Overall, Honeybrook is one of my favorite courses in the area. Generally speaking, it’s always in good condition, the course layout is fun, the staff are helpful / nice, etc. That said, something needs to be done about tee time / course management. Over the past year or two, it has been increasingly apparent how “slow” the course is playing. Regardless of what day or time you play (and I play a lot), it’s not uncommon to see 6-7 groups on two holes and wait several minutes on every shot. I’ve shared this feedback a few times and have been told, “there isn’t much we can do” which is absolutely not true. Spread tee times out, have stricter pace of play rules, more rangers doing loops and checking on individual groups, etc.

I golfed at Honey Brook today with the Middle Atlantic Blind Golfers. A very nice course in great condition but the best thing about the day was the people. I can’t wait to get back!

The course is in fantastic shape but to charge $85 and never have a Ranger out is ridiculous. Wyncote, Broad Run, Jeffersonville and Downingtown are all also public and always have Rangers. Pace of play is consistently an issue.

Beautiful golf course. Very well kept and reasonable prices. Steve was super helpful at the bag drop, very informative about the course. I will return again soon!

Used golf link the night before and booked a 12:27 tee time. Check in was easy and pain free. We sat outside for lunch and Sam our waitress was friendly, competent and fun. Food was presented wonderfully and the tastes were well above par (golf humor!!) We belong to a private golf club but are bringing friends this Friday to play it again. The course was in better then good shape - the greens take a licking from golfers who are unable to repair their pitch marks!! Just under 4 hours for 18 - we had a blast and will recommend this course for people who are looking for a “destination” golf outing.

I had brunch with a couple of friends, the food and service were great. That place should have better than a 5 ⭐ rating.

As I have been coming to this course for years, I have to say this course is always run well from the Starters to the Pro-shop to the Managements Bar help and the course. As I run a Traveling Golf League(Nomads Golf Association) I always work with many of the Philadelphia/Delaware Valley area golf courses for events and our Club Championships. I had booked with the course early in 23' for one of our Major events and had to cancel when I heard their neighbors were in litigation with them. I booked later in the late Fall and worked with Chris, and the rest in the offices and all were very helpful for our needs. I will be booking them in 2024 as this is one of the area courses that is worth the money and the ride. To the Honeybrook Team? I will be booking with you Guy's in 2024. You couldn’t possibly ask for a better golf experience! It’s a beautiful course that’s always in top notch shape and the entire staff is spectacular in every way. If you haven’t played here yet, get out soon. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

The people at Honeybrook (includingownership) always treat you as if you're a member. The course and facilities are always immaculate and the service is excellent!

A well run facility that is in terrific condition and a staff that is more than helpful. Arrived there for a ten thirty tee time with many groups ahead of us and still played a four hour round. A few easy holes to start off and then it gets fun. There are many terrific views there of the amish country. A driving range and a putting green, always a plus. A reputation for being the friendliest golf course around and they certainly live up to it.

Althought it was late in the year, mid November, the golf course is in excellent condition. Very much enjoyed the round. Good course to walk, not many hills.

The course was in excellent shape from tees to greens. Pace of play was very good. 4 hours for a round. I thought $50.00 for a weekday rate with range balls included was right for his area. Hopefully I'll get back there before the cold weather puts an end to the season.

Beautiful course. If you have a spare offseason weeknight/afternoon, this should be your first stop. Personally I’d try to play at sunset, because wow what a beautiful course. Will be back for sure.

Great course...been playing there for years. And the staff is the best!

Got a late start because of a frost delay. It Was a weekday so when things got going and we zipped through our round in less than 3.5 hours. Course was in great shape. Super friendly staff and nice bar. Cant wait to go back.

The course is always in great shape.Everyone there is courteous and helpful. Restaurant is a great place for lunch or after round drink.

Nice public golf course in Chester County. Beautiful countryside! There are some great holes out there ! Amish corner, 14,15,16 is great! Very accommodating people. Rates are high in my opinion, $85 on the weekend. HB is sometimes slow, expect 4.5 hours. Great pub & food. All around, good experience!

I have always loved Honeybrook and have been golfing there since they opened. The condition is always near perfect and the design enables players of all levels to enjoy their round. The "Grille" is excellent also.

I always enjoy playing Honeybrook. They are there to greet you at the he bag drop l. The golf shop staff was courteous and friendly. The course was in excellent condition.

The course is fantastic, the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They were also very accommodating with rain checks after the rain interfered with our day this weekend. Can't wait to return and finish our round.

Great place to play golf and nice club after the game I have been playing here for three year almost weekly if I can get the tee time. And still coming back. I am now on my 4th year here and it is still my course of choice. And the people working here are great.

Was concerned about playing on s sunday due to overcrowding. Let me tell you, this place is run better than any country club i have visited. Every cart has reminders what time you started, what time you should be starting the back nine, and all controlled by a gps system tracking each cart. we never even had a slowup which was amazing. we had very enjoyable time and i will return

Excellent fairways! Greens were in superb condition, the guys in the office were great!! All in all, it was an excellent experience at the course! I’d recommend this course, and I’ll be back for sure!!

