the only Japanese restaurant in town, so they could get away with such low quality. The waiter was very impatient with us in seating and taking our orders without any other interaction. I'm sorry, but if you're thinking about stopping by this place, just don't. It's not worth it.

Do not let the location dispel your experience at Hana. I have eaten sushi often in the NYC and San Francisco (back when you could safely go there). Also, have been a guest at several private dining venues in Tokyo. I do not say this to brag, but to let you know that the quality of sushi at Hana is excellent. The menu is extensive, the preparation and presentation are beautiful. The portions are substantial and the staff/owners are friendly. Hana can be a bit slow when busy, but quality is not sacrificed for speed. Prices have gone up a bit in the past 2 years driven by covid and severe inflation effecting the prices of high quality fish. You would never think that you would find excellent sushi in Nazareth, PA. However, your thinking would be wrong. Try Hana, you will enjoy excellent sushi/sashimi..

This is a great little sushi place, right in Nazareth. The floor was wet and slippery when we first walked in (it was raining and there wasn't a mat). Walk up a few stairs into a tiny room with lovely decorations. We waited over 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us (even though there was only 1 table with customers). Service was fine, not friendly. Water glasses are tiny. The menu looks amazing and has incredible variety. I'd like to go back to try other things , especially their dessert menu. We ordered off the lunch menu, which includes either soup or salad with 2 or 3 sushi rolls.

I personally really enjoy the sushi there. It's cheap, relatively speaking, and service is generally pretty quick, depending on the quantity you are getting. Some people say the staff is unwelcoming. However, I disagree, Dining is quaint, but limited would recommend a small group at the most.

My husband & I enjoy trying different foods & love sushi. While on vacation we had the pleasure of finding Hana Sushi. Small, intimate, great service by a pretty young lady, & the sushi was awesome! We did not have the "unfriendly" experience shared by previous reviewers. We were very pleased with our order of miso soup, edamame, Spider roll, Catalina roll, Shaky Dog roll, & Japanese iced tea. We would definitely frequent this restaurant if we lived close by!

I have been to Hana Sushi twice and have always been impressed with the food. The sushi is always fresh and delicious, and the other dishes are delicious. The service is always friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. If you want a great place to enjoy delicious sushi, I highly recommend Hana Sushi. It is a hidden gem in Nazareth, and I am sure you will enjoy your meal.

The food was savoury. I've been to many sushi places but by far, this place has the best sashimi, pure fish flavor. We really enjoyed the hot tea with roasted brown rice.

Reasonably priced and really good food!

Stopped there for lunch, had shrimp teriyaki box, was great, also had Jasmin sweet tea for the first time which was good, will dine there again. Also prices were reasonably low.

Called very early in the day , on Valentine’s Day . They said oh we’re doing take our orders all day. I call to do my order in the evening and they said there not doing any orders . Very poor service.

Was going to drive to Philly to get sushi. But wife found this place. I'm glad she did. Good food. A little quiet place to eat good sushi and more.

Good, fresh Sushi, has limited seating space. My suggestion would be to call ahead and make reservations or check seating availability. I appreciate the years I've spent as a happily stuffed patron of your establishment.

Tiny place but great sushi. We were a party of 2 so they did not take reservations for us and was told walk in only when we called. (They do take reservations but for larger parties) Knowing this place gets busy we got there early and most of the tables were already reserved. We got the last 2 seats at the sushi bar. It's BYOB but they have some soda from what I saw off to the side. We got miso soup to start. It was hot and had a good taste to it. Afterwards we got some rolls. I went with the safe choices because again, this was our first time here so I wanted to stick with what I know for now. California roll, spicy salmon roll, shrimp tempura roll and a salmon roll. All were very good, fresh and would recommend. Service was quick. We will definitely go back. Great food and pretty great prices! I always love going with friends for a quick bite. The staff didn’t really interact much with patrons, myself included, through the duration of the service.

My date and I were at an Xmas party in Wind Gap. My dad's friend recommended for sushi, Hana's. And it was all fantastic. I literally devoured everything. And I'm a slow eater. It has a small city kind of vibe inside but it's super cozy and humble. Everything came out super fast. It was all incredibly fresh and flavorful. Even their homemade iced teas were lovely! Incredible job. Those pork belly buns omg... So fluffy and divine with that spicy yet sweet sauce. And the sushi was perfect. Never had sweet potato sushi and I'm a fan now! And what about parking? Go down from the police department, all those strips of houses and apartment complexes to the left I used. I had 0 tickets parking at around 830pm near the apartment area. Really convenient since I hate parallel parking. Will definitely be back.

I have been a regular customer of Hana Sushi since the week that they first opened. I’ve never had a bad meal. I love having a friendly excellent sushi bar in Nazareth and I recommend it to anyone one.

Really yummy food. Sushi looked and tasted very fresh and delicious. Beautiful presentation. The hot tea with brown rice was a nice touch. The mango mille crepe cake was excellent. Service with a smile. Definitely recommend it.

We had a great lunch at Hana Sushi. I chose the California roll and spider roll. My wife ordered the sashimi bento box. While those orders were being freshly prepared, we enjoyed soup and a salad -- both delicious. My hand rolls as fine as any I have ever eaten. My wife raved aboout the quality and freshness of her sashimi. Our server was friendly and efficient. All-in-all, a great experience. We look forward to returning soon.

Portion size is small for entrees relative to the price. Recommend only ordering sushi if you go.

Hana Sushi should be ranked number 1. It's perhaps the best Sushi in the valley. The atmosphere is relaxed. When you walk through the Japanese curtains. One can definitely feel change in place. I highly recommend Hana Sushi. Nazareth is a really nice town which still feeling like older and better times.

This is probably one of the better sushi places I've come to since I left Los Angeles. Most sushi in the Lehigh Valley is beyond horrible. This is the only place I've found that was reasonably priced and actually tasted fresh. They had a nice selection too.

Went for lunch today. It was quiet at noon. The food was tasty and service was friendly. The miso soup was nice and hot. The green tea has brown rice in it, which was different. The California roll, sweet potato roll and sushi was gorgeously presented. Will definitely be back.

Very good service and good ambiance inside. The sushi however is the best I’ve had. I’ve been all over the world including Europe and Hawaii and this little place is the best of them all.

Customer service isn’t the sweetest but it doesn’t matter due to their amazing food! Fresh and consistent with many vegan options!

The sushi was good enough for what we paid, I wouldn't call it the best I've ever had though. The staff was kind and attentive, and the atmosphere was quaint and enjoyable. All in all a solid sushi joint done in traditional style that will make for a good date night!

We love this place to heart. We moved 3 hours away recently, but when we pass through Lehigh valley we always stop by at this place. Best place for sushi in the whole world so far and believe me I have been to different parts of the world. Not Japan yet, but I will edit this comment if I find a better sushi place there :)

Got eight rolls for take out and they were all phenomenal. We even found a little key lime pie in the bag which was a great surprise. Friendly staff, great food, decent prices.

Delicious! The only item I wasn't a fan of was the veggie Gyoza but everything else was on point.

The sushi and rice bowls are fantastic! My husband and I had to wait awhile for the food to be made to order, but it was well worth the wait! Will definitely go again!
