My pasta was horrible and dry, it is also spoiled and I tried to call to return it but they were already and closed today, Sunday as well. They also weren't very friendly; staff just stared. I'll be keeping this pasta until Mondayti return. Since then last time I've gone it seems to have taken a turn for the worst .

since its changed hands the food is terrible. ive tried to go several times lately with same result.... greasy pizza that gets heated in their microwave because the ovens messed up. so dissapointed used to be a good place.

Isabella's is our favorite pizza joint in Memphis. It's a family owned business, so that's big. The staff are all awesome and very kind, especially when it comes to making everyone feel welcome. Plus, the food is DELICIOUS

The cheese they use is really salty. It seems more like american than mozzarella. There was a hint of sauce on the pizza so the cook did add sauce technically but it was so little that there might as well have been no sauce at all. I'm not exaggerating. I've never seen anything like that. One time at a different restaurant they forgot the sauce but never have I seen a pizza that was sauced but still had no sauce. It was so weird. The pepperoni is tasteless. For the price, the ingredients should be better. $28 for a 16 inch after tax. They are using those little fake meat pellets like all the fast food pizza chains do. They went very light on the toppings. No, I'm not being cheap. Other restaurants are charging similar prices and actually putting enough peppers and onions on the pizza so that my mouth can register the flavor. The pizza tasted like a salt lick. I ended up making my own marinara to dip the pizza in. It was the only way I could finish it.

Awesome pizza! I had the bacon, chicken, and alfredo, and it was amazing. The crust was crispy, not hard or crunchy. The service was impeccable with friendly charm and eagerness to help. Everyone is super friendly. Even to sit and eat it was entertaining to watch and listen. Great experience. Great pizza. And an awesome staff. 👌

This little hole in the wall is a piece of Italy that I miss and love. Recipes passed down for 25 years to give a taste of home. From the home made red sauces and canoli's my Nona would be proud of. I will come here over any other Italian place in memphis if I can. And to top it off, pizza recipes that are the same as the pizzas I had in new York! I thank the people here for treating me with kindess and respect. So long as I live in memphis, I will come here for home tasting Italian meals!

Great food. Some of the better pizza I've had in Tennessee calazones are great, along with canolis. Prices are good too. They also have lunch specials which is a great deal

Everything i have tasted is exceptional in the flavor category. Was surprised to learn that the healthier options are just as delicious. I cant get a better salad, more stacked with FRESH garden variety veggies, anywhere else that i know of in Memphis. Pizza is fire- authentic, NY hand tossed with delicious crust. Chicken Alfredo & steak subs are my favorite outside of pizza n salad. Staff is genuinely friendly, cares about your experience & the environment is clean!

Stuffed Vegetarian pizza is the BEST pizza I've ever tasted. There's a delicius butter garlic brushed on the top of the soft, tasty dough. All the vegtables were super fresh. The marinara sauce is the icing on the cake. Will definitely be back!!! Tooo good

First, the food is amazing, true New York style slices. One of my sons literally, actually teared up when he bit into his because it was so delicious. Second, the service was great, everyone was friendly, but Maria specifically went above and beyond to take care of us. I cannot recommend them enough!

There is no sauce on this pizza? I want to warn others who pay for this and expect the same quality as other New York style pizza places around town. We thought they intentionally put no sauce on our two pizzas because maybe they had mixed up our order with someone who ordered pizza with…no sauce? But there is just enough of what appears to be sauce on the edges to trick you until you start eating it lol. It’s like they used a single drop of sauce on each pizza and spread it out to only poking out near the crust on a few pieces, but no sauce to be seen or tasted on the actual majority of the pizza anywhere. We actually peeled back the cheese to make sure we weren’t imagining the lack of sauce and it is basically just cheese bread and pepperoni cheese bread. Weird, not worth the money whatsoever.

I love their food here. I've been coming here for pizza for YEARS but just recently started trying their other menu items... WOW the rest of the food is really good too! The Italian Sub is delicious, the meat lasagna is scary good and their salads are so fresh and full. The staff is nice too and it's located in a really safe area.

The pizza is rather thin crust, with a perfect crisp on the bottom. I personally love to get a vegetarian slice and a stuffed slice.

I have eaten at Isabella's for several years, and always enjoy my food. The service is friendly and efficient. I like that they sell pizza by the slice, as well as whole pizzas. The calzones are great too. The service is usually friendly and efficient, but occasionally it could be better. I really enjoy the Greek salad.

I'm giving them 2 stars because the food Didn't taste awful but for what I paid I'm not happy. 1st off you could get a better Italian sub next door at Subway. Literally was like 3 pieces of deli meat slapped on a piece of toasted bread they got from kroger. And it looks like they chopped up a whole tomato on it with the thickness of these tomato slices. My chicken fettuccine tastes like milk I don't know that they even put any cheese into the sauce to make it Alfredo sauce. For $16 it wasn't the worst meal I've ever had but I'm not gonna come back.

We discovered this last year in the midst of the shutdown. It was excellent then and about the same now. Durning the last ear we bought a lot of frozen pizzas - many of which are also excellent. However, we missed out on the 'freshness' (the ingredients for sure, and also the experience). We ordered for pickup an hour or 2 ahead and it was ready exactly on time. This place is popular - you may not find enough tables for eating in. Again, we had the meat lovers pizza (Why change when you discover near-perfection :^)

I love their pizzas and their garlic knots - but their pizza rolls and salads are great too. I’ve been coming here for more than 10 years and it has only gotten better. I highly recommend it!

Pizza was pretty darn good ny style: heavy on the cheese and toppings fairly thin crust. The bruschetta was not good at all, the Greek salad was so so

At least twice a week I eat lunch here, I only get a 30 minute lunch so time is not on my side, isabella's pizza and their employees are kind, well organized, clean, and very quick on getting their orders right and out the door the first time.

First time eating here and everything was awesome. We have salad, BBQ Chicken Pizza, garlic knots, cheesecake… very impressed w the service and food.
