Best pizza in the USA. Thin, crisp crust and abundant sauce and toppings. Caution: serving sizes of salads, etc are very large. Hence a huge bag is provided for take home food.

My family and I have been coming here for years. The food is always great. They have the BEST garlic bread with cheese I've ever had. The staff is always friendly and make you feel welcome.

First time trying & everything was delicious! Very polite staff! The soup was great but it’s the American version! Can we get a little orzo with the authentic thickness of avgolemono? Either way we understand why the lot was packed!

Not from the area and I heard Connecticut is known for their clam pizza so we came here. Ordered buffalo wings and pizza with clam & shrimp on top. The wings were hangs down one of the best wings I ate. Im not a huge fan of buffalo but this was so good! They also give a very good amount of chicken. Pizza was amazing. Didnt expect them to put a generous amount of seafood so I was happy they put a lot. Will come again!

Had a meatball Parm, the portion was very small by the time we got it home. It was soggy, soaking wet and looked like two tiny meatballs, with lots of cheese, very surprised, such a great place to eat at.

listen man. i asked for a steak and some fries but they came out with a beef patty and fries. I think they should only offer pizza. Customer service was great and the restaurant itself is beautiful but the food they served me (steak and fries) is awful.

Calling asking to placed a delivery order and they don’t deliver + horrible customer service. They sell pizzas and when you ask for a specific kind of pizza, they act like they don’t know which pizza you’re asking for.

Hope Pizza or Hope Street Pizza is a great local eatery for pizza, pasta and other entrees. I have been a customer for over 15 years. Never disappointed. The only concern is "no dine in" even now that COVID 19 is over.

Did take out. Food was and is still great quality! It was super crowded and the parking lot is a nightmare! But still worth the craziness!

I absolutely love this pizza, I have been trying pizza from all over the country for decades and this is the best I have ever had, better than anything in New York or new Jersey, I would 100% recommend Hope pizza! the customer service is also quiet exceptional, be sure to leave these guys a nice tip, they make great pies and deserve every penny!

Just moved to the area, and I've definitely found my new pizza place. I ordered a small Hawaiian, and although the pizza was physically smaller than I expected, it was dense and rich in flavor. The staff were witty and polite, and their food was very reasonably priced. Definitely will be going back :)

Pizza is great! Get anything meaty and you’ll love it. I don’t recommend mushrooms, those taste like they’re straight out of the can. I haven’t tried anything else but the pizza, and wouldn’t. Just get pizza

They don't Serve inside anymore

One of the best pizzerias in Stamford. Greek style which means crust is chewier and they don't skim on cheese! Wait times are always reliable and food is warm when we get home. Some of our favorites are meatball & olives, bacon & eggplant, and shrimp & clam on white. Haven't been as impressed with the non pizza dishes e.g. chicken soulvaki but the pizza is the real deal here. They don't do delivery but there's plenty of free parking for pick up.

I used to walk through the empty lot as a child. We lived on rock spring road. This place has been there ever since. Same restaurant same place for so long. A Stamford staple!

We are regulars here, consistently good food all made fresh. You must have a salad here, not need to add extra toppings, the basic is great, with freshly made dressing. The pizzas are made from scratch with just the right amount of cheese and sauce, no need for extra cheese. The Greek fare is unexpectedly good, starting with the Chicken Lemon Rice soup - you won't find better. No table service since the start of the pandemic. Can't wait for it to return. Price for value received, excellent.

I beleive it is the best Pizza in Stamford and my Wife swears they have the best Salad in Stamford. Great friendly service that make you feel like family. actually, everyone thing on their menu is great. I once ordered and Chicken Parm Wedge and George suggested I try on a Garlic Wedge. OMG!!! We regularly get pizza from here, both eat-in and take-out. We've tried many pizza restaurants in Stamford, looking for the "best" pizza, but we always seems to go back to Hope Pizza. They do not have the "perfect" NY pizza we are looking for, but it is consistently good, though difficult to describe. The rest of the menu has typical Italian fare, some Greek food, salads, and grinders. Not a place for health food nuts, but it is the place for the occasional good pizza and other less healthy but taste-good foods. One change I would love to see is the addition of a variety of lettuces in the salads. Salads are very tasty and served in generous portions; however, the only lettuce option is iceberg. Finally, the restaurant desperately needs a remodel. Though the seating area is sufficient and the place is always packed, we always prefer takeout from here.

We frequently do takeout, but the restaurant caters to families with young children. Come early on Friday evenings or just do takeout. Tossed mozzarella salad is fantastic. The house dressing is awesome.

Waitstaff is really sweet and accomdating. The food is tasty and consistent from visit to visit and the prices are great for this area. It’s Greek style pizza with the crispy buttery crust and the oregano punched up in the dishes.

We visit Hope St quite frequently for pizza, soup and salad! Our favorite is the Hamburger Pizza. We also love the homemade lemon chicken soup! You must try the Hamburger pizza! All salads great too!

Great spot, pretty good pizza, but Stamford is a Pizza town so I go to hope for the Chicken Parm and their Meatball Parm is very good too. Some say it’s the best around. You’ll enjoy!

I hadn't been here in years but it's still the same top-level, quality food. The small cheese salad is large enough for two and the dressing is still light and delicious. And the pizza....awesome as always. Crunchy and loaded with cheese and toppings. It's still bright and clean, and some of the wait staff have been there forever it seems. I grew up in Brooklyn, NY so I am very hard to please when it comes to finding good pizza in Stamford. This place is my favorite. It's nothing like NY pizza, but it is a very good Greek pan pizza. Staff is friendly and service is great.

This is the best place for building your own pizza! The toppings used are amazing . One of my favorites is spinach and garlic, and both of those toppings are fresh ! Not frozen or canned. The portions are large enough to share. The prices Are very realistic. Service is excellent there are also many Greek specialties on the menu. Wine is available. A great family rest. As well as takeout .

If you like Greek stile pizza this is the place to go. Have never been disappointed in the pizza and service is always good. This place gets jammed packed around dinner on the weekends so takeout is often a better option.
