I love the food and the atmosphere

Ok. I met a friend here for tea on Thursday and brought my boyfriend here on Saturday for cryo and sauna. Everyone working here is incredibly kind and welcoming. Brandy is amazing! Joe helped us through our first cryo experience and he did not disappoint. Cryo has been on my list for awhile now and finally went for it and let me tell you, I can’t wait to do it again. Laya Center is amazing spot for all things wellness and I can’t wait to come back! 🦋

Every staff member is very nice and pleasant. The atmosphere is so relaxing and calm. I just enjoyed it each time I go.

The coffee and food was great, but baristas should know the menu so they can provide a knowledgeable service.

I had a great experience at Laya Center! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the kindest and most attentive staff who made me feel welcomed. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy and beautifully decorated, a very relaxing environment. One of the highlights of my visit was discovering the unique products they offer, and their natural ingredients. I tried the Peachy Kleen tea, and it was extremely tasteful. The Laya Center is truly a great, and I definitely recommend visiting the space. You won't be disappointed!

I love going to get massages here. Angelia is the best massage therapist I've been to, and I've been to a lot!! She helps me to feel better long term. The space is beautiful and I enjoy all of my interactions with the staff and owners.

This place and the staff are very lovely. They not only have incredible vegan food, but healthy amazing teas, health shots, and coffee! They are all very knowledgeable about herbs and have great herbal remedies for sale. Such a calming great place to go!

I always have a great experience whether I am having cryotherapy, getting a massage, or receiving a yoni stream. Everyone is professional and courteous, but Ms. Melanie is my favorite. I have not eaten the food.

They have originals fresh and delicious teas, the coconut bread is super yummy, the place is super cozy, and they have also a spa 🙌🏼 Definitely a place you want to go and reset your day 😊

I can't say it enough... the cryo therapy has made my chronic pain manageable. I no longer have to take pills to be pain free. It's the best feeling ever. The staff is amazing and so helpful. So thankful I found this place!

As soon as I walked in, I immediately loved the vibe of the place. The music was great and the space was very welcoming. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by 3 different wonderful individuals! I had the Muspresso as a hot latte, and also ordered the Double Strawberry Cookie and Caramel Apple Cinnamon Roll! The Muspresso was so rich and bold, which usually I don't want my coffee that bitter but it was very delicious. The cookie was not overly sweet and had a lot of flavor. The cinnamon roll..oh my goodness it was phenomenal. The Laya Center definitely seems like a cool place and I am all about personal wellness. The Herban Tea Bar is a wonderful little gem!

I have been here a few times for cryo and the infra red sauna treatment. Joe and everyone who’s helped me were kind and professional. The atmosphere is everything. Energy feels so much better after visits. I’ve had a few Her an supplements and would try more. Had the peanut butter curry cookie it was sooo good def recommend

There wasn't anything I didn't like about this place. The Staff was skilled and kind, the atmosphere was serene and calm, it was clean and the services were amazing!

I did cryotherapy and a facial. Both services were amazing! The staff is so professional and knowledgeable - I love it here and this has become the only place I go for self-care. I will be adding cryotherapy to my list of services going forward.

Loved the vegan tuna wrap! We also got a hot matcha and a Moroccan mint iced tea and some protein balls to go. All so good! While there, we shopped around the Laya spa side and purchased an organic herbal supplement made by the owner. Even got a tour of the cryotherapy room. Can’t wait to try the spa services and come back for more food/ tea. Beautiful space!

An amazing experience every time!

I have been receiving trigger-point and regular massages in various cities and countries for many years. The atmosphere at The Laya Center is therapeutic. I recently received a vigorous deep-tissue massage from Angelia. But don’t let the name fool you. There is nothing angelic about her robust assault on your body. So many aches and pains from years of training and competition were alleviated. Yes, gone and forgotten! At 73 years young, I feel motivated and ready for the NBA. What an awesome experience! Visit The Laya Center and get energized. You won’t be disappointed.

Awesome place! My husband and I went there randomly to drink tea and coffee and we were not disappointed. We met the owner’s husband behind the bar and what a lovely encounter. He was able to guide us on what drink to get but also had wonderful conversations. This place is super nice and relaxing. They serve drinks but also have a whole place in the back, it’s a nice state of the art Spa! You can go for your spa or tea/coffee. They have a nice little gift shop. This place is all about taking care of yourself as naturally as possible. And if you just want to have a chat, the owners are very amazing people. Great place for a special moment. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I might just move in here. Soothing music, very cool (calm) space, and a whole menu of delicious teas and tea lattes, many of which are caffeine free and ALL are vegan. I got the One LOVE Roiboos rose strawberry mint latte and it's just indescribably satisfying with a perfect amount of sweet. I brought in my own travel mug to save on single use cups and the barista happily obliged :) Will be back often.
