Best damn garage in the area. Great and friendly guys working there they don't charge an arm and a leg. And they do excellent work.

The selection is great. Buffet, all you want and need. Not sure, take a bite, know you like it, eat more. I always love the shrimp with cocktail sause.

We ate here a few weeks ago and loved it. Although it is awesome here, we had called Imperial on Saturday to see if they would be open on Memorial Day. They said they would be. We drove 1 1/2 hours to eat there today and they were closed. It was such a disappointment .

IMPERIAL IS LOVE, IMPERIAL IS LIFE. I’ve been away for several years, and frequently think back to this delightful place. I moved away after high school, not joining the majority of my classmates career ambitions of kicking rocks & getting pregnant, and moved to the big city. Several of them. In each new place I called home, I was introduced to new Chinese buffets, and tried each and every one of them in hopes of reliving the experience this one gave me hundreds of times in my childhood. Eating here used to be a ritual with my friends, and those memories only filled me with happiness and nostalgia. Dozens of Chinese buffets, and most much more expensive than this one, ranging from ME to DC to VA to FL…and not a single one even came close. For the past several years, despite immensive success in life - getting married, graduating college, starting my career, getting dogs, etc…I still felt a sense of emptiness. The sort of emptiness that’s hard to fill, with love, company, money, or knowledge. I returned here tonight while I was in town visiting family, and wasn’t filled with any of those other things, but the one thing that is triumphed by no other joy of life….5lbs of buttered shrimp seafood blend, 3 cups of coconut chicken, 7 mozzarella sticks, 3 pork dumplings, a couple spoonfuls of Mac and cheese, 3 stuffed mushrooms, 7 pieces of misc sushi, a cup of spare ribs, 2 crab rangoons, and 2 meatball with shrimp thingys…all for $12.50 & a generous tip. Truly euphoric. I’m not even sure after 7 years that a single dish changed location, or that they changed anything on their menu whatsoever. Thank god, I’d be disappointed if it had. This place never disappoints. If I didn’t find the woman of my dreams I’d marry the coconut chicken here. Thank you for giving my life purpose again 🙏

A good chinese food buffet in Claremont that serves a variety (usually 12 or more) of chinese mains, plenty of sides, a good salad bar, and has a sushi bar (haven't tried it). The place is kid friendly, and the atmosphere is friendly and calm.

The service was friendly but the food was just OK and kind of expensive for buffet.

Great buffet, very large assortment of favorites and quite a few surprises like roast beef, roast pork, and even steamed clams. Fantastic service.

The food at the buffet wasn't bad so I ordered a to go order the next day and they charged me 30 dollars for a meal and side of Rangoon and the meal was horrible and they somehow messed up fried rice. While eating at buffet the server just sat by and watched us like hawks eating to where it was very uncomfortable , so we left.

Great food fresh and hot...service was pleasant...the atmosphere was a bit loud but since it was Easter Sunday and busy it's to be expected.

Worst food I have ever had. Steamed clams were like chewing on rubber. Boiled shrimp didn't have any kind of spice on them. A lot of the food was bland and the bacon tasted spoiled. Will not be going back.

I have always enjoyed eating at Imperial. The food is good and well made. I have never had a bad meal.

I think the salmon gave my friend food poisoning. And the "desserts" were dryer than the Sahara desert, please stop serving those monstrosities.

Food is usually cold and dry best time to go is when it first opens when food is fresh and hot

I went last week for the first time in years. I was honestly scared when someone suggested meeting there, because the last time I'd been there it was dirty and the food that looked safest was not great. However, this time I went and it was clean and the food was good. Glad I gave it another shot.

Don't poo-poo a buffet, as this is FAR better than most, and I"ve spent 40 years in Foodservice. Good value for what you get, and the service is decent. Great bang for the buck.

The people are attentive. But this place is a bust down. I think there’s better ways to harm yourself with guilty pleasures. This place is so beat up why would we think they’d have quality cooking conditions in the back or quality ingredients. I didn’t even take pictures cause I was embarrassed I went and ate ! All the flavors are off They have 16 styles of alleged chicken but it’s giving possum meat, it’s no way that odd meat is chicken ! I feel so bad for the elderly they was loving it God bless them. I pray someone opens a better establishment with real meat and real cleanliness for local elderly to enjoy. People who eat here DO NOT care about themselves their health or their future .

Went about 2 on Sunday. Many of the chicken items were dried out (coconut, honey, onion chicken all very dry). Food not as expected from previous visits.

I haven't eaten here in over a decade. I'm glad I returned with three others. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Each person was $12.50 and soft drinks had free refills. Everyone loved the food. I had crab Rangoon, broccoli salad, green beans, spring roll, egg drop soup, and small dessert cakes. It was delicious! The place started to fill up about 11:30, so we were glad to arrive at 11. Maybe we'll try takeout. We will be back.

This place was HORRIBLE! The waitress ask what my daughter wanted to drink and we requested water and she brought her Chocolate milk. Biggest problem was that every single food that I grabbed from the buffet was cold. I will never take my family here again. Also, on top of everything else my daughter threw up 3 miles down the road afterwards.

