The food was good, hot, and delicious. That's the one and only good thing. The employees were horse playing and using fowl language. One of the female employees was making out with another employee. In front of all the customers including young children. The pizzas kept getting taking by other customers. People were waiting for a long time for their food. This place needs a lot of help!

To be honest, my wife is a Pizza lover, for years, I refused eating from Dominos and Pizza Hut, I just couldn’t stand Pizza, we are driving back today from Miami, my wife said that her mom, who is also a pizza lover, bragged about a pizza place , wife literally begged me to go, finally I agreed, I was super happy they had wings lol, however wife and I ordered, by the way, service was amazing, shocker I know, apparently everyone is in a bad mood in other places, well apparently not in this place, short story, I tried the Pizza, definitely the best I have had, I am still not a pizza lover, but I finally found a place I can take my wife to eat pizza in and also eat a few slices with her.

Went I today at 2:30 only one other table there. Took 20 minutes to get 2 orders of wings. When they came out they were Luke warm and we were missing 2 of our sauce cups.

I was there just last week. A van parked in front just before my group got there. It was a very large order for a school football team I think. I was amazed at how efficient the staff handled the flood of a large group as well as my small group. The food was prompt as could be and very yummy! I will definitely visit this place on my next trip to Naples for sure.

The food is good 👍 😋 👌 BUT THE SERVICE NEEDS A LOT TO BE DESIRED. They call some customer names to come pickup their food at the counter and others get their food served at their table. We were a party of 6 ordered 🧀 cheesey bread 🍞 and 2 large pizza 🍕 pies asked for a pizza cutter or server because the pizza was Sizzling hot couldn't pickup with hands . We were told they didn't have any . Never go back there AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

I had this for my birthday I'm happy they have chicken wings and pizza there. it's very good indeed and I would recommend it if want two things.

It was a great experience, very family friendly I went with my girl and had great food and awesome service from Adam. He was very professional and kind. I will definitely be returning.

So this is a pizza place that’s on my way home and the last time I went there was a couple of months ago and I haven’t been back and thought I would give it another chance. the last time I was there I sat there i waited and waited and waited for my pizza and finally I got up and went to the counter and they had it all the time and it was sitting in one of those delivery boxes no one marked that I was waiting for it. Today I went back and said OK I’m gonna give it another try and the same darn thing happened. I’m sitting there waiting for my pizza and then all of a sudden someone notices looks at me takes it out of that container.

Friendly and quick service, good for a larger group. I love their garlic knots. Great variety of pizza and toppings

They don't let a puppy come in to eat, it's me who would eat, not the puppy, the puppy is waiting on the floor, not sitting at the table.

I don’t like giving negative reviews and I only gave two stars because I feel bad giving one. I’ve lived in North Naples for 30 years and IlPrimo is next to the Publix we go to. The pizza was pretty good up until about 6-8 years ago and since then it’s been horrible to be honest. There is nothing Italian about it. It’s under cooked and super doughy. Way overpriced for what it is. Honestly I have no idea how they’re still in business. Maybe the wings are good. Over the past 6 years I’ve tried them maybe 5 times and every time I’ve regretted it and said “never again “ but did it because of convenience. This was the last time. I’d rather eat a digourno. Staff doesn’t want to be there either. Sorry guys but definitely not “the best”. So far from it. Maybe set the ovens for 50% longer or something. Ingredients are good but construction and process is horrible.

Love me some IL Primos. I hail from the West Coast so naturally I gravitate towards a non flat crust pizza. This place is super cheap too which helps. Atmosphere is okay if you have kids. No kids, get it to go or delivery.

We got carry out. Large cheese pizza for $12, picked up in 20 min. Pie was excellent for 12 bucks. Friendly staff and the dining room looked neat and clean.

Wife and I went in for pizza and wings. After when we got our wings the sauce was ice cold. There was it an English speaking employee at the time and after telling them in Spanish a man named Kevin T arrived. He explained that they had to keep the sauce in the cooler to keep it goofs and that he didn’t have anyway to serve it hot. He made several excuses as to why it had to be cold be assured us the wings were cooked. The wings were definitely warm but were tossed in ice cold sauce. And Kevin T thinks this is an acceptable way to serve chicken wings.

The pizza was good, but not all the pieces had extra cheese on them. Also, apparently due to inflation, they raised the price of fried mushrooms, so I didn't get them. What's sad is you only get a handful anyway.

Pizza is actually pretty good. Get double bacon.

Pizza is good. Wings gery good. Staff friendly. Very clean. Haven't gone in awhile, forgot how good it is. Going back soon.

Salads came w prepackaged dressing & croutons...

My 5th time here,always out of salads. I always have to go buy my salad at Publix.

