Dirtiest fast food restaurant I have ever been in. We were going to get food and then saw the conditions and just got fountain drinks. The mix was off on the drinks. The place needs immediate help to clean it up.

Place is a joke waited over a hour in the drive threw,very rude people

The chicken sandwich and strips were burnt on the outside but hardly even hot on the inside. I don't think they've changed their fryer oil in the two weeks between my orders because both orders had that charred taste of food that burned up inside the fryer oil.

Don't go to this place. Employees act like it is bothering them when someone tries to buy anything here. I've experienced this twice now, they won't get a third chance. Employees are extremely rude

Good breakfast and the lady was very helpful.

Ordered a chicken sandwich, got a small chicken strip on the bun, went back, they remade it and was given an undercooked chicken breast and when I brought it up to the cashier was told that is just the buttermilk. Will not be going back.

This place needs to get shut down that's all I have to say.

Took to long sitting at the drive up window without anyone coming to the window. Did not wait no longer and just left. Unbelievable!!!

Walked in to order and the lobby smelled like pot, and the staff working behind the counter did not even acknowledge us and kept talking to each other and they were high themselves. We walked out and left. I would not recommend this place to anyone

I have never had an issue with this hardees. Food is always consistent. Today when i went there the drive thru time was longer then normal once i got to the window to pay for my food there was one individual that appeared to be doing 500 things at once. Either the owners need to give him a raise or they need to start holding other employees accountable for not showing up for there shifts. Either way i want to commend this guy for putting in effort.

Great double Frisco burger, fries were piping hot....

Currently sitting in the line at Hardee’s in West Helena Montana, my wife asked the employer taking the orders and running the window if we could get extra ranch in our order…..but the dude is supposed to remember this right and put it down on the order right…..homie didn’t do that. The dude said “well remind me at the window” like it ain’t his job to put it down on the order, like come on I know it’s short staffed but homie should have better customer service instead of giving attitude to some people who are far from disrespectful.

This place has gone downhill. The food, the fast service, and over $3 for a lemonade.

Not a bad place just under staffed. And the manager seemed to be over demanding of her help

walked in with my friend barefoot and hobbling. they did not care. they got our order wrong and it took like 20 minutes. put our drinks in a broom closet. food was good. 5/5 star experience.

Mainly drive thru experiences but I have never dealt with a single employee who gets upset at you for even being in the drive thru, until this place. On top of terrible wait time in the drive thru you are treated like a burden for even being there

Took way too long to receive our order of 2 burgers with fries.

Spent nearly an hour in line, 1/3 of that at the speaker waiting to be helped, only to be told out of regular fries. When I finally got my food, it was cold, and very little tartar sauce, and maybe 2 strands of Lettuce on each sandwich!

Sorry Hardee's, not my favorite. The associate was nice. The burger was charcoal grilled which was extraordinary. That being said the fries were not crispy at all, as if it were sitting too long. I wouldn't blame anyone working in this branch, but (the recipe of) those fries and deep-fried chicken tenders I ordered also were not as good as the ones at McDonald's or KFC.

Giving it one star because 0 isnt an option. Idk when it started going so down hill. But you should tell your employees to wash their damn hands. Came thru the drive thru and got a couple burgers, some wraps and a ham sandwich and got hit with the WORST FOOD POISONING I have ever gotten. My entire house got it and it was 100% the burgers we were throwing up ALL NIGHT. Part of me wants my $38 back. Another part of me just wants to warn people to eat there at their own risk, because we are not the first people to get food poisoning from Hardees as of lately. WASH YOUR HANDS. Thank you

Used to be a good fast food choice, but no longer. Went for breakfast and was not good at all. I have no idea how you can mess up biscuits you're known for. Not cooked through all the way and inedible. Person helping didn't want to be there and it translated to very poor service. I'd advise you find some place else that at least puts forth some effort.

Worst service of any fast food store in town. Nothing worth ever going back for, but ,certainly plenty to keep you from going back at all EVER!

Didn't take order correctly and Out of ketchup

This is the worst Hardee’s I’ve ever been to! I’m pretty sure their fryer oil hadn’t been changed in far too long. My sons chicken tenders were almost black, and there was fryer oil all over our french fry boxes, and it was just gross.

