One of my favorite spots to eat and relax is here. There is lots of parking space, and the staff William in particular-is incredibly courteous, kind, and accommodating. If I could give them all the stars and more, I would.

Chicken tenders were a bit dry.

The shift manager Aliyas was very professional and made this fast food experience the best I've had in months.

Wasn’t a welcoming feeling the lady at the counter wasn’t knowledgeable at all it took approximately 26 mins to complete a simple order her body language and attitude screamed run away the older lady was running around doing drive thru in the kitchen and front counters sad to say she had way more energy then the younger people standing there with her, the fries are dry and taste like they have been fried in old oil the burger was the best thing 8/10 the chicken wrap the spicy nothing spicy about it 2/10 the ranch wrap 0/10 no ranch sauce on the wrap just a tender and cheese very dry and it also leaves this odd after taste lastly all the soda was watered down and to not have any apple juice for the kids menu but a small soda or milk ,first and last time coming here

Best and only fast food mushroom Swiss burger!

Hatdees is my go to breakfast. I love their biscuits.

Stopped by on our way through from out of town, hubby asked to change his fries to onion rings unaware that they didn't do that here (they do where we are from), which he tried to say "sorry, I didn't know because they do that up north" however, she cut him off and very loudly said "We're not Arby's" and before he could say anything back, the manager started talking loudly over him and was rudely telling us over and over "we don't do that here".... they made it this huge ordeal and were so rude when it was seriously not that big of a deal to us, but we couldn't even get a word in to say "it's no big deal". The whole exchange left my hubby and I kind of speechless and we are both thankful this isn't our local Hardee's because we would never come back. It was just rude and uncalled for....

This will be short! We will always wait for fresh fries. We appreciate it! Strawberry lemonade was watered down and it had ice. Didn’t taste strawberry. It was lemonade. Fries a little salty but the seasoning was good. Um… after all of that not all the fries were fresh and hot! I’m also guessing all of their fries are thin. Or I got all the edges.🤷🏽‍♀️ Burger um… not hot, no seasoning. Maybe so you get fries for flavor🤷🏽‍♀️ Burger has no flavor. I tasted the toasted almost bun the most. I’m not a fast food person but basically $10 for a #1 meal. Hamburger, fries, drink. I won’t be feening to return.

I order my burgers to be only ketchup then when the manager gave me my food they was all wrong and I told them they was supposed to be only ketchup then the GM was standing behind her and started getting mad saying I made them the way the was rung up and I said I understood but I said only ketchup. So they just lost a customer who comes a lot on Friday and Thursday cuz that was uncalled for

Very good drive thru. Biscuits and gravy are delicious. Eggs are terrible. Potato crowns are also very good. All the breakfast sandwiches I have tried are also very good.

We went for breakfast it really wasn't that good but it's fast food the people were friendly the restaurant was clean

Since the closing of the Hardee's in Valrico off Hwy 60 I have to get my sausage gravy and biscuits here. I love the chicken tenders which is what I got. I shared the meal deal with my boyfriend and had left over.

Glacial pace drive thru. If you want a quick meal, go elsewhere.

Never had their breakfast..great tasting fried eggs well done..and French toast with bacon..delicious real eggs!!!.. will recommend anytime..!!

The manager on duty this morning is rude. We waited and waited for our food. Went up and asked about the order and she demanded a receipt. We didn’t have one because her cashier didn’t give us one. Luckily we paid with Apple Pay and had that as proof.

10 time better atmosphere than the seffner KFC.

I don't understand how this place exists. I had the bad experience of going today, from the moment you arrive the bad experience begins. The place is dirty, the employees must be underpaid because they are terrible. And not to mention the state of the tables, chairs and bathrooms, a place where you cannot return. The food is bad and the products they use seem to be of poor quality. It's really difficult to understand how, by the standards of the United States, a site like this could exist. I thought I was eating food soaked in motor oil. I give it minus 10 points and I hope it closes soon.

Food was delicious as always however the atmosphere, not so much. The “manager” Aliyas was on a total power trip. Talking to the coworkers like an incompetent moron. There is NO need to be talking to people in the manner he was. I recommend someone get that boy and bring him off his high horse. Simmer down Aliyas and always remember as quick as you got to a manager is as quick as you get knocked right back down to the same position as your constituents.

ive been coming here for the longest with me and my mother , and i just wanna say i havent had a bad customer service experiance until today . manager aliyas was so disrespectful to his other employees !! needs to be humbled and removed from mangement .

Good burger and excellent service at the drive through.

I love Hardee's and go whenever I happen to see one. Unfortunately they are dying off, which is a shame. The Frisco burger and fries combo is the way to go, every time. I love their sweet tea too. It's not cheap, but so good for an occasional treat. This location was dead, and the worker seemed shocked we had walked in to order food at around 8:30pm lol. Needless to say we were the only ones there. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious though. I'll definitely be back when I'm in this area again, as long as it's still open!

Everyone was super friendly and got our larger breakfast order out quick!

