Best blueberry farm in the county, if not SE MI!

Very well maintained farm, decent crowd and plenty of blueberries. Muffins and Pie are must try.

Had such a wonderful time picking blueberries! This was our first time and won’t be the last. They had amazing fresh and warm blueberry muffins buy one get one free. Also the blueberry ice cream is off the charts unbelievably delicious. You just walk up grab a bucket and start picking. Then at the end you bring them inside the shop for them to weigh them out. Super simple and easy we ended up with 2 pounds of blueberries for $8 can’t beat it.

It was wonderful! Blueberries firever. They are soooo good. Everyone was friendly and happy. The cookies were delicious and the baking smells tempted the tummy. I will be going back again! Thank you🖐🌞

We visited Hazen’s today for our first blueberry picking ever. After spending an hour at the farm with our toddler, we promised Tony and his team that we’ll come back every year. The farm is organized and beautiful. The owner, Tony, is wonderfully nice and gave us helpful tips and instructions as he handed us our buckets. You can tell that the farm cares about their customers and the U-Pick experience, especially since they update the picking status regularly on their Facebook page. I worried that we’d go home without much to savor throughout the week, but we were able to pick about 10 lbs of blueberries. We also bought their cookies, bread, blueberry muffin, pie, popsicle, and ice cream 🥹 Everything from the farm is delicious. We can’t go back to eating store-bought blueberries… we’ll have to when the season’s over, of course, but we’ll be looking forward to visiting Hazen’s every time we munch on a blueberry. No wonder Hazen’s is one of the highest-rated blueberry farms in the area. They deserve more than five stars. Thanks again, Tony and team!!

What a fun experience. We picked about 5 pounds of blueberries and can’t wait to start baking! We were there for about an hour, it wasn’t too crowded early in the day and the blueberries were plentiful and ripe.

Great place to pick berries. Plenty of room so you're not crowded by others and tons of blueberries to go around. They also have raspberries. And if you're hungry you can grab some delicious ice cream, fresh cookies, muffins or bread. Definitely worth the hour drive.

My granddaughter and I picked for an hour a day gathered 10 pounds of blueberries. It was fun and the people there were great. This is a must do for all ages

First time picking since I was young and had a wonderful experience. The berries are sweet and easy to pick. Even when it gets busy, you feel like you are in your own world due to the size of the farm. Very peaceful in the early morning. Looking forward to many more trips.

First time picking blueberries here and we had a blast. They provide buckets and the prices were really fair (2.50 per lb)! No admission fee or parking fee. Just pay for what you pick. There were also some raspberries available but we didn’t have time to check that out. The blueberries were tasty and I love how they keep their Facebook updated with the picking conditions. They also have baked goods for purchase. I got a blueberry muffin and it was still warm and it was one of the best blueberry muffins I had! I will be back and would recommend this farm!

Walk-in, pick and check out! It's that easy. No fee to pick. Great prices on berries. Perfect for big and little kiddos. Their homemade Ice cream was delicious too! Blueberry were perfectly ripe 3 and ready to pick 3rd week of July!

We had fun as usual. I took 2 of my grandson's, who I think ate more than they picked. Also, picked up blueberry baked goods, which are always a treat.

Great place! Would’ve stayed longer if it wasn’t for the heat! Very reasonably priced. Got some raspberries but there weren’t too many available. Both taste delicious! Cooled down with some ice cream (blueberry crumble) which was also great. Will definitely be back again! Would be a great place to bring kids and family.

We had a very good experience picking blueberries here. Lots and lots of blueberries to pick at a very affordable rate. They were sold out of baked goods so couldn’t try those. Would highly recommend this place for blueberry picking

My kids and I love going to Hazen's! They have great blueberries - which is obviously important - but I especially love that you don't have to walk very far to get to the field (helpful when you have little ones in tow). They also have amazing ice cream and baked goods -- I buy extra muffins specifically for freezing so that we can enjoy them in the off season, too! Definitely worth a visit!

I’ve been here twice in the past week with my best friend from Colorado. We had a great time picking the BEST blueberries in MI and catching up. We will be back for the raspberries in a month. Staff are friendly and very helpful can’t say enough about this great place picking berries.

Worth the drive to Hazen's. We've never picked blueberries before but had an enjoyable experience here. Family run. I hear there are other berries in September. Looking forward to it! They have great homemade ice cream, too.

Great family destination. The Blueberry farm is very clean, well organized and staff is friendly. Even with a crowd there is plenty of space to spread out and peacefully pick berries. The blueberry bushes are well tended to and the rows are designed by a letter and wide for easy picking. Great family activity to pick blueberries then head home to make cobbler. I highly recommend Hazen Blueberry Farm.

Awesome Experience. Had plan to pick around 20 lbs, but due to rain had to rush & was able to pick only 8 Lbs of delicious Blueberries 🫐. Lot of blueberries out there. Family enjoyed too.

Went to pick blueberries this morning. The parking lot was full, but plenty of berries for everyone! We picked about 8.5 lbs,and will go back for more! Bathrooms on the grounds. We had to wait in line to pay(cash and credit accepted), but the line moved quickly. There are home baked goods, as well as, homemade ice cream and honey for sale. Kid friendly. Paths for picking were clear and manageable, buckets provided for picking. Berries transferred to large paper sacks to take home. Large bags of berries were also stocked in the cooler if you don't want to pick your own. Very reasonable prices and well maintained grounds!

