I've been a customer before they were even on Google. Tracy and Dakota are the main guys.. and they know anything and everything you need to know about vapes devices, to the vape juices and levels.. to gummies and doses. If you wanna chill and watch a movie they got you, even go and hang and vape a whole tank while vibing... If you wanna just go for knowledge, they got you. Wanna go and chill and play chess, it's a vape lounge too!! Bar none, the best, vape/vape device/ juice shop/lounge shop in the area around!! Been there for YEARS!

Super helpful! Couldn’t recommend them more. Came in looking for juice that actually had flavors compared to the soap tasting one I got from else where! They hooked me up with some great ones. Will only be using them moving forward :)

Been coming here for a little over 3 years now. I LOVE this shop, Tracy has been my favorite person to come to for any questions or recommendations on what to buy and what to expect when you use the product. I’m always met with nothing but welcome arms and a happy smile. The atmosphere of the shop is contagious with laughter and knowledge, you’ll always feel like family here!! Looking for something new? Only place I go for anything vape or CBD related. Everyone is super helpful, and it's a chill environment, even when it's busy. If you're not sure what you're looking for or new, the guys in there explain stuff in a way that educates you without making you feel stupid.

This is the best and most friendly vape shop. The staff are always willing to help you find something that will work for you. I have been going here for years and will continue to go here as long as they thrive!

I've been going here for about 5 years now, and I've got to say Tracey is one of the best around. I don't like going to other vape shops because their quality isn't anywhere near on par with Haz.

Easily the best shop in the Houston area. Between selection and knowledge, this place will leave you feeling confident in your purchases. They look to build good relationships with there customers and not just sell product. They also implement a rewards program for purchases.

My s/o has been going here for a cpl months. I went in today, and the young man was incredibly helpful & knowledgeable about the product I was interested in getting. I also felt safe entering & being in the store, as masks & distancing were in effect. Pleasant atmosphere, very friendly service.

I've known the owner, Tracey, for years now, and his dedication to the shop, customers and his employees is something that you hardly ever see in a small business owner. Hāz is one-of-a-kind and a great atmosphere of welcoming for everyone no matter your experience of owning a vape.

Love this shop! They are more knowledgeable in devices and product more than any vape shop I have visited!! They always help with any questions, set up my device, clean it for me, and know what they are doing and selling. I cannot say enough.

They have everything I need and more but what really got me was that they had a coil I've been looking for and was not able to find after a week I went back and get my aspire revvo coil and some really good vape juice that they recommend $30 well spent I will go back for more as well as the M-Triple Mesh coil for my Falcon . They are very helpful and nice group of people I highly recommend this place for everyone I live in Houston and drove to them just for that reason. Thank you guys you are the best.

Tracy really know his craft. I got out of the military and came home a while back. Asked him for some juice I'd been using. He said let me look into it. About a week later he informed me that he wouldn't carry them because they had some chemical (buttery flavor safe to eat but harmful to breathe) but suggested a couple other e juices I ended l up liking better any way.

I have always had the best service here, especially compared to any other vape store I have entered. All of the employees are highly educated and understand the full workings of vape mods, juices, cbd, and movies. Every single experience I have had here is a fantastic one. This is an amazing place, great people and I always feel welcome. They are all knowledgeable about everything pertaining to vaping. And if there is something that they don't know about they are going to research it until they know everything about that product. They don't carry sub par products only high quality at great prices. I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years now this place is the best place to come to get anything you need when it comes to vape. RDA to RTA to re-wick to plug and play they have you. If you need batteries or if you want something more than just a mod you saw from a friend or family member you can basically get it built here. Let’s say you want a cool design on a mouth tip or a mod with a leather grip they have it. Not only they have almost every juice you could think the mood any this place is very relaxing, they greet you when you walk in ask if you need a drink. There’s board games and tv’s for days. The owner and the team are well worth your time so come visit them off 1488. Love you guys

I love this vape shop! I only really vape for dieting, and I normally do not like to stick around and hang out at Vape shops (mostly because they're hot because the A/C is turned off for clouds). I really enjoyed hanging out at Haz though. My husband and I enjoyed vaping, playing board games, and watching the Avengers. I bought my Loop RDA from here, and I love it. The owner was very knowledgeable and explained how the different choices for RDAs worked. I'll definitely be back in the future for my vaping needs!

First time hitting up this place, Tracy(Traci?) went above and beyond to get me what I desperately needed. I've traveled many places now, seen many vape shops, but, Haz Vapor has reach the top percentile of enjoyable venues for my supplies. I am greatly looking forward to spending my time and money here.

Great service employees are helpful and knowledgeable the owner is very kind and a great conversationalist I just went in bc of a problem with a pod and they tried to fix it and when they couldn't they gave me a free pod favorite vape shop I've ever been to.

Visited 8/23/18 I went to Haz Vapor looking to get into Mech Mods and RDA's. Tracy was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of rebuildables and tube mods. We stood around for a couple of hours while he explained everything to me in detail, before deciding on what I wanted to do. I ended up on buying a tube mod and am very satisfied with my purchase. The information Tracy knows is unmatched by anyone else in the area.

I moved here about a year ago now, and needed a new shop to go to. I will only ever go to this shop. Best selection and pricing on juice, huge selection of mods, and a pretty cool little hangout spot. Tracey is an awesome guy too and very knowledgeable.

Haz is the best shop in the area and worth the extra drive. They have regular smok gear and high end gear that you can not find in any of the local brick and mortar shops. Brands include: DotMod, Kennedy, Subohm innovations, and RigMod. They are a premier DotMod dealer. The owner very friendly, helpful and is regularly in the shop; customer service and knowledgeable staff is a top priority for this shop.