Phew where do I start (firstly, I don’t hand out 5 stars) My kids and I are at il primos every Wednesday for kids night (kids make their own pizza for $5). As many families have traditions, I’ll Primos has been one to help us establish one of our own. An extremely kid friendly restaurant, the staff is always friendly and willing. Sign up for their points so you can start redeeming. After 100 points you get $10 off. The food is done fast so if your kids are making the pizza once you turn in the pizza then you order your wings or food. My go tos: Any pizza Buffalo chicken wings (crispy) Hot wings (crispy) Steve the manager is always friendly, has tenure here and seems to run a great team. Hands down, the most comfortable dining setting to my family that their is.

Our company brought this in for us today ..never had it before ..the crust was saturated with grease. Mine went in the garbage ..couldnt make myself eat it

Worst service ever!!!!! After ordering through Door Dash, which I’ve done tons of times, my order was canceled…after 40 minutes!!! I called to inquire only to be told tbat they have no relationship with Door Dash. Ok. So why are you listed then? The 15 yr old girl didn’t know. Then she said the door dasher has to order. What?!?! I thought you didn’t have a relationship?? I was then told that I have to order an hour before closing. Absolutely horrendous customer service!!! I will NEVER order from there again!! No apology. Just excuses and cutting me off while trying to calmly explain the situation and get understanding.

Please offer more wing flavors. Lemon pepper, mango habanero or garlic parmesan would be fire.

Come here often for lunch. Never really too busy. Pizza is always hot and delicious. Can't get a great signal so you may need to use their wifi. Definitely recommend. Enjoy!

Customer service was atrocious !! I ordered a large pepperoni with 30 chicken wings. I got the pizza drenched in grease on top no joke ! I got 10 wings first that were obviously old because were reheated and dry and the other 20 wings came out 30 min later !! Completely disappointed with the terrible service this location has. The Golden Gate pkwy one is 100% better in evert way possible !

Amazingly empty on a Saturday night, which was concerning. But the pizza was really good, with fresh, identifiable ingredients.

Kids eat for five every Wednesday, they made their personal pizza, a cookie and small drink. The wings are awesome! Juicy inside and crunchy outside, with the sauce of your choice. Now let’s talk about pizza: the Il primo special pizza has all the flavors and a lot of cheese! Definitely a good place, good food, good price and good service.

IL Primo is a wonderful go-to for good pizza, hot and fresh out of the oven! The pizza is scrumptious with a thicker crust and a good balance of sauce and cheese. If I'm in a pinch with dinner, I know IL Primo has my back!

Salad was "old" my husband couldn't finish it.

Food is great person that answered phone is rude and has no customer service skills. When called back after she hung up worker was very condescending.

Best wings for sure! Pizza is great too! Did take out even though the restaurant is open and large dining area to social distance. Staff was wonderful. Great for quick lunch, salads are fresh or family dinners. Prices are reasonable.

Large dining room. Everytime I have been there's at least one TV playing a movie for the kids. Rest are usually sports. People love their wings.The pizza is decent... if you love cheese then this is the place for you. We get half cheese which makes it a normal amount. You order at the counter and pick up there when it's ready. Self serve drinks.

An excellent stop for wings and pizza plus all the other apps like fried mushrooms, zucchini strips, mozzarella stix and even French fries! Great staff and fun family or not atmosphere! One of my favs!

Even though the chicken wings are tiny, my kids and I love their flavor. Our favorite pizza is Hawaiian Pizza here.

Prices are up and pizza is getting smaller. Large pizza is about the size of a medium ??? Not like what they used to be. Lacks Quality Control standards.

This place has really really good wings they where very surprising. The wings where very crispy and juicy very delicious lol. The boneless wings are also amazing. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is the pizza wasn't the best and kinda turned me off

Let me start by saying I am a veteran when it comes to pizza and wings so I take my review seriously. The pizza had a sweet sauce it was tasty. Cheese was fresh and plenty of it. The crust of the pizza was a bit doughy(maybe if cooked well done it would crisp it up) but none the less it was fresh tasty dough and the pizza was all around good. Not the best pizza ever but by no means is this a bad pizza especially for the price you pay. It exceeded my expectations. For the wings I pulled a veteran move having ordered them dry, well done, & SOS(sauce on side). The wings were VERY GOOD. I went with the intimidating SUICIDE SAUCE and blue cheese. The blue cheese was slacking! Meaning it was thin with no chunks of blue cheese. I expect a good house made chunky blue cheese and it would compliment the wings so much better. The SUICIDE SAUCE as intimidating as it sounds was hardly spicy and very thin. My guess they took the normal hot sauce and put Tabasco in it to kick up the heat. It does not live up to its name. I bet all the wings sauces are slacking. My advice to il primos would be to *make* a more quality hot sauce and blue cheese. This would more then likely make you the top restaurant in town for wings.

Your pizza is wonderful, delicious and always served hot. Your staff are kind and welcoming every time we come in. Thank you so much for everything you do for NTRC and then amazing pizza.

Christian Alexander is the best! Great and smiley services. Brought out food warm and hot. Area was clean and all condiments were full. Couldn't ask for better place for my family of 5. Will definitely keep coming back.
