The brisket and ribs were delicious baked beans and potato salad were delicious also well worth the money

The ribs and chicken with fried corn was amazing.

The brisket fries my wife ordered were delicious. A huge pile of crispy fries with mounds of tender brisket and cheese. My ribs and pulled pork were also very good!

This place was amazing! Great variety and everything was so delicious.

We've eaten here several times and the food is really good. The brisket is great if you can get there before they run out. They get pretty busy around 6:00 and it doesn't slow down. Lots of sides to choose from, but the Mac and cheese is my favorite. The prices have gone up a lot, but at least you get enough to take home for later.

We were there Saturday, our 1st time. Everything was wonderful, food was great and priced reasonably and the people were very friendly and helpful. If I'm back in that area I will definitely be stopping again. I would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you all so much!!

We have been looking for good bbq in the Hattiesburg area since we moved here 3 years ago… today we found it! We drove up from Hattiesburg to Laurel because the places we have tried here are just not good… incredibly sweet sauces and meat with little bbq flavor!! We are Texans originally and love good bbq… this is excellent!! We just bought a lbs of brisket and brought it home… even reheated it was outstanding! Next time we will definitely try their nice variety of sides and eat it in the cute, friendly restaurant!! Best bbq we have found and we are delighted!!! Repeat customers for sure!!! Great staff… nice place… loved it!

Typical BBQ place. Place was slammed inside and drive thru on the 4th of July. Best BBQ I have ever had and I spent 19 years in North Carolina where BBQ is king. Brisket was excellent also.

I ordered pork chops, and they were delicious. I ordered takeout (Brisket) for my husband. The brisket was mostly fat. I may not visit for a while.

Their bbq is phenomenal the service was good, and if you go you’ve gotta get the ribs they are fantastic.

I really wanted to like the food but it came up short. Everything was dry and lacked flavor. Mac and cheese was basically inedible. The greens were ok, actually they were the best of the lot. Even the peach cobbler was underwhelming.

Food is always delicious, workers are pleasant and expedite orders rather quickly! Restaurant was very clean; highly recommend!

I order the 2 meat combo. The brisket was great, but the pulled pork was a little dry. Meat portions are huge i normally clean my plate sides sides and all, but not here. The time it takes get through the line to order could be better but overall it was worth the trip.

Best food hands down in Laurel Mississippi. Great service, great food, everything is good. I ate here 4 times in a week for lunch and tried 4 different things, all good. The BBQ chicken and brisket were probably the best.

Why they decided to close early during weekdays is beyond me. People crave ribs on Wednesdays or Thursdays too you know.

Man this place was delicious. I had brisket, macaroni and cheese, and sweet potato casserole… it was excellent. I took my son who had pulled pork. It was melt in your mouth delicious.

My husband had beans and potato salad with his pulled pork and I had the potato casserole and turnip greens with my ribs. The portion sizes were very generous and neither of us could eat the entire meal. The sides were just average and I don’t think that I would order the potato casserole again. I did order cornbread but got regular bread instead. The entire staff was friendly and smiling even though they were extremely busy. A local shop owner in Laurel had recommended and I’m glad that she did.

The food was great, come hungry because they give you plenty. The meat is fantastic, a tad salty though. I had the potato casserole side and it was a meal by itself. If it was so good why only three stars. The entire operation is bottle necked into one register taking orders. Then they bring the food to you. I am sure that this system works for them but as a customer I was appalled at the wait that could be handled completely differently. I timed it, I was in line 45min and it was another 10 minutes before my food came. Several customers left as the wait was excessive. Great food, lousy experience.

Hog Heaven has delicious food, astonishing workers, and great prices. They just catered my sister in laws wedding and they were the friendliest people. They helped with ANYTHING. The pulled pork is the best I have ever eaten. We had plenty of everything left over and have been eating on it for days. They are the hardest workers. All for a wonderful price vs other catering services!! They kept everything stocked, even things that they weren’t responsible for. They traveled all the way from Laurel to Purvis and did an outstanding job. If you want an event catered, this is the way to go!

Best brisket outside of Texas we've had. Very nice staff. They are military friendly and my baby girl loves their Mac and cheese.

Unprofessional and inconsistent

Told me I was 5min. Too early.two more behind me they took their orders.while I was waiting a employee came out run her hand down the back of her pants and scratch her butt. I hope she wasn't handing food. Talking at the pick up window while order's backed up.when I ask for my order she ask the girl what was they waiting for on these orders.the employee answer could not get to pick up window With orders.may look for a another restaurant.

Decided to drop by at 11am on a Wednesday. By 1130, the line to order food was almost out the door. I ordered a large pork sandwich, corn nuggets and french fries with a sweet tea. So much food! There was enough bar bq meat outside to sandwich to actually make another sandwich. Parking is a little tricky and the do have a drive thru pick up window. Highly recommend their food, very good!

If you like BBQ, you'll love Hog Heaven. It's exceptional.

BBQ was good and portions were very good. Atmosphere is what you would expect with benches at the tables and a very attentive and friendly staff. Only problem was the lingering taste of the pulled pork I had through the night which was annoying.

Hands Down, the best food locally with a a really nice size serving. You won’t leave hungry.. Amazing selection of delicious food and the customer service to back it up. Any day you come , you still get the same great quality of food and service.

