Never been there for eat-in, but take out was fresh and hot. Deliveries have been a little slow, but I see the distance now that I have been there for pick-up. Very kind staff and service.

Listed open on Thier Uber eats page but they were closed.

Always stop in for the Cuban sandwich. Excellent!

Oh wow! Customer service is everything! My first time here and it was a great first experience. The workers there made me feel welcomed and assisted me in making a choice. Like Omg I wish I asked for their names. The waitress was so quick and attentive to all her customers ensuring everyone was well taken care of. The food was made hot and fresh and you can tell the cooks take pleasure in what they do. Food presentation and temperature was on point! Price is fair! They even chased after me because one plate was left behind! Like that melted my heart! I’ll stop here because I have so much to say and mind you this was just a to go order not even dine in❤️ I’ll be back and so will the fam! Keep up the great service!

Look, the walls are not five stars, but the place is CLEAN. I eat here 5-8 times a week. The food is Honest. Terrific selection of great comfort foods. Something for every mood or tastebud. The service is on point. The ladies can be pouty; but they are attentive! For as small and busy a place as this is, you can count on a quick, clean, honest meal and the people at the counter are always up to a light conversation. Bring an appetite; portions are generous. Try the Cajun pasta.

Still have not ordered any delivery from this place since the story below but have eaten here many times since. Usually come for breakfast. The food is good. Great place to come for lunch. I would highly recommend you call and pick up. Delivery not so much but food is good and worth eating. Looking forward to getting some breakfast in me. Low and behold i order at around 10:20 in the morning. Here it is at already after 12pm and i still have yet to receive my order. We finally decide to call and find out what is going on. They say they have not received an order however i was charged for it. They cant figure out what is going on, then all of sudden it shows up. Worst delivery, they are just retarded! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I REGRET IT SO BAD! Update... Not only does it show up over an hour and a half later, they jacked up the order....Will say the food was pretty good though, had it not been an hour and a half when im within 1 mile i would have been satisfied

A small "hole in the wall" that seems to specialize in delivery and take out. Limited table setting with counter seating. reminds me of the old luncheonettes in NYC from when I was young. Good quality breakfast and a nice friendly atmosphere. Looks can be decieving.

THEY ARE REALLY SLACKING IN SERVICE! I ORDERED JUST AFTER 9AM TODAY WHICH INDICATED A 60 MINUTE DELIVERY AND IT'S GOING ON 2HRS NOW AND NO DELIVERY YET. RIDICULOUS!!!! ADDING CONTENTS BECAUSE OF THE AWFUL DELIVERY EXPERIENCE. THE DELIVERY PERSON (FEMALE) WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. SHE SAID "IT'S NOT MY FAULT YOUR DELIVERY WAS LATE. OBVIOUSLY YOU HAVE NEVER ORDERED FROM HOWIE'S BECAUSE WE ARE ALWAYS LATE ON OUR DELIVERIES". SHE WAS SO UNSYMPATHETIC AND RUDE!

Had to wait to long for an online order. Had choice of French vanilla and side of milk was told don't have it. Cashiers bad morning rubbed off badly. Didn't feel comfortable/welcome.

We were traveling north from the keys and decided to stop in here. We were served by Donna who had a great personality and kept us laughing the whole time we were there. Our sandwiches were all truly amazing. I wish I lived there cause I would become a regular. I don’t normally leave reviews but it was that good. I would highly recommend this place!!!

Great home style cooking. Portions are small though UPDATE: I've been eating from Howie's since my last posting. I am soooo hooked. Been trying different foods, all amazing!!! Great selection for a fast fresh meal. Daily specials, breakfast and lunch options. Also, CUBAN COFFEE, you can get a coratdito for less than $2.00. Limited seating inside but there are plenty of regulars (food is awesome so everyone comes back for more)

I adore this place. My husband and I are from N.Y.C and its been hard to find a good family oriented spot. Donna, the owner makes you feel right at home. The food is to die for OMG! try their macaroni salad. Their burgers are perfect oh and there italian sub with the house sauce is to kill for.

I have been ordering from Howies for two years. I love the food and they are very accommodating to me. I special order every single work day due to my dietary needs and without fail they bring me what I ordered and it's always hot, fresh and delicious! I saw complaints that it sometimes takes a while, this is a small business with great food, friendly staff and limited drivers, if you can't wait for it, don't order it, go pick it up. Though I get my food delivered in less then an hour 99% of the time. Their delivery staff are awesome and friendly, I do not speak Spanish, but they certainly understand Thank you and a kind smile. I recommend Howies to whoever asks where to order food and get it delivered locally. Keep up the great job!

Howie's Subs and Sandwiches has been around since 1987. The food is always good. They deliver breakfast and lunch to your home or business even if it's early. I have mostly visited Howie's for breakfast but have had their subs on a few occasions and like I said, the food has always been good.

Been coming here for years, customer sevice is great and it's one of the best sandwich places around but the kitchen cant seem to follow directions. Asked for white American and instead I got yellow, not a big deal just wish people would take more attention to detail.

Howies is one of those Moms & Pops Shops were you feel satysfied mostly everytime you go and eat there. Early breakfast is the best. Breakfast ends promptly at 11am. Lunch is from 11am to close which is Usually around 3pm.

I've tried a large majority of the menu, the food is quality but not over priced, if you eat inside its fairly small but their food and prices speak for itself.

Pretty good for breakfast and only have tried gyro and french dip, cant speak for anything else. Its a plus that they deliver to my job whenever you cant go out. Ive only ordered to go and so far so good. I will update once ive tried more of their items

Muy pequeño pero familiar pintoresco restaurante administrado y operado con unas pocas mesas y sillas (aparentemente grande llevar a cabo/entrega aquí). Gran cocina casera a precios razonables e. g. Ordered Howies for breakfast delivery today, and OMG! This place is awesome! I LOVE the homestyle cooking! They have their own personalized swing on their menu options. The hashBrowns were my absolute favorite! Ordered pancakes for the kids. Holy Amazing! these things are HUGE!!! The kids relished in the chocolatey chip fluffy goodness! Definitely would recommend them to everyone! way better than any chain. just make sure you read the menu before you order, because this is a family owned restaurant and their combos won't be the same. P.S. they use BOARS HEAD MEAT!!!! mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Howies no parece ser mucho desde el exterior, pero sin duda vale la pena la hora de salida la comida aquí. A primera vista puede dar su comida para llevar porque el espacio es muy limitado, pero tuvimos la suerte de encontrar una mesa. Pedí el bocadillo de filete de queso Filadelfia y el reclamo de la sopa y disfrutamos cada bocado. El personal era muy amable y la experiencia fue agradable en general.

This is by far the very best restaurant for any-time dining. I ordered a Chilli-Spaghetti and it was delicious, large portion, very tasty and balanced. I could tell the food is made fresh. Very satisfied!
