Quick service, tasty Chinese food!

Been here for years!! Most of the time the quality is the same. Sushi is excellent!! Get the Beef and Broccoli. Wish there was a bigger menu or seasonal changes

With all the options of food in my area sometime you overlook some real gems, this is one of them. Had great in and out expierence with some really good food. Things I would like to say about Iron Chef.. Clean, promt friendly service and excellent food.

Small restaurant with very busy take out business. On a week night, we were seated right away. Central sushi bar. Our server was one of the most attentive and observant we've ever had. Delicious food.

A really enjoyable experience! Its not the biggest inside, kind of cozy! But you are in for a nice treat as soon as you step in the door. If you are here for takeout or here to sit down you will have a good experience. The menu has a great selection so almost anyone will be able to find something they like. Once you order the waiter will bring over a plate with a neat hand drawn fugu (Puffer fish)! Things only get better from here especially if you order an appetizer. The crab rangoons are awesome! These are not frozen or department store ones that they just warm up. They taste hand made with delicious filling you wont find anywhere! They have special treat for you after the meal. They take a nice juicy orange and halve it. Then they quarter the insides and sort of take the top off and make it into a bowl. This leaves you with four easy to eat & nicely presented juicy orange pieces after your meal. The staff here are great, genuine smiles, polite, attentive without being a pain. Its a great experience and meal from the time you walk in until the time you leave!

The General Tso and Crab Rangoon are amazing!!

One of the better Asian restaurants around the area. They are nice folks but I do miss seeing Michael, the prior owner. Thank you for the great food.

Intimate restaurant with very attractive staff. Large menu with lots of variety and tasty options. Interesting that the meal combinations are only for take out. Good food but a bit pricey for the size of the plate. Definitely plan on returning and trying some other choices.

Love this small restaurant in longmeadow. The food is good (I usually have sushi here) and the local staff is great. All the times I’ve been here the service is very speedy and food is prepared quickly. Recommend to anyone needing a quick quality bite.

We found it in Longmeadow--a mere 5 miles or so from our home: Iron Chef Asian Cuisine. It's just a humble little place in a strip center, but the service is excellent, the food, surprisingly delicious, and NO CANOLA oil for even the deep frying.

My go to there is double tuna party and house special duck.

This restaurant is fantastic and has such delicious food. Even under the new ownership, the atmosphere and cuisine are top notch. It is my favorite local Asian restaurant.

The sushi here is very good. They brought me a water while I was waiting for my to-go order and I thought it was really nice.

This was my first visit. Ordered takeout on a weeknight. They were very fast...10 min. Pad Thai wasn’t very good. General Tso’s chicken was tasty but not incredible. Will probably try again and stick with Chinese dishes.

We love the food especially the hot and sour soup. Having lived and eaten our way through many Asian countries, we know the real deal. We asked them not to add sugar to their dishes and the food was perfect.

My favorite place to get Chinese takeout in the area! Solid flavors, solid food. Skip the other options and come here!

Probably the best Chinese food in the general area (Springfield, West Springfield, Chicopee, Holyoke, Ludlow, Longmeadow, East Longmeadow. Etc Etc Etc.) They have a lot of dishes you do not see at other places, if you go here order the pea pod shoots (hard to find these unless you go to China town) some other dishes I recommend would be the Peking duck, the Chicken and Broccoli, the Mushroom Wonder, and the steamed fish with ginger and scallions. Everything I have tried here has been good, but I think these dishes stand out. My only real complaint with this place is it is very small, and it does bot take aclot to fill this place up, and it is just so tightly packed it feels like the guy at the table next to you is at your table joining you for dinner and you are nearley rubbing elbows with him ( which I do not care for) but other then that the food is very good.

The rolls were on the small side for my wife but the pieces in the sashimi deluxe dinner were good size and delicious.

I have been craving scallion pancakes and have even tried making them, but they are not the easiest dish to make, and done right they are fabulous. So we ordered some as an appetizer, and these have to be the best I have had yet. They deliver a complimentary orange and those little fortune cookies, and then the meal is complete. Food is very good as is the service. The location is good as is the parking. The chef and all the people work hard and do a very good job

I have not been back to Iron Chef since Michael sold it to some of his staff. The food is still very good. I understand that they kept the same chefs. We had a luncheon special of shrimp with vegetables and all of us enjoyed it. The service was fast. Unfortunately because it is small the noise level is high. Because of that we frequently order take-out to eat in the quiet of our home.

We go multiple times per month to do takeout or join them for dinner. The staff is friendly and the food is always fresh.