Buffets are hard to come by these days, especially consistent quality, hot food and lots of choices! We love this local buffet and you will too!!

Above average Chinese buffet where the service was polite and prompt and the food was surprisingly good for a buffet.

Food was really good. I did pick up because I had to be somewhere and the front counter lady was very friendly I asked her for duck sauce and sweet and sour sauce and she made sure I had it.. definitely recommend. Also the Crab Rangoon soooo good.. Chicken fingers where soft and not hard to eat and egg rolls where so f n good I didn't need sauce with them

This place is INSANE! We come here every year for Christmas, and it's PACKED! The food is bountiful - the steaming buffets seem to go on for miles. This place is sooo much fun. My best friend joins us, and he's disgusting... You can literally watch him expand and strain his buttons as he's eating. For those of you who are more health concious (like me) here's what I'd suggest: first eat lots of garden salad and fruit. It's DELICIOUS and there's everything you want in a salad. Then have a big bowl of soup. Then have a dish of the jello. Drink lots of water! By now, you're starting to feel really full. At this point, it's time to dive into the delicious fried goodies... the sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, Gen Tau's Chicken, and all the other delicious stuff that glistens. Since you're already full, you wont be able to eat too much of the unhealthy stuff. But you'll still eat until it hurts, because lets face it, we all do. Just when you think you're about to violently explode all over your booth, you remember that they've got these awesome vats of all-you-can-eat ice cream on the far wall. So you limp yourself to the freezer and grab two bowls of ice cream, of various flavors. And since the fudge brownies are next to the ice cream, you naturally put one on each ice cream. You go back to your table and keep gupling until you are weeping from the pain. Loosening your belt helps, but only modestly. So you pop the button on your jeans and take a deep breath before swallowing those last deserts. After paying the bill (and the prices are GREAT by the way), you stand up and look for the mints on the way out. Truly, this place is a gem. We only go on Christmas (and sometimes on New Years) because our whole family lacks any self-control, but its always a great time. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!

Dj for the “Dance club” is stuck in their own vision on what the club should listen too. Don’t recommend unless you were born in the 80’s . Says he takes song requests but it’s all a sham .

Always friendly with really good food. I don't eat much anymore, so getting the buffet to go (by the lb) is super cost effective. They're cream Rangoons are amazing!

Service and food has definitely gone down hill big time..even went at 1115 close to opening in hopes to have hot food as I do expect it to be cold at 2 in the afternoon but it didn't matter..atleast it was only 12 bux for all you can eat..only had a couple things that I actually liked tho and some food was raw

Always enjoy coming here for a one on one with a family member or a night out with friends. Tony is absolutely supportive of his patrons and definitely supports their dreams and right to a night on the town.

The waitress an host was very rude . Wasnt feeling well . Ask for a doggie bag. After i sat down they accuse me of going up 4 or 5 times . What i hadn't went to the bathroom a few times . They Wanted to charge me more for my food 8 follars a pound. wasnt even started on my second plate. One i was surprised how rudy i was treated. Went bathroom an everything came back up in the toilet. Im not the type to leave bad reviews or even saying anything. I just dont return. But i feel everyone should be aware . Wish you all better luck the i. Have a great day.

Eight double sided food lines. Something for everyone. Food at lunch hour was fresh and not overcooked . Lower salt than most. As at all Chinese restaurants avoid shrimp balls -- salad size shrimp within too much dough. Senior discount if mentioned.

This was our first time going to Imperial Buffet. we went on a friend recommended, and they were right. Staff was very friendly, and the food was great. There were plenty of great options to choose from. We will be back agian.

food tasted good some was warm and some was cold which is expected by a buffet but did not expect waitress to repeatedly ask remember to leave a tip and walk by our table staring at our tray would not recommend when spending over 20 dollars for a buffet and one drink ONE STAR

Food was OK but nothing to rave about. But... I was not empressed by the waitress. At the end meal she had her hand out asking for her tip. She wanted to know where was her tip. It's a buffet. She brought me one drink and I did the rest . Tips are gifts for good service. I've never been back and I won't go back. Talking with friends they had the same opinion. Don't go.. Also it was expensive

Nice place to eat in one side. Dance floor, bar and pool table on another side. Kariokie, a bar and three nice pool tables, you rent by the hour. They are only open Wednesday to Saturday

Good selection of food. Clean. Waitress was good and very polite. We had a large party and were accommodated as walk ins at dinner time!

Waitress asked for a tip. I told her the service was good, I just couldn't afford a tip. It became embarrassing for me and I thought it was inappropriate to ask for a tip when you don't know a person's hardships. If I could have afforded it, I would have tipped her.

I used to like going there for the buffet. But a lot has changed in the buffet is no longer available everyday. I think it's just once a week and for one meal I'm not sure but I probably will never go back there again.

I have not eaten inside the restaurant, but their carry-out is always consistent, they never mess up an order, and it's always ready when they tell me it will be, which is all I ask.

Imperial is the best Chinese food around this area!!! They have different types of food to try. All you can eat and good pricing.
