When end are on a weekday. I ordered an acai bowl and paid. They were really busy I went and walked through the store for some things needed. Asked a store employee if they still carried a particular product in which they said they didn't know anything about. That store employee then in turn asked another employee who is very abrupt and rude and stated that they wouldn't know because that would be the buyer's job. So I purchased what I had in my hand. I went back to pick up my acai bowl. The line of a dozen people had dissipated down to one other person who's drink was handed to her as I walked up. The staff behind the counter looked at me a few times and then finally asked if I had been helped. I stated I purchased an acai bowl. Another employee asked the who rung me up if he started the acai bowl and he said no. The 3rd employee said she didn't have a receipt for my acai bowl. At this point they have served all dozen customers 8 came in after me. I requested a refund and when processing the refund they gave the refund to someone else's card. I stated that wasn't my card and pulled up my purchase on my app. She then found my card and said she completed the refund. She did not. I walked out without an acai bowl and still no refund. I used to love this place. I have to drive about 30 minutes out of my way to go here. Poor experience from start to finish.

Not only do you get great smoothies but also a wealth of nutritional and well being advise . They have an array of vitamins and more. You have to check it out.

Service was quick through the drive thru. Parking lot is full most of the time. I just love their peach mango refresher .

Forget dunkin, forget mcdonalds, forget starbucks. Java hut is where it's at! After trying it once (and I'm not much of a coffee drinker), I am now a daily customer. We make sure to get my son's teacher a Cinnamon Roll Latte at least once a week and said says its the highlight of her week! From their lattes to their refreshers to their food, everything is absolutely amazing. Their customer service... superb! A bonus? Health hut being attached. My little ones love getting their own fun sized cart and doing their own shopping and checking out. They are also on Doordash which is a plus when you are unable to leave the house with sick kids. I highly, highly recommend Java Hut!! My family and I love it there!!

The only place in Beaver County where you can get REAL, healthy (and delicious!) food at the drive-thru window. Lots of breakfast, lunch & drink options (LOVE the Recovery Protein Smoothie) and they use local produce and ingredients whenever possible...including Brunton's Dairy milk...if you're from the area you know there's nothing better! Always fast & friendly service. Highly recommend!

I never leave google reviews but wow this coffee shop is amazing so delicious! After drinking and eating here I didn’t feel bad like I usually do after drinking a sugary latte. 10/10 recommended. Very very nice staff as well!

Great coffee. I was headed for a fun day in Pittsburgh with my friend and she had me stop here because she wanted to surprise one of the workers who she knew. Definitely recommend.

They have creative and perfectly made lattes, which are my go-tos! Everything on the menu is great, and I've never had anyone be less than stellar in their service.

It’s great, everyone is so kind and welcoming. Every time I come it I am always welcomed and ask if I need help with anything. And the smoothie bowl I had today I love it along side my peanut butter mocha.

I went through the drive thru and the service was quick, efficient, and kind. I always get a cookie and a latte and it never disappoints!!

Coffee is always hot and delicious, the green tea lemonade blows any refresher from large companies out of the water. Smoothies and smoothie bowls are fresh and they carry beaver bagels which are amazing. Absolute best coffee and smoothies in the area.

Delicious coffee and snacks. My daughter loves their smoothies and my favorite is the keto iced latte with sugar free maple syrup.

Java Hut has the best coffee! My favorite is the Honey Cinnamon Vanilla Latte! And their smoothies are wonderful. Try the Hydrating Beauty with strawberry, coconut milk, pomegranate and mint! Their sandwiches and soups are great, too. This is a great place for foodies! And I’ve always had a wonderful service experience. I’ve worked my way up through service organizations, so I’m very particular about it. Love them.

The Java Hut is our favorite place in our small town to go. I would consider ourselves regulars! The drinks are always consistent, the food is delicious, the staff will put a smile on your face, and we love what they stand for and who they support like our local farmers for instance. Java Hut is a wonderful asset to our area and we would love to see their space expand!

I absolutely love Java Hut even though I'm not a coffee lover! The Sick Tea is the best drink on the menu and I love to get it when I'm sick, feel like I'm coming down with something or am stressed. It helps me feel better and it's delicious. Get it hot and with honey!! Also the muffins, bagels and bowls are delicious and well prepared. The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable and I feel welcome the moment I walk in. My family knows to get me Java Hut gift cards for holidays and I'm always excited to go in and look at the treats and beauty items. Java Hut is a wonderful store and definitely gets 5 stars from me!!

Java Hut, being located in Health Hut, gives each person stopping in the gift of good customer service. This is a true joy to many of us who miss what customer service used to be. You are a huge blessing to our whole community!

My husband and I absolutely love Java Hut! We go there often and love trying new things. Their staff are extremely friendly and helpful, which really makes a difference. We prefer to go there than any of the other chain coffee places. You know you’re always getting quality.

I’ve been going here since they first opened! Customer service is always excellent. I absolutely love their iced lavender latte and that is my usual go to drink! Their monthly flavors are also delicious.

I have been going to Java Hut for quite sometime. Let me tell you this place blows Dunkin and Starbucks out of the water!! All of their drinks are very rich in flavor with so many options to choose from! Their staff is amazing and their fMac & cheese and scones are my fav! My frenchie also loves tagging along too and she gets her pup cup!!

Java Hut is amazing! Abby is the best "boss babe"! We love everything about it. I guess so one reviewed saying just go to McDonalds. Does McDonald's sell drinks with your health and specific needs in mind? Do they sell foods with your health and/or allergies/sensitivities/restrictions in mind? Do they offer gluten free options? Do they have the added bonus of being able to pickup clean, natural foods, skin care, supplements and cleaning products? I think no. I will pay what Health Hut and @java hut are charging every time, because #supportingsmallbusinessowners ,#shoppinglocal and MY HEALTH AND WELLNESS are worth it EVERY.. SINGLE...TIME. Ordered the Acai berry and banana smoothie bowl with strawberry and granola on top. Consistency of the bowl is soupy and only tastes like Banana. The strawberries they put on top are still completely iced over and frozen. Definitely would never get this again and going to throw it away since it’s not worth eating.
