I honestly think it's better than any Chicago Hot Dog Stand🙌

Came here at 11:30am, lots of parking. While it was 11:30am, the place was busy. Many people where eating there, but many people took there order to-go. The ordering process was quick and easy, and with a smile. The order took less than 5 minutes. We decided to eat there, and we sat inside in the a/c. There are picnic tables outside if that is your thing (not mine in August.) The food was hot and was absolutely amazing. If you get a chance, stop by this iconic place for an amazing weenie!

Excellent, large hot dogs. Service was very quick. The portion of fries was generous. My strawberry shake was thick! Cool atmosphere! 😁

Your NOT open but 3 days a week. And i see nothing else. When your father was running the place it was open on the week ends except Sundays. Now you can't even enjoy your hot dogs. Your not going to LAST, being open three days a week.

Hot Dog Heaven always impresses me. Consistent great food and fast service. The staff are always friendly. The chili cheese dogs are second to none. The fries are the best I've had. I love this little place!

Based off their FB post today, advertising their seldomly offered Italian Beef sandwhich, I drove 20 minutes out of my way only to be told it was actually offered tomorrow (Friday). I showed the manager the FB post which didn't mention it was Friday only. When I showed the manager the misleading post, she made a wide, over the top grin (seemingly sarcastically) and said, "I'm sorry" and just stood there. I calmly went on to express to the manager I was super disappointed because I burned 40 mins of gas (there and back) to be turned away based on a misleading post, and that I'm letting her know so they can fix the post just in case other customers also get the wrong idea. Again, she doubled down and said, "I'm so sorry" with the same seemingly sarcastic grin and just stood there. As I proceeded to exit the store empty handed, the manager turned to the register employee and I heard the employee belt out laughing. Instead of the manager trying to make things right (like any reputable and professional establishment would do) for my time and gas wasted based off their mistake, I was grinned and laughed out of the store. I'm pretty sure the manager is the owner's daughter based on another customer's conversation I heard. To be clear, what I typed out is literally what happened without any emotional exaggeration or hyperbole. Anyhow, the way they didn't take ownership of their mistake and their behavior was wholly unprofessional. My excitement for visiting went quickly down the drain and they couldn't care less. If you're looking for Chicago Hot Dogs and Italian Beef, you're better off waiting until Portillo's opens in Waterford Lakes later this year. In addition, you can go to Rosati's in Winter Park now and they have Italian Beef sandwiches everyday. Unlike Hot Dog Heaven where there's always a guessing game as to when they offer it. Attached a picture of the post for proof (even the comment section was confused as to when they were offering the Italian Beef sandwiches).

Ah the joys of a Vienna Beef Chicago dog. Lots of options besides that but why get anything but (unless it’s a jumbo dog!). Nothing fancy. Seating inside and out. Everything served hot. Wonderful French fries…big portion with the right amount of salt and ketchup. Just DON’T PUT KETCHUP ON YOUR HOTDOG. Please, show some class and eat a Chicago Dog the right way! Only downside, they serve Pepsi products…gotta have Diet Coke to get the full load of chemicals with everything else. Enjoy!!

I can’t believe I being in Orlando many years. And yesterday I went to this lovely place with my laughter ( around 4 o 5 pm . And the customer service that i received from everyone in the HEAVEN. Was amazing. The name is matching cause literally they are angles. Specially the owners. Food was so good. I just love this place I recommend this place 100 %. Everything here is lovely. And clean. By far, the best hot dog spot I have ever been to. Then again, I grew up eating here as a child. My family is from Chicago, so what can I say. I've tried Chicago dogs at a number of different spots throughout Central Florida, and nothing beats Hot Dog Heaven. I think it's their steamed poppyseed buns that sets them apart from the rest. Their service is always welcoming and family friendly.

The best hot dog in the area. All Vienna Beef in the natural casings and the Spicy Vienna Beef as well. Their dogs are just like being back in Chicago. It gets busy but worth the wait.

This was the first time my best friend and I have been here and everything was absolutely amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was great.

Didn't really have a snap to the dogs. My wife likes a good hot dog but these seemed to have been left soaking for a while and the skin was saggy. Based on other reviews, it might have been a bad day.