Went through the drive thru. 2 biscuit meals were $20.

Biscuits were so greasy they did not hold together.

A employee had her son over all day and was staring directly at me and my 2 friends then wanna say that we was staring first but the food was great 🤗

Cashier and kitchen people were very nice, even when I made a mistake with my order at the drive through. My breakfast sandwich was not good, however: the egg yolk was green in my Frisco. I was already back on the interstate when I caught it, so I wasn't going to return. I'd just say check your food before you leave the parking lot if you use the drive through.

Hardees always has great breakfast, most of the time fresh.

Day shift has the absolute worst management. You ask for one thing and they overcharge you and when you walk in for a refund, the manager will give you an attitude. I never have a problem with the night shift, they’re always chill and respectful. Never eating lunch here again.

Pretty horrible customer service Lady got mad at me because they put the wrong food in a bag with my name on it. Then had the audacity to scold me saying oh you picked it up from the rack. I said yes I know because the bag had my name on it. But the wrong food. Then she continues taking orders n mumbling under her breath. I never eat hardees. Just thought id try it. Pretty disrespectful experience.

They're all usually isn't the best. They do not change their or like they're supposed to and um. Yeah, I don't really care for it. Their food is very greasy.

Dear Jesus Christ and Hardee's of Seffner, Thank you both for just being AWESOME. I wish to acknowledge an A MORE THAN AMAZING GENERAL MANAGER NAME "MR. JAMES" and his ENTIRE STAFF ARE AMAZING AS WELL. OH MY GOD!!!! THE BREAKFAST IS A MUST HAVE!!! *Mr. James is by No Means an average general manager. The man is ABOVE AVERAGE IN EVERY SINCE OF THE WORD. Lord God, Thank You For Mr. James and the Entire Staff. Amen

I always get the biscuits and gravy. Every time I always treat kind.

Normally the biscuits are pretty good but the last couple of times they've been rock hard, almost impossible to eat. There was also some kind of plastic string in the gravy when I tried to eat it. Very disappointed.

This location is always fast and everything always comes out hot and fresh. My only complaint is the Mushroom Swiss burger could use more mushrooms. Don't be shy with those! I love mushrooms! That's my favorite Burger on their menu. I don't even care if it's messy. If it's loaded with mushrooms, I'm a happy girl!

Update 5/6/24 Great service and food. A lot nicer since my last visit. Aliyas was friendly and fast.

Don't expect much other than fast food.

I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes at 910 AM and they still never spoke to me so when I went inside to order their excuse was because they hate taking drive-through orders. Hopefully you guys can figure out how to become better overtime and actually get us our food at a decent rate. Good luck.

Fairly bland, slightly overpriced, and the service seems disinterested in serving you. Not impressed.

I didn’t this type of service from Hardee’s. The store is remodeled, the service was very good, and the prices were reasonable. I got the Chicken Biscuit for breakfast. The chicken was crispy, and the biscuit was overall good. My hash browns were cooked a a good temperature, and was satisfying. Overall, enjoyed my experience.

Coming back from a funeral. I was getting very hungry and stopped in Thonotosassa, FL. I choose the Big Burger combo. Cheese, pickle and onion. It was so good I almost went back inside to get another one.

It was my first time eating at this place and the manager was very unprofessional. It was an older man eating across from me the manager was making fun of him and the old man got very upset and through the food away and left. I felt so sorry because he was about 90 years old and for what I hear he was a regular customer. The manager should know his every day customers. I will never eat there again.

The young man that waited on me, was a breath of fresh air, he was everything you would want an then some when picking up your food, I want to thank him ,sweetie you stay just the way u r an u will be going places!!! Thank u again ,u made my day!!!!

The hamburgers at Hardee's is my favorite. I cane to this location while traveling back to Florida, so I only have a single experience, but I can say that the hamburgers are consistently great from store to store.

The nastiest most rude experience you will ever have. Not to mention the possible salmonella or food poisoning from their undercooked chicken

This was my first time at this location. Fries were luke warm at best and the bacon cheeseburger was not much warmer. Maybe just an off day for the staff but for me👎

The menu was disappointing. Update 3.10.24 I love Hardee's, I was a frequent diner for breakfast and lunch at the one by our house in Murfreesboro, TN. Sadly, there's not one near me where I live now. On this day I was traveling so I was really looking forward to having one of the Hardee's breakfast sandwiches. I went to place my order and was told that none of the egg sandwiches have the option of a folded egg. Confusing because I know I'd ordered folded egg at other locations so wondering if it was just this location that does this. I'm a hard no on a fried egg, so this is why I found the menu disappointing that day. I ended up ordering a steak biscuit which wasn't bad but just ok and the French toast sticks which were too sweet even without using syrup.

