Went here to try out the croissants. I bought the almond and butter croissant. The almond croissant was raw sadly which was surprising. The almond croissant was good though (flaky and soft). Great service, but really a one time thing for me.

Loved this little shop. It is tucked away so you probably would never know about it unless you searched for a pastry shop on google like I did. You have to go through the front door and walk around the corner. The cruffin was phenomenal!

I just tried Jack's for the first time at the Norman Farmer's Market. As a classically trained Pastry Chef, I could tell looking from a distance that all their products would be great! It started with a Pain au Chocolat. It wasn't even warmed up, but it was still so good. I looked up their main location in OKC when I got home. And told my wife we needed to go have lunch. It is a quaint little place, doing incredibly big things! We had the hot Ham and Cheese Croissants. The flavors were perfect! Delicately delicious flaky layers on the outside! The Laminated dough used for their pastries is so perfectly done. I know and can see all the love and labor put into it. (My wife and I used to own and run Waving Wheat Bakery in Norman.) It was all so good, I had to get a couple Butter Croissants to make dinner at home! Paired with some fresh mushrooms I also got at the Farmer's Market, the Croissants were the elevating factor in creating some vegetarian Mushroom Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches. Needless to say, we have spent the day in food bliss! Please keep doing what you're doing!❤🥐

The pastries were good, but not so good I would have it on my “go to” list every time we visited OKC.

It’s Saturday morning and woke up thinking about Jack’s pastries and going swimming, two summer musts. My decision is to take my children or not lol. My whole family enjoys their products, I’m a cookie fan and sourdough fan myself, and Jack’s befriends every child. My wife and daughter love their croissants; my boys are danish fans. After eating there once and listening to how they make their products, all of my kids want a summer job at Jack’s Bakehouse. Aaron and Rhonda are class acts and amazing bakers. I’m waking the kids and heading to the premiere Bakery in OKC.

So… I love croissants. Especially almond croissants. A couple of weeks ago I bought a plain croissant from Jack’s at the Norman Farm Market. It was amazing. Delightfully flaky, not quite Parisian but the closest thing you may get this side of the Atlantic. This morning I got one of their almond croissants - it may be the best I’ve ever had in my 50+ years. If you’re a fan of almond croissants, or delishious pastries in general, go give them a try. Obviously I’m not alone in this sentiment as they’ve got 100+ 5* reviews, and a perfect 5/5 rating. Thanks Aaron and co. for creating some seriously wonderful pastries. And keep bringing those almond flaky crescents to Norman each week!!! 🥐 ❤️😋

These are hands down the best pastries I've had in the OKC metro, ever. Jack's sweet and savory options are like your favorite song playing in your head, only it plays in flavor on your tongue. Even to the point of waking up days later longing to taste another measure of that delicious melody. Do yourself a favor, go get a cruffin, get a croissant, get an almighty almond croissant; you will not be disappointed!!!

Found this bakery on TikTok and decided to try it out. Everything was a 10/10. Best cheese danish ever. Never had a “cruffin” but it was super good. Best cold brew I’ve ever had. 100/10 would recommend!!

Croissants are probably the best in OKC. Worth a visit. I got the peach, caramelized onion, and almond croissant. Each were fantastic! The quality is worth the price!

Found these pastries at the farmers market quite a while ago. So happy they've grown so much and opened this super cute place now! Every pastry I've had from here is phenomenal!!!!

How did OKC get so lucky to land another amazing bakery here in town?! I stopped in here on a Tuesday morning and when you hit the door you are greeted by the sweetest people. They offer sweet and savory pastries! I tried the cream cheese danish, a blueberry scone, and a chocolate ganache cruffin. The danish and the cruffin were both cooked perfectly (crispiness, flakiness, and butteriness were all done flawlessly). To me this was the best Cruffin that I have had in the city/ever! I also really loved the blueberry scone (my wife said it was good as well). I can't wait to go back to try some of the savory options and more pastries.

This is a new to me place. I only recently heard about it but knew I had to go!! These pastries are to die for! The blueberry lemon danish was divine! A must try for all and prices are not bad either. The quality of ingredients combined with the time and attention is great!