It's not fancy, romantic, or exquisite place. It's a hotdog spot with tasty hotdogs and many toppings offered. The fountain rootbeer was really good.

I absolutely love hot dogs! Been wanting to try this place for a while. It was my first time trying a Chicago hot dog. It was different. It wasn't bad but it just wasn't for me. I want to try their other kinds. Their french fries were delicious and so was the side of macaroni salad! The best fries I've had here! The staff seemed very fun, upbeat and friendly. I will definitely be back to try another style dog.

Always busy, but for good reason. Mostly because the people ordering are a bit slow. If you can get your order in a timely manner you'll get your food very quickly. Delicious food and reasonable prices. I'd say skip the drinks though.

All the employees are super sweet and helpful! The service is amazing. They are fast and have the greatest vibe! Hot dogs are good, fries are aceptable. The drinks are horrible. We did order two sodas and both were basically old water and the ice cream is nothing special.

We park on the shoulder of SR50/COLONIAL. always friendly and precise with our orders. Don't be ascared of the neon relish. THIS PLACE IS GREAT 👍

I wanted to love this place so much. I have given them at least 10 chances. 1 out of 10 visits, they have been able to do well. The food is amazing, if they aren't out of the items you want. There's no way to call ahead to check and see if they have what I want to order. Hours change at random. Food is way to expensive. I got a hot dog and malt and it was 16+ dollars. For two things??? I'm from Chicago, I love your food, when you have it but I'm done wasting my time coming out to your place. You barely answer questions on your social media platforms and when you do, you are rude. I'd rather go without than have to bother with a business that clearly doesn't care. Do better. I've found that quite a few of your customers feel this exact way. We had plenty of time to discuss as we sat in your parking lot and you all never opened. Lol good job.

Haven’t been to Hot Dog Heaven in over 15 years! Only due to the fact that I haven’t been in the area around lunchtime for that long lol. Gotta say, it’s still the best Hot Dog going! Great fries, and great folks also. I’ll be in the area all week….see ya tomorrow! Ps., Pizza Puffs rock also.

A friend and I ordered Polish sausage, fried. When we got it, it didn't even look like a sausage.It was a hot dog, and it wasn't really fried.

We have been going to this place for over 20 yrs; when our oldest daughter was a baby and she is now 25! We have never had bad food, or old fries/food. The food is ALWAYS fresh. The service is definitely better than 5 stars ⭐️. And we love that it’s always clean.

Food is excellent, service is excellent, owners and employees are excellent, pretty a piece of Chicago and a piece of heaven right here in Orlando oh my God, if God made anything better than hotdog heaven. He kept it for himself. I have been out of town in New York City for the last five months finally back home here to Central Florida Orlando my first stop hotdog heaven been going there for 30 years. For a person who grew up in Chicago every time I step into hotdog Heaven, I feel like I’m stepping into the hot dog facility in Chicago that I used to go to as a kid. Facility is always clean. Staff is very kind and attentive to your needs and very genuine. I highly recommend hotdog Heaven to All hotdog enthusiast and those Who are not enthusiast to try one of the best hotdogs you’ll ever eat. They certainly live up to their name. It’s like a piece of heaven.

Best Chicago dog in central Florida. Period. Not even close. And I just left a famous Chicago hot dog franchise competitor. My wife loves the Chili dogs. All ingredients used are real Chicago brands right down to the lime green relish. The menu is awesome. Just go there.

This is a place worth communiting to for a Chicago or loaded hot dog because many restaurants in Orlando,FL do not serve them. However, there is one problem this business needs to correct. There are discrepancies between the menu on the board and the laminated menu by the cash register. Items that are not on the board are on the laminated menu and items that are not the laminated menu are the board. During my visit before today's I had trouble finding the items I wanted on the laminated menu, but I eventually found them on the board: today it was vise versa. What I think needs to be done is revise both menues until they are precisely correct.

I learned of this place in 2003 while going to college in Orlando. I love stopping by when my travels bring me back.