Some of the best BBQ eaten...we had brisket and pulled pork. The meat was smokey and cooked perfectly. The portions were so generous that we had to take some home. Many delicious sides to choose from, the greens were well seasoned as well as a great sweet potato casserole. My husband had fried okra and slaw. Some delicious, moist and slightly sweet cornbread was on the side. Service was fast and the waitresses were very attentive. You order at the window and the food is brought to your table in Styrofoam trays...good idea since there was food to take home. Well worth the price and we will definitely go there again when passing through Laurel@

Nice place, nice atmosphere. Not so great food. I ordered a philly cheese steak, the steak tasted like pork. It was cut into cubes basically, to thick for a philly. The worst part was half of the of the meat was fat. 1" × ½" thick pieces of fat. I wish I would have taken a picture of it. I just ate my fries and took my dog the philly. The wife and kids wouldn't eat it either. My wife and my mom said the ribs were ok but they were mostly fat as well. The kids got burgers which they did enjoy. All together 5 people cost 90 something dollars. Not worth it at all.

We stopped in last Saturday about 5:00 as we had been on the river and were starving! First time eating there and the BEST decision ever! Our group got everything from ribs to pulled pork to chicken and everything was excellent. Ribs were falling off the bone and chicken breast was actually moist. Portion sizes were big. Great service too! We definitely got our money's worth and we'll be back!

Hog Heaven allowed us to utilize their outdoor patio for our 10 year high school reunion, and they could not have been more helpful or accommodating! We spoke on the phone multiple times months, weeks, and finally days in advance to plan and prepare for the event, and each time, the staff was insightful, knowledgable, and courteous. The service was unmatched, and the food was delicious. Chucky specifically made sure we were well taken care of. Our thanks to not only Chucky but also to all of the staff who took care of us! After visiting the Veteran's Museum in Laurel, we were looking for a good lunch spot. One of the locals recommended Hog Heaven. We are from Memphis, Tn, home to some of the best barbecue in the US so we are very curious about bbq in other places. We have not found any other place with bbq as good as ours. The bbq here was ok; it would have been better if there were less charred black pieces in it. It did have a good flavor and the portions were decent. You ordered your food at the counter and servers brought your food out to you. Everyone was nice, especially the young girl who was helping her mom. All in all, a pretty good lunch.

I love their BBQ ribs! This would be my no. 1 place to go to for my favorite - ribs! It is moist, juicy, tender & packed with good flavor....even if you eat it without the BBQ sauce! On a scale of 1-10, they are a 12 on their BBQ flavor!!! Their name is very appropriate for the place - HOG HEAVEN!!!😆 You all need to try this place! The cashier was very informative about different ways you can order your BBQ'ed meats, & very friendly, too! The kind of Mama that treats you like one of her family members as soon as you walk in the place...very relaxing & stress-free ordering! And the servers are the same: friendly, cordial, & informative. You all need to stop by & check this place out in Laurel, Alabama (I think I remember that correctly..😅). It is a food place gem.

Steak was so salty couldn't eat it and the potato salad casserole was so greasy .the fried corn was the only good food I had very disappointed.

My nephew worked here and that's how I discovered the food. Love the portion sizes and I grab a plate everytime I returned to my hometown (Laurel). Food is amazing.

When we walked in we were greeted and the service just got better! I had the 3 meats plate and all 3 were good! Of course everyone in our group took their food home. I had sweet tea to wash it down and there were no complaints there. The waitress came and brought our food, drinks, and refills.

I had a rib plate with mac&cheese side and a sweet tea to drink. Let me be the first to say 10/10 on the smoked ribs they were just the right size not a whole lot of fat on them but enough to keep flavorful the rub they use is sweet and spicy, very good bark on the ribs with a perfect interior color and texture. Best ribs I’ve had in a looooong time. The quantity was perfect as well they gave me 5 huge ribs. the mac&cheese was okay not very special but a side doesn’t have to be. The tea is fantastic not too sweet just like mawmaw made. Overall best bbq I’ve had in a long time and trust me I eat a lot of it. This place was worth all of the $20 and will be back!

Staff is awesomely friendly and professional. The best fried catfish in the country reasonably priced as well I just wish they were open more hours during the week, but whenever I’m in town they are a must stop type of place!

Loved this place, 1st time there. The food was tops, so flavorful and great prices for what it was, the atmosphere was unique and comfortable. Our server went above and beyond, such a nice lady. The line was long, but moves fast. We had a party of 13 for our neices 19th birthday, she chose the place, will be going back.

You may have to stand in line to order but it is worth the wait!!! Best bbq around! The sides are great too! Sweet potatoe casserole, baked beans (with sausage), Mac m cheese, potatoe salad, are just a few. And not the average either! You can tell they make everything fresh!

The waitress was great, very friendly and professional. I got the pulled pork, it was really good, the baked beans tasted like they just heated up a can from the store. My friend got ribs, said they weren't very good, ate less than half of them. They charge you to use a credit or debit card.

Hog Heaven is not only some of the best bbq in Jones County, it's some of the best you'll ever enjoy. I often get the ribs, but the chicken wings are over-the-top delicious. The sides are great, too.

Between the five of us we practically ordered one of everything and shared. I can personally vouch for amazing, mouth watering, pulled pork, sausage, ribs, brisket, potato logs, baked beans, and many many more. Super friendly staff and a super cute restaurant. Can’t wait to visit again and recommend to friends!

I'm a big guy, but be cautious getting the two meat plate.. you'll definitely have leftovers. Everything is really good, the tea was over kill on sweet, in Mississippi half & half is still sweet lol.