Great food and lovely people! The men's restroom was disappointing, but I don't fault the employees for gross customers. Get the monster burger. You'll thank me later.

Won't be eating here anymore as they all seem to have removed a bunch of menu items including anything I would get. Won't be coming be to Hardee's again sadly.

The drive thru had about 25 cars in line so we went in to order. There were only 2 people inside but it took almost 10 minutes for someone to take our order. There were only 3 people working plus the manager. One person only made shakes, one person to make all the food and one person to take ALL the orders. They were out of curly fries and cups for drinks so they had to use shake cups. One of our orders was for the double mushroom and Swiss which cost more. We got home with a single Swiss burger, no mushrooms.

The gal took my order wrong, the food was luke warm at best, the soda machines were out of syrup and all the tables were dirty. This used to be a great place, I hope they can turn things around.

Pulled up to drive thru and was told to come in instead..was a huge inconvenience for me I'm pregnant and have a puppy in the car. Ordered food and watch everyone else get there food before us. Waited 25 minutes for food that ended up being cold. They had plenty of workers there. Super unimpressed with the whole experience..waste of time and money 😔.

Unfortunately I believe it is closed down now. Last 3 times I have tried going it was closed and dark during times it should have been open.

Chicken sandwich I had was undercooked raw. Bathrooms are very dirty look like knowing they've been in there for hours maybe days.

Fast food. A burger 🍔 when you're hungry and in a hurry goes down easy here. The curly fries are way better than their regular ones. Those are too greasy for me.

Waited and waited at the drive up window to pay 4 our food and no one ever came . Had to go inside to pay for the food and get our food and was informed that they were short staffed.

I stopped by this Hardy's on my way back to Great Falls and I was very impressed. They were shorthanded and had a drive-thru line that backed up to Euclid Avenue. I had gone in to use the restroom and order my food and the four people that I could see on staff we're extremely busy. Even though they were busy they still made time for their guests like me who were in their dining room and took my order with a smile. I was very impressed to see the general manager not only working the drive-through cashier but working the dining room cashier as well. The food that I received was hot and fresh and even though they were extremely busy the manager handed it to me with a smile and told me to have a good day. You don't see customer service like this in today's world very often. Will definitely eat here again when I'm Helena next.

Bathroom floors and doors are gross sticky. You actually hear your shoes stick and unstick. The drink station was filthy sticky. My fries were about 1/2 and 1/2 regular and curly. I won't even start about my sandwich. If the area customers are is that filthy I wonder what it's like behind the counter. I will never go back. The last couple times I was there the experience was similar. Sad, just sad.

Love the double loaded omelet biscuit, always more than I need, but tastes amazing.

Horrible service I waited for over 40 minutes for two meals and might I say this place was practically empty. I would suggest finding a different place to eat before ever resorting to this restaurant.

I love the biscuits here. You can tell they are handmade and not frozen like other places

Could improve on preparing food To much grease left on burgers

They gave me raw bread for my Frisco Angus Burger. They did not grill the sourdough.

Last few times I've tried have been excellent. Prices are high, but what prices aren't high these days.

I stopped at this Hardee's location to pick up a breakfast order for a courier service that I work for. It was 9 a.m., it was obvious that they were short-staffed. I am compassionate towards that being short-staffed is never fun. It appeared that they were down at least two, more likely three employees. What they had was a gentleman in the grill area making the food, and the manager... an older lady, with a somewhat sour disposition. (I've noticed that disposition before, but it's never affected me before, other than a slight unpleasant undertone to the experience.) Upon announcing myself and my customers name, they said it would be a moment before my order would be ready. Considering drive-thru was packed when I got there, I expected as much. They served the drive-through orders ahead of me. Then proceeded to fill every drive-thru that came for the next half hour. I stopped counting at 18, not including those initial orders that were rightfully ahead of me. In addition to that, a customer came into the lobby and ordered breakfast. They got his order out within eight minutes. By this time I'd been there for at least 35 minutes. Every time the guy in the grill would try to make my order, she would stop him, insisting that he fill her orders first. Nevermind that my customer had already paid. I've managed several restaurants in the past and have done an extensive amount of work in the hospitality and service industries. I don't know if the concern was for her drive-thru times... but with only two staff on, I'm sure that corporate and her owners would have understood if her times were a little wonky. Finally, after all was said and done, everyone else having been served... I was the only one left. She capitulated, a might bit testily, and the breakfast sandwich hashbrown and gravy were finally made. The gentleman in the grill was doing the best he could. Period. And he did a damn fine job, honestly. He even tried sneaking it past her a couple of times, it's time to be thwarted As soon as she saw that he wasn't making. Very disappointed. I will avoid this store at all costs for my personal needs. The one on Custer Avenue seems to do much better. Until they get a new manager, I would just avoid the Euclid location completely.