DELICIOUS!!! Iron Chef is located in a small plaza with ample parking. It's a cute little place that makes you feel cozy with its dimmer lighting and warm atmosphere. The waiter was quick to greet us and bring some ice water for both of us. The menu has a good selection of food to choose from. We ordered four rolls: Fancy Spicy Tuna Roll: Chopped tuna mixed with caviar topped with crunchy mix Valentine Roll: Salmon, crabmeat and avacado roll top with tuna Philadelphia Roll: Cream Cheese and Salmon Shrimp Tempura Roll: Crispy shrimp with avocado and cucumber All the rolls were fresh and tasted great. I absolutely LOVED the Valentine Roll. The flavors packed into it were so good! They also give you a cute little orange cut up into little pieces for a nice refreshing finish. I will definitely be back here. 👌🏻

Has been a neighborhood staple for years with several competing restaurants nearby. This one beats the competition for quality and selection. Small venue but adequate to accomodate us most every time. Good value, too

We go to Iron Chef at least three times a month. They know both couples. If one shows up without the other , they where are your friends? The food is always good and served up quickly. The owners know us and always stop by to greet us. The prices are very fair. If you have a special request they are very Quick to cook it. It’s our go to place when we don’t feel like cooking.

It was great under Michael, slipped a bit, and now better. I call my order in on my way home & always prompt & good.

All & all - the best when it come to sushi and atmosphere. Really like people working there; it's like I am in china (come during lunch and you will see what I am referring to). At the same time, it would nice to expand beer selection. How about Jigsaw Jazz by Fort Hill Brewery? I do not really like the Sapporo one.

I believe there are new owners. Cost has increased and quality gone down. Food doesn't taste as it once did. Disappointed in the change in what once was one of the best places around.

Everything on the menu is a la carte. Therefore a dinner for four becomes very expensive. The food is a little above average but not worth the price. The serving sizes are just ok.

We are new to the area, looked online for Thai food and saw good reviews. We were going to do takeout but then decided to eat there.

We always head for the Iron Chef when in Enfield. The have great sushi and also delicious Chinese dishes. The wine menu is small but very reasonable.

I’m giving this rating in the basis of Iron Chef vs every Chinese food restaurant I’ve been to in my memory. A true critic may feel different, but as a regular joe I think this is about as good as Chinese food gets around here. It’s delicious, decent prices, and they cooked my family’s dinner in about 10 minutes when I placed a phone order. No complaints. Quaint little location. Don’t expect to bring a large party here.

Small area for dine in but the food is excellent!

Have gotten takeout from here a couple of times. Fried rice is so-so, wonton soup is average at best, and the portions are somewhat small. $7.50 for four pieces of teriyaki beef and they are skinny pieces that don't have a lot of meat on them. Flavor of the teriyaki is OK. I prefer Li's Brothers across the street... better flavor and better value for the portion size. The only thing that this place has going for it is the chicken satay, but even those are tiny pieces of chicken with a good-sized tub of peanut sauce.

stopped in for a new sushi place (for us) after a soccer match - it was worth the stop! sushi and sashimi are delicious and have other items (Chinese and Japanese) for those who don't want sushi. it is a small little place - but you can get take-out if packed!

I was introduced to Iron Chef many years ago, I’ve been going for nearly a decade. I have since introduced many others and I’ve yet to meet someone that doesn’t enjoy it as much. The restaurant is small and the wait staff does their best to move tables quickly — food arrives hot. Vegetables and fish are very fresh. I enjoy their sushi, Malaysian eggplant, vegetable fried rice.. my family loves their beef and broccoli, crab rangoon, egg rolls, etc. Anything we’ve tried, we’ve liked. After your meal, fresh cut fruits are served with fortune cookies. If you prefer take-out, the food is just as enjoyable. Great portions.

A good restaurant overall. Has limited seating, so, finding seats over the weekend could sometimes be an issue. The food is very well prepared and authentic in taste. We ordered bean curd and chicken satay, both of which were amazing! Chicken satay is a must try. For desserts they have just 4 options. We wanted to try fried bananas which they did not have!! So, we tried ginger ice cream which was fine. Overall, a restaurant worth going to if you are craving Chinese/ Japanese cuisine! And yes, don't miss the Sapporo beer!!

My family frequents this small but great local restaurant offering Chinese and Japanese food. My family loves their large sushi platter, and my son loves their pork fried rice too. Great choices for a yummy dinner out.

This small restaurant has some very big flavorful selections. It is always crowded due to its diminutive size, but has some very nice food. Takeout is a big part of their business with a small sushi bar. Very tasty!

We were sad Hukelau was gone but Iron Chef has proven to be great food for your money ! The food is hot and very tasty! The crab Rangoon is as good as crab yummy!

I don't think the fishes used in sushi were fresh. The sushi rolls were wrapped in soy paper instead of seaweed - a big disappointment. Expensive for what we got. It was not a good experience. I expected finer food for the price.

This restaurant always has quality sushi, weekly specials and a friendly staff, I've been eating here for over 10 years and they have never disappointed. I currently travel half an hour to eat here and it's always worth it!

Dine-in or take-out are equally good options here. Good asian and sushi menu, good service (they know and remember your name), well priced, and most importantly - fast. One of my favorite places in Longmeadow for a solo lunch or get-together with friends.

Fish is high quality, atmosphere is ambient, service is good. The designer maki is very good and you can customize your rolls if you like. This is my favorite sushi place in this area.