While the cruffin and danish were absolutely delicious, the service was not the best. Upon our arrival to the bakery, the young lady at the front did not acknowledge our presence. We stood there waiting for her to take our order as she just stood there. It took around 2 minutes of the awkward standing for me to ask for her to let me know when she was ready for our order. Maybe it was a bad day for her but it did ruin my experience of visiting this bakery.

I knew it was going to be good—I didn’t realize HOW good. The apricot danish is the most delicious pastry I have ever tasted. Loved going in with friends today and trying different sweet and savory danishes and pastries. Can’t wait to go back.

Just WOW. Sort of a hidden gem I think? We found it because we were looking for breakfast in the area and I just randomly clicked on it via Google Maps. And what an amazing find… It’s tucked away on the bottom floor of an office building with a storefront full of the most beautiful pastries you’ve ever seen. The prices are SO reasonable considering how much hard work goes into some of these items. One of the best croissants I’ve had in a long time! But the star of the show was something called a “cruffin” - a delightfully flaky and unique hybrid of a croissant and a muffin, filled with a sweet cranberry orange filling. The people working were so kind and helpful, I would give 10 stars if I could. We are from Tulsa but every time we come to OKC we will try to make a stop here for a treat!

My girlfriend and I visited one morning. It wasn’t busy at all, can be a bit challenging to find as it’s seemingly inside an office type building. The baked good were amazing. Would recommend if in the area looking for a quick and local bakery!

I first saw Jacks Bakehouse on Instagram and their story inspired me to go. I had the absolute best cinnamon roll I have ever had. Most have difficulty getting the outside ring of a cinnamon roll to be as good as the rest... Jacks Bakehouse NAILED it. The ham and cheese croissant and the danishes were also top notch. 100% recommend this local bakehouse!

Stopped in here at open on a Saturday morning. Wasn't too busy, seems like the kind of place you have to already know about to know it's there. All the pastries looked amazing. The quality is definitely there and we've really enjoyed the ones we've tried so far. Service was excellent. We were lucky enough to have Aaron help us and he was incredibly friendly. You can tell this is their passion and it shows in the pastries. I do wish they would add a few super refined donuts to their repertoire--something different from your standard, lighter/fluffier, with unique flavors. But that's only a wish. Great place, get in here while they're still relatively a hidden gem!

This place is a hidden gem! The service is 10/10 and the pastries are awesome too. Don't be afraid to go looking for it inside of the Carnegie Center. It's down the hall and around a corner.

Please, please, please go check this place out. Everything I’ve tried here has been top notch, the couple that owns it are such nice people, their story is inspiring, and I know they want to get the word out. This is the definition of a hidden gem since it’s quite literally hidden in the winding halls of the Carnegie Centre in downtown OKC. It is counter-service only but perfect for the location as a grab-and-go pastry shop. This tops my list of best bakery items in the metro.

Quite literally the best croissants ever! Coming from Cali I missed really good pastries and these are amazing! I go every Saturday morning to the Norman farm market and get my weekend breakfast from them ❤️ sweetest people too! I highly recommend them!!!

Wow this beats all the other croissants in OKC for me!!!! These blew me away, I’ve never sat somewhere and thought oh my god this was so good. The danish had cream cheese, homemade raspberry jam i believe and like a streussel on top and wow it was perfect and not too sweet, the saltiness of cream cheese balanced the pastry. The croissant toast was dunked in a syrup which tasted very good and the jam ofc incredible. It’s very much appreciated when asked if I want a croissant warmed up because it tastes better and the flakiness really shows more when you bite into it. The staff were very friendly as well! I wish they could put a sign outside because it was kinda confusing where to find since the location is inside of a building with other business’s

It was a very special day for my taste buds! I have been super excited for Jack’s Bakehouse to open up in a location so that I can become a regular! Today was the day to start that. When I say this is a place you have to try before you die, I mean it! The people who run this are kind and helpful. The pastries are heavenly and I rarely use that word. The caramel cheese danish I had this morning is one of the best pastries I have ever had and I will always get the near perfect croissants! I highly recommend the cruffins and make sure and get a cinnamon roll croissant! Huge thanks to this great place for showing the passion you have for baking! It definitely shows in taste and visually! Enjoy!
