Food was terrific and our waiter did an awesome job. He definitely made the experience.

No one got their food at same time & we've never seen food that was so beyond cheaply made! Sent food back. Sure was a waste of time going here! They were so much better when they were in the little place. Our family won't ever go here again. To disappointing! Waitress was really sweet and very apologetic. Only good thing good there

Love love love this place. Great staff, heavenly barbecue, and such a beautiful community of people... Thank you all for making our day so wonderful, even though we locked the keys up inside the car..... You were all so helpful... We live an hour away and I bet this will Always be our barbecue place from now on. Pork steaks that don't require a knife or teeth.. 😂 Best sweet tea as well. Love the side dishes,too full for dessert but next time we are going to share a plate and get some fried pies...

I was driving through the town and stopped in for lunch. Ordered the prime rib sandwich and the loaded fries. Enjoyed my lunch! Well done. Looking forward to getting back for some steak and Q in the future!

The food was AMAZING!! I ordered small rib plate and the ribs were all meat! They were great!! My boyfriend had the fish and shrimp and it was good. They could have cooked the fish a little longer, other than that it was great! We will for sure go back again.

The food was plain. Chicken was dry. Vegetables were cooked to death and watery.

If you want awsome BBQ, this is the place to go! Great sides, awsome service! Try the ribs, my personal favorite. Steaks on Sat. You can't beat it! New outdoor seating is quite nice as well.

The staff is kind and courteous. The food is well worth the money, you cannot beat the BBQ joint very family friendly atmosphere it's a good place for the price.

Is not real bbq doesn’t have burnt ends or brisket just pork prices aren’t bad but you don’t get much food and they are not open every day

I eat here all the time. The places is definitely some of the best barbecue you will find. However I am not a big fan of any, of their Fried Chicken. I will also add the owners are, great people, super nice, and always friendly.

I dropped in a few months back, to use the gift card I had won at the fair. It’s alright for small town bbq, although I hated that they only had brisket certain days. And the sandwich I got, the meat was pretty tough. I ended up not eating the sandwich, my husband ate it. The service was a little slow and we were the only ones there. The furniture was definitely outdated. And they probably charge just a little less or the same as sugar fire in Farmington and Sugar fire has the best bbq in Missouri in many’s opinion. But this being the only bbq place within an hour of piedmont, I’d say it’s pretty good.

Hercules has the best smoked meats, so tender no knife is needed. I ordered a pork steak that was fantastic and I never once used my knife, are the entire steak only using a fork. My Daughter order a side if ribs, I usually cut them for her, no need to, the ribs were so tender the bones pulled right out. And the flavor was amazing 🤩. The only non-excellent food item that was ordered by my family was the Mac & Cheese. It needs some work, might have been an off batch, but it was very bland, definitely needs work. The prices were unbelievably low. My pork steak meal with 2 awesome sides was only $10! I'm not from the piedmont area, we made a special trip to try Hercules BBQ, and they did not disappoint. I will definitely make that my go to restaurant anytime I'm in the area.

It was OK I didn't care so.much for it the last time I ate there rather picked.up. the service is bad so I stopped going in. Now I wont.eat here. Maybe it will get back to what it was.soon.

Went in as a family. Spent over $100.00. One plate of Food came out with hair on it. Wasn’t finish with my ribs and lady took my plate. My daughter was still hungry after she ate her meal was going to get her something else and the waitress said we are out then I ask my daughter what else she wanted. Waitress said sorry kitchen is closed. No apologies or anything.

They were a good place to eat but now the service and the food are bad. Hope they get back to what it once was.

When you first walk in it smells musky and moldy. The portion sizes were very small. The kids got fries and it was like 10 fries. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because the server was really nice.

I've traveled a lot over the years, all over the country for work, and love good BBQ. I don't recall having better pulled pork or ribs than I've had at this place. No need for sauce, it's excellent "dry", which is the way I order it everywhere, so I can actually taste the meat, becausee a sauce can mask BBQ that's just good to mediocre. Though a little taste of their sauce is good to, I don't think it's necessary. I would always recommend trying any restaurant's BBQ dry first, so you can know what the meat is really like, then add a little sauce if you want to mask the meat's flavor or judge their sauces, but don't ever confuse the flavors. Do yourself a favor and try it dry. I can't imagine how it would be possible to leave a bad review for this place, so it's probably best to just ignore those from the "never satisfied" crowd.

