The food is not good wet and soggy and the delivery driver is the worst he is so rude one of the worst experience I’ve had ordering food ever

Do not order from this store not only is the place dirty but the customer service is so rude the guy is always yelling and cursing at people this is the worst place ever they literally have a rodent problem.

Ordered sweet and sour chicken that came without sauce. Just dry fried chicken nuggets with a side of bland yellow rice. There was duck sauce and soy sauce only in the bag. We also ordered mu shu vegetables which came with egg roll wrappers instead of pancakes. First time ordering and won’t order again from here.

The food and service are excellent, with big portions, and the delivery was quick. It is not at all expensive, well worth the cost. I highly recommend this place.

First time order…it was delivered quickly and In a Saturday evening at that. Ordered cold noodles with sesame sauce, shrimp with lobster sauce; and, sweet and sour chicken. Huge portions! Food was delicious! The price was awesome! I will definitely be ordering from them at least once a week. Highly recommend this establishment!

Food was horrible. I ordered chicken lo mein and the the food nasty . It was more mushrooms and vegetables then chicken and the chicken was different types of chicken( breaded chicken and non breaded chicken. I got there and the guy in the front was literally ignoring me while gobbiling his food and never took my order until the girl came she literally charged me 10 dollars for noodles and chicken. Worst place wouldn’t come here at all anymore. There are better Chinese restaurants near anyways

Best Chinese food in Cliffside Park! I finally got my family ordering from here regularly and we won't be looking back! You can taste the freshness and care and the food is always correct and hot out of the oven and ABUNDANT. I'll never say a bad word about it, this is wonderful.

First time ordering from this place through UberEats. Got a curry beef for $17.99 and a boneless spare rib for $10.99. The curry beef had mostly veggies, like onions, carrots, bell peppers, and green beans, with very little beef. Plus, the curry flavor was really weak, not recommended at all. The boneless spare rib was okay in terms of flavor, not too sweet, but over half of the meat had burnt parts, which made it quite disappointing to eat. Overall, I didn't enjoy either dish. Based on my experience, I wouldn't really recommend this restaurant.

So I used Uber to place an order and placed an order for shrimp with lobster sauce . Usually they come with the option to choose fried rice or white rice . Uber didn’t have the option so I made a note . The restaurant decided to write me a note blaming me for not buying fried rice and asking for it . If they just said sorry can’t do . I would’ve been fine. The shrimp with lobster sauce also tasted like it was heavily watered down . Usually the sauce is so thick you can’t see the contents but , it was so clear , and It had no flavor . Their food is usually decent and I’m so Dissa and mostly annoyed at the way they handled the order

Sweet and sour chicken was inedible coating covered knobby unchewable chicken pieces. It turned me off Wontons in soup were thick and chewy.

I used to like this place ,last time I ordered BBQ spareribs, and it was cold when I got home ,I live less than 5 min away

For many years this was the first place I ordered Chinese food from. I tried a few others, loved some of there items alot more than here but none of them offered all of my favorites or maybe the option to use coupons. I recently started receiving promo texts from Jade Gourmet that looked like they were offering something special to me. No…not a please come back discount or something like that. I just had a link to the higher priced menu than I had in my menu drawer. Tonight, I went to place an order thru the site online. I wrote in a few requests but wasn’t allowed to use the free coupon for a free order of general Tso’s Chicken that the $60 had earned. So I called, asked and was told you can only use it if calling in your order. I placed the order with her, got thrown off when I was corrected about one of my special requests being regular preparation and I neglected to say PLEASE LOSE ALL THE EXTRA VEGGIES you add to my orders of chicken with broccoli and chicken with snow peas. Also forgot to ask fo screaming packets of mustard sauce for the order of lomein and fried rice! I called 21 minutes after we hung up to ask for more mustard packets, she said she sent TWO!! And he already left!!! WHAT??? I was shocked how that much food was made so quickly! She did call the driver to tell him to give me any packets he might have in his car; he had 4, which wasn’t enough but he was sooo nice! I told him 2 packets for all this food?!! I hope they prepared the order correctly! JINX LOL Nope! Chicken with snow peas should be just that. NOT LADEN DOWN with huge slices of ? Celery and I don’t know what else. I gagged when I opened the lid to snap a pic. The chicken with broccoli should be just that; thankfully I think there may be just a small amount of sliced carrots in there. I dislike cooked carrot unless it’s paper thin and soft. These are not. I will have to dissect this item in order to eat it. I called to express my complaint with the added veggies thinking I had made the request when I called in the order. I admitted to only doing it for the online order and asked for a replacement. I was instantly refused. Now I expressed how I have felt for as long as I can remember ordering Chinese food…WHY DO I HAVE TO REMEMBER THAT YOU THROW IN ALL OTHER SORTS OF VEGGIES INTO YOUR FOOD ITEMS. If I would have not have lost my parking spot I would have been in my car to drive the 8ish blocks there to get a ton of mustard packets and dumped off the chicken with MIXED VEGGIES that is wasted money spent. I wish I had someone to give it away to… 20 thumbs down to z jade gourmet for stinging out on mustard & hot sauce packets, overloading on the soy & sweet sauce packets and to miss sometimes nice phone answering person for not being more considerate of her customers error. Bad business practice but I doubt she cares.

