The food is good, staff is always professional and welcoming.

We have been getting food here every night for dinner now for some time. The service is quick and friendly, the food is always hot, and they always get our order right! Great spot for a quick pick up order!

They are racist towards Hispanics or Latinos....second time this has happened to me....last night, July 4th, a young boy, the son of the owners, was there and he treated me terribly by speaking in Spanish...he got upset and The food came horrible, a chow mein, pure onion and cabbage and little chicken... it's a robbery, but I never go and it's very expensive.

When you walk in the place it is certainly a blast from the past, just looking around for a few seconds you feel like you're in no later than the mid 2000s, I really do love the nostalgia but it is also the reason for the 3 star in atmosphere as the atmosphere is very 90s and 2000s, pretty bland and basic, however don't let that sway you, the service, the service was great, the lady who served me treated me nicely and gave me time to look over the menu before ordering, the gentlemen who handed me my food also handed it to me with a pleasant attitude and a smile, but above all that, the food, I ordered the bourbon chicken, it took about 5-10 minutes to come out but was still piping hot by the time I got home and cooked fresh, the rice, comes in a small typical looking Chinese container you see in movies and TV shows however despite small, the rice is very packed in and was able to feed me and my brother with just the one thing of rice, the chicken, when I opened the container I was astonished, not just by the sheer amount of food but by the fact that they actually gave a good amount of vegetables instead of 95% protein like most Chinese places do, again the chicken and vegetables was so much it fed me and my brother and I almost couldn't even eat it all, the taste, the vegetables were cooked nicely and still retained a nice crunch to them, the chicken as far as taste, was pretty astounding, every bite had me wanting to take another, the sauce was great, the texture was perfect, my only complaint was the outside was a tad tough and it could've been a bit more moist on the inside but other than that no complaints here as it was only 11.88 for two peoples worth of food! I will 100% recommend this place to everyone who loves American Chinese food, just make sure you don't get the combos as they lessen the portion to 1 and all you get rlly is a choice of fried rice or white and an eggroll, not worth it to me but still not bad considering it's 9.99, go for the non combos as they don't cost much more and provide so much more food and rice!

The people that are giving this place 5 stars never had actual good chinese food.. general tso’s chicken was stringy and gross, looked pink in some spots, clearly the quality of the chicken is terrible, and it was too spicy, panda express is better at this point

I have been ordering delivery from this location and the Emerson location for years. I ALWAYS order house Mei fun no chicken. For the first time in 3 yes I got lo mein instead. When I called she treated me like a idiot that doesn't know what I ALWAYS order....smh Won't order again.

They have the BEST fried chicken wings and the fastest delivery. The portioning is so big they have to staple the container shut lol. If you call your order in or order on their website (NOT DoorDash) their in-house driver will bring you your food. I always tell them on the phone to add a tip for the driver & he is always SO fast! The food here is okay but if you want a real experience try Tea drink. That tea drink is delicious and makes you want to go back for more.

This place use to be really good but things have changed A LOT....please beware. There is an awful smell when going inside. The food is not as good as it use to be and the customer service is not up to parts, they really rude and unprofessional. Please go elsewhere because they are not a business to spend your hardworking money at. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Chicken is crispy and fresh and hot with the perfect amount of sauce! Great prices! I was a walk in and ordered a sweet and sour chicken and modified curry beef. Curry beef isn’t on the menu under beef so I always appreciate when a place will make it for me. We have been customers since Hot Wok opened. One reason is of course because the food is a great value and delicious! What keeps us coming back time and again though is the owners and the customer service! They are great people, always nice, and very serious about how their customers are treated! One time in the past 10+ years i had an issue with one of their new hires being rude and argumentative. I demanded that i be passed over to the owner. I didn't even have to go into detail. Just the fact that I was passed to her, and said the girl was being very rude was enough. I was the 2nd person to do so, she was fired.