Small portions for the price! The pulled pork nachos had a very small amount of pulled pork and no additional toppings were added(jalapeño, bacon bits)!

We drove from Farmington after hearing about the restaurant. So happy we did. Hubby ordered the fried chicken and I had pulled pork nachos. Both were delicious. Service was excellent. We were seated immediately and our food was delivered quickly. We will certainly return and bring friends.

We drove an hour and a half to try this place and we were not disappointed. We will definitely be coming back again. We had a half chicken, pulled pork and ribs with sides. Delicious BBQ. The meat was seasoned and cooked well, keeping it moist and flavorful. You could really taste the BBQ flavor, even without the sauce. Great prices too! Only critique is that I wish there were some BBQ sauce options (hot, mustard, tangy, etc). Overall, very yum. Can't wait to go back.

Passed by many times but stopped after reading in Missouri Electrical Coop Best of Missouri; glad we did! Great ribs, super tender, meat fell off the bones, equally good pulled pork and excellent fries. New York Strip Steak was done as ordered, but not ss good as ribs; still a very nice meal. Will return; highly recommended!

Stopped for steak night and the service. was awesome, and sirliin was cooked nearly perfect. It lost the star as the potato was not very warm and Mac n Chesse was just so so

Amazing place to eat. Great atmosphere, terrific service, amazing food at mind blowing prices as well. My husband and I go for steak on Saturday night and now we won't go anywhere else for it. We love Hercules!!! An we hope they stay in business for a very long time.

I did a takeout order for the first time tonight, it was the first time I ever ate from here. I ordered the pork steak dinner, I have never had a pork steak so tender before, it literally fell apart! I always thought everyone was just exaggerating when they said it melts in your mouth but it really does! I honestly never eat any kind of steak because I really never liked it but Hercules has changed my mind and I will order pork steak from here again! Plus, we paid as much to eat here for a family of 4 as we would at Sonic or Mcdonald's and Hercules was SO much better!

The meat was amazing. The sides were mediocre. I would definitely recommend and return. Make sure you check out the hours, due to covid we missed them a few times when we were down that way.

We were staying in Piedmont and enjoying the weekend on our motorcycles.. the hotel we stayed at was next door to Hercules BBQ, so we stopped in Saturday evening for dinner. I had the 10oz sirloin steak, medium rare. That steak was the juiciest and tastiest steak I’ve eaten ever. It was grilled perfectly medium rare! I do not know who cooked it, but my compliments to the chef! My husband’s ribeye was perfect as well. We will definitely be back!

This isn't a fancy place, but their simplicity is absolutely genuine. This sincerity is reflected in their service and food. You won't find more tender BBQ anywhere else. If I lived in Peidmont I would eat here often.

Need more stars to rate with. Hercules deserves 10 plus stars. Excellent food and great service. I recommend them to anyone looking for great bbq.

We stop in here every time we r in Piedmont. Best B-B-Q between Piedmont and St Louis. Strongly suggest u try it. Small place only about 6 tables but fast services and great people. Love it.

Mouth watering smokes pork steaks! Grandmas potatoesalad! Brownies with walnuts. OMG GOODNESS! Build it bigger, They will come!

Stopped in on a whim on a Tuesday, we were immediately greeted and seated by the hostess. Wife wanted to try their brisket sandwich but evidently it's only available on Fridays. She "settled" for the half slab rib dinner with baked potato, I went with the pulled pork sandwich, fries and baked beans. Her ribs were "fall off the bone" tender and excellent she said, my pulled pork was cooked perfectly to where it still had some substance instead of being cooked to mush like some places offer. Sauce was a KC style, smoky and sweet. Baked beans were very good as well with a couple of good sized chunks of bacon in the dish I was served. We both managed to eat about 3/4 of our meals and took the rest home for later. We're returning tomorrow (Friday) to give the brisket sandwich a go!

Fantastic meats. Literally fall off the bone ribs. Pork steak was amazing, sauce fantastic, sides excellent. Great little place hitting on all cylinders. Only nit to pick is that the outside literally looks like an abandoned building. We almost didn't stop, and weren't sure it was open until we tried the door. Inside was cheerful and charming, great service. Not sure why so many great BBQ joints look deserted.

Me and my family have tried this place 3 times now and all 3 where pretty rough. The only reason for returning is I believe in giving most places another chance just in case they where having an off day. Anyway the ribs tasted as if they had been cooked 3 days before and had set out on the counter unwrapped. The sides where really really small also. Would not recommend to anyone.