Great picking conditions today. We come out to Hazen's to pick blueberries every year. The fields are abundant and the farm owners are very pleasant. It's a great place to bring your family for a nice summer day.

Picked 7lbs in no time and treated ourselves with blueberry-chocolate-chip cookies, ice cream with blueberry swirl and legit strawberry popsicles- we and the kids love this place!

Hazen Farm is a wonderful family owned U-Pick farm. A truly great experience for everyone in your family. The price per lb for U-Pick berries is equal to or better than most other farms in the area and the fields are in great condition. We went on opening day and the berries were at the perfect ripeness and in great condition. Each bucket will hold roughly 9lbs of berries by our estimation. They also sell blueberry pies, ice cream, and other treats. Well worth the drive.

Such a great family farm! The blueberries are so good and you can’t beat $2/lb for upick! Cookies from the bakery are AMAZING as well. Can’t wait to come back next year for more!

Great blueberry picking! --BTW: Google maps has the directions wrong...make sure you go all the way down W. Oaks Dr.-- We've been coming her for probably seven or eight years. Great to support a local farm. Acres of blueberries. We have our favorite spots to pick on the property for large berries. Blueberry season begins early July and goes until early August. I've found the best time to pick is the week of July 20, somewhere in there, for prime picking. You can easily fill your bucket if you come during prime. I loop my belt through the bucket handle so my hands are free to pick. One bucket is 12 lbs of blueberries. We pick about 70 lbs every summer for our large family. They freeze easily to be used year round. Like that you can pay with a debit card. They provide the buckets for picking and they empty your berries into paper bags when you check out. Have actual restrooms and not portables. Has a picnic area too. Very family friendly. Highly recommend!

Best blueberries I ever picked up!!

First time there. The owner was super friendly. The little store was clean the muffins are amazing. The cookies are wonderful and I can't wait to see how the pie is tomarrow.

Note: The farm can be hard to find from Google maps. Follow the sign down the private road on W Oaks Dr. Amazing blueberry farm! Tons of plants and very reasonable price! Owner is very friendly. Came on a busy day and there was plenty of space to pick without being near anyone else, and despite being early in the season, there were plenty of large ripe blueberrys to be picked! Don't forget to grab some baked goods on the way out. The cookies were especially amazing!

Their baked goods are the best, as well as blueberry picking in the summer. Their blueberry pie and muffins are especially delicious!

Went at the end of the blueberry season, so the berries were kind of small and hard to find. Nevertheless, still had a lot of fun-- the farm sells some really yummy ice cream, things were sanitary, and there weren't too many people to worry about during the time I went.

The only negative thing about this place is that it was pretty picked over by time we got here on a Saturday morning. I'll try coming back early on a Tuesday and see what it's like. Reasons for 5 stars: -Nice 3gallon buckets with holes in the bottom -ropes for tying the buckets -plants are well cared for and healthy -well-manicured paths fir walking between bushes. -nice staff -clean covered areas to sit and eat (could social distance while eating if it's not busy) -beautiful grounds -parking staff -pretty good at regulating social-distancing and mask requirements -easy to spot the sign from the road Blueberry picking is a good outdoor activity if you practice social distancing and have a mask ready, and this place is perfect for just that. I would just make sure to come during light hours. I would also recommend not eating berries right from the bush (as other people are breathing on and touching them) and washing them when you get home.

Yesterday I took my husband here for his first time picking and both my children. I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl and I love it. I have so many wonderful memories here and I can’t wait to make many more with my children and husband. We bought some local honey that they were selling and it tasted amazing.

We used to live within walking distance of Hazen’s farm and were friends with Denny. Miss him and those great berries! Big and full of flavor. His family took over and gave the farm a great uplift but same great berries. Hoping all the Hazen’s are well these days! <3 Katie and Jon

I really wish we had known of Hazen's a month ago! We were here today and unfortunately it was the last day of their season but managed to pick about 15 lbs of blueberries. HUGE farm with lots of blueberries to pick. You could easily spend a day here picking and leave with 30 lbs. We heard that their muffins were the best around so we had to try them and I can confirm, that was the best muffin I've ever had. So impressed and will return next year! The owner was walking around and we briefly spoke with him, it's nice to talk to the owner and see that when you spend money with a small business, that it's appreciated.

Is there anything better than spending your summer picking berries? I think not! Hazens is a wonderful farm with lots of space, friendly staff, and TONS OF BLUEBERRIES!!! An absolute wonderful place to go.

I love Hazens and have picked blueberries here for a few years now. The staff are very friendly, the blueberries plentiful and delicious and the baked goods are not to be.missed. Don't forget to try the blueberry muffins....fantastic!!!!

We just had a blast at the farm. Today was opening day. They have clean bathrooms and a great little general store with cold water, blueberry pie, blueberry crumble ice cream, vanilla ice cream for your fresh berries, blueberry lemonade popsicles, and strawberry popsicles. We got buckets with instructions and headed to the fields. It was so fun and super affordable. Best day with family!!!