Well there was an employee smoking a blunt right next to the drive thru window which I’m ok with Mary J I mean half of America smokes but right by the freaking window . Know my whole inside of my car smells like it . Not cool also foods never fresh

What can I say when you are hungry the food is good and I have got food from Hardee's off and on for decades and the food is average and service is slow but not terrible and when I'm out in the future and get really hungry I will return though this isn't my first choice

The best fast food experience, food was excellent and service was very quick and efficient. I even had the manager James Tucker ask me how my food was and that meant alot to me and my family. 5 star all the way!!

The drive thru staff was completely rude, short and in no way friendly nor helpful. I was rushed thru my order from the box and by the time I made it to the window the cashier simply took my money, gave me the entire wrong bag while never ever making eye contact or using any customer service whatsoever. I waited again when she returned she practically threw the same bag at me which was again not my order! When I explained that wasn’t my order her given response with complete attitude was “Welel then what did you order?” Snatched the bag back and while I waited again I was finally given my correct order of course without a bit of customer service not even have a nice day, thanks for your patience, etc! This isn’t the first time the lack off customer service here has been completely disappointing

Everything was absolutely wonderful great food friendly people

Ive been to this Hardee's multiple times over many years. The food has always been good and hot and pretty consistent. The last 2 times I've been in for breakfast hours the male manager with the tattoos on his arm has absolutely the worst managerial skills, yelling at his employees in public and being disrespectful. I let it go the first time but when he had an employee walk out in tears and then a few minutes later was discussing her inappropriately with another customer I felt it needed to be addressed. If he is there in the future I will find another place to visit. Overall the food was great. The manager may need to take classes on handling employees better as it made the whole dining room uncomfortable. Even though the employee may have been wrong it should have been addressed in a private manner not in the open.

employees were goofing around behind the counter and while going in and out to the patio, they didn't seem too interested in assisting customers. The place is a little dumpy. I won't go stop there again.

My kids loved the food. I have never eaten there and didn't this time either, but if the kids like it, then it is 5 stars

Rude service it is 10:16 pm google said it was open till 2 am I understand they close at 10 pm everyday but the comment was unnecessary I pulled up to the drive through and the guy told me it was close so I explained to him “oh my bad bro google said it was open till 2 am” then he reply’s with “Google don’t run this business I do” it was unnecessary for that comment food is great but service is horrible they need to learn how to treat they customers with a little more respect like it was giving from the beginning

Ordered online 45 min ahead I got there at 6:00 a.m. they argued with me that they did not even have my order put in. The manager was ready to fight me lol. Unbelievable that this restaurant in this area code is even available for a feedback

I recently visited Hardee's and was disappointed with my experience. The long wait times tested my patience ( 10 min wait inside for a spicy chicken sandwich), and the food quality was below average. Additionally, the absence of barbecue burger options was a letdown. Overall, not a satisfying visit. Hardee needs to learn from their West Coast counterpart Carl's Jr and step it up a lot. I feel like the franchise doesn't care about the East Coast locations at all.

Drive-thru people in the morning are very nice

Ordered Double Bacon Cheese burger $14.00 the sandwich was so small and nothing on it tried to call and calls are going to a fax machine... by far the worse hands down

Its breakfast biscuits. Seems easy for them to put out a hot biscuit with cohntry ham or fried steak. Not fancy, but fast and hot.

normally when I eat here the food is hot fresh and delicious but today I stopped by and got a bacon DBL cheeseburger and a large fry the fries and burger were cold and on top of that I didn't even get a whole patty whoever made my sandwich gave me a half patty on the bottom and broken pieces of a patty on top

The burger was a great size, and the bacon was delicious. Overall it was a little salty. The fries had a weird taste and texture. The staff was very friendly. The service was very fast.

Niceest people n ive ever had at a dastfood place

I have a brain tumor. Most times due to my meds I can't eat. I skip my meds every other wednesday JUST to eat breakfast at Hardee's. Today this cashier this morning was rude and nasty. Told us at 459 (opens at 5) that they were closed so we would leave out the line so she could service her friend in a white truck first. Had a clear attitude because I said we weren't moving. Ignored us when we asked what time they open then. She then gave us like 8 hasbrowns in a medium order. ( being spiteful) and intentionally didn't not put bacon we ordered and paid for in bag. I know this was intentionally because we come here EVERY other Wednesday morning and the white truck is usually there 1st. Today we were 1st and the attitude from the driver and cashier was clear. Truck even tried to drive in front of us. We waited at the window while she made his order FIRST. Insane af. NEVER had an issue until today. I get that people have regular customers but that doesn't give you the right to mistreat other customers to appease them. Thanks to her I will NOT be back any time soon.

Drink beverage stand was a mess. No one came out to attend, clean, or replenish the items. Coffee urn was empty upon arrival and was still empty 20 minutes later when I left. However, the lady working the counter did refill my cup for me.

Friendly place with nice employees and great service.

So incredibly rude!!! We apologized for getting there 10 minutes prior to closing and the man would not even speak to us. We said have a good night and he slammed the window in our face. Real nice guy you have working there! Food was cold and tasted like rubber. Couldn’t even take two bites of the burger. So Disgusting.
