We used Joel to cater a large event. He did a great job! The food was delicious, he set everything up beautifully, he was easy to work with, and very professional. I would highly recommend using him for catering!

I asked Heimish to cater a kiddush lunecheon and friday night meal. They went above and beyond. Communication was excellent, anytime there was a question, there was never a hesitation to ask. Helped wrap and secure items, was well stocked. Were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and courteous. Would highly recommend them for any simcha! Thank you Heimish!

Everything was amazing. Heimish catered an event for 125 people. The food was delicious, plentiful and arranged beautifully. The owner is incredibly easy to work with and we had a wonderful experience. We would use him again in a second!

I recently attended my neice's Shabbas Shevah Brachos and Heimish was the caterer for the all the meals. All the food served was fresh and delicious with a homemade feel. The chicken soup served Friday night was absolutely superb and above expectations when being served from a commercial kitchen! It was hearty and hot along with the matzah balls and noodles! For all three meals (Friday night, Shabbas lunch and Shalesh Suedes) the courses were plated nicely. We have a number of family members that required strict gluten free options which was met absolutely beyond expectations! Everything was clearly labeled and kept clean away from any cross contamination and indeed no one walked away with any reactions! I absolutely reccomend Heimish for any and all types of simchas for your catering needs!

We had Heimishe Foods for a family shabbos simcha, every detail was taken care of! From the meals to the tea room was a beautiful event!! Mr. Schiff's calm demeanor made it such a pleasant experience! Highly recommend.

We are so happy that we chose heimsh catering to do our sons bar mitzvah the food was excellent. All our guest asked if it was homemade!!! Joel was also a huge help the day of he stays and makes sire all his staff is doing what needs to get done.

Had a bar mitzva shabbos out of town. Joel had to bring all his own things and work in a VERY small space but they made it all work! Service was amazing. Real attention to detail. When I wanted tables moved for the kiddush after everything was set up, nothing was a problem. They just kept asking if I was happy. Thru the meals, staff kept checking to see if everything was running as we wanted. Next time we need a caterer, we are calling Joel! Ps- on top of all that, the food was delicious also!!

We used Heimish to cater several meals at a recent function. They were SO helpful and responsive at all times and were able to offer a huge variety of foods tailored to our preferences and needs. (We had a lot of special requests, ranging from allergen-free foods to making sure the plasticware was packaged separately so that it wouldn't be exposed to the platters' heat) and they were extremely gracious. We enjoyed so many different meals, and Heimish made everything a breeze!

My wife and I are extremely happy that we decided to go with Joel and Heimish Food & Catering for our wedding. Not only was Joel extremely understanding and communicative, but the food was outstanding. There was no shortage of compliments from everyone at the wedding about how amazing everything was, especially the meatballs! Highly recommend them! I cannot stress enough how helpful Joel was and how much he helped day of at the event. You cannot go wrong with Heimish.

His service, easy going demeanor, willingness to please coupled with his attention to small details were above and beyond any other caterer I’ve worked with! This was the second party I’ve done with him this year and he really blew both out of the park!

Joel was incredible to work with! He was always available to answer questions in the weeks leading up to our Bat Mitzvah and had great ideas on how to make the event look beautiful. Yoel Schiff was a pleasure to work with in catering my event. He was helpful and accommodating. He allowed me to taste every item he recommended so I could select a menu my guests would enjoy and he then came through beautifully. We showed up to a beautifully set space with everything prepared as discussed. Everyone loved the food. It was fresh and delicious and very plentiful. The mashgiach and wait staff he sent were polite, friendly, gracious and happy to accommodate any requests.

My wife was pregnant and craved poppers the entire pregnancy the poppers from heimesh were amazing and the only ones that satisfying this craving!!!

Suffice it to say that even if the food was horrible i would likely continue to order from them just because of that. 4 hours before yom tov fresh food is being made to make a customer happy. Heimish catered a luncheon for the teachers at our school (shout out to the PTA for taking care of us 😉). The teachers felt like we were at a banquet! Everything was delicious and the presentation was beautifully done, too. It takes a lot for me to become fleishig in the middle of the day, but Heimish food was worth it!
