We loved this food and it was a nice place most people get a to go order but you can sit in the restuarant with your order brisquit on a potato was insanely delicious.. Also corn muffins were amazing. Definitely a great place to get great good soo good loved it..

Accidental "find" on a recent Kokomo trip. We love ❤️ good BBQ.. half slab ribs (rub and smoky sweet sauce quite delicious 😋) as well as first Cuban we've ever had. Enjoyed the fried cabbage and baked beans. Give them a try! Carryouts were very busy, . says much about their following. Hours of operation are limited but please support this small business.

1st time for me and the food was delicious! I got the pulled pork sandwich, sister got the 1/4 chicken leg and mom got the pulled pork sandwich also. The baked beans and macaroni were really good the potato salad was a little mushy. They were out of ribs so will have to make another visit soon!!

Overall, this was a good restaurant, if you don't compare it to other places. The staff was very friendly and attentive, the place was very clean, and the price was reasonable. I had a brisket sandwich, and baked beans. The sandwich had plenty of meat on it, almost too much, if that is a thing, and it was moist and flavorful. Unfortunately, I have to compare this to other barbecue. While the meat was cooked perfectly, as far as texture goes, it had no barbecue flavor. I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if it were revealed that they cook the brisket in the oven, with no smoke. I didn't detect even a hint of smoke flavor. On top of that, I couldn't detect any rub used on the bark. Sadly, it was just beef I could taste. If they didn't advertise that their meat is smoked, it was an excellent brisket sandwich. They do say it's smoked though, so I can't give them credit. The baked beans were odd too. I swear they used pinto beans and white sugar, and not much else. Who uses pinto beans for baked beans? Anyway, while they didn't taste anything like any baked beans I've ever had, they were okay for what they were. If want something to eat, and don't care that it doesn't taste like barbecue, this is a great place. Otherwise, they are just okay. Edit: I don't know why this says it was made a month ago. I left this review spring of 2022. It was the Kokomo location in all the pictures. As for how the reply says the food was smoked, I don't know what to say. I stand behind what I said. It has no discernable flavor other than the meat itself. Maybe it was a bad day, but it was what it was.

The ribs were great and the amount of ribs was good but the serving size of the side was the size of a condiment cup. Sooo small. For the money It was ok but serving sizes definitely were disappointing

Wow that is good BBQ! Had the 2 meat platter and the whole time was going back and forth trying to figure out which was better the pulled pork or the brisket before I knew it my plate was clean!

What a great find! Honestly, the ribs were the best I've ever had! They were so tender and favorable and fell off the bone. The baked beans, coleslaw and deviled eggs were all delicious! The only bad thing about this restaurant is that they aren't in my town. If you are a local, you are blessed!

First and foremost the staff is amazing! Friendly and welcoming. The food is amazing! Tried the pulled pork and chicken. It's out of control. The baked beans are excellent. The sweet tea is succulent. Finally the BBQ sauce...lord have mercy! It is fire! Meaning good!, but they have hot version too.

I got the pulled pork nachos, and the last time I got this the nachos had liquid cheese on them, now this time they have just shredded cheese and pulled pork. I asked for bbq sauce to be drizzled on the top and instead got a small dipping cup portion of bbq sauce. The nachos are all clamped together in one bunch and its very dry I do not reccomend

I ordered a pork sandwich. Bun, mushrooms, onions, and cheese were on point. Huge let down on what they're supposed to be known for. The meat. So very dry. Burnt. They gave me the " Hell let's use it" meat". Won't go back.

Great first experience! I've personally lived in kokomo for 6 years and I haven't had Hawg Heaven until just lastnight but it was amazing in flavor, presentation, and packaged perfectly to be fresh when we got home with it. 😁 I WILL be returning. Thanks for an awesome dinner and a friendly experience

I’ve eaten barbecue before and this is THE best BBQ I’ve ever had in my entire life. I will come to Kokomo just to eat here. I will be back with my entire family!! Good job guys! You’ve definitely mastered everything you have on the menu!

