Best ice cream around! The staff is so friendly, and fast! Their food is really good too! Very good prices. The portion sizes are a little small, but I didn't mind too much. The menu is huge since the new owner bought it! I try coming here whenever I'm visiting family from out of state. They definitely deserve a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review!

I love the location of Ike's and that Crystal has an ice cream shop. We have been residence of Crystal for 24 years. Up until this year Ike's has been a favorite place for us and grandkids. We have tried lunch and I ice cream treats several times this year. Hamburgers were not done on inside and over done on outside and the bun was stale. My Hawaiian Flurry did not have pineapple in it and my grandson's Oreo Flurry had some of my coconut in it and the Oreos were caked on the bottom of the cup. Yuck! I'm not sure if the Flurry machine was not working or if the workers do not know how to run it. Ice cream cones are fine. Probably won't try again😔

I used to not like Ike's at all honestly. But since the new owners have done some much needed improvements and expanded their menu...I love it! The workers seem to be much more friendly now too. They also have lactose free vanilla soft serve and Dole whip- automatic win for me🥳

First time customer visiting from Houston,Tx. It was delicious! We went back a total of 3 times! The chocolate malt was one of the best I have ever had. My daughter loved both the sprinkle dipped cone and mermaid sundae! They have lemonades with the bubble pearls my daughter was obsessed with. They also had a very delicious Beth Dutton inspired ice cream it was a caramel whisky ice cream 😊

Could use some shade, it's got shade now! Nice roof over the front with more tables. A perfect place to stop for ice cream or a bite to eat.

Ice cream is great. Wait is really long, even when no one is waiting. They need to improve their processes and speed of service. Not enough seating, only 3 tables. No outdoor shade. They blocked off indoor seating and now no bathroom. Prices are too high.

Michigan pothole and this other peanut butter extreme ( #4 on their menu ) were my favorites. Java Chip is pretty good too. We LOVE this place.

Been coming to this place for years and have never EVER been disappointed... good ice cream and great service.👌 Except for this time.... my sister and I ordered their soft serve choc ice cream, and it was awful, tasted like the milk was bad? But like I said it was the first time it's ever happened so not that big of a deal😊

We couldn’t wait to try Ike’s . Needless to say it was a horrible experience. Nothing like when Tim owned it. It doesn’t even come close to it. We were the only ones there and it took close to a hour for our food. The pop was so warm so I asked for a cup of ice. She said I’m sorry we don’t have ice . Let’s say we will never be back and they have and very poor service . Sad !!!

We have been coming here for years and everything has been great.The last 2 times now have been horrible. Ice cream tasted awful the first time and this second time they didn't get the order right then the grill broke so didn't get our food.

Super long wait. I paid for a double waffle cone, and my friend got a single waffle cone. He had more ice cream than I did. Also, mine was not packed on, and half fell off the minute I stepped away from the window. Wow. What a professional response from abvoiusly unprofessional ice cream shack. If you trained your employees better, you would have a better review. I'll mark you down as a 1 star for the response.

Short drive from home, 1023 miles. Wait times are normal for the time of year. The food is top notch and the ice cream portions for the cone are generous and filling. They serve hudsonville soft serve as well. Came from S. GA to check it out and will definitely be back on the next trip.

Ice cream is better than Dairy queen. I love this place. I got at least twice a week during summer but usually more. My only complaint is that I ask every time I go there that they make sure that the Oreos make it to the bottom half of the flurry. I get the same ice cream every time. A large Oreo flurry w extra Oreo. And the bottom half of it will be only vanilla soft serve. Every time I ask them they say yes they will. But it's only actually happened twice. When the owner was there he did make sure the oreos went all the way through out it. Once his wife, I believe that was his wife anyway, told me no they couldn't do that. It was the machine that mixed them and that made that happen. So I'd assume that the one who was able to make that happen was the only one who knew the trick. I stopped asking them that after she said that and just ordered them anyway. They're still great, just less oreo kind of great. Lol

There ice cream is DELICIOUS. The soft serve and hand scooped. We go almost everyday when camping at South Shores. However, there "Hot fudge" is less then desirable. I can't speak for 2021 because I remembered how bad it was in 2020. It was warm chocolate SYRUP at best. This year I ordered a large Reese's peanut butter cup flurry. The top half was okay, the bottom half was just ice cream. PLEASE get better HOT FUDGE before August. That's our last camping trip for the year. FYI, Others have the same opinion about your hot fudge.

Been there several times and very happy with service and the Ice Cream is really good at a reasonable price. Got hand dipped ice cream for 5 for under $15 with tip. And, they had over 20 flavors of hand dipped ice cream to choose from. They also offer sundaes, shakes, grilled foods. have tried soem of the grilled items and was very happy and heard good reports about other items.

Amazing ice cream!! Great food & Great staff!! & its very convenient that the park is right down the street from this place! The view of the lake is beautiful from this location. They get you your orders very quickly & they always get it right the first time. This is the best ice cream place around!! They don't take advantage of the fact that they are the only ice cream place in a 10 mile radius they still aim to please with no competition around to speak of!! Very impressed!

Ike's not only has an amazing ice cream selection with generous scoops, but also one of the beat burgers around!! We called our order in and picked it up! The customer service was also outstanding! Ike's is a hidden gem and when we return to Crystal Lake we will be back!

We had two double cheeseburgers, cheese fries and a malt for under twenty bucks. Good enough for my husband. Mine was cold with an old bun. I'd go back and try it again and get the ice cream. That looked good and very popular.

Decent ice cream shop where the food is good too. The food menu is basic but they have a fair variety of ice creams. The dining tables could stand to use some more attention, they have been dirty each time we've gone to visit. The interior needs a facelift, pretty bland and uninviting. Overall it's a decent shop, one of the highlights of downtown Crystal, which is in need of some major investment and renovation.

Great ice cream, wonderful selection and best of all, fast service! I'd highly recommend this place and it's walking distance from the beach!
