My friend is vegan and I am not. This was my first time trying vegan and I loved it. I was really afraid I would not like it, but it was delicious. They told me they air fried the sweet potatoes, they don't fry with oil. I see an air fryer in my future. Do not hesitate to eat here. It is really good. I had the salad that came with a chicken patty (vegan) with sweet potato fries. I just loved my meal.

My 1st time at a vegan restaurant, the food was GREAT! Make sure you stop by next time you are in the area (they are near Anita Leight Nature Center). I'll be back for sure!

This is a great black owned vegan spot. I had a vegan bacon, egg, and cheeez sandwich that was delicious, and ordered the “deli slice” to go. They also had vegan mumbo sauce that was great. I will definitely be going back. #vegan #blackowned

This is a simple location but the vegan food is wonderful. I had the guacamole burger and sweet potato fries. Their sauce is amazing too.

I don’t speak vegan, but I know good food! Wow! Stopped by for a quick coffee and breakfast and ended up with an incredible meal. James and Jo is a breakfast and lunch vegan restaurant with fake bacon, imitation egg and mambo sauce of unidentified ingredients. The food was great. I had the bagel with hash browns, “egg”, “bacon” and spinach. And mambo sauce. I ate it one section at a time. Hash brown patty was perfect with sauce that was incredible. Bacon had the bacon taste but no crispiness. Not sure what the “egg” was but it was filling.

Delicious chicken salad! It is a vegan chicken breast sliced over top of a bed of healthy fruits & veggies. It tasted great!

I had ordered from Grubhub, & I cannot say enough about this place. The food was amazing & you could really tell that they cared with what they sent out to their customers. I ordered the vegan sausag’e egg & cheese for breakfast & the vegan burrito for lunch. Definitely check this place out!

My favorite menu item is the loaded fries, OMG! It’s loaded with flavor in every bite. The mozzarella sticks are really good too! James and Jo cafe was a delightful experience. I personally had the Chikn Sandwich with fries and mozzarella bites an an appetizer. The food was great. Specifically impressed by the mozzarella bites as they were breaded and very stringy which isn't common when vegan. Everything is america style food and well worth it if you're in the Bel Air MD area and need a bite.

AIR FRIED VEGAN FOOD!!! This is a combination I never thought I’d get!!! I haven’t been eating fried food for a while and then I decided to go vegan so it limited my options. Well at James and Jo Cafe I am pretty much restriction free. They have vegan food that is tasty and prepared in a heart healthy way. I ordered the Chick- Phil-a sandwich with an order of fries (both air fried) and a piece of lemon pound cake. Chiiiiillllllleeeeeeee it was amazing! You gotta try it.