My wife and I played a round of golf with Randy and Stewart yesterday at the Honey Brook Golf Club. The course was in excellent condition. A big shout out to both Randy and Stewart for their help to both my wife and myself throughout the round! The staff were also very helpful from the time we checked in to the time we left the golf course. If ever we are in this part of the State we will definitely be playing the Honey Brook Golf Club.

Honeybrook GC is one of the most enjoyable golf experiences all season. I wish I lived closer to play there more often but it's well worth the hour + travel time. The course is in great shape and the staff make it a pleasurable visit. And I really enjoy a few range balls at no extra charge for warming up!

Love this course. You are met by a very friendly staff and check in is fast and efficient. Greens and fairways are always in great condition. While the greens look easy they turn out to be more challenging then they appear. The restaurant/bar serves great meals and we eat there often even if we haven't played a round that day. I recommend Honeybrook any time I am asked where is a great local place to play.

Top notch organization. We just held an event there and we could not have had a better experience. The staff is friendly, the food was great and the course is always in excellent condition. Communication is always on point, great response time and always willing to answer a question. If you are looking for a venue to host an event, I highly recommend Honeybrook.

Played here with my father earlier this week. The course was in nice shape from tee to green. Staff were friendly and proud of their facility. I’d gladly return anytime! One critique was the lack of marshaling of slow play. There was 1.5-2 holes open for the group in front of us, but no offer to play through and no marshal to speed them up.

Golf course was in great shape, and fun to play. Staff could not be more helpful and friendly. Also, appreciate the relationship with Downingtown CC. Thanks for a great day.

Played for the first time in over a year and WOW, just WOW! You all do it right, one of the best examples of top-notch public golf in all the Philly Section. Keep up the great work and help grow this game. Do not sleep on those farmland courses. Hope to be back in September for the that local charity outing. Cheers, MRB

Always in great condition, not expensive, friendly helpful staff, good amenities, playable yet challenging course, picturesque location, and cows. What more could you ask for?

We had a great time playing the course this past Sunday. Course was busy as expected, but pace of play was really good. Very good condition for a busy course and great customer service. Will be back.

Honeybrook is a great course about an hour out of Philly. Pace of play was a bit slow at just over 4.5hrs but it was a beautiful Sunday that had all tee times booked with foursomes. A high handicapper might find some of the holes a bit long, but the generous fairways help keep the ball in play. Overall, I would say it's a great course at a reasonable price.

I made a reservation to take my dad here on an impromptu visit (I'm from out of state). I had to change my reservation because of a health condition of a member of my party. Honeybrook golf club not only made this very easy to do but they were so accommodating, kind, warm and the course was lovely! They made the whole experience perfect and I will certainly come back every time I'm in town.

The pro shop was inviting and the course continues to provide an enjoyable experience...as usual.

All personnel where welcoming from the starter, the check in and the restaurant staff. The course was in excellent conditon and the corse water was cold and refreshing.

If you're a local golfer, then you know Honeybrook GC. It's a regional treasure and a crown jewel in the public access discussion. Course was in great shape given all the play it receives and with the luxury of playing a non-peak day, super affordable given peak rates here and at other venues. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. What more could you ask? It's a "go-to" venue and offers a very fair layout for the average golfer to enjoy.

Very nice and well-maintained course! From the tee boxes to the fairways to the greens, they take good care of the course. I do think the pricing here is a tad much and not having a 9-hole price is a bit odd, but it is a fun course to play.

Course was in great shape. Greens rolled perfectly. Fairways were in great shape, bunkers were loaded with good sand, and the rough was challenging but well maintained. Great value for the price and pace of play was right on track despite being a Sunday morning in the summer. Highly recommend HoneyBrook Golf Club.

One of the best places to play for skills of all levels. Bar, patio and food is a great experience all of the time. Enjoy all the outings they have too. But the price has gone up twice this year it looks like

This is a wonderful golf course. Beautiful and forgiving, and well tended and managed. The greens are fantastic. Signposting around the course is very helpful. The bar/restaurant in the clubhouse is the perfect 19th hole, with a great menu. Docked one star because there was no water on the course in very hot weather, and no cart person came around with drinks. I suppose we could have stocked up from the bar, but would much rather have water, drinks and snacks available on the course. All in all, playing Honey Brook was a really enjoyable experience and we will definitely be returning.

I was surprised with this course. Front 9 is very open. Back 9 is tougher but fair. I was -1 for the Amish corner. I’ll definitely be back!

Had my group of 16 golfers. Most have never played this course. The starter was very pleasant and informed us of the course and gave a little history of the course. The course was in great shape. The pro shop was very efficient collecting our fees. After our very enjoyable round most of us visited the bar and had a few drinks and a very delicious lunch. We will definitely be back next year. Course is in great shape, forgiving enough for novice players, some challenging holes as well for all. Enjoyed the round, prices are fair.
