You basically pay the same as McD. But what a difference. At in-N-out you get the freshest quality burgers and fries. No comparison.

Why is everybody so healthy and attractive at In-N-Out, the food is so bad for you and yet every other person in here is a supermodel. Come for burgers and instead I get mogged.

In-n-out is always good, but I really like this place over other places. I’ve been coming here for over 7 years, and I still love this place! I love how the fries are, how fresh the lettuce is, and foods are not too oily/greasy. I recommend it!

So I go here because the burgers and fries are pretty delicious. My son really enjoys this place and I gotta admit I like their shakes as well. But here’s a cool story. I left my phone there one night while getting takeout, and I got home which is about 15 minutes away apparently one of the staff saw it and held onto it for me. When I went back, they graciously asked me to describe it and what was on the screensaver once I did, they handed me over the phone. I like the fact that they were honest, didn’t let anyone steal the phone. They were also paying very close attention to the customer area that they actually saw me leave it there like a dummy. I tried to give them a reward, but they wouldn’t accept it, first class staff great restaurant.

Always busy full of nice people and professional staff! Service is relevantly quick and staff are welcoming.

In-n-out makes the best hamburgers the best fries the best drinks the best water and the best air and this one has two muh feezin urinals in the men’s baños.

I made a mistake with my order. I told the guy at the pay window and we still received our food 20 seconds later without any mistakes. Everyone was so friendly! Food is always superb.

I'm not sure this post will inform anyone on something they don't know already. In-N-Out is the best all-around burger you can get. I'm not just talking about the burgers but the people who work there. If, for whatever reason, you have not tried In-N-Out, do it!

Honestly, how does McDonalds stay in business in California with In and Out existing. The burgers are well balanced with a great crunch of fresh vegetables, ripe tomatoes, and onions which can be ordered raw or grilled. I have ate here twice and was overwhelmed by the flavor and experience. The staff seem well trained, chipper, and efficient. I have a gluten sensitivity and the burgers can be ordered as a lettuce wrap. I have tried the buns as well and was pleasantly surprised that It didn’t bother me that much, I take this as a sign that they are using well sourced, fresh ingredients. I am an east coaster and converted In-an-out-er. I thought it may have been overblown but instead I was blown away!

Usually a good location, been here a lot of times and almost always gets the order right but most recently I went through the drive through and my animal style fries were super undercooked, basically mush. Really disappointed and concerned that it made its way to me.

This location is always amazing, fast and efficient.

I really like their burgers but really hate to be there during rush hours. You can't see the end of the line.

The staff are all very friendly and make you feel at ease. As I entered the store, a store employee who happened to be nearby noticed that I was pushing a wheelchair and opened the door for me. They even cared about where we were going to eat!

In n out is superior to most burger joints especially for the price. The employees are always happy, the restaurant is well lit and I love the simple menu. Animal style cheeseburger protein style is the way to go - fresh lettuce that’s a nice contrast to the pattie. Speaking of employees, Billy/Bob (sorry I forgot) loves in n out and even offers recommendation - order a whole onion grilled (it’s just an entire cross section) and eat a ring with two fries. 🍟 🧅 I don’t even love onions and this was delicious. It also makes the fries better which are definitely bottom of the ranking for fast food fries. (Also don’t get fries well done - definitely too hard/dry.)

Clean restaurant that serves excellent burgers 🍔. Staff are also very friendly and welcoming as well.

Who doesn't like In N Out burgers? There's nothing to say about the burgers. Always good. Having more beverage and low calorie beverage options would be a plus. But the burgers are perfect.

Have eaten here MANY times and have never had a bad meal. Food is always fresh and cooked perfectly. Service is always fast and friendly. Atmosphere, well this place is always packed so ambiance - not so much - what do you expect it's a burger joint. Again, very good food.

After suffering through corporate retreat food I snuck away for a 3x3. So amazing! It brought happiness to my day and envy from all those who stayed behind.

Ordered flying Dutchman with peppers and sauce on the side. They didn't even put onions on it or give me my peppers or sauce. And that cost 5 and a half bucks for just patties and cheese. I want a refund.

I've tried In-n-out so many times to try and understand the hype. Every time I've gone, the burgers are okay, and the fries are stale and cold. I don't understand California...

I have been coming to this In N Out for many years, and it is always delicious. I'm really impressed that In N Out has maintained their quality without huge price hikes like all of the other burger choices in the area.

I love this place. 4x4 protein style is my go to at least 3 times a week.

Fasted in and out, I was there and served in 10 minutes.

This one is super busy but they are pretty quick. Been there twice and food was wrong but they fixed it so fast and even gave it to me on the house.i would have gladly paid. Customer service is excellent they definitely aim to please there.

great smiles especially the server named EMILY who made my day with her superb service. She helped me with the UPlemon flavor I didn't know how to do and she was so warm and nice. Hope all servers are like that ❤️

The burgers are great. I think its the buns that make them so good plus the burger sauce. Personally I wouldnt wait in those long lines but if someone else will, I'll gladly enjoy the burger they bring home !

Ordered the protein style burger and fries. Great service bad food. 1) Meat very thin and tasteless. It was hard to tell it was a double meat, but was two thin pieces stuck together. 2) Lettuce not fresh and soft. Previously the burger was tasty and the lettuce wrap crunchy and fresh. Took a picture before I threw 1/3 in the trash. * I ate it 20 mins after ordering...fries we're okay. Can you you better next time in/out? Thanks
