Wonderful customer service! The cheese monger was lovely, so pleasant and accommodating. And the cheese is fantastic! I ordered both the white wine flight and the red wine flight. The accompanying cheeses were exceptional!

Phenomenal cheese store with an attached tasting bar. Great wine and local beer selection, as well as a huge array of fresh, local cheese! They hand build fresh charcuterie boards to taste, and are always willing to offer a sample and some great conversation!

If you are looking for gourmet cheeses from famous cheese makers, this is THE place!! Here you can “up your cheese game” a bit. Until you taste one of their offerings, you don’t know what you’ve been missing. Ask for a sample le of something you are interested in.

Here for a "Mother's Day Adult Time" party arranged by my family. Lots of cheeses were shared among everyone, and it was ALL amazing. My nephew and I shared a Classic Cheese Board with 3 cheeses we picked - the Raclette, Linedeline, and Belaire. Ended up getting half-pounds of each from the shop before we left. My husband and daughter shared a Wildfire Board, and I tried a small piece of their Scorpion Pepper cheese - it was a sleeper! Creamy, salty, then 💥POW💥! Others at the table got the cheese and wine flights. Wine and beer had lists to cover nearly every taste. Sodas are Pepsi products. They also had lemonade, raspberry iced tea, and cranberry juice. The staff was attentive and very kind. It did take about an hour from seating to get our boards, but we had 8 people in our party and they only accommodated us by a reservation. Recommended as a cute place to bring someone you care about to try something new or just eat some comforting and delicious cheese!

Great cheese and it is truly local. First had it when he was just selling it at the Burlington Farmers Market before the shop even opened. Good to see their business is growing.

I don’t know how I didn’t know about this gem in Lake Geneva earlier! The wine trio and cheese board was beautifully presented and fairly priced, and the owners were extremely personable. I was happy I could pick up some of my favorites to take home with me as well. I’ll definitely be back with friends and family in tow.

Hidden gem of Lake Geneva, would definitely add to places to go tpo. Their bottle of wine & charcuterie board is a bargain. Definitely recommend the Luna cheese. Staff very knowledgeable & friendly

Here is the place for all your gift-quality cheese needs. These guys offer interesting riffs on classic cheeses. This makes for a unique cheese that you can't find too many other places. And yes they still do have cheese curds. One half of the place is a counter order deli kind of thing for cheese and other accoutrements. The other half of the place, through separate door, is a little dining area to enjoy your purchases. 10 out of 10 will go back

Just what Lake Geneva needed! Huge fan of their wine and cheese flights. Great atmosphere and friendly service. The Luna cheese is a new favorite, and I love the corn nuts. Definitely not your average gas station corn nuts. It's great to have the cheese shop next door, so you can pick up items. Can't go wrong with local Wisconsin cheese Hill Valley.

My husband and I first fell in love with Hill Valley when they were at our local farmers market. We frequently would stop to get the dill cheese curds and gouda. When we found out they had a shop and tasting room we couldnt resist! Had a great time sampling new cheeses. Nothing beats great product, locally made and terrific service. Looking forward to going back!

Visiting this shop was a super fun experience! Delicious cheese and wine, with great service to match. I love knowing that Hill Valley products come from a farm right down the road from my parents’ house—the cows are the friendliest girls in the area. I look forward to coming back!

We arrived just as they were closing. They graciously let us come in and spent as much time as we needed to decide what we were purchasing. They offered samples of any cheese we asked for. Their cheese is absolutely outstanding and their service and friendliness priceless. We purchased a bunch and will absolutely return for more...just prior to closing time. Highly recommend!!!
