My experience was great. The food was hot, prepared well, well seasoned. Customer friendly. I ate her two days in a row. I will return again when I come back to visit Florida again.

I came here today trying to place an order that I always get which is the 3 wing dinner with 5 shrimp and this African man who was taking my order was rude as well when I am trying to explain to him that the I always get that dinner. So don’t come here unless you wanted to be screamed at and talked to like a child.

Loved the food I eat here all the time , customer service was great in the drive through tt was very helpful and detailed and recommended some underrated items on the menu !! 10/10

The sign said open to 1am. We got there at 10pm and they told us they were closed.

Been here a few times and I recommend it. Food is good, prices are reasonable and service is fast. Hysam is always friendly as are the other employees I have placed my order with.

Stay away unless you enjoy chicken with feathers and fried in old grease. I order 70 chicken wings. It was horrible and detrimental to you health. Never would order again from this establishment.

An exceptional awesome place for seafood. You can make 2 or 3 plates from a lunch special. The beef is rather bland however. It doesn't matter how much condiments or toppings you put on it, it is bland within itself.

The only place I can buy a good perch dinner. The manager was rude, my shrimp was not with my delivery order, when I called the store I got a negative response until the employee realized the Uber driver did forget my shrimp. Agreed that I would come pick up my shrimp and was promised a fresh order and a soda for the inconvenience. Picked up shrimp manager threw the old order on the counter and when I asked about the complimentary soda the manager said no the employer slammed a soda on the counter… please get a better staff who has better customer service. Also the food tasted old and spoiled.

The seafood rice color were different than before and tasted different. It tasted better the time before this visit. I wish they would charge the difference when you change from French fries with the combo. They charge the original price for a different side. Everybody doesn't want French fries

The food was incredible. The tzatziki sauce needed more flavor.

BEST TAKEOUT SPOT IN PALM BEACH COUNTY. I absolutely love this place, specifically the Australian Ave location. I've never had not one issue with any order and I've had to have ordered from here at least 30 times in the past 2 years lol. It's my go to when I want something hot, fresh, and FAST. My family always gets the fried tilapia dinner, the 10 pc fried shrimp dinner, and the fish sandwich combo. You can't beat the price here. You get a nice portion of food for such a low price. The fish sandwich combo is literally like $10 and you get a huge sandwich with all the fixings and a big side of fries. Way better value (and way more fresh) than getting a filet-o-fish from any other fast food place. I've tried so many things on the menu from catfish, to crab cakes, to cheesecake and it's all been delicious and hot upon delivery. Their homemade mango pineapple drink is also a MUST. The only thing I will say is put MORE of that magical seasoning on the fries please & start selling it so I can have some at home too! lol

I’m ngl hooks did their thing tonight! The service was great from the girl at the window and the guy that brought the food out. The food was so crispy and fresh too. Whoever was on the schedule today needs to be here everytime.

They charged incorrectly and then forgot an item. They forgot to add it the first time but charged extra for something incorrectly. When I went back they didn't compensate. They charged more for what they forgot and deducted what they wrongly charged me for.

Best place hands-down love coming here. Food is outstanding prices are very very reasonable, extremely clean and all of the employees are super nice. I would recommend this place above and beyond any other.

I ordered food to be delivered by door Dash, the chicken was old , heavily salty, the onion rings were salty I couldn’t even eat them , they put the hot sauce in the plate which spilled as well

My food was bland. There was absolutely no flavor whatsoever on my food.. I got 15pc shrimp and fries.

Very clean, fresh, quick and affordable. The miss working the counter was very sweet and helpful and the cook was friendly and precise. Good experience! My food was tasty, and they have a decent selection of sauces to choose from.

Loved all the options, the food was good, and the portions were huge! Could use a bit of a clean, tho. Booths were crammed together and ya kinda felt like you were in a secured gas station..lol. food was awesome and the staff were very Friendly.

YELLOW RICE WAS HARD AND LOOK LIKE ITS BEEN SITTING ALL DAY, THE CHICKEN WAS BLACK AND SALTY THE FRIES WEAR COLD AND HARD NEVER EVER AGAIN

I never used to eat Hooks, ever! This place opened and I said let me just try the chicken tenders (I don’t eat wings), & I was addicted! This is the only place I go for chicken tenders, I love them so much! I tell them every time I order thru DoorDash. & the customer service! Phenomenal! There is no other hooks like the hooks on Australian me and my coworkers love this place. I tell everyone just try them you won’t be disappointed! & every time they have everything just right, the only thing I can say is that I wish the parking/drive thru was a bit bigger. They have it pretty well organized though but that’s about it. The service is great friendly and polite workers! & the food is fantastic Love Andrea <3

Looks like new owners or cooks since I was last here in April. Took a bit longer and getting my order through took multiple tries. Overall food was just as good.
