So good, Mother Nature stopped my ride across NYS on the Empire State Trail. I was looking for something healthy and stumbled across this place. I think the best places are the ones we stumble into. Awesome guys with a killer smoothie!

OMG, the place is wonderful. The food is so fresh it's so fresh. It looks like cartoon vegetables. I love this spot and everything about it. The gentleman who owns it seems like hes so amazing like his mother comes from the Himalayas of Heaven I know his auntie's is beautiful. Healthy soul the best spot in the capital District

I got a loaded baked potato with their fabulous chicken, cheese, etc. And a Espresso yoself smooth! Both amazingly delicious.

The staff was nice and the ingredients were fresh. Unfortunately I paid $12 for a regular sized smoothie that wasn't even blended properly. It still had large chunks of spinach in it and I couldn't even use my straw to drink it.

Came across this amazing smoothie bar. This will become one of my go-to spots when I am in the area. Smoothie was healthy and tasty. Ambiance is A+

The juices really are excellent, though not cheap. I especially liked the ginger in some of them, because I like ginger. The beet taste was also interesting. All the combinations I tasted were good and interesting.

Great service, got to meet the owner Kevin, he was very friendly and informative.Everything we got tasted amazing!. The ambiance was everything, will definitely be back.

The usual what are we getting for lunch with a few co workers, turned into one of my favorite places instantly. The vibe of the places just put you in a better mood, on top of it being a healthier option than most. I Purchase a protein salmon bowl and a make me blush Juice. literally topped anything I've ever eaten downtown on my lunch. ( Drink was demolished before the food)

The artwork is beautiful and adds to the ambiance of the store. There are many options to choose from. The staff are pleasant and inviting. This was my first time visiting but it will not be my last. Try the Pretty in Pink smoothie. You will not be disappointed!!!

Stumbled upon this yummy place while in Albany attending a concert. Staff was super friendly and the chicken bowl and garlic honey sauce was delicious!

Came here for the first time today and it is absolutely *amazing*. Everyone was super friendly and the PBJ smoothie is A++++

So glad I stopped by here before hitting up the March Madness games at MVP arena. Good, clean food, fun spot and super nice staff. Everything is made to order but they have some premade juices in their fridge too. Looking forward to picking up dinner there after the games!

This is a dope smoothie spot! You can purchase fresh produce and prepackaged juices, which is nice because you can grab and go, so no waiting & and it's an alternative if you don't want a smoothie at the moment. They open at 8 AM! This is a black-owned juice bar, too! The decor inside is amazing, and the energy is beautiful! There's seating available too to relax for a moment. My recommendation is the Pretty in Pink smoothie. The Pretty in Pink smoothie costs $8. They sell ginger shots & make protein bowls starting at $12.99. This is a RitaRannts Recommendation location. Make sure you go check them out!

I am SO SO SO HAPPY that there is a healthy food option so close to my workplace. The food is fresh and delicious and they have yummy smoothies too! 😍 I will be visiting here often. I got the hot honey dressing with my salad and IT IS SO GOOD! Staff is so nice too. 😍
