I don't know where to begin with this place. First of all....I am a Patty enthusiast. I am a Patty expert. I know them better than anybody. (thank you my wife) So anyway...the patties here are the best I have had in the United States. And it isn't close. My wife is from Jamaica and this is her favorite Jamaican spot. We drive 40 mins regularly to get our fix. So that's the food. The service is incredible. Staff is soooo friendly and helpful. This place is incredible. Every thing they sell is made with true love and care. Thank you House Jamaican Pastry!

Killer food although I’d come more if prices were better. Jerk chicken for $17 doesn’t come with a whole lot of chicken. They should have cheap lunch specials or some sorta deal throughout the week. Like a half wing and thigh with rice beans and cabbage for $10 would be nice.

I went there for the first time today and the spicy Jamaican patties are so good.😊

Food lacks flavor. Got the curry chicken and it’s basically just food coloring no seasoning what so ever. Beef patties are amazing tho.

Jerked chicken was spiced well but disappointingly dry. 😢

I’ve been to the islands and worked with Jamaicans. And this is the real deal. Best jerked chicken I have had in a long time. Love the portion size of the lunch plate too. And that Black Jamaican Rum Cake was phenomenal. I will definitely be back

I couldn’t even rate anything because when I got there at 2pm on a Wednesday afternoon the doors were locked and it said closed. Yet their hours are 12-7… I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while and was disappointed to see no sign on the door saying there was a change in hours.

These two island woman from OUR homeland Jamaica do an amazing job on all the foods. Weekly regular Thankyou guys and keep up the great work

Hands down some of the best food in Fort Myers. If your looking for flavor and quality this is the place. The Goat curry and oxtail both have large portions of meat and rice with peas(beans). Extremely tasty and satisfying. The spicy beef patties are flaky and delicious. The carrot cake and rum cake are excellent as well. Give it a try.

I'll tell you what you need to do if you ever crave Jamaican 🇯🇲 food—this place is amazing. I have tried 5 different Caribbean restaurants in the area, and by far, this is the best one. I went there for the first time on a Sunday afternoon. I got ox tail and beef patty, and oh my God, everything was fresh and delicious. The spices are in perfect balance, and the ingredients are of good quality. The staff there were very nice and friendly, and the place is very clean and well organized. Please keep up all this great work and thank you so much for this awesome food.

Best Beef Patty in the area by far!!

What a change of pace! We had the meat patties and goat curry to go. DELISH! The ladies inside were pleasant to work with. We will return :)

Moved to the area a few years ago and was blessed to find this place! Walk inside and have a carib experience. Salt of the earth people serving island flavor that is hard to find!

I am new to this region, however finding this restaurant was a happy suprise as the food was good and the staff was pleasant. We bought cooked food for an event and also have stopped in when running errands with the food always being delicious. I especially enjoy the patties as it is hard to find good beef patties.🙂

If there was 10 stars, I could have give it all to them. Great people with great food.

This place is a little hidden gem!! I’ve been there twice now. I had the spicy beef patty and the spinach and cheese patty, as well as the rum cake. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff and owners are the sweetest people! I will be back!

AMAZING! I am very hard to please. The food was so good we forgot to take pictures. The owners are very kind. The place is spotless (super clean). Did I mention ... the coco bread and beef patties were delicious!!! My whole family loved their meals. Worth every penny (and I say pennies because their prices are really great). We will be back VERY soon. Keep up the great work.

We had just been to Negril and couldn't wait to try this hidden gem and are we sure glad we did! The owners were delightful and so very friendly!! I ordered oxtail and oh boy, it was spot on!! Husband had jerk chicken and it was right up there to what we had in JA. We also couldn't pass up a few of the desserts, rum cake, breadcpudding and rock cake...oh my!! Don't pass this little gem of a place and tickle your tastebuds!! YA MON!

Oh my!!! If you like good, perfectly seasoned food clearly made with love, you HAVE to come here. So far, I’ve tried the goat curry with rice + cabbage and the beef pastries. Incredible. The goat was so tender and packed richly with spices that I was chewing the bones clean. The beef pastry was also so amazing and beautifully spiced. Don’t forget to get some of their homemade juices before you leave!! Yum (-:

My heart and belly are warm and full! 💕 I have driven by the sign multiple times but today I decided to stop! I’m excited to go back tomorrow for some curry. I must apologize about the photo of the ox-tail but I think nuff said. Irish moss peanut to drink had me all smiles the entire time I was eating. Bless up House Jamaican Pastry! Ps. Ordered our Jamaican Christmas cake for family visiting from out of state - it was perfect! The lady who answers the phone is so sweet and pleasant even after we changed pick up date multiple times. Now this is Jamaican true service! Will definitely be visiting soon for dinner.

I’ve moved to fort Myers 2years ago from NY…I was always one to cook my Jamaican recipes at home but due to work and time constraints I’d buy my food from a Jamaican restaurant. Unfortunately, I’ve tried 3 different restaurants in fort Myers and their food sucks, I literally throw one out🤮. I was driving by Estero and saw their sign and decided to try with doubt of the taste…people I’m being honest here, I know what and how Jamaican food should look and taste my mom was a professional cook in JA, I was also a very picky eater due to the fact of knowing authentic taste of Jamaican food. I walked in and this gentleman (Fitz) was very friendly. I spoke to his wife (Michelle) and I told her to let me know before I order if the food is good cause I’ve wasted monies in fort Myers on so much JA wacky food. Anyway I tasted jerk chicken, and honestly it’s the best I’ve tasted since living here (FL) I found a my spot, my husband had fried fish and he loved it. The Pattie’s are amazingly delicious, the rice and peas so fresh and clean. I now moved to port Charlotte and still go there to get food when I can… Koodos to you Michelle and Fitz you both are amazing and beautiful cooks.🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲

Most authentic Jamaican food in Fort Myers. I completely agree with a previous post. Absolutely delicious, the meat fell right off the bones curry chicken and jerk chicken spices were just right flavor was on point a must try

We tried the food last week and it was amazing! The owner was very kind. My husband ordered the oxtail and he LOVED it! I LOVED the fish on Friday, literally the best I’ve had. The jerk chicken was also delicious. I tried the sorrel wine for the first time, tasted like Christmas in a bottle, delicious. We’ll be ordering again!

Great food. So wonderful. I was happy to find they had chicken patty here. The curry chicken was flavorful and tender. The people here are amazing. They are kind, warm and welcoming. It felt like visiting family, not a restaurant.

Upon walking in I was welcomed in by a kind gentleman and I assume his daughter was very sweet. I order brown stew sooo good! I’ve had 🇯🇲 elsewhere and it wasn’t the best experience I tasted ginger too much in .. almost made me not try Jamaican food again. However the rice I had at house Jamaican pastry was SOO GOOD. No taste of ginger .. the kind gentleman went out his way to make me a fresh chicken Jamaican patty. It was sooo good that patty dough so yummy tasted very original. I’m assuming the wife she was very kind as well. I didn’t wait long. I would definitely come back. Coming from a fellow 🇭🇹 Thank you for this great tasty food. 🇯🇲

Great tasting food. The rice and peas was excellent. I could taste all of the spices in it. I cannot forget the beef patty. The best that I ever had. All in all if you don't feel like cooking stop by here for some good Jamaican food!!

This is by far the best Jamaican food that I have ever had. Yesterday we went to get some escovitch fish for Good Friday, and it was so delicious, that I didn’t share it with anyone. Lol! The patties were amazing too. I will be visiting Michelle and Fitz on a regular basis. They are two of the most beautiful people that I have met in a very long time. The Restaurant was spotless also.
