Hardees has really stepped up their game since covid. Justin Langle has been a great asset for the location. Always pleasant and helpful. I stop multiple times a day and most times he is there. Always is positive a polite. Even when equipment fails, he attempts to help you if he can. He would be an asset at any location.

Asked for Nutritional information was told to look at a chart in the bathroom before I ordered.

Food and order was great thanks to Justin jaynoney he’s cool people and a good employee he always get our order right and fresh

Had a great experience dining in. Clean restroom.. awesome meal.. had the mushroom and Swiss double meal. Super friendly..

Warning ⚠️ do not eat here, I'm a former employee and there is black mold in the walk-in and everything is covered in grease and grime. The other employees will go out to smoke cigarettes and come back and not wash hands and none of them care about the customers or how the food is made, I would steer clear from here its very unsanitary and rude people. I've also witnessed food being dropped and picked up like nothing happen. Also they will make your food on a dirty table cause they don't know how to wipe stuff down when it gets messy.

Food is good, service has improved - if you plan on utilizing the app, the restaurant is not capable of using it until mid 2024, per the company. Stay tuned

Got some coupons in the mail, even with the coupons used still ended up spending more than on average at a fast food joint and the service was super slow and once food was obtained it was the wrong order

Worst Hardee’s or any place of business I’ve been to. They are disgusting. Be better if something entirely different was there.

A lot of people say Hardey's is a horrible fast food place. But this is by far the best burger place in SSC and is HEAVLIY slept on. The ingredients are fresh, you can tell they use real beef, and you can just taste the freshness in every bite no matter what you order. Hardey's is basically Chick Fil A if they served beef instead of chicken. Highly recommend checking it out.

Curly Fries were undercooked. Not crispy at all. That's a lot of fries. Five orders.

My wife and I got great service and food from the employees at the counter, but just as we were about to finish our meal, a crew leader or manager started loudly cursing and verbally abusing the staff. It was bad enough that all the patrons in the dining area got up and left. Hopefully this review will reach someone with authority to take appropriate action.

Drive thru is a little slow but not bad.

I was there for nearly 4 months and the assistant manager is a jerk and spends too much time sitting in the office that doesnt belong to him

Ordered online, easy and fast, walked in no problems

Overall ok. Biscuits over baked. Service was slow. But alot of places are struggling with enough help.

I showed up late in the evening probably real close to closing time they were very polite in the Drive-Thru and prompt and the food was very fresh and delicious.

The people they have working today r a joke. Need to b trained and not ignore customers or hide in the back. Waited 20 mins for 2 drinks only. I'll never come back to this one again. What a joke!!! The one person to scared to give food to people so shouldn't b there then wearing mask which no big deal but speak up so people can hear. Very very disappointed!!!

They couldnt hear me on the speaker so I had to pull to the window to order. It took a long time for a simple order and if I hadnt have checked it they woulda forgot the breakfast burrito. All I ordered was the breakfast platter, a burrito and two orange juice. I mean, really?

Not sure if they don't have enough employees are what but be prepared to wait in the drive thru for 30 mins....whether if their busy or not.

Best fast food in South Sioux City NE. They truly value their customers. Kelli is AWESOME! She ALWAYS finds a way to put a smile on my face!! Always checks order for accuracy & ALWAYS in a good mood unlike Arby's that make me feel like a burden. LOVE their biscuits & their AWESOME employees.!

It's been a long time since I stopped at a Hardee's. I guess it'll be longer until I stop again. The elderly lady that helped us in the Drive-Thru was nice. I wasn't impressed with the food. I suppose it was okay for fast food?

Here lately drive thru is the only thing open and it seems like they may only have two people working , still the food is good , just gotta have patience in drive thru

Went thru the drive thru on a Friday at 1:30pm, even inside the temporary hours they have, sat at the order screen no one ever answered. Went to window all the lights on but nobody inside that I could see. What a waste of time.

Why is this store never OPEN!!! 7pm on a Friday and they are closed!! Everytime I come here there always closed!

The Angus thickburger with bacon and cheese was excellent and cooked to order and the curly fries were competitive with Arby's. There was no dine-in option so had to eat in my car. It was dinnertime and only the drive thru was available just like McDonald's. I only counted 3 people to take orders, cook the food and cashier so there was a short delay for a fast food restaurant. The staff were all friendly..the order was correct..I got napkins and ketchup packets since I wasn't home..and a 10% military veteran discount was deducted without complaint. Dining in would have been nicer but I will not judge Hardee's for Covid 19 protocol and a shortage of available fast food workers.

The food was great! The customer service was questionable. When putting in the order I got one part mentioned I would like A LOT of ketchup packets.... and when I went to give the second order was told hold on they had to find another register to complete the order bc they already sent the 1st one... Okay that was fine ..said they're 2 separate orders anyway...asked for ketchup packets again... When I went to pay for these 2 orders.. he looked at me confused af when I said I thought you did 2 sperate orders? After trying to explain several times I gave up and just payed both.. asked if there was ketchup in the bag ...was told yes. Got back to the hotel and guess what? NO Ketchup🤦🏼‍♀️😫

This 5 Star Is Specifically For Cashier Kelly. I Have Went Here Multiple Times Ending Up With Her As My Cashier. She Is A True Light In Your Day With Her Personality Alone. She Is The Definition In Whatever Hand Book, Whatever Company How Service Is Expected To Given And Received. She Is A Gem Few & Far Get To Experience! I Hope Her Boss Sees This And Gives Her The Raise / Bonus She Truly Deserves. She Is A True Asset & Blessing To Your Company.

It was good food and good customer service, I just wish the lobby was open at the time and we didn't have to do the drive thru.

Don't expect much. Not even close to normally expected, usually good food (at other Hardee's restaurants), let alone the long wait(s) and excuses. Don't care if Covid-19 is a factor...I was in my car...waiting forever! Wrong order, overcharged near double and the food was COLD! Try to eat cold fries. Horrible. Will not return there again.

I've been buying food here for years. Any little thing will take an eternity to be given to you, at the drive through.

Its was ok. The sandwich was way tiny and they packaged it in a huge box. When I got home my sandwich was all over in the box. But there was hardly anything in it so I was able to put it back together. Still tasted delish though. The medium size onions ring were my favorite part of the order. Best 8 pieces of beer battered onion rings I've ever had.

They need to put larger tomatoes in their sandwiches.

I usually don’t review drive thru experience but this was a good one. Staff was very friendly. It was reasonably fast too (though made to order. The big Hardee’s biscuits were so good.

Like most fast food joints drive through takes priority. 5 vehicles went through before I received my order. Bright spot was gentleman out front, said his name was Exodus, ran the front counter by himself. Did a great job.

I enjoy Hardees in general over most fast food places. The frisco burger with tomato :) this particular hardees, didnt wow me per say. The food overall compared to other Hardees was just a bit below what I am used to. It was just after lunch and it seemed like maybe it had been left over from the rush. The service was good and the staff was very curtious. If they would have made the sandwich and fries fresh, it would be 5 stars. As a business owner myself though, i undetstand not wanting the waste if it was still fine. Besides, i am certain that if I asked, they would have made it fresh. I tried to get a half of the 5th star and if i could have it would show a 4.5
