With limited options for visiting a small town, Happiness Within in Helper, UT was a great find! You walk into a cozy coffee shop with beautiful brick walls decorated with creative artwork. As a dog owner, I really appreciate that they are dog-friendly, which makes it a perfect spot for me and my furry friend. The drinks are exceptional, with an expansive menu, tailoring to various preferences. The Charlie Brown is a delightful blend of rich chai and caramel flavors, and the Angel Matcha is perfectly crafted with a hint of lavender. Both drinks are a must-try! Whether you're a local or just passing through, Happiness Within is definitely worth a visit. I'll definitely be coming back when I drive through again!

This place is okay, I usually end up paying $20 after tax + tip for a drink for me and my daughter which I find to be a bit pricey, especially when I’m not always big on the drinks. I also think it’s weird I get charged a tourism tax on top of sales tax… it’s not a lot, but I’m not a tourist... The smallest size frappe with whipped cream came out to $7.. $5.35 for the “frappe”, $.60 for a flavor shot, & $1.05 to add whipped cream.. little expensive when we didn’t want or order anything special aside from saying yes when they asked if we wanted whipped cream. My 32 oz vanilla iced latte ended up being over $8 after up-charges which isn’t bad but I find over $2 in up-charges a bit much all because I asked for the vanilla flavoring and half & half instead of milk… which I couldn’t even taste the vanilla in my drink & the espresso tasted stale. I’ve tried a few of their deal of the day drinks, but never end up a fan & find they have some ingredient that is incredibly overpowering when I have tried them. I have tried The Hunter and it is definitely my number one pick. Overall, I’ll probably stop in every now & then to try & support local/small businesses but won’t come more than once every few months, it’s just too expensive when the only option for a discount/deal is if you do the deal of the day. They allow you to enter your phone number for rewards when paying, however I’ve never once had an employee ask me to enter it, talk to me about the rewards system, don’t see reward tiers listed anywhere/what you can get when you hit x points etc. so it doesn’t seem like they’re big on the points system.

Nice array of espresso/coffee drinks, prepared well and with decent prices. Limited food selection - you might want to cross the street for Balance Rock Eatery if you are hungry. Nice local art on the walls adds to the atmosphere.

A must stop on the way from SLC-Moab for drinks! Loved this place.

This is a great place to come and relax, or get something yummy on the go. The service was amazing. They didn't bat an eye at a custom order, and they were so friendly. They were very welcoming and had lots of room to sit down and enjoy your order. Great drink combinations, and unique home-made snacks. Everything we had tasted great.

Great atmosphere, good service, lousy drinks. So maybe if you bring a thermos of coffee it’ll work out for you.

This was a really cool little coffee shop. Downtown Helper is a super interesting location and this coffee shop adds to the vibe. The coffee shop is long and narrow inside, and is neat and clean. There’s a place to hang out to sit down low or you can take a ramp up to the order area and sit at the bar. The coffee is pretty good and they have some good signature coffees, although all sweet. The service was nice and it’s just an overall great little coffee shop.

They have specialty drinks all the time; they never stay stocked with the ingredients to make them or even the basic ones they always have on the menu. This happened multiple times.

I was surprised to find such good coffee in a small and spooky town. Great staff and friendly with fun stories. But the pumpkin cold brew and matcha i had were so good! Might have to make more trips out here for the coffee.

We stopped in and the poor girl was slammed all by herself. But she did an amazing job. We ordered a large order of seven drinks and they all were AMAZING! When we visit out that way again we will for sure be back!!

Amazing tea and coffee stop. Options for tea are great and fresh (loose leaf). Service extremely pleasant. Highly recommend skipping breakfast on your way to Moab and instead stopping here for your morning routine.

Hidden gem in Helper. Great coffee!

Helper is a convenient stop on the way between north Utah and points south through Spanish Fork Canyon. No crowds or parking hassles. Very small detour. Plus you can see the art work in adjacent shops as well as this one. Some selection of pastries. I go for the coffee.

They have oat milk as an option! I love it and their Match Frappe is great.

Little hidden gem in a historic town.. Town's charm and beauty itself is worth making a stop here but freshly brewed coffee just takes it to another level.

It was very good. I had a blended Chai tea and it was excellent. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to others and will go back next time we are there

7 Stars! Stopped in for a coffee. First time in the cute lil town of Helper Utah. A wonderful gal named Gracie whipped up a super delicious Latte something or other (I am definitely no coffee guru sorry) and I chewed on a delicious cinnamon roll she warmed up. We talked about the town, ghosts, inviting friendly customers to give up their famous ghost stories. A MUST PLACE to visit!!! Thank you Gracie for amazing service, the best coffee ever, and good company while I ate and drank. I can't wait to return!!

I'm not a coffee guy but this place was recommended to my sister & me, so we checked it our while waiting for the dental place to call me back every 3 hours, and it is a great place to spend your time! To start off it's very spacious, and focuses of comfortable seating instead of cramming booths or stalls everywhere, the drink I was was amazing (a fruity Italian slush or something?) And it was never too busy, just pleasantly rotational with not a rude customer in sight all day. Truly a chill place AND the girl working that day was just the cherry on top, bc she was nice

We stopped in Helper on our way home and decided to check out this coffee shop. The historic downtown area is charming and this shop is right in the middle of it. Great coffee, great service, great atmosphere.

I go here often but i had the absolutely best chai latte of my life and needed to review. This place is so darling. Well staffed with friendly and knowledgeable baristas. Ownership is local and really cares about serving the community as well As serving quality food and beverages including Italian ice, tea, boba tea, lotus. They have oat milk! So i enjoyed a campfire chai with oat milk and toasted marshmallow/vanilla.

finishing the last couple hours of a long drive and I was lamenting being limited to gas station coffee. happened to see the sign for this little barista and detoured into the small town of helper to check it out. so glad I did! my cappuccino was wetter than it should have been but it was delicious and finding this little treasure made all the difference to my drive.

We were very impressed with this quaint little small town coffee place! The best thing about it was my hubby(who normally is very picky about his coffee drinks & finds something to complain about)said his caramel macchiato was way better than Starbucks!! That in itself speaks volumes! We wanted to give you an amazing review-you earned it! If we are ever back in the area, we'll definitely return!
