Wow! Holyoke Hummus Company makes an excellent sandwich in the form of The Kitchen Sink. The Kitchen Sink was especially tasty because the texture and flavors balanced one another in a delicious way . The sandwich had this incredible falafel, hummus, grape leaves, and crunchy vegetables. I am amazed how they did all that in a food truck! Fantastic!

The food is always delicious and the service impeccable! The hummus platter is a consistent favorite at office gatherings.

I met holyoke hummus at the farmers market in Northampton. Where l bought some of their hummus. I am now addicted. It is the best hummus l have ever had. They also sell grape leaves ,chips, and other delights. I highly recommend.

The food is super good, but they take cash with the same hands that they make food with. No gloves or hand sanitizer between payment and food prep. I know this is tricky in a food truck.

The manager ripped people off left right and center at the Hadley Asparagus Festival. The $12 falafel sandwiches were very sparse, but the $11 "Fried Asparagus" took the cake. A few skinny soggy spears, no battering, no tahini sauce. The staff knew they were taking orders for items that were not as advertised, and refused to refund. Many fairgoers were very disappointed. Holyoke Hummus, you should be ashamed.

Best falafel and best hummus i have ever had. I recommend the kitchen sink sandwich!

Very bland and not flavorful hummus- for a place with "hummus" in the name I expect better. Pita bread is more like lavash than pita - thin and dry. But staff was friendly and it appeared clean.

Amazing falafel, super friendly service, and a very open and obviously clean and well maintained food cart. Holyoke hummus gets an 11/10 from me hands down.

Hummus, commercially produced hummus, is terrible. Pasty, weirdly tangy, and basically unpalatable. For 40 yrs I have hated hummus. Last year, as a favor to a friend, I agreed to treat her to Holyoke Hummus. Social media posts from the owner promised a different, a better, hummus experience. And man, oh, man do they deliver! From the homemade pita chips that are super crunchy but never greasy to the smooth, silkiest hummus you have ever seen there is no going wrong with their namesake dish. I have had the falafel, Israeli salad, latkes, and Brussels sprouts since - all winners.

I miss this establishment dearly. I used to treat myself every Friday to this place, as I worked a block away. I now live in CO, but I visit family in western MA annually around the holidays and I always make a point to stop in and enjoy some grub. Needless to say - I can’t wait to enjoy a delightful meal from this place - really soon! :) Tasty food, great atmosphere and fair prices... what more could you ask for?!

Really great vegetarian lunch, great sandwiches and salads. The portions are generous and tasty. The owner is passionate and dedicated to his craft. We look forward to our next visit.

Had a great boxed lunch from the Holyoke Hummus Company. I got the Falafel sandwich for a co-worker who raved about it. I got the Falafel plate which was wonderful. Perfect lunch! I also got the tub of Hummus and Babaganoush to go. The Babganoush was freshly made (actually within minutes of me arriving) and was just the way I liked it. Minor comment: The pita chips were nice but way too salty. I would tone it down next time. May have been a one-time batch error.

What a great find!!! I love the vibe of this place. From decor, to music, to food, to incredible customer service, to having BOARD games, this place truly has it all! My food was incredible. A nice gentleman who I assume is the owner or manager checked in with everyone to see how their food was. Very kind. Love this spot and will definitely come back next time I’m in the area!

Food was freshly made and reasonably priced. Restaurant is clean and comfortable with very adequate seating. Would I go back? Definitely! Only complaint, and it's not even a complaint but a matter of preference, was that I thought there was too much mint in the Israeli Salad.

My Partner loves their Hummus. I went recently during peak hours of Lunch thinking I may be able to sneak in and out real fast for my $5 purchase. Nope! Place was Slammed! Don't get me wrong, we've watched this place start from a Food Truck to a Booming local spot, right down town! Nothing like bringing good new business to an area that NEEDS it. I waited about 10 minutes before my order (there was one waitress taking orders and handling the house all by herself). She was very friendly and professional. I've been many time, where the wait was near to none. I was asked if I wanted Chips, which at first I declined and then said sure...she offered them on the house (assuming she felt I had been waiting longer then expected). Said it's nice to keep people coming back! Certainly is! They were delicious! Nice seeing the Owner at Local Farmers Market as well!...A really good Staple for the Community and hope to see them around for years to come.

Amazing food. The felafel sandwich is delicious with crispy veggies and creamy hummus alongside the crunchy felafel balls all wrapped in a beautiful pita bread. It gets a bit busy when I come in around lunch but the owner takes good care to make sure everyone is served promptly.

Hands down my favorite place to eat in Holyoke

Some of the best hummus I’ve had. Everything was delicious, fresh, and arrived quickly. We’ll keep this place in mind for future lunches on our way to and from family visits in Connecticut.

Had a great experience here, very friendly service and good food right in downtown Holyoke. Got the falafel plate and the hummus was really good, falafel was also tasty and flavourful - very crispy and garlicky. I personally like slightly larger falafel but I wouldn't complain about this offering. Would definitely return!

Food is to die for! Falafels have the perfect texture and flavor with some hummus, pickled turnips, and tahini sauce! I wish they were open so I could have a dinner place to go that's as delicious as here.

Great fresh food, exceptional service. I would like to see organic options! It’s hard to find clean eating. Highly recommended, BUT PLEASE PLEASE wear gloves while preparing food. My first visit was last week and I was pleased with everything but disappointed to see staff with their bare hands making my food without gloves!!

I couldn't say enough amazing things about this place!!! I have eaten Middle Eastern food all over the world and I have to say that John and his crew do an outstanding job bringing a little piece of the Middle East and Eastern Europe to Holyoke. The shakshuka was absolutely perfect, as good as I've had in Israel. They also serve some Eastern European favorites, including latkes, which my grandma used to make when I lived in Russia. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you're in the area do yourself a favor and visit this place for breakfast or lunch. And please please please hire him for catering!!!

This place rocks!! I work in the area and decided to come by for lunch one afternoon. First off - the food is fresh and delicious. I've tried the salad plate, falafel slider and fried cauliflower. All tasty! Oh - also had a housemade hot chai. Hit the spot on the cool day I had it. I have also experienced truly excellent customer service there. The young lady I have seen most often there is so sweet and welcoming. Looking forward to making this a weekly lunch option. Also would like to stop by one night after work and enjoy an adult beverage!

Right in the heart of the rich architectural wonderland of downtown Holyoke is this charming little restaurant. Beautiful local art hangs on the walls, soft contemporary middle eastern music plays in the background, and the food...the food! A wide range of classical dishes, and a modern foodie twist, essential to pleasing the palettes of the broad range of happy customers, from busy students to sophisticated downtowners. Look at the on-line menu, and then get yourself there ASAP. I expect you'll be as satisfied and as delighted as we were. We'll be back as soon as we can, that's for certain.

So glad I discovered this place with my kids after visiting the children's museum. The kids are happy with the toys and games and we were all very happy with the food and amazing service. We will definitely be back soon!

Enjoyed the atmosphere, sleek welcoming design and my food was delicious. Friendly staff. Best pita chips I've had. This is a great place for vegan or vegetarians as almost all of their food is vegan (minus a few pastries) so not having to worry about cross-contamination is a huge plus!! No meat cooked alongside my falafels = a happy customer.

John makes all his own hummus. Pickled turnip is a must for falafel and it does not fail.