I love everything about Hotdog Heaven! I have so many memories of going there as a kid and it hasn't changed much. Being Chicago born, it is a little piece of home right up the street. The owners are so friendly and know their regulars. I love being able to catch up with Holly when I go in. And now that I have kids, it is a great family tradition to introduce them to. The hotdogs are soooo good. I always get a Chicago dog "all the way" and a basket of fries. It's also a great treat when they have their Italian beefs. Not to mention, finishing your hotdogs with a fountain drink or ice cream bowl. Best hotdogs in Orlando!

Showed up they closed early today from jersey wanted a hotdog barely open on times I can come won’t ever try visiting again saw cashier when I pulled up and was denied food some light skinned girl with dreads wont come back!!

Our first time there. Cashier was very polite and patient with all the questions we had even gave us recommendations. Limeade a must have for sure. Service was fast and the quality of it was great. We will come back. The only thing I could point out, wished the cheese on the cheese fries was a sauce. Thank you for everything, we will be returning for sure.

This is my favorite hot dog stand and is an institution! The dogs taste amazing, the fries are always hot and perfect, and there's ice cream if you wish. The staff has been there for years, and they always have a smile. I've been going here for years, and I try and stop by every time I visit Orlando. It's an awesome place!

It was decent. They have raised the prices quite a bit over the years. But that doesn't take away from the food quality. I recommend this spot if driving by n crave an authentic Chicago style dog.

I love ❤️ 😍 💖 the corn dog it was fresh and moist and hott cooked to order it was delicious 😋 actually I wanted another one but I had a large serving of hott French fries 🍟 and boy was the fresh and good the best fresh hott French fries 🍟 I've ever had.. I finished my meal off with chili dog and just like everything else it was also delicious fresh and good. I wish they had more locations and longer hours. I highly recommend hot dogs heaven to the whole world 🌎...lol..seriously you won't be disappointed. God is Good 👍🏻 🙏🏻 you'll thank me later so go give it a try...

My boyfriend’s family swears by this place for the best Chicago dogs, and for good reason! Finally had the chance to try this place last month and I can’t stop thinking about their dogs. I’ve gone twice in one month and wish I could have it everyday. Truly the best Chicago dog I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried some of the best in Chicago: Wiener’s Circle, Gene and Jude’s, and Portillos. Something about hot dog heaven’s franks is far superior to the others! Plus their storefront is adorable and feels like an old timey authentic Chicago dog shop.

It's a clean,no frills restaurant. THE PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS!!!!! $6.20 for a hot dog + $3.65 for French fries and $2.49 for a medium drink.$7.95 for a Polish. YOU COULDN'T GET AWAY WITH THESE PRICES IN CHICAGO.

This is one of those “hole in the wall” looking gems of Orlando. I went in at prime lunch time (1230) and it was packed! It took 30-40 mins to order due to the long line but well worth the wait. The hot dogs are incredible, we got a kraut dog, chili cheese dogs, and a slaw dog. Every single one was delicious. I hear their fries are amazing as well. I’m a little upset I didn’t get pictures but I couldn’t help but immediately dig in. If you’re in Orlando looking for a low key lunch, you have to try this place!

Went out of my way to pick up "take and make" italian beef, arrived a little early, was excited to see staff already there. apparently they no longer sell take and make... to much trouble for the large blonde woman to come speak to me. instead believe it or not musician Tracy Chapman must be down on her luck and is now washing windows at HDH... gave me the news. I predict this icon of Orlando will soon be gone the chubby bottle blonde blocked me on facebook for being honest.. lol

Good fries. Cooked just right and lots of them. Our first visit and they gave us a small sample of their special and it was great. I had the Chilli cheese dog and wife had baked bean hot dog. Both were really good. If you haven't give them a try.

The people who seemed to run the restaurant were from Michigan, and no wonder, because these types of people know a Chicago dog. All the folks who work there were sweet and charming, and all their food was excellent and authentic!

Good ole classic Chicago Style hotdogs. One of the few places where you can get a nice simple glizzy and for that alone it deserves your patronage.

Hot dog heaven in Orlando was the best place I ever went to for the first time in Orlando. The hot dogs were good, the fries were good, it was the best place I ever went to.

Mid tier hotdogs. Got the beans and onion hot dog and I swear I could make the same one at home for 1/4th the price, and make it taste better. Fries were just the plainest slices of barely salted fried potatoes I've ever had. Don't understand the high reviews for this place. L.
