Always good food. The breakfast burrito is great, the masa tacos are also great but their rice and beans are the best I've ever had.

We were treated really well by the server. Very low key but great for breakfast. The AC is on but it’s get hot after a while. Try the cucumber lemonade if they have it. It’s not in the menu but should be. The food and drinks are pretty good.

Don't judge this restaurant by its cover . Honestly wouldn't have walked thru the door if a friend didn't highly recommend it . I think everyone enjoyed their food and I was extremely happy with my papata bravas. Did have to ask for some extra of the awesome sauce to put on it. But The flavors were amazing.

Menudo was so flavorful, but didn't have homely, so it was a disappointment.

This is a very clean and great restaurant. Privately owned and family run. It is a very nice restaurant with great mariachi music and music from Vicente Fernandez and more. I almost want to keep this to myself but this is a good family who cooks incredibly CHEF!!!

I love the atmosphere of the place. If i'm being honest, the food was a little dry. But I will go there again and try something different.

This is a must stop place for great Mexican food. The Huevos Rancheros are the best. The soups are excellent. It is a family business and it runs with a nice friendly atmosphere! You must come and try it!

Excellent Breakfast. Had Chilaquiles, Orchata, chicharron tacos, and carnita tacos. Would definitely come here again.

The service was AMAZING!!!! and they have several fridges full of different drinks including alcohol. They also have Mexican ice cream from LA Michoacana. The place is located on a dirt road next to a car repair shop and they really capitalize that there's no restaurants nearby lol because the prices are hefty. I was disappointed on the amount of food my plate had when I arrived at the hotel, but I should've known by how light my bag was when the lady handed to me, don't order the Asada plate trust me is not worth the price.

Dropped by for lunch during a visit to Palm Springs. We had the Chilaquiles with meat plus the Birria. We both loved the food, and the service was great. I would go back in a heartbeat. In fact, I am salivating over this food right now.

Great, authentic food! We had the pastor tacos, tamales and horchata and everything is some of the best Mexican food we have ever had in the southwest/west! Don’t miss this stop!

This is one of the NICEST restaurants in N. Palm Springs / DHS. The food is creative AND delicious ...down to the coffee and desserts. Also, the family that operates it is just lovely. Don't let the exterior dissuade you. I HIGHLY recommend you stop in!

Real Mexican food! Everything on the menu is amazing!

Food is good, but the prices are high, for the meals for 2 adults and a 3 year old ,we had to pay 82 dollars plus tip.

We enjoyed the Birria in all its different forms and huevos rancheros (breakfast is served all day). All the food was freshly made, arrived quickly and was delicious. The chips are light and crunchy. The Aguas Frescas and margarita were terrific. Highly recommend..

Hidden gem. Came at night just before closing and almost couldn't find the place, but glad we did. The restaurant is a work in progress as it's been opened a little over a year. The place was very clean. The owner was very friendly, and the food was fantastic. Love the quesabirria tacos and birria ramen. Also, the homemade caramel stuffed churro bites with vanilla ice cream was a yummy finish.

Wasn’t sure what to expect when I arrived at Jalisco, it was like a scene in a movie… picturesque desert, tire shop next to a coffee shop but instead its a delicious Mexican restaurant. (Jalisco a Mexican state located on the west coast, known for their diversity, beautiful landscapes and cultural traditions) servin up traditional foods such as; Chilaquiles Verdes, Huevos Rancheros, Sopes, Quesabirrias and Chile relleno. No worries, if you prefer an American meal, they offer that too; Eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes and pancakes. My partner and I were there for breakfast, got the Chilaquiles and Patatas Bravas. The food came fast and hot. The flavor was amazing, umami with a hint of spice. We got to talking to the owner (Patricia) she was a sweet heart. She mentioned after the flood cause by Tropical storm Hillary which hit the area in Sept has caused the road to close and sadly that’s a loss for potential clients. (The city doesn’t have money to repair the road) Do yourself a favor, if you are ever in Desert Hot springs or even Palm Springs, support local business, especially this one! Can’t wait to come back again.

My daughter and I loved the food. I had the BEST EVER huevos rancheros and she had Eggs Benedict with chorizo. They make the english muffins fresh. Both were out of this world. We will be back.

Everything I’ve ordered here has been so good! I work right down the street and I love eating here for lunch. The menudo is one of the best I’ve ever had. The tripe was so tender and not too squishy. So bomb. The service is great too! They are always so nice and welcoming.

Wanted some authentic Mexican food as we were visiting from Seattle (via TX/SoCal), spent some time searching and found this spot about 10 minutes out of Palm Springs. WORTH IT. We ordered two breakfast burritos and they are beyond amazing, habanero salsa (mixed with tomato and tomatillo) brought some extra heat and rich flavor. Delicious Micheladas and super kind owners. Highly recommend this spot!! Make the very short drive.

Best juevos rancheros I’ve ever had

Food was absolutely delicious! Was driving through and we stopped by to grab a late lunch. Everyone there was so nice, and Food was so good, highly recommend.

This place has the best Mexican food around. Authentic and very flavorful. The family who run the place are so nice. They do need some better lights outside though. We almost thought it was closed as we were pulling in. Will definitely be going back for the amazing chili releno!

OMG! We had to come back and try breakfast. My wife had Chilaquiles Verdes with eggs and I had the Huevos Rancheros w/carne asada. This was excellent, and I joked with my wife that it took us traveling from Sacramento down here to Palm Springs to find the best Mexican food we've ever had. Go figure! Everybody out there that can ever get a chance to try this place you have to go here! You will not be disappointed!
