Beautiful location and tasting room. There is a wine or liquor for everyone! We went home with many bottles. Definitely worth a stop. There is also cheese and crackers available.

We had an amazing experience at Haunting Whisper Vineyard! Eric, the owner, was exceptionally welcoming and took the time to explain every pour during the tasting. The vineyard thoughtfully provides a separate room where kids can play and enjoy themselves while the adults enjoy in the tasting experience. The wines are truly outstanding, with a wide variety of choices, each one more impressive than the last. The property itself is stunning, adding to the overall charm of the visit. Highly recommend this place for both the quality of the wines and the beautiful setting!

Great way to spend a cloudy Wednesday afternoon. Huge variety of red, white, and fruit wines to taste as well as spirits. 3 in our group, we each tried 6 & enjoyed them all. While we were there many others joined, making for a fun & lively atmosphere. Worth the visit - love the tropical lime, coffee, black cherry, and reds!

The tasting hall is very spacious, clean, and modern. The menu has a wide variety of options for all varieties of spirit or wine enthusiasts. We made a reservation online for our group of 7 using the website and our tasting started right on time. If you enjoy anything from the tasting, you can use your credit from the tasting immediately on any purchases. The owner is very knowledgeable and a great host. We will definitely visit again if we find ourselves out in this area of NH again.

We were so excited to visit this beautiful winery, but we were turned away and felt very unwelcomed by the manager. We visited during norm hours on a Saturday afternoon their website says reservations are not required when you want to purchase glasses of wine. You need to apparently make a reservation for even entering the building. They need to update their website and put a sign on their door. Disappointed 😔 Edit: replying to the response of the manager. This reply he provided shows exactly the demeanor experienced when we arrived, there were 8 of us, interested in looking around, not crowding the bar like a pack of hyenas. The conversation you had with us was uncomfortable and uninviting. We felt immediately unwelcomed. A simple "hey guys- welcome! Do you happen to have a reservation? No? No problem, let me check my reservation log and you guys take a look around while I fish checking out this customer". We got nothing of the sort and you basically got mad we were there so we left because we were so taken aback. I have never experienced anything like this with a manager of all people. Absolutely ridiculous!

Unfortunately experienced the most awkward interaction with this business manager. We were very excited to try this vineyard, but did not have a reservation. The website only specifies reservations are encouraged but not required. Immediately felt unwelcome. The place was empty and the manager was clearly inconvenienced by our presence. Would give this business zero stars if I could.

Absolutely amazing experience meeting with Eric and choosing a few wines to share with family during the holidays. Thanks for the recommendations, the Sunapee red was a huge hit!

Some truly delicious -- and interestingly named -- wines & spirits: I could not resist the Marechal Foch (robust dry red) and the Gravejigger (rum that envelops the nostrils even before you can take a deliciously lethal sip). The super-informed proprietor hosted our tasting (free with bottle purchase), gorgeous views from the Adirondack chairs outside (wish we could stop back early morning to see Comet Nishimura -- said proprietor is also an avid astronomer). GO.

If you haven't visited Haunting Whisper Vineyard, you should definitely give it a try. We've been several times and Eric is very knowledgeable about his wines and spirits. We love the Bourbon and also the Sugar Maple Rum. And the wines are very good. It's a great way to spend an afternoon. You won't be disappointed!

Though HW is 45 minutes away from my home, I have visited many times because it is worth the drive. Each time I have brought with me different friends and family members. We have enjoyed every visit because the many different wines and spirits are delicious. My favorites includes the chocolate cherry, the apple, and a couple of the whites and reds. My husband loves the spirits. Eric is always so friendly and knowledgeable about the wine making process and enjoys sharing the science behind it. Very fascinating!

Had a wonderful time at this winery. Owner was very accommodating and informative. Great variety of grape and fruit wines as well as liquors. We left with over a case of different wines. My wife says this is now her favorite winery. We do like fruitier/sweeter wines but this winery has something for everyone. The building is clean and welcoming. Can't wait to finish our wines to have an excuse to return.

We were vacationing in New Hampshire last summer and visited your winery for the first time. You were very welcoming to our family, including our dog. We sat at the bar area for tastings and you were very informative. I enjoy fruity wines and I enjoyed many of your wines. We took home over a case of wine. We are still enjoying your wines and can't wait to finish them. Your facility was clean and inviting. Hopefully we can make a trip up in the fall for another visit!

I have been to this vineyard on several occasions and make it a point to bring family members here when they visit. The wines are amazing and the owner is very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of our many questions about his wines. If you have not visited, I strongly encourage you to book a wine tasting!! I for one am looking forward to my next visit.

One of my favorite places to visit for an evening out. It's wonderful getting to hear how a spirit/wine came to be while enjoying it. The tasting area is beautiful, so it's a great place to visit old friends/family.

I have visited Haunting Whisper many times. It is a beautiful Vinyard with an amazing view. Eric is very knowledgeable and shares interesting stories during the tasting. We enjoy many of the wines as well as the spirits. Most recently we purchased the Cinn-ful liqueur that is delicious!

Visited again this year, this time on my birthday with three of us. We loved everything. The owner is so great and patient. The grounds are beautiful. This time we tried the "spirits" along with the wine and loved his cinnamon one. We love this place.

I have to say this is the nicest Vineyard I've visited so far. The location is beautiful and the wine and spirits were excellent! Eric is very passionate about his business and described each wine and spirit that my Wife and I tasted.

A very nice establishment with a large variety of wines. A sampling of 6 wines of choice, and the tasting is free if you purchase 2 bottles of wine.

Don't miss. Hosts are great. Wines are affordable, spirits are too, albeit more a few more $, view over the vineyard is beautiful. Favorites so far are Carmenere (red) and Northern Rail Apple Brandy. Haven't tried the rest of our case yet, but looking forward to it!

My husband and I are wine snobs and we visited with low expectations;but, we were blown away by the quality of the wine and spirits. Since we summer nearby, this will be our go to place for wine and spirits. We walked in and expected to buy zero and ended up with a case. Clearly this is a couple who know what they are doing. A combo of science and love. Simply stunned. Eric, one of the owners was fun and gave a lot of credit to his wife which is always a good sign. Delighted to find. Also beautiful spot.

Best winery and distillery we have been to in NH. There is a wide selection of wines and spirits to taste that are all amazingly delicious, the customer service was great, and the building was beautiful. We will definitely be back the next time we make it up here!

Hidden gem on the NH Wine Passport! Came over with some friends and was super impressed. Staff is super knowledgeable about the wines/spirits and they have a fantastic selection. It’s a little bit of a drive to get there but is well worth the trip