😍😍! The food was SO GOOD. we got it to go, they double checked our order before handing it off, got it home, and it was delicious! The pictures you see of the small sides.. NO MORE! we got generous helpings of both our sides in the box. I got a pulled pork sandwich and there's easily enough meat for 2 sandwiches. The ladies at the front were very kind.. The prices are CHEAP considering the quality and amount of food we got. Very happy. Will definitely be going back when the BBQ craving strikes!

Clean with rustic patriotic atmosphere. Very friendly staff and the food is to die for. Limited menu but they do have daily specials not on the menu. They also have excellent catering service I have heard. Picture is the brisket Manhattan.

I didn't eat in the restaurant but picked up catering for a wedding. The restaurant has indoor seating. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was so good! The pulled chicken was so delicious. I would recommend this location for sit-down and catering.

We are from out of state, visiting for a softball tourney and we absolutely loved everything about Hog Heaven! Super sweet and friendly staff, lightening fast food, and definitely affordable BBQ! Wish we were locals, this would be a weekly stop for us!! Thank you!

This is a small mom and pop place. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I live in the south and have loads of bbq joints around. I would put them up against any of them. Their service definitely sets them apart.

BBQ is serious business and this place does not disappoint. Came in for lunch one day and wish I had brought a bigger appetite. Everything including the sides was fantastic. Had a two-meat combo with brisket and pulled pork. It was some of the best BBQ in the area for sure. Friend of mine had the Cuban sandwich and said it was great as well. Definitely going to be back!

We ordered catering of my a graduation party. Order pulled pork and beef brisket and cheesey potatoes. All were delicious. Only challenge was our order was ready when we can't to pick it up, even tho we pre-ordered for pickup at a specific time.. Had to wait for another large order to be finished. Made is 15 minutes late. It all worked out okay anyway

We've been coming here for years. Though refurbished on the outside, the inside is still the same Harley Davidson themed charmer. It's a fun and comfortable atmosphere; housing some really great food. Lisa is always welcoming and accommodating. Pretty much whenever we're in town, we stop in for some take-out (especially on Thursdays, with their BBQ chicken special). Of course, pints of cheesy potatoes and baked beans need to accompany whatever else heads home with us. Ride hard and slide into the grave saying it was a helova ride (see the restroom).

Hawg Heaven was a delightful find! We stopped in between baseball games just hoping for a decent lunch and instead had a delicious lunch. Definitely a cozy venue but authentic food & good service. Highly recommend if you are in Kokomo.

Every time I walk through the door at this restaurant... The staff is always friendly, the food is always freshly made, the restaurant is always clean. You can tell that the owners and the staff all take great pride in what they do. The prices are fair, and the quality is incomparable to what you are getting locally, and the quality of the people you are supporting in visiting this business are top notch! Hawg Heaven is a staple in Kokomo.

I think their Cuban is my new favorite sandwich! My family and I got some food here for a picnic and my sandwich was the best of the bunch. The sides all seem a little off...mostly a bit bland, with small portions, and the pulled pork was dry, but my family has gone back just for this sandwich. Service is also pretty good. I was calling one day to try to place a pick-up order and couldn't get through, though I tried a few times, and they CALLED BACK to make sure I could place my order, which I thought was fantastic. I also used my own bag to take my food out so I didn't use styrofoam containers and they didn't hassle me about that at all. (Some places do, which is weird!)

We stopped here on our day roadtrip to South Bend. The restaurant was very clean and had a cool, laid back vibe. Our server Lisa was fantastic!! She gave us a rundown of the menu and had some recommendations on what to try. We decided on trying out the pulled pork platter, which came with 2 sides each. The pulled porked was smoked perfectly and paired with the house made hot bbq sauce was delicious! We loved the baked beans and enjoyed the slaw, potato salad and green beans. Lisa recommended the peanut butter pie and OMG was it amazing! We've never had a Butterfinger candy bar crumbled on top of the pie, it was a wonderful surprise!

Doesn’t live up to its rating. Looking forward to eating some ribs, but disappointed. Overly sweet rub and the meat was tough. Could not pull apart without cutting. Baked beans are the consistency of retried beans. Coleslaw was okay, not great. If representative of the rest of the menu items, I’d pass.

The brisket is very good. The pulled pork and bbq sauce is good. The sides are extremely small, however, the green beans are flavorless and the coleslaw is not good.