It's literally the worst sandwich I've ever paid more than 3 bucks for. I bought a fried chicken sandwich meal. It felt like someone put the sandwich together and let it get warm and soggy under a heat lamp. I will never pay that much for low quality, public school cafeteria type food.

A typical fast food atmosphere. Some of the counter help could use a lesson in customer service, but aside from this, it's a place to spend breakfast, lunch or dinner without feeling crowded

For some reason, they cant get my order right at least 5 time out of the 8 times Ive ordered here they have messed up my order. Each time i order the same thing 2 breakfast sandwiches. This last time I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and when I got it. It only had had dad bacon on it. When I called in, the lady claimed they had a new cook. Well if they have a new cook they need to drug test him for thinking someone wanted to spend $ 5 to two slices of bacon and some bread. If this was a one time thing but this happens often.

Food selection and quality has gone down. Waiting 20 minutes for a burger and fries isn't fast food and $2 for 4oz of half way decent coffee. No thanks

Friendly worker's and they are very respectful

I ended up waiting for my food for a total of 26 mins. It wasn't a huge order, I order 2 hot ham and cheese, an order of onion rings, an order of fries and 2 shakes (the price for this small order was $31 and some change, used to be able to feed a family of 5 easily with $30)... it took about 10 mins for anyone to even come to the window to take my money or acknowledge that they knew I was there. No one ever did apologize for the wait or even acknowledge that it took forever; the service is usually much better. The fella taking the money did not greet me in any way, he just threw the window ooen, yelled my total and stuck his hand out. No thanks you, hello, goodbye, NADA. There were 5 employees that I saw through the window and they were not that busy. I was the only one in the drive through and there were 2 cars in the lot (not sure if they were in the lobby or not). I love Hardee's food but I will not be going to the one by Vans again, so very disappointed!!

The worst fast food place I've ever ate at

I love good Hardee’s! However, this location was no good. All of our food was cold. Our buns were very dry. And despite the good being cold, the chicken was half burnt. And the help was not very helpful. There were about five people walking around the front where we were the only people in the dining room, yet it took five minutes for them to noticed us before we ordered. And five minutes to notice again when we went up for sauce. Then AGAIN when we left and needed a to go bag to put our bad food in. Sorry Hardee’s but seems like judging by the other reviews that you need to get this location in check!

A quality Karcher franchise, well represented today by Leticia, who has a pleasant manner and obvious ear for detail. Wife has special dietary needs, which were met. Thanks, will come again!

It was Hardee's. I rarely eat fast food unless I am running really far behind. I love the milkshakes they serve here though!

I've gone here on and off for a few years and it always seems like no matter what, the food isn't as hot as it should be when you get it, which is disappointing and has led me to seek out other fast food. Otherwise, the staff are always nice and it is in a convenient location.

Early closure, employees not showing up for work. FIRE them and document the action with unemployment office so unemployment is not available to them. If employer's dont care, then employee doesnt care. SHOW DOCUMENTED disciplinary consequences!

Mediocre at best. Waited forever, fries were stale tasting, burger had low flavor. Onion rings were good which is the only reason this gets an extra star. Go somewhere else, not with the wait.

Hardee's in Montana has become a go-to place ever since they started to include the Carl's Jr go to favorite of the double western bacon cheeseburger. Though they're a little light on their barbecue sauce the double western bacon cheeseburger is a home run hit if you ever had one. It is where the phrase if it doesn't get all over the place it doesn't belong in your face originated.