horrible experience ordered house special fried rice and only had 4 shrimp . no pork no chicen and very greasy. i called and the lady said sorry nothing she can do . will never order here again

Got the vegetable lo mein noodles. Unfortunately, it lacked flavor, so I had to add my own chili sauce and vinegar once I got home. Reasonably priced and the cashier was very nice.

So sad to have to write a review— the food is absolutely delicious but very rude manager! Very nasty. I ordered food and they made a mistake, we called and explained what happened and said we’d gladly trade what we got for what we wanted. The Manager called (a woman) and was absolutely nasty, cursing and an attitude, cursing in her own language as well. Disgusting! Even said she doesn’t need us as customers. They always expect a tip, please don’t.. it’s a waste of your time and money. Also expect to spend maybe $40-50 at most. Never ordering from here again!

If you order anything with shrimp they are very stingy with the amount of shrimp and the size. I only found several very small shrimp in the entire serving of fried rice. Don't order the fried fish fillets, I got sick from them since they were dry and over cooked and hard to chew. The barbecue spare rib tips were dry and tasted like they were reheated and not freshly made. Never ever order anything that claims to have lobster in it from a Chinese takeout because you will get cheap imitation crab meat and not Lobster. Every time I ask them for plastic utensils,napkins, and extra tartar sauce if I order fried seafood, they give me nothing. Terribly stingy people.

Ordered for delivery. She said it would 30 mins, after an hour of waiting still no food, she explains waiting for driver; meanwhile food is sitting there, any hoot food never arrived. Horrible customer service

I’ve ordered from them twice and both times the food was excellent. The atmosphere rating means nothing because it’s not a sit down restaurant. If you haven’t tried their food you definitely should. The best around !

Ordered on UberEats, came fresh even with a few minutes before closing. I really appreciate that. Also, loved how they respected our notes and requests. It’s been a challenge finding GOOD Chinese food since moving to NJ, but I’m so glad we found them. Will definitely be ordering again! Good, flavorful Chinese food. Not greasy! And very reasonable in price. My husband and I ordered two main entrees, two soups and a large fried rice. All of this came out to $47 and that included 20 percent tip and delivery. They charge only $1 for delivery! And the food was still hot when it arrived. The shrimp egg foo young - which I usually don't order - was a nice surprise. It was delicious and came with a separate container of hearty gravy. We will order from them again.

Loving their Fried Half Chicken with vegetable fried rice! Tastes great and the chicken is cooked to perfection. Top it off with hot & sour soup and I am pleasantly pleased =)

This place is great. Best Chinese in town. They get a little clunky when it's busy but that's just because Ive worked in restaurant all my life. Maybe nobody else notices. That's why I still give them 5 stars.

When it comes to busy time, the female owner some times mix up order. Other than the food is really fresh I like it

Very decent Chinese food-I am very picky from where I order and this is one of the few I order from. Signapore noodles are great and they do accommodate special requests.

A Very lovely family runs this business. When I pulled up, the little son (maybe only 3-4 years old), runs out and opens the door for me as I walk in. So sweet! Food is the best I've had in the area, high quality and delicious! We've live closer to other places but this place is far better! Great service!
